Abstract

Theoretically, the goal of this publication is to assess the progress of research on intellectual capital and firm performance in order to identify prospects for future research agendas. The final selection of 29 publications published between 2001 and 2020 was made using a comprehensive literature review process. Emerald, ScienceDirect, and Harzing's Publish or Perish with API Key were utilized as the database sources in this study, with a set of inclusion/exclusion criteria for analysis to fulfill the paper's aim. The majority of studies have found that intellectual capital has a beneficial impact on business success. The concept has undergone extensive testing in both developed and underdeveloped nations. In the field of intellectual capital research, measuring and evaluating intellectual capital remains a difficult task. It has been measured using a variety of ways. Intellectual capital should be drawn from company strategy and related to the logic of value generation, with intellectual capital metrics being developed for individual sectors. Both financial and non-financial aspects of the firm's performance were employed to create a more realistic and holictic assessment. The importance of intellectual capital as an intangible resource for businesses in producing something and attaining success is revealed in this study.

Abstract

It is undeniable that one of the causes of changes in consumer behavior in this digital era is the internet and smartphones. Before the advancement of the digital age all activities were carried out manually. For example, before the internet, ticket purchases must come to an agent or station or airport, for shopping daily necessities must come to the store, then return home or to the office, very draining our time. Not a bad thing but wasting time and productivity is not optimal. The internet revolution has been going through generations. Each generation has different behaviors in making purchasing decisions over the internet. Consumer behavior in this generation relies on social media to get information and product reviews. The generation that is very close to the speed of the internet is generation Z, compared to the previous generation. (generation X dan generation Y). According to Stilman Stillman (2018) in (Astuti & Kaligis, 2004, p. 31) It is said that generation Z has figital characteristics that see the real world and the virtual world overlap each other. The information and review is called advocacy in customer path 5A. Customer path 5A itself is a stage of purchasing decisions consisting of (aware, appeal, ask, act, and advocate). The review referred to in this article is the advocate stage, where Instagram customers voluntarily provide recommendations for products and/or brands that have been purchased. Every generation; X, Y and Z, have a relationship in each stage of customer path 5A before making a decision on purchase. The approach in this study uses a literatute review approach.. According (Hariyanti & Wirapraja, 2018, p. 141), Literature review contains reviews, summaries, and thoughts of authors about several library sources (articles, books, slides, information from the internet, image and graph data and others) on the topics discussed.

Abstract

The Bali Regional Police (Polda Bali) is in charge of security and public order from various forms of security disturbances. This sense of security is a right for the people in the Bali Region. Moreover, Bali is one of the tourist destinations both local and foreign. Eradication of thuggery and illicit drug trafficking has been a priority program for the Bali Police since 2017. This program was created because previously acts of thuggery and illicit drug trafficking were very disturbing to the Balinese people. Illegal levies to small communities, street crimes that have resulted in loss of life and many Balinese people who are victims of illicit drug trafficking were the face of Bali before the anti-thuggery and drug programs. When this program is run, many changes have occurred until 2020. So that in 2021, this policy program is expected to continue to be a priority policy program for the Bali Police Chief. This is due to the enthusiasm of 97.9% of the 6,050 Balinese people who were the sample of the author's research, the tendency to still want the sustainability of this program. In addition, Balinese people tend to think that the success of eradicating thuggery and drugs by the Balinese police has been very good. This was also confirmed by community leaders from each district/city in Bali who said that the anti-thuggery and drug policy program needed to be maintained and improved.

Abstract

Every year more than 36 million people die from non-communicable diseases (NCD), which is about 63% of deaths caused by NCDs. Globally, NCD which is the number one cause of death each year is cardiovascular disease that can occur before the age of 60 years, and 90% of these premature deaths occur in low and middle income countries. Central Java Province data based on reports from hospitals, the highest cases of coronary heart disease were in the city of Semarang, amounting to 4,784 cases (26.00%) compared to the total number of cases of coronary heart disease in other districts/cities in Central Java. When viewed based on the total number of other NCD cases in Klaten Regency, it was 3.82%. Meanwhile, the second highest case was in Banyumas Regency, which was 2,004 cases (10.89%) and when compared to the total number of other NCDs in Banyumas Regency, it was 9.87%. The fewest cases were found in Tegal Regency, namely 2 cases (0.01%) (Health Profile of Central Java Province, 2014). Pain managementis part of the discipline of medical science related to efforts to relieve pain or pain relief. Autogenic relaxation technique, which is a non-pharmacological therapy, will increase the supply of oxygen to the tissues, thereby reducing the level of pain experienced by individuals. This research is a quantitative quasi-experimental without control group Pre post test design. This study used a cross-sectional observational analytic design, namely to analyze the effect of autogenic relaxation on the degree of chest pain of clients with Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS) after an acute heart attack at the hospital. The sample obtained 18 respondents with details of 14 male and 4 female. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling. Characteristics of respondents in this study the majority of men (77.8%). Based on the age characteristics, it was found that the age range of the respondents was 51-69 years with a mean of 59.8 years. The results of the study showed that autogenic relaxation had a significant effect on reducing the chest pain scale in respondents after ACS (p = 0.000)

Abstract

The approach used in this study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, which is a research that is included in the type of qualitative research. According to Moleong (2007), qualitative research is research that intends to understand phenomena about what is experienced by research subjects such as behavior, perceptions, motivations, actions, etc. holistically, and by means of descriptions in the form of words and language, in a context. Natural specialization and by utilizing various natural methods. The research focus has two objectives, firstly, by setting the research focus, it means limiting the extent of the study, thereby determining the research site more focused. Second, determining the focus will streamline the information received. Data collection techniques are the most important step in research, because the main purpose of research is to obtain data. The model of economic empowerment of salt farmers through PUGaR which leads to community-based participatory development (in this case cooperatives) is unable to respond to the local wisdom of salt farmers in North Aceh. Where the traditional salt management system done by family members. Those involved in salt production come from one family member consisting of father, mother, children and other cousins. if, through the PUGaR program, salt farmers must convert their business land into a community outside of their main family system. This pattern is then based on field findings contrary to the wishes of the community.

Abstract

The occurrence of the Covid-19 pandemic that hit the whole world including Indonesia in early 2020 resulted in a decline in various sectors, including the stock market where many people were hesitant to invest in stocks. Various industries in Indonesia have been affected by Covid-19 where since early March 2020 there has been a decline in the LQ45 Index because many investors have sold their shares. This study aims to analyze the use of the Price Earning Ratio (PER) and Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) approaches as the basis for making stock investment decisions in companies in the LQ45 Index and compare the accuracy of the Price Earning Ratio (PER) and Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) approaches. This research was conducted on LQ45 Index stocks in the period February 2019 – January 2021. This study has a population of 54 stocks and a sample of 9 stocks. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that with the Price Earning Ratio (PER) approach, 2 stocks are in an overvalued condition and 7 stocks are in an undervalued condition overvalued condition and 6 efficient shares or company shares that are in undervalued condition. Based on the use of the Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD) method, the results show that the MAD CAPM value is smaller than the MAD PER value (0.011 < 0, 077) which means that the CAPM method is more accurate than the Price Earning Ratio (PER) approach as the basis for making stock investment decisions. Thus, the CAPM method can be used by investors as a basis for making investment decisions to get maximum returns and minimize risk during the Covid-19 pandemic.
