Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi dan gaya kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dalam membentuk komitmen dan loyalitas Guru di SMK ISP Karawang, Kerangka analisis yang disusun disesuaikan dengan kegiatan penelitian yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Data yang dianalisis berdasarkan kegiatan sehari-hari di SMK ISP Karawang. Ada pun teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu ditemukannya strategi dan gaya kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dalam membentuk komitmen dan loyalitas guru. Strategi yang digunakan oleh Kepala Sekolah di SMK ISP Karawang mencakup semua jenis strategi diantaranya strategi fasilitatif, strategi pendidikan, strategi bujukan, dan strategi paksaan. Kemudian untuk jenis gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan diantaranya yaitu gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dan gaya kepemimpinan laissez-faire.

Abstract

Pelayanan Instalasi Gawat Darurat (IGD) merupakan garda depan rumah sakit selain poliklinik. Kepuasan pasien dalam menerima pelayanan kesehatan di suatu rumah sakit dapat memberikan penilaian pada pelayanan IGD. Untuk membina hubungan yang baik dengan pasien maka diperlukan komunikasi yang efektif antar dokter dan pasien. Seiring perkembangan jaman dan era globalisasi maka persaingan antar rumah sakit semakin ketat dan pasien lebih banyak memiliki pilihan rumah sakit. Dokter yang berpengalaman diharapkan dapat memberikan pelayanan yang baik. Kerangka analisis yang digunakan adalah pengaruh komunikasi terapeutik dan lama kerja dokter jaga terhadap kepuasan pasien di IGD RS Hermina Jatinegara. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif, dengan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah berjumlah 48 responden. Hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan analisa regresi liner berganda adalah komunikasi terapeutik memiliki nilai 0.901 dengan p - value 0.000 (p< 0.05) yang menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan paseian di IGD RS Hermina Jatinegara. Dan lama kerja dokter jaga memiliki nilai 0.494 dengan p – value 0.525 (p>0.05) yang menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien.Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh komunikasi terapeutik dan lama kerja dokter jaga terhadap kepuasan pasien IGD RS Hermina Jatinegara.

Abstract

Higher education plays an important role in improving human capital and promoting economic and social development. However, accessibility to higher education can be hampered by economic barriers. Initiatives such as the KIP-Kuliah program in Indonesia aim to provide financial assistance to underprivileged students seeking higher education. This study aims to analyze the influence of family support, external monitoring, and motivation on the study success of KIP-Kuliah recipient students at Politeknik Ganesha Medan. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey design. The study population was KIP-College recipient students, with a sample of 88 students selected by stratified random sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire consisting of four main sections: family support, external monitoring, motivation, and study success. The validity and reliability of the instrument were tested using Pearson correlation and Cronbach alpha. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive and inferential statistical techniques, including Pearson correlation and multiple linear regression tests. The results showed that family support, external monitoring, and motivation significantly affect the success of student studies. Simultaneously, these three variables also contribute significantly to the academic success of students receiving KIP-Kuliah. Thus, this study emphasizes the importance of a holistic approach that includes financial, emotional, and academic support to improve student study success in higher education. The findings are expected to serve as a reference for the government, educational institutions, and families in developing more effective strategies to support underprivileged students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pentingnya Hak Kekayaan Intelektual (HKI) dalam mendorong inovasi dan pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia, dengan fokus khusus pada tantangan dan strategi terkait pemahaman, implementasi, dan penegakan HKI. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini melibatkan tinjauan komprehensif terhadap literatur dan kerangka hukum yang ada mengenai HKI, serta menganalisis kondisi saat ini terkait kesadaran dan efektivitas perlindungan HKI di kalangan UKM. Temuan penelitian menyoroti kesenjangan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan penegakan HKI, yang menekankan perlunya pendidikan yang lebih baik dan reformasi regulasi. Penguatan perlindungan HKI penting tidak hanya untuk melindungi aset intelektual, tetapi juga untuk menciptakan lingkungan bisnis yang mendukung inovasi dan menarik investasi asing. Studi ini mendorong langkah-langkah strategis untuk meningkatkan kesadaran, implementasi, dan penegakan HKI sebagai langkah krusial menuju pertumbuhan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan dan daya saing global dalam lanskap ekonomi digital yang terus berkembang di Indonesia

Abstract

The experience of the global financial crisis that occurred in 2008 shows that even though the Bank's capitalization is adequate, if the Bank does not manage its liquidity carefully, it can disrupt the Bank's business continuity. The difficulties faced by most banks at that time were caused by their inability to meet the standards related to the basic principles of measuring and implementing liquidity risk management. This caused the Bank to be exposed to systemic impacts when the Bank failed to take into account the impact arising from a large funding gap. High interconnectedness between financial systems tends to exacerbate the systemic impact.

Abstract

Sharia bank development in Indonesia has a positive trends, however the development of Sharia bank still far below the development of the conventional bank. Despite the muslim population are the largest in Indonesia but it still not maximized yet for developing Sharia bank. This research using bibliometrics approach from the previous study from 2003-2023 and continuing with systematic literature review for examine the challenges and opportunities in developing Sharia bank in Indonesia. This Research find the most productive institution, authors and most influence journal and articles, there is a challenges and opportunity that changes periodically according to the condition of socioeconomics, but the main challenges and opportunities in developing sharia bank in Indonesia are sharia compliance, productivity, profitability, solvability, bank management, customer behavior and market competition. The result from this study conduct a lesson and strategies that can be utilized for developing Sharia bank, and can help the future researcher to do further study about critical and populer issues in Sharia bank development topics.

Abstract

This article analyzes the economic impact of the culinary industry on local economic growth in Buleleng Regency. The study employs secondary data from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) and field surveys conducted on culinary businesses in the region. The findings indicate that the culinary industry significantly contributes to local income, employment absorption, and tourism attraction enhancement. Specifically, the culinary sector's contribution to the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) of Buleleng has increased from 8% in 2018 to 10% in 2023. Additionally, the sector provides employment for approximately 15,000 local workers, reducing the unemployment rate and improving local livelihoods. The annual Buleleng Culinary Festival has become a major tourist attraction, drawing around 50,000 visitors and generating an estimated Rp 25 billion in economic activity. This study highlights the crucial role of the culinary industry in driving local economic growth and recommends continuous support from local government to further develop and promote this sector.

Abstract

The implementation of the use of the MYOB application in computerized accounting learning for INSTIKI students provides great benefits in improving their understanding of accounting reports. Through the use of this application, students can practice the theoretical concepts learned in class directly in a real environment. The purpose of this study is to find out the learning media that students like and develop Vlog-based MYOB Accounting learning management. This research was conducted at INSTIKI with the subject of 60 students who have taken MYOB courses. This research lasted for about 8 months. The method used is descriptive qualitative research, which allows for the adjustment of opinions between researchers and informants. Data collection is carried out through observation, surveys, and documentation. The results of this study stated that video tutorials are the most preferred and considered the most satisfying learning media, with the greatest influence on material understanding; Most agree vlogs help understand the material and make learning more engaging; Most are satisfied with the use and quality of the vlog; Helps remember MYOB concepts and increases interest in learning. More than half of respondents believe vlogs can replace face-to-face learning methods.

Abstract

Bali's Endek fabric is a type of traditional cloth from the island of Bali that holds high aesthetic value. This fabric is made using traditional weaving techniques in Bali. The government supports the preservation of local culture and increases purchase interest to help local Bali Endek fabric artisans through policies mandating the use of Endek fabric for work attire. However, Gen Z tends to be more interested in trendy, modern products connected to global trends. This study aims to analyze the implementation of government policies in increasing the purchase interest (Gen Z) towards locally produced Bali Endek fabric. The study takes place at INSTIKI among students who are already working. The research was conducted over approximately eight months. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research type. Descriptive qualitative methods align the opinions of the researcher with those of the informants. The researcher collects detailed data through observation, surveys, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that knowledge and perception of Endek fabric are quite high, driven by social media as the primary source of information. Government policies and promotions have a significant impact on the price and motivation to purchase Endek fabric. However, price, quality, and design remain the main considerations in the decision to buy Endek fabric.

Abstract

The Zakat Regulation is a rule made by the government concerning the management of zakat with the aim of optimizing management of the zakat in Indonesia. Where fundraising in Indonesia is in Makassar City, there is still a gap between realisation and potential. This investigation aims to find out how the regional regulation of zakat affects the strengthening and collection of funds for zakat in the Basnas of the City of Makassar. The method used in this research is the Qualitative method using a sociological juridical approach. The data source used is primary, i.e. the data obtained directly by the object. (narasumber). As for data obtained through interviews, documentation and observations. The results of this study show that the Regional Zakat Regulation has a positive impact on the collection of Zakat funds in the Basnas of the City of Makassar. Besides, the existence of the Zakat Regulation also has a positive impact on the strengthening of the Basnas of the City of Makassar as a Non-Structural Government Institution.
