Abstract

Downsindromes need media to help them focus on learning and understand the material about numbers. Subjects who are classified as active behavior may have creative thinking abilities that need to be explored. The purpose of this study was to determine how the application of video media with artificial intelligence (AI) articulation with modeling techniques and the results of improving creative thinking skills in down syndrome disabilities. Qualitative research with an approach to data analysis using descriptive was conducted to obtain data. The method of interview, observation with the help of video recording was used in data collection. The results of this study state that learning carried out using video media with artificial intelligence articulation with modeling techniques can be applied well, indicated by SDS can be active and focused in participating in learning activities. The increase in creative thinking skills from the beginning has not appeared at all creative thinking skills to the results obtained that SDS has the ability to think creatively with 2 indicators appearing, namely flexibility and originality.

Abstract

Masalah utama dalam penelitian ini yaitu apakah metode Outing Class efektif terhadap kemampuan menulis deskripsi siswa kelas V SD. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan metode Outing Class terhadap kemampuan menulis deskripsi siswa kelas V SD. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif atau eksperiment (pre- eksprimental design) dengan desain one-grup pretest-posttest design. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu siswa kelas V SD yang berjumlah 11 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah teks menulis karangan deskripsi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, analisis data dan pembahasan, maka metode belajar Outing Class dapat mempengaruhi keterampilan menulis deskripsi siswa kelas V SD, yang dapat dilihat dari perbandingan tes hasil pretest dan posttest. Tes hasil belajar siswa pada saat Pre-test paling banyak berada pada kategori sangat rendah dengan persentase 90,9% saat post-test paling banyak berada pada kategori sedang dengan persentase 36,36%. Hasil perhitungan dengan analisis uji t setelah Thitung = 4,579 dan Ttabel = 2,228 maka diperoleh Thitung ˃ Ttabel atau 4,579˃2,228 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Ini berarti bahwa metode belajar Outing Class dalam proses pembelajaran berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan menulis deskripsi siswa kelas V SD.

Abstract

Minimnya penggunaan media dalam pembelajaran PPKn melatarbelakangi dilakukannya penelitian ini. Adapun tujuan penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan media smart box untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar kognitif kelas IV materi kewajiban dan hak serta mengukur peningkatan hasil belajar kognitif kelas IV materi kewajiban dan hak dengan menggunakan media smart box. Metode yang dipilih peneliti adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan menerapkan desain Kemmis dan McTaggart yaitu, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Sejumlah 28 peserta didik kelas IV B SDN Margamukti menjadi subyek dalam penelitian dengan melakukan 2 siklus. Berdasarkan temuan peneliti menunjukan persentase ketuntasan belajar sebelum menerapkan media smart box pada pra siklus (64%), siklus I (36%), siklus II (89%). Melihat persentase ketuntasan siklus II sebesar 89% menandakan penetapan indikator keberhasilan sebelumnya sebesar 85% telah terpenuhi, sehingga berhasilnya penelitian yaitu pada siklus II. Maka disimpulkan peningkatan hasil belajar kognitif kelas IV SD materi kewajiban dan hak dapat dicapai dengan penerapan media smart box.

Abstract

The development of the curriculum in Islamic boarding schools is currently experiencing significant developments. In the past, the curriculum at Islamic boarding schools only focused on religious issues, and considered learning there to be old-fashioned, but now the development has shifted from traditional revivalism to exploring it by combining several curricula, in this case Islamic boarding schools are responsive to changing times. Therefore, this discussion focuses on curriculum developments that occur in educational institutions around us with increasingly developing conditions, especially in Islamic boarding schools. The research method uses library research or literature study with a descriptive qualitative research approach. Meanwhile, the data collection technique here refers to literature study by analyzing books, research journals, literature notes, internet sites and so on related to the theme being studied. The findings show that the curriculum development process in Islamic boarding schools needs to implement curriculum integration such as that found in the Nurul Ummah Mojokerto modern Islamic boarding school which implements several curricula such as combining the international standard Madrasah Aliyah formal curriculum and the Egyptian Al-Azhar standard Madrasah Diniyah curriculum and the hidden curriculum. such as student extracurricular activities. Curriculum development here still adheres to the principles and goals to be achieved. This is done so that students can determine their interests and talents well. Seeing the very rapid development of the times, educational institutions such as Islamic boarding schools, which are considered ancient institutions, must develop and always improve their curriculum system to be better.

Abstract

Teachers are one of the most important human resources in education. Frequent curriculum changes, teachers' lack of understanding in running a digital-based education system, and the many administrative tasks that must be fulfilled make teachers rarely engage and contribute to the latest education system. This is due to the complexity of the teacher's role and the demands of a busy job. This study uses a quantitative approach with survey method and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The research data were obtained by questionnaire. The survey involved 148 teachers as samples. The sampling technique used simple random sampling. The results showed that (1) There is a direct effect of collaborative leadership on teacher work engagement with an Original Sample (O) value of 0.512 and P Values 0.000. (2) There is a direct effect of organizational based self esteem on teacher work engagement with an Original Sample (O) value of 0.206 and P Values 0.032. (3) There is a direct effect of collaborative leadership on organizational based self esteem with an Original Sample (O) value of 0.68 and P Values 0.000. (4) There is an indirect effect of collaborative leadership on teacher work engagement through organizational based self esteem with an Original Sample (O) value of 0.14 and P Values 0.038. The results of this study reinforce the urgency of the role of collaborative leadership and the importance of organizational based self esteem in improving teacher work engagement. The implications of this study highlight the importance of supporting teachers in facing changes and challenges and emphasize the need for leadership that motivates and builds teacher confidence.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the implementation of educational strategic planning through the project of strengthening the Pancasila student program at SMPN 43 Bandung.The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques use observation and interviews while analysis techniques use interactive data analysis models which include the data collection stage, data reduction stage, data presentation, and conclusion drawing / verification, the results of the study show that the implementation of educational strategic planning through the Pancasila student profile strengthening project at SMPN 43 Bandung is carried out well and planned. This is evidenced by the steps taken by the Principal in organizing P5 activities. The principal carries out strategic planning with stages of activity, namely planning activities by establishing a P5 Committee of teachers. The core activity of the implementation is by providing material on the theme raised, namely Local Wisdom. And the closing activity by conducting digital-based group evaluations to increase the creative dimension and mutual assistance.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low cognitive learning outcomes of students at SD Rancamanyar 03 Bandung. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze whether there is an influence of teacher competence on students' cognitive learning outcomes at SD Rancamanyar 03 Bandung. This research uses a quantitative approach, descriptive method, data collection techniques using questionnaires and observation. Several statistical data analysis procedures that will be carried out include: Instrument Analysis (data validity and data reliability), Classic Assumption Test, namely: Data Normality Test, Data Linearity Test, Hesterocedasticity Test. And Statistical Analysis, namely Simple Linear Regression Analysis, Correlation Coefficient Analysis, Descriptive Statistical Analysis and Hypothesis Testing t Test. The results of this research indicate that teacher competency has a significant impact on student cognitive learning outcomes. This is based on the results of statistical testing with SPSS on teacher competency, the calculated t value = 2.210 > 2.035 = t table, and Sig. = 0.03 < 0.05 (5%), so Ho is rejected and H_a is accepted. These data show that teacher competence has a significant effect on student cognitive learning outcomes.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi dan mengeloborasi bentuk tuturan direktif yang terdapat dalam komentar warganet pada postingan Instagram Nadiem Anwar Makarim Teori dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teori tuturan direktif yang dikemukakan oleh Searle dalam Chaer. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menerapkan metode analisis isi. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh tuturan yang terdapat di dalam tuturan direktif yang terdapat dalam komentar warganet pada postingan Instagram Nadiem Anwar Makarim. Kolom komentar Instagram @nadiemmakarim dengan judul “Seleksi Guru ASN PPPK” menjadi sumber data utama dalam perilaku bahasa yang memenuhi syarat sebagai tuturan direktif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik dokumentasi, teknik simak, dan teknik catat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tuturan yang terdapat dalam komentar warganet pada postingan Instagram @nadiemmakarim terdapat lima bentuk tuturan direktif yaitu, menyuruh, memohon, menuntut, menyarankan dan menantang. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data bisa disimpulkan jika tuturan direktif dalam media sosial Instagram yang dominan adalah direktif memohon. Hal tersebut karena banyak adalah postingan tentang seleksi guru ASN PPPK.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and measure the gap between learning planning and its implementation in the Islamic Education Study Program IAIN Palopo field. The study employs an evaluation approach with the discrepancy model. The study involved four stages of evaluation: design, installation, process, and product. The Isaac and Michael sampling method obtained data from 948 students and 51 Islamic Education Study Program lecturers. Evaluation instruments, namely documentation, questionnaires, and interviews, are validated by expert evaluation validators. The evaluation revealed significant gaps in the availability of learning tools, human resources, facilities, infrastructure, and learning media. As per the discrepancy criterion, gap categories range from very small to large. These findings provide deep insight into the effectiveness of learning in the Islamic Education Study Program (IAIN Palopo). As a recommendation, the study suggests concrete solutions such as regular training for lecturers, the use of technology in learning, and the improvement of physical facilities to improve the quality of the learning process. The evaluation of the learning process also highlights the need to expand training and lecturer support for integrating technology into learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini secara khusus untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan supervisi klinis dalam peningkatan kinerja guru di SD IT AD-Durrah medan yang meliputi proses pembinaan, proses perbaikan, prosedur sistematika pelaksanaan supervisi klinis dan pola hubungan supervisor dengan guru di SD IT AD Durrah Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif menggunakan teknik observasi partisipan, wawancara, dan studi dokumen sedangkan analisis data melibatkan tiga tahap yaitu reduksi data display penyajian data dan verifikasi penarikan dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa strategi yang dilakukan kepala sekolah dalam melakukan proses pembinaan kepada guru biasanya dengan melakukan observasi lapangan kemudian berkunjung ke setiap kelas. Adapun proses perbaikan dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan yang diberikan kepada siswa. Prosedur sistematika pelaksanaan supervisi klinis di SD IT AD Durrah Medan dirancang untuk memastikan keberhasilan proses pembelajaran dan perkembangan keterampilan para guru dalam memberikan layanan pendidikan yang berkualitas. Pola hubungan supervisor dengan guru di SD IT AD Durrah Medan adalah dinamika interaksi antara seorang supervisor atau kepala sekolah dengan guru-guru dalam suatu konteks pendidikan atau organisasi. Pola hubungan ini melibatkan berbagai aspek seperti komunikasi, bimbingan, dukungan, pengawasan, dan kolaborasi antara supervisor drngan guru. Dalam pola hubungan ini, supervisor memiliki peran penting dalam mengawasi, membimbing, dan mendukung kinerja guru. Supervisor tidak hanya melihat guru sebagai pelaksana tugas pendidikan, tetapi juga sebagai rekan kerja yang perlu diberikan dukungan dan bimbingan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran mereka. Kualitas Pendidikan diharapkan yang diberikan kepada siswa-siswa dapat terus meningkat.
