Abstract

The implementation (P5) of the sustainable lifestyle theme in the Merdeka Curriculum aims to increase students' awareness of the importance of caring for plants. This program also supports the Green School initiative which focuses on environmental conservation. SMP Negeri 7 Banjarmasin, students' awareness of the environment is still low. Less active in caring for plants, does not understand the importance of preserving the environment, and has limited knowledge about waste management. The integration of sustainable lifestyle themes in P5 is very important to support the success of the Green School program. However, the implementation of P5 faces various challenges that hinder the optimization of the implementation process. The solution is so that the implementation of P5 can run in accordance with the objectives of the Green School program. This research aims to identify the challenges that arise in implementing P5 with the theme of sustainable lifestyles as support for Green Schools. Using a qualitative approach and data collection methods through observation, interviews, and documentation, this research found obstacles, such as budget limitations, individual problems, and low student participation. Some proposed solutions include raising funds independently from students as well as increasing follow-up from teachers and students to encourage greater engagement.

Abstract

Addictive substance abuse among elementary school students is a critical issue requiring collaborative solutions from schools and families. This study aims to explore the patterns and mechanisms of synergy between schools and parents in efforts to prevent addictive substance abuse at SD Negeri 56 (State Elementary School 56) in Bengkulu City. This study employed a qualitative case study design. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis involving eleven informants, consisting of the principal, teachers, parents, and students. The findings reveal the formation of a bottom-up, tiered synergy, where the school acts as the primary driver through various programs such as integrating preventive material into the curriculum, conducting regular counseling sessions with the National Narcotics Board (BNN), and implementing a student participation-based early detection system named "Sahabat Sehat" (Healthy Friends). On the other hand, parents provided tangible contributions despite facing constraints of time and economy, mainly through preventive dialogue at home and support for school policies, utilizing WhatsApp groups as an efficient communication medium. Analysis using Role Theory indicates that the success of this synergy is underpinned by the clarity and alignment of roles between the school and parents. In conclusion, this adaptive, context-specific bottom-up synergy model proves effective for implementation in communities with low socio-economic status.

Abstract

Ferry Management at Banjar Raya Pier, Pelambuan District, West Banjarmasin This research is based on the important role of ferry management as public transportation, which is still used daily. People use ferries for various purposes such as work, trade, school, and participating in other social activities, especially in areas that are inaccessible by land transportation. The purpose of this study is to determine how the ferry is managed in Banjar Raya. Qualitative methods are used in this study, with the aim of collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The management of the ferry dock, the ship's captain, and ferry passengers at Banjar Raya Pier are the subjects of this research. The data collection techniques include direct observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is carried out through data reduction stages adjusted to the focus of the study, descriptive data presentation, and drawing conclusions based on field findings. To ensure the validity of the data, the researcher applies triangulation techniques. The results of the study on ferry management at the Banjar Raya Pelambuan pier, West Banjarmasin district, show that ferries continue to be an important means of crossing people and transporting goods for people living along the riverbanks. The conclusion found that ferry management plays an important role as a means of daily mobility and connecting areas separated by rivers, especially without bridges. Ferries facilitate the flow of goods and passengers, support the local economy, operate intensively from morning to night, and provide social benefits and livelihoods for the surrounding community.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze stewardship-based accountability in the preparation of the Unit Price Standard (SSH) in Bojonegoro Regency, emphasizing four primary indicators: trust, commitment, collectivity, and responsibility. The research uses a descriptive, qualitative approach through in-depth interviews, observations of the Desk forum, and scrutiny of documents such as the SSH preparation SOP and SSH data for Fiscal Year 2025. The results show that stewardship principles have begun to be integrated into the SSH preparation process, although their practical implementation is not yet fully optimal. Trust is reflected in the transparency of information and honesty of employees, but is still limited by the inconsistent data quality of OPDs. Commitment is evident in officials' readiness to work beyond regular hours and their quick response to revisions, but is hampered by substantial workloads and tight deadlines. Collectivity emerges in cross-OPD teamwork in the Desk forum, although not all OPDs present comprehensive supporting evidence. Procedural accountability appears strong through the existence of SOP and official SSH documents, while substantive accountability is strengthened through Inspectorate supervision and data correction mechanisms. In conclusion, stewardship governance has provided a positive direction toward a more transparent and responsible work culture. However, it still requires strengthening the data system, increasing technical capacity, and shortening the preparation timeline.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using augmented reality media based on actual events in social studies learning. Sampling was conducted using a simple random sampling method. This study was conducted in 2025. The population of this study consisted of 30 seventh-grade students at SMPN 137 Jakarta in the 2025/2026 academic year in East Jakarta, Indonesia. The sampling technique used the Slovin formula to obtain a sample size of 30 seventh-grade junior high school students. This study used an experimental research method with a single group pretest-posttest design. In addition, the researcher used a paired sample t-test to test the hypothesis and a Shapiro-Wilk t-test to test normality in this study. The results of the independent sample test showed that the significance value with two tails was 0.000 < 0.05; then, as a basis for decision making in the paired sample t-test, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected, and Ha is accepted. The results show that augmented reality media based on actual events in social studies learning has a positive effect on junior high school students' learning outcomes. Augmented reality media based on actual events in social studies learning, in addition to improving learning outcomes, can also increase student motivation and engagement in learning, because it is able to provide an interactive, contextual, and immersive learning experience so that students are more interested and active in the learning process.

Abstract

Literacy mastery is an important foundation for developing superior, creative, and responsible human resources. However, various results from international and national studies indicate that literacy skills of students in Indonesia still face challenges, both in terms of reading interest, critical understanding, and character development. This research aims to analyze the planning, implementation, and success rate of the literacy movement in shaping creative and responsible student character in Pancasila Education subjects at SMP Negeri 1 Ciawigebang. This research uses a mixed methods approach with a sequential exploratory strategy, employing observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The results of the qualitative analysis research indicate that the school literacy movement plan has been implemented systematically and integrated with Pancasila Education, involving all school stakeholders. The implementation of school literacy movements through the stages of habituation, development, and learning is able to encourage active student involvement, enhance creativity, and foster a sense of responsibility. The success rate of the school literacy movement is not only measured by the final results, but also by the learning process experienced by students. Quantitative analysis reveals a strong and significant relationship between the school literacy movement and the development of students' creative and responsible character. Thus, the role of the school literacy movement, consistently integrated into Pancasila Education learning, is proven effective in shaping students' creative and responsible character, in line with the Pancasila Student Profile.

Abstract

Digital transformation has expanded digital public services, including retail payment systems through the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS). Despite its rapid adoption and benefits in improving transaction efficiency and convenience, digital security risks and potential fraud may affect public trust and service sustainability. This study aims to examine perceptions of security and the process of public value creation in the use of QRIS in Bojonegoro Regency, as well as the role of institutions in ensuring the security and sustainability of QRIS as a digital public service. This study employs a qualitative approach using in-depth interviews with users, culinary merchants, regulators (Bank Indonesia), and payment service providers (PSPs). Data were thematically analyzed using the public value concept and the Public Service-Dominant Logic (PSDL) framework. The findings indicate that QRIS is positively perceived in terms of convenience and efficiency; however, perceptions of security and transaction certainty remain varied. Fraud risks and transaction failures encourage users and merchants to adopt precautionary practices, highlighting the importance of institutional responsiveness in maintaining public trust. The study demonstrates that public value in QRIS is co-created through interactions among actors, technology, and service experiences, positioning transaction security as a key factor for the sustainability of digital payment services at the local level.

Abstract

Contemporary tolerance education in Indonesia faces a fundamental challenge: the discrepancy between the idealism of an inclusive curriculum and the reality of an increasingly polarized society. This article aims to reconstruct character education approaches by proposing a co-curricular-based "Social Laboratory" model as an alternative to conventional learning. Employing a conceptual analysis method on the "Breaking Down The Wall" program case study, this article synthesizes two primary theoretical frameworks: Gordon Allport’s Intergroup Contact Theory and Albert Bandura’s Social Learning Theory. The in-depth analysis demonstrates that co-curricular interventions are effective in reducing prejudice only if they satisfy four situational prerequisites: equal status, common goals, interdependent intergroup cooperation, and support from institutional authorities. These findings imply a need for school policy reform to institutionalize cross-identity encounters as a structured mandatory curriculum, thereby transforming students' tacit knowledge into tangible civic dispositions.
