Abstract

Demands for high-speed and reliable internet service significantly increase. Optical fiber, as a transmission media, has better performance and speed when compared to wireless media. However, optical fiber network development is challenging on the last mile mainly due to higher investment costs than wireless networks. This paper presents the feasibility study of the fiber optic network development plan in Indonesia. The analysis showed that the optical fiber network development was not feasible in many regions if it relied only on private sectors. In this regard, the government should facilitate the development of optical fiber networks so that telecommunication operators can develop a network in previously unreachable areas

The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2016 to 2020. This study uses purposive sampling for 5 years of observation. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistical test, hypothesis testing by logistic regression analysis, F statistical analysis and t statistical analysis. The results showed that Profitability has a positive effect on the Timeliness of Financial Reporting. Meanwhile, Firm Size, Public Ownership and Audit Opinion have no effect on Timeliness of Financial Reporting. Leverage as a control variable cannot control the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. Abstract

Islam and civilization are a unity that cannot be separated. Since its presence, Islam has carried the concept and mission of civilization that is inherent in itself. Islamic civilization is rooted in din which comes from Allah's revelation. That is why civilization is commonly known as tamaddun or madaniyyah, because it originates from the dn. Then the high expression of Islamic civilization in the history of human civilization got its place in Yathrib which later turned into Medina. From the relation of modernism to the current world phenomenon, of course, religion faces the challenges of Modernism. Religion is like humanity itself, and is essentially spiritual in origin. It symbolizes a resealed series of divine instructions to various prophets and apostles of Allah to direct mankind in the right direction.

Abstract

The study was conducted to analyze the influence of Principal Transformational Leadership and Teacher Integrity on the Quality of High School Graduates in North Toraja Regency, with quantitative methods, namely conducting descriptive analysis and testing hypotheses. the method used is quantitative. The regression equation between transformational leadership and graduate quality is Y ̂= -58,233+0,878 X1. While the results of the t-test calculation, there is a positive and significant influence of the principal's transformational leadership (X1) on the quality of high school graduates in North Toraja Regency (Y). The coefficient of determination of the two variables is 0.632 or 63.2%, meaning that the influence of the principal's transformational leadership on the quality of graduates is 63.2%. The regression equation between teacher integrity and the quality of graduates is Y ̂= -1,655+0,724 X2 and according to the results of the t-test, it is found that there is a positive and significant effect of teacher integrity (X2) on the quality of high school graduates in North Toraja Regency (Y). The value of the coefficient of determination of the two variables is 0.292 or 29.2%, meaning that the influence of the teacher integrity variable on the quality of graduates is 29.2%. The multiple linear regression equation between transformational leadership, teacher integrity, and the quality of graduates is Y ̂= -61,020+0,782 X1+0,219 X2and from the results of the F test calculation there is a positive and significant influence on the transformational leadership of principals and teacher integrity together on the quality of high school graduates in North Toraja Regency. The value of the coefficient of multiple determination (R2) is 0.651 or 65.1%, which means that the influence of principal transformational leadership and teacher integrity together on the quality of high school graduates in North Toraja Regency is 65.1%.

Abstract

Gender is the differentiation of roles, functions, and responsibilities between women and men resulting from socio-cultural construction and can change according to the times. Gender can also be understood as social sex. The research method used is qualitative research with a literature study approach. Data collection techniques are sourced from documentation of books, articles, etc. This is then analyzed to conclude from various written documents by systematically and objectively identifying a message or data in its context. This article aims to find out how Islam's view of gender equality is extracted from the opinions of commentators in interpreting the Qur'an, especially in Surah an-Nisa verses 1 and 34. The study results show that Islam is not a misogynistic religion, but in this gender issue, Islam has regulated several different rights and obligations for men and women by giving specificity as a gift from Allah SWT. Men and women are like heads and limbs. So, as an inseparable unit, we must cooperate and respect each other, and there is no need to feel superior and the other inferior.
