Abstract

In the implementation of partnerships between SMK and industry so far, there are still problems such as the link and match between SMK and the industrial business world which has not yet led to the formation of a synergistic partnership. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the study of partnership patterns between SMK and PT Advantage SCM. This research method uses a qualitative approach with a multi-case study. The location of this research is at SMK Negeri 1 Doko and SMK Yosonegoro Magetan. The results showed that the planning of the partnership pattern between SMK and PT Advantage SCM was by conducting an MoU and synchronizing the curriculum. Then require teachers and students to take part in internships. Furthermore, the process of collaborating with the graduate distribution program by placing students in banks throughout Indonesia that work with PT Advantage. Supporting factors are adequate facilities and infrastructure and enthusiasm and motivation from the school and industry. The impact of the implementation of the partnership pattern is that students become more enthusiastic and confident, SMK saves on practical costs and is more trusted by the community, and industrial business world can reduce costs for recruitment.

Abstract

A teacher is required to be able to develop competence and update the latest information technology. One form of technology update that can be done by teachers is participating in training programs.. This research uses a qualitative approach by carrying out the type of case study research. The results showed that training planning can be done in several stages. The first stage is the administrative and scheme preparation stage carried out by the committee together with representatives from PT Daihatsu East Java. The implementation of training begins with the socialization of the industrial curriculum, in this program teachers are introduced to industrial competencies which are used as material for curriculum alignment. The next training is the assessment of prospective competency test assessors. The process of becoming a competency test assessor involves several important stages. Prospective assessors must take part in training and examinations organized by PT Daihatsu in the Pintar Bersama Daihatsu (PBD) program. The final result of the assessment of prospective assessors is proven by an assessor certificate that can be used to guarantee the quality of student graduation when conducting competency tests at school.

Abstract

To improve the efficacy of chemistry teaching and learning in secondary schools, the development of relevant and contextual teacing material is essential. The development of teaching and learning materials is one of the considerable research carried out, especially in the development of chemistry teaching and learning materials for secondary school which is conducted to support an improvement in learning process. This study aims to analyzed contexts of content and pedagogy in the development of chemistry teaching and learning materials. The research method used was a systematic literature review. Employing a systematic literature review method, this study analyzed 51 articles selected from 2015 to 2021 based on keyword “development of chemistry teaching and learning materials in secondary school”. The findings show that context of content and pedagogy that had been used in developing chemistry teaching and learning materials is varied. However, there are certain content in chemistry that oft to developed such as acid-base, chemical equilibrium and colloid, meanwhile context of pedagogy that oft to used in developing chemistry teaching and learning materials are Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and Problem based learning (PBL). Under this literature reviev results, The researcher recommend the continuity the development on chemistry teaching and learning materials not only in content acid-base or chemical equilibrium but also in others that integrated the development to pedagody approches supporting 21st century skills (Critical Thinking, Communication, Collaboration and Creativity).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap persepsi peserta magang terhadap Program Magang Mandiri MBKM. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini berupa respon keterampilan profesional, keterampilan sosial, dan tempat magang yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner di Google Forms. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 26 orang yang merupakan peserta pelatihan Magang Mandiri-MBKM di Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Indonesia, FKIP, Untan angkatan 2021, 2022, dan 2023. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan bantuan SPSS aplikasi. Penelitian ini berhasil mengungkap respon positif mahasiswa terhadap tingkat keterampilan profesional dan kemampuan sosial yang mereka peroleh selama mengikuti program. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mengungkapkan kepuasan responden terhadap tempat magang sebagai lingkungan belajar yang positif bagi mereka.

Abstract

The online learning landscape in the Elementary Teacher Education (PGSD) program at Universitas Terbuka Makassar poses significant challenges for tutors, requiring them to adapt to new pedagogical approaches and technologies. This study investigates the competence of tutors in facilitating synchronous online-learning tutoring (Tuweb UT) and asynchronous Learning System Management (LMS) through Silayar UT, which integrates an independent learning program into online platforms. The study examines the tutors' social, strategic, and ethical competence in managing online classes, with a focus on their preparation, planning, and interaction with students. The study uses an ex post facto design with descriptive statistics, analyzing data from 185 tutors in 340 online classes within the undergraduate PGSD program during the 2022 registration term. The findings highlight the tutors' ability to prepare and plan for online tutoring, deploy the tutoring unit (SAT) as a learning service scheme, and incorporate relevant competencies and module characteristics into their tutoring mode. The study also shows that tutoring assignments are given in accordance with competence and that active engagement in Webinar UT and LMS (Silayar UT) is high, with attendance averaging 93.03%. The results indicate that tutors are competent in preparing and planning for online tutoring, incorporating online platforms into their experiences, and fostering active interaction with students, which in turn supports the completion of students' academic trajectories. The study's implications for online learning practices are significant, highlighting the importance of tutor competence in navigating the challenges of online education. Recommendations for further research include exploring the impact of tutor competence on student outcomes and investigating the role of technology in enhancing tutor-student interaction.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menciptakan media digital sebagai perangkat pembelajaran berbantuan Macromedia Flash dan mengintegrasikan kearifan lokal Kota Kendal untuk melihat hasil belajar siswa dalam aspek berpikir kritis menggunakan analisis soal hots. Metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Rearch and Development (RnD) dengan memanfaatkan 7 langkah pengembangan menurut Brog and Gall. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, literatur buku, pengumpulan jurnal, kuesioner lembar tes berupa uji pre-test, post-test, serta non tes menggunakan lembar angket validator ahli media, ahli materi, guru, dan siswa. Subyek penelitian yaitu siswa kelas IV di SD Negeri Balok. Setelah penelitian dilakukan, hasilnya kemudian dianalisis dengan pendekatan data baik dari segi kualitatif maupun kuantitatif untuk menilai respon validator, skor kelayakan dan kemenarikan media. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode desain Pre Experimental Desaign berjenis One Group Pre-test dan post-test Desaign. Uji validasi data dilakukan menggunakan skor linkert, sementara data pre-test serta post-test dianalisis melalui Uji Normalitas ShapirWilk dan Uji Wilcoxon. Uji Normalitas menunjukkan nilai pre-test Sig. ≥0.05 yaitu Sig.127. sehingga data pretest terdistribusi normal. Sedangkan nilai post-test Sig. ≤0.05 yaitu Sig.003. berarti data pre-test terdistribusi tidak normal. Sehingga dilakukan Uji Wilcoxon yang menunjukkan hasil Sig.(2-tailed) yaitu .000 dimana ≤0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan jika H0 tidak diterima (ditolak). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa media Macromedia Flash yang dikembangkan sebagai penunjang pembelajaran layak digunakan dan terjadi peningkatan pre-test serta pos-test siswa dalam pembelajaran menggunakan media digital.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui evaluasi program mangaji tudang Pondok Pesantren Tahfidzul Qur'an Mir'atul Mujahid Kampung Bajo dengan menggunakan model CIPP (context, input, process, dan product). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan angket. Penelitian ini melibatkan pimpinan, ustaz dan ustazah, pembina dan santri-santriwati PPTQ Mir'atul Mujahid. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ditinjau dari context, program mangaji tudang yang diterapkan telah sejalan dengan visi dari pondok pesantren. Ditinjau dari input, seperti sumber daya (ustaz dan ustazah) memiliki kemampuan yang mumpuni di bidangnya, serta sarana dan prasarana sangat mendukung dan memadai untuk berjalannya program ini. Ditinjau dari segi process, pelaksanaan program mangaji tudang ini dilakukan melalui beberapa tahap dengan waktu yang telah ditentukan. Tahap product didapati bahwa kualitas hafalan santri dan santriwati bertambah jika mereka secara konsisten dan fokus ketika mengikuti program mangaji tudang.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze students' mathematical problem solving abilities in Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) on lines and angles. The research method used was descriptive analytical with the research subjects being class VIII students at MTs Ar-Raudhatul Hasanah Medan. Data was collected through a mathematical problem solving test with a focus on the HOTS aspect, namely providing a series of HOTS questions specifically designed to explore students' skills in dealing with complex aspects of Lines and Angles. The research results show that students show various levels of proficiency in solving complex problems that require critical thinking and in-depth understanding of line and angle material and that most students still experience difficulty in answering questions that require the application of HOTS. The implication of this research is to improve the mathematics curriculum at MTs Ar-Raudhatul Hasanah Medan by including more HOTS elements. This may include improvements to curriculum structure, emphasis on HOTS concepts, and integration of teaching methods that support the development of high-level problem solving

Abstract

Kurikulum merdeka merupakan kurikulum pembelajaran intrakurikuler yang beraam dengan mendalami konsep daan menguatkan kompetensi. Implementasi modul ajar kurikulum merdeka belum berjalan dengan baik dikarenaklan masih terdapat kendala seperti sarana dan prasarana yan belum lengkap dan pemahaman yang masih kurang. Dengan ini penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kesesuian dan kelengkapan komponen modul ajar yang disusun oleh guru biologi di SMA Swasta Purnayuda di Kecamatan Panai Tengah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu teknik dokumentasi dan observasi. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah tenaga pendidik/guru biologi. Dalam teknik analisis data terdiri dari tahap (1) Pengumpulan dokumen modul ajar (2) Menganalisis isi modul ajar (3) Menentukan hasil. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa dalam pemnyusunan modul ajar biologi di SMA Swasta Purnayuda menunjukkan tingkat kesesuaian dan kelengkapan yang bervariasi untuk setiap komponen yang dinilai. Terdapat komponen yang sesuai namun tidak lengkap, serta komponen yang tidak sesuai dengan standar yang ditetapkan. Hasil interpretasi diperoleh nilai mean sebesar 85,7% dengan kategori Sesuai.Meskipun hasil analisis termasuk dalam kategori “sesuai” dengan tingkat persentase 85,7%. Peneliti masih menemukan ketidaksesuaian dan ketidaklengkapan pada komponen modul ajar pembelajaran Biologi kelas X buatan guru di SMA Swasta Purnayuda Panai Tengah. Dalampembuatan modul ajar berbasis kurikulum merdeka, guru di SMA Swasta Purnayuda Panai Tengah, khususnya guru mapel biologi masih harus meningkatkan pengetahuannya dengan membaca atau mengikuti sosialisasi dan pelatihan tentang kurikulum merdeka.

Abstract

This study aims to observe the phenomenon of social media use among students of SMP Negeri 2 Belopa and the role of Islamic Religious Education teachers in preventing its negative impacts. A qualitative descriptive approach is used using normative pedagogic and theological approaches. Data was obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation at SMP Negeri 2 Belopa for 3 months. The findings showed that social media use hurt student's behaviour and academic performance, such as exposure to negative content and social media addiction. Effective strategies to prevent negative impacts include a personal approach with students, checking students' cellphones, and Islamic religious guidance. However, obstacles such as lack of parental support and environmental influences were also found. As a solution, it is necessary to increase student understanding through integrated education, strengthening cooperation between schools, parents, and students, as well as further studies on the effectiveness of strategies to prevent the negative impact of social media. This step is expected to create an environment that supports healthy and productive use of social media among students of SMP Negeri 2 Belopa.
