Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menganalisis efektivitas e-book tipe flip book dalam melatih motivasi belajar peserta didik pada materi identifikasi jamur Basidiomycota. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Research & Development (R&D) yang telah dimodifikasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Universitas Hasyim Asy'ari Tebuireng pada Oktober 2024 - Januari 2025. Data dikumpulkan melalui metode tes yang dilakukan kepada 20 peserta didik kelas X SMA. Tes digunakan untuk mengetahui mengenai skor peningkatan motivasi belajar peserta didik dengan memberikan lembar soal sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan e-book. Metode ini digunakan untuk mengetahui keefektifan e-book berdasarkan aspek peningkatan motivasi belajar peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-book yang dikembangkan memiliki efektivitas sedang ditunjukkan melalui peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik dengan nilai N-gain sebesar 0,59 (kategori sedang) dan ketuntasan belajar mencapai 90%. Respon peserta didik terhadap e-book menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan sebesar 95,7%, yang menunjukkan bahwa e-book sangat layak dan efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar. Berdasarkan data tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa secara keseluruhan e-book yang dikembangkan cukup efektif dan praktis dalam meningkatkan motivasi pembelajaran peserta didik.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the effectiveness of using English kids' songs to teach vocabulary. It was conducted in a private elementary school located in Jombang area in the academic year of 2023-2024. The population of this research was the fourth-grade students, consisting of three classes with a total of 62 students. The sample, selected using purposive sampling, included 18 students of class IV B. This study used a pre-experimental design with pre-tests and post-tests to measure students' vocabulary improvement before and after learning using English kids' songs. The pre-test checked their initial vocabulary while the post-test measured their progress. The results were analyzed by descriptive statistics and a-paired sample t-test. The results showed that vocabulary before being treatment was still "fairly sufficient" with the mean score of 59,44.  After being taught using English kids’ songs, the students’ vocabulary mean score increased from 59.44 to 88.89. The mean score, which was initially categorized as "fairly sufficient," has now risen to the "excellent" category, reflecting a notable enhancement in the student's vocabulary mastery. The paired sample t- test results showed a significance value of 0.000, which is less than 0.05, meaning the improvement was statistically significant. It means that English kids' songs as the media is effective for teaching vocabulary at an elementary school. This research provides strong evidence that innovative media such as English kids' songs can be a concrete solution to the challenges of vocabulary learning in school especially at an elementary level.

Abstract

Starting from the assumption that mathematics is identical to calculating numbers, complicated formulas, working on questions that are difficult to understand, making mathematics uninteresting to the point of having an impact on the low mastery of mathematics in students not only at the higher education level but also secondary education feels the same thing. This situation inspired researchers to change students' thinking patterns so that they consider mathematics not only about calculating numbers but more about unique learning that is definitely used and useful in everyday life so that it is fun to learn. This study aims to describe the collaboration of mathematical concepts with aquaponics to become mathematical aquaponics which can later be used in mathematics learning. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The data collection method used is documentation with the data analysis method using literature study. Furthermore, the results obtained from this study indicate that mathematics is still quite relevant if collaborated with aquaponics to become mathematical aquaponics. Furthermore, mathematical aquaponics are worthy of being developed as an innovative mathematics learning medium in the future. Then, for the suggestions that can be conveyed, through this research, mathematics should be collaborated with various disciplines so that it does not only focus on calculations and numbers which are considered boring for most students, so that later mathematics will feel fun and be liked by many people.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dengan menerapkan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi konten berbasis masalah pada materi transformasi geometri di kelas XI A SMAS 02 Diponegoro.  Penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) adalah jenis penelitian ini.  Proses penelitian menggunakan dua siklus yang terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi.  Tes, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi adalah metode pengumpulan data.  Asesmen formatif digunakan untuk latihan belajar siswa, tetapi hasil belajar sumatif dimaksudkan dalam penelitian ini.  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat keberhasilan dalam meningkatkan  hasil belajar siswa.  Pada siklus pertama, 60% siswa mencapai KKM; namun, pada siklus kedua, jumlah ini meningkat menjadi 85%. Siswa juga menunjukkan peningkatan minat belajar, terbukti dari inisiatif mereka mengeksplorasi Geogebra secara mandiri. Dengan demikian, strategi pembelajaran ini efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep dan kualitas pembelajaran di kelas.

Abstract

Pedagogical concepts are important in learning. Successful learning can be  ensured that there is good communication or interaction between the teacher and students. Humanism learning or what is better known as learning that humanizes students is that it emphasizes a fun learning process. a learning process that can understand the potential and characteristics of students. learning that can develop students' talents and interests. This research will explore the pedagogical concept in Imam Al-Zarnuzi's view in the learning process. The ultimate goal is for learning to be carried out optimally.The research method used is primary and secondary data documentation methods. It is hoped that this research will be useful for all communities, schools and especially researchers themselves.

Abstract

The role of character education in 21st Century learning can’t be ignored, considering the occurrence of apathetic and individualistic attitudes, the widespread use of gadgets over time, and the rise of sexuality which has become a serious problem because character is not massively implemented in humans. The aim of the research is to effectively realize culture-based character education in the elementary school environment through noble values in elementary schools. The research method used is a literature review study by reviewing several articles in national scientific research journals. Data collection techniques in research were carried out by collecting various articles relevant to the study topic. The findings in the study provide an explanation of the importance of character education built through a school culture. Implementing character education based on school culture is the goal and function of overcoming the impact of globalization and the moral degradation of the nation's generation. With character education integrated with school culture, it is hoped that it can instill noble values and positive habits in students.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to determine the application of the Jigsaw type Cooperative Learning model in improving the understanding and learning outcomes of science in the Classification of Living Creatures material for student’s MTs Negeri 8 Kebumen. Researcher used Classroom Action Research (PTK) with descriptive analysis techniques. This analysis was used before and after implementing the Cooperative Learning learning model. The research results showed that in the daily assessment after implementing this learning model, the average student learning outcome was 86.84 with learning completeness of 91.43%. It showed significantly improved results. In conditions before implementing this learning model, the average student learning outcome was 66.75 with learning completeness of 20.00%. It means that the application of the Jigsaw type Cooperative Learning learning model to the Classification of Living Creatures material could improve student learning outcomes in Negeri 8 Kebumen.

Abstract

This research aimed to find out how much student activity and learning outcomes had increased after implementing the Snowball Throwing type Cooperative Learning model on the material for writing descriptive texts in English subjects at MTs Negeri 8 Kebumen. This research was a type of Classroom Action Research (PTK). The research subjects were 30 students in class VII G of MTs Negeri 8 Kebumen. The sample selection technique used purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this research used observation sheets and tests. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive analysis. The research results showed that the implementation of the snowball throwing type of Cooperative Learning model could be seen as follows: 1) This model was proven to increase student activity. It could be seen from the increase in each cycle, cycle I was 63% and cycle II was 86.7%. 2) Implementation of learning using this model had been proven to improve student learning outcomes. It could be seen in cycle I the number of students who completed their studies was 63%, and cycle II was 87%. Actions were said to be successful if there was an increase in learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II and the percentage of students who achieved the KKM (complete) score had reached at least 80%.

Abstract

In the word of learning innovation is intended here to be anything fresh and qualitative improvement, of course there is something that differs from what existed before and is intentionally made to develop in the attempt to achieve learning objectives. In the meantime, what is implied by the term "new" in that case is linked to something that the receiver of the invention has not learned or applied. This study explores students’ perception in learning vocabularies through a challenge in a Tik tok platform. By doin this reasearch, the writer intends to find out 1) student’s perception in learning vocabularies through @budy harjo’s challenge at tik tok by learning through #duet in Tik Tok and 2) know the process of learning vocabularies @budy harjo’s challenge at Tik Tok through student’s perception. In this study, the researcher focuses on fifteen students whom join the @Budiharjo’s challenge for learning vocabularies at Tik Tok, the observer confined as an e-learning platform by using #duet and #learning vocabularies at Tik Tok. The observer adresses one main aspect; these are the implementation of speaking through #duet at Tik Tok as e-learning platform implemented in English learning based on four stages.

Abstract

This study discusses how Khaled Abou El Fadl thinks in interpreting religious texts, namely the Qur'an and Hadith. In this case, it is done to be able to understand a religious text which is done by means of negotiation between the text, the writer, and the reader. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, with library research as the type of this research. The data and data sources were taken from books, journals, and the works of Khaled Abou El Fadl. The documentation method is used as a data collection method, while for data analysis using content analysis. In.this.study, it can.be.seen.the results of Khaled Abou El.Fadl's hermeneutical interpretation of a religious text, namely the Qur'an and Hadith. This can determine the form of interpretation by negotiating between the text (text), author (author), and reader (reader) with a triadic pattern, namely an equilateral triangle, so that all posts have the same portion. Khaled's thought in the interpretation of this text is a renewal to be able to understand the text of the Qur'an and Hadith as the object of this interpretation.
