Abstract

This research is motivated by the low understanding of students towards the components of physical fitness and the lack of interesting learning media in supporting the learning process of PJOK in State Elementary School 001 Meral Barat. This type of research is a development research (research and development) using the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The population in this study were 23 people consisting of PJOK teachers and elementary school students. The sample selection used purposive sampling involving 22 people. Data analysis techniques by looking at the N-Gain value. The validation results from the material validator obtained a score of 88% with a very feasible description. The results of the effectiveness test on a small scale with an N-Gain value obtained a value of 0.75 with a High level criterion and the results of the effectiveness test on a large scale with an N-Gain value obtained a value of 0.72 with a High level criterion.

Abstract

Emergency situations such as global pandemics, natural disasters, and economic crises often compel governments to adopt fiscal measures that are both rapid and unconventional. In such conditions, the principles of transparency and accountability are frequently put to the test. Amid these dynamics, the Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia (Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan – BPK) plays a crucial role in ensuring that state financial management remains consistent with constitutional principles and public accountability values. This article examines how the constitutional authority of BPK can be effectively exercised during states of emergency, and how public audit mechanisms can be adapted without undermining the government’s flexibility in responding to crises. The study employs a juridical-normative approach, combined with conceptual analysis and a review of recent literature (particularly from academic publications between 2022 and 2025). The findings indicate that BPK’s authority is imperative and constitutionally entrenched, and thus cannot be disregarded even under extraordinary circumstances. Nevertheless, maintaining effective public oversight requires a reformulation of audit methodologies—such as the application of interim audits, risk-based audits, and institutional synergy among BPK, internal government auditors (APIP), and national crisis management bodies. Based on the author’s personal research experience on BPK’s auditing practices during the COVID-19 pandemic, the study highlights that the primary challenge does not lie in weak legal foundations but in institutional adaptation and technological capacity. Therefore, this article recommends strengthening the legal framework for auditing during emergencies, accelerating the digitalization of public audit systems, and establishing responsive inter-agency coordination networks to ensure that the principle of public accountability remains intact even amidst crises

Abstract

This study aims to produce a product, namely a massage guidebook for physical education students at Karimun University. This book can function as a medium to strengthen understanding of massage material. This study uses a research and development (R&D) method that refers to the 5 steps developed in ADDIE, namely analysis, planning, development, implementation, and evaluation. The population and sample used were 8 5th semester students at Karimun University. The instrument was a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used qualitative and quantitative descriptive. The average value for the validation criteria used the percentage of assessment scores. The validation results from material experts obtained a score of 92% with a very good description. The validation results from media experts obtained a score of 88% with a very good description. The results of the lecturer's response obtained a score of 98% with a very good description. There is a very significant influence of the use of the massage guidebook on students' understanding of massage in the knowledge or written test with the results of the t-test of 3.693 greater than the t-table value (1.860). There was also a significant effect of using a massage guidebook on students' understanding of massage in the practical test, with a t-test result of 2.740, greater than the t-table value (1.860).

Abstract

Drug abuse is an extraordinary crime because its impacts not only threaten individual health but also damage the social fabric and the nation's future generations. Law No. 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics serves as a form of legal protection and a repressive measure by the state to combat drug abuse and illicit trafficking. However, in practice, law enforcement still finds disparities between users, dealers, and dealers. Many users who should receive rehabilitation are instead sentenced to prison, while dealers receive reduced sentences. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of law enforcement against drug abuse in Indonesia, the inhibiting factors, and solutions that can be implemented to achieve substantive justice. This study uses a normative juridical method with a statutory and conceptual approach. The results indicate that law implementation has not been effective due to weak coordination between law enforcement agencies and low public legal awareness.

Abstract

Social development in Papua still faces complex challenges in the form of socio-economic inequality, low community participation, and weak trust in the government. This study aims to analyze the urgency of transformative leadership as a conceptual and strategic solution to accelerate equitable social development in Papua. This study uses a qualitative approach with discourse analysis methods on various secondary data sources, such as policy documents, previous research results, and relevant scientific literature. The analysis was conducted descriptively through the stages of data reduction, presentation, and drawing interpretive conclusions. The results show that social development in Papua is still top-down and has not optimally supported the local community. Transformative leadership has proven relevant because it is able to shift the development paradigm from an administrative one to a participatory one oriented toward humanitarian values. Transformative leaders act as agents of change who foster community awareness, trust, and independence by building on local cultural values such as mutual cooperation and deliberation. This study confirms that the synergy between inclusive policies, transformative leadership, and community participation is key to realizing equitable, inclusive, and sustainable social development in Papua

Abstract

This study aims to understand the role of political influencers and digital campaigners in shaping long-term loyalty among young Indonesian voters post-2024 elections. Using a qualitative approach through case study methods and digital content analysis, this study examines the communication styles, political narratives, and personal interactions of influencers through social media in shaping sustainable political perceptions. The analysis shows that political influencers are able to form significant emotional and cognitive attachments with voters through educational and interactive content. The resulting voter loyalty depends not only on affiliation with political parties or political ideology, but also on the credibility and consistency of the influencer's communication. These findings demonstrate a shift in the dynamics of contemporary political communication and the importance of strengthening digital political literacy post-campaign.

Abstract

A theoretical review of the abuse of narcotics, alcohol, psychotropic substances, and other addictive substances (NAPZA) is a complex global problem with multidimensional implications, encompassing health, psychological, social, and economic aspects. This study aims to present a comprehensive theoretical review by reviewing key literature to identify in-depth the main implications of NAPZA abuse and evaluate the effectiveness of developed prevention and response strategies. The results of the review indicate that the implications of NAPZA are not limited to individual physical and mental damage (such as impaired cognitive function, depression, and the risk of infectious diseases), but also exacerbate family dysfunction and increase the socio-economic burden on the country. In the context of response, this study highlights a shift in focus from a retributive approach to an integrated multidisciplinary approach. Effective prevention strategies emphasize school- and family-based interventions, strengthening self-resilience, and relevant educational campaigns. Meanwhile, response emphasizes a rehabilitation model that combines medical therapy, psychosocial therapy, and social reintegration. This research provides a strong theoretical foundation for policy makers, health practitioners, and educators in formulating more adaptive and evidence-based intervention programs to address the challenges of drug abuse today.
