Abstract

Financial recording is very important for restaurant business people, namely to know income, expenses, profits and losses. This activity aims to enable restaurant entrepreneurs to record their business through the SIRESTO application, so that they can know the development of the restaurant business they are running. SIRESTO is a mobile phone financial recording application designed based on the needs of restaurant business actors, so that they can know their income, expenses, profits and business losses. Methods for carrying out activities are in the form of interviews, focus group discussions (FGD), socialization, and mentoring. The results of the activity show that most restaurant business operators in Banyuwangi Regency have recorded either manually or through a system, although there are still many who do not record. SIRESTO is an Android-based financial recording media for restaurant businesses, has complete features, is easy to access and use. With the various series of activities that have been carried out, restaurant business people can use SIRESTO, making it easier to record finances and find out the progress of the business.Keywords: Restaurant Business, Recording, SIRESTO AbstrakPencatatan keuangan sangat penting bagi pelaku usaha restoran, yaitu untuk mengetahui pemasukan, pengeluaran, laba, dan rugi. Kegiatan ini bertujuan agar pelaku usaha restoran dapat melakukan pencatatan usaha melalui aplikasi SIRESTO, sehingga dapat diketahui perkembangan usaha restoran yang dijalankan. SIRESTO merupakan aplikasi pencatatan keuangan yang bersifat mobile phone yang didesain berdasarkan kebutuhan pelaku usaha restoran, sehingga dapat diketahui pendapatan, pengeluaran, laba, dan rugi usaha. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dalam bentuk wawancara, focus group discussion (FGD), sosialisasi, dan pendampingan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pelaku usaha restoran di Kabupaten Banyuwangi sebagian besar telah melakukan pencatatan baik secara manual maupun melalui sistem, meskipun masih banyak juga yang tidak melakukan pencatatan. SIRESTO merupakan salah satu media pencatatan keuangan untuk pelaku usaha restoran yang berbasis android, memiliki fitur yang lengkap, mudah diakses dan digunakan. Dengan berbagai rangkaian kegiatan yang telah dilakukan, pelaku usaha restoran dapat menggunakan SIRESTO, sehingga mempermudah dalam pencatatan keuangan serta mengetahui jalannya perkembangan usaha.

Abstract

Flooding is one of the disasters experienced by several areas in Jember Regency, especially in Ambulu District, one of which is Pontang Village. Although residents do not consider flooding as a threat because the intensity of flood events is still relatively low. However, if it is not anticipated, it will of course disrupt the activities of village communities. The aim of this activity is to provide knowledge and skills in handling the impact of flood risk to village communities and especially to the Pontang Disaster Response Village (Destana) team. This activity consists of various activities such as grants for main and supporting equipment, training and outreach, as well as activity evaluation. The result of this activity was an increase in the knowledge and skills of the village community and the Destana Pontang team regarding flood management and techniques for using the main and supporting equipment that was donated. Participants were also enthusiastic about taking part in activities organized by the implementing team, so it is hoped that this activity can be of added value for the village community and the Destana Pontang team in facing disasters in the future.Key words: Disaster Response Village, Flood AbstrakBanjir merupakan salah satu bencana yang dialami oleh beberapa wilayah di Kabupaten Jember, khususnya di Kecamatan Ambulu, yang salah satunya di Desa Pontang. Meskipun warga masyarakat tidak menganggap banjir sebagai ancaman karena kejadian banjir intensitasnya masih relatif rendah. Namun demikian apabila tidak diantisipasi, tentu saja akan mengganggu aktifitas masyarakat desa. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan penanganan dampak risiko banjir kepada masyarakat desa dan khususnya kepada tim Desa Tanggap Bencana (Destana) Pontang. Kegiatan ini terdiri dari berbagai aktifitas seperti hibah peralatan utama dan pendukung, pelatihan dan sosialisasi, serta evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat desa dan tim Destana Pontang terkait penanganan banjir dan teknik penggunaan peralatan utama dan pendukung yang dihibahkan. Peserta juga antusias dalam mengikuti kegiatan yang diselenggarakan tim pelaksana, sehingga diharapkan kegiatan ini dapat menjadi nilai tambah bagi masyarakat desa dan tim Destana Pontang dalam menghadapi bencana dimasa mendatang.

Abstract

The Amertha Segara group as a partner that has been developing shredded tuna fish products, wants to develop other processed products. Processing seaweed into a product can be developed as a form of diversification of processed seafood in addition to fish-based products. The problem for partners is that they do not have knowledge of how to process seaweed, which is often found in the Tanjung Benoa area, into seaweed dodol. Through community service activities, training in making seaweed dodol was carried out, it is hoped that understanding and skills in producing seaweed dodol products can develop and partners can independently carry out dodol production activities. In addition, assistance in choosing packaging and designing labels was also carried out so that the products produced are suitable for wider marketing and have a competitive selling value. The results of the training obtained the level of understanding and knowledge of partners increased to 85%, and had attractive packaging and labels so that it could increase the selling value of seaweed dodol products. AbstrakKelompok Amertha Segara sebagai mitra yang selama ini mengembangkan produk abon ikan tuna, menginginkan adanya pengembangan produk olahan lainnya. Pengolahan rumput laut menjadi suatu produk dapat dikembangkan sebagai bentuk diversifikasi olahan hasil laut selain produk berbahan dasar ikan. Permasalahan bagi mitra yaitu belum memiliki pengetahuan tentang cara mengolah rumput laut yang sering dijumpai di wilayah Tanjung Benoa untuk dijadikan dodol rumput laut. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian, dilakukan pelatihan pembuatan dodol rumput laut, diharapkan pemahaman dan keterampilan dalam menghasilkan produk dodol rumput laut dapat berkembang dan mitra secara mandiri dapat melakukan kegiatan produksi dodol. Selain itu pendampingan memilih kemasan dan mendesain label juga dilakukan agar produk yang dihasilkan layak untuk dipasarkan lebih luas dan memiliki nilai jual yang kompetitif. Hasil pelatihan yang dilakukan diperoleh tingkat pemahaman dan pengetahuan mitra meningkat mencapai 85%, dan memiliki kemasan dan label yang menarik sehingga dapat meningkatkan nilai jual produk dodol rumput laut.

Abstract

The Industry 4.0 era requires resources equipped with critical thinking, innovative abilities, and the capacity to address complex problems using the latest technology. Education emerges as a crucial factor in meeting Human Resources (HR) needs across various industrial sectors. Therefore, this community service activity focuses on students to enhance insights and competencies that support lectures and research projects. The training places emphasis on utilizing the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) as a statistical testing tool, enabling students to grasp accurate data processing. Activities encompass the introduction of basic statistical concepts, practice in data processing, statistical testing, and both descriptive and comparative analysis. The training offers additional experience, skills, and competencies, fostering participants' interaction with SPSS technology as a statistical analysis tool. Evaluation of the activities indicates a significant improvement in participants' ability to process statistical data using SPSS. AbstrakEra Industri 4.0 menuntut sumber daya yang memiliki kemampuan berpikir kritis, inovatif, dan mampu menyelesaikan masalah kompleks dengan memanfaatkan teknologi terkini. Pendidikan menjadi kunci penting dalam memenuhi kebutuhan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) di berbagai sektor industri. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pengabdian ini difokuskan pada mahasiswa untuk meningkatkan wawasan dan kompetensi yang mendukung perkuliahan serta proyek penelitian. Pelatihan menitikberatkan pada penggunaan Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) sebagai alat uji statistik, memungkinkan mahasiswa memahami pengolahan data secara tepat. Kegiatan ini mencakup pengenalan konsep dasar statistika, praktik pengolahan data, uji statistik, analisis deskriptif, asosiatif, dan komparatif. Pelatihan memberikan pengalaman, keterampilan, dan kompetensi tambahan, mendukung interaksi peserta dengan teknologi SPSS sebagai alat analisis statistik. Evaluasi kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan peserta dalam mengolah data statistik dengan SPSS.

Abstract

This community service activity is carried out together with the MSME community who are members of the Creative Economy Center, Bojonegoro regency, East Java. With the aim of improving product quality and product competitiveness through halal certification assistance as an effort to face mandatory halal in 2024. The method carried out consists of several stages, First; Preparation, Identification and Survey, Second; Socialization and Education, Third; Assistance in Certification Management, four; Evaluation and Sustainability. The result of this activity was successful in increasing the understanding and awareness of the community and MSMEs about the importance of halal certification and from participants stated that they better understood the process and benefits of certification and the effectiveness of the programs carried out had been achieved and fulfilled than expected. Abstrak Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan bersama dengan komunitas UMKM yang tergabung dalam Creative Economy Center kabupaten Bojonegoro Jawa Timur. Dengan tujuan meningkatkan kualitas produk dan daya saing produk melalui pendampingan sertifikasi halal sebagai upaya menghadapi mandatory halal tahun 2024. Metode yang dilakukan terdiri dari beberapa tahapan, Pertama; Persiapan, Identifikasi dan Survei, Kedua; Sosialisasi dan Edukasi, Ketiga; Pendampingan Pengurusan Sertifikasi, kempat; Evaluasi dan Keberlanjutan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran masyarakat serta UMKM tentang pentingnya sertifikasi halal serta dari peserta menyatakan bahwa mereka lebih memahami proses dan manfaat sertifikasi serta efektivitas program yang dijalankan telah tercapai dan memenuhi dari yang diharapkan.

Abstract

The increasingly rapid development of Information Technology demands an increase in human resource capabilities and mastery of information technology. One of the computer programs that helps manage data is a spreadsheet application. As the demands of the world of work increase, especially in higher education, employees and educational staff need to make efforts to provide the best service. Therefore, efforts are needed to increase competency and skills effectively through training activities on the operation of number processing or spreadsheet applications for employees or educational staff at universities. The target of the activity is higher education education staff in Indonesia. This activity aims to increase participants' competency in entering and processing accounting data using spreadsheets. Improving computer accounting skills can support participant performance so that they can encourage the progress of their agency. To help partners solve the problem of increasing competence in accounting data entry and processing, counseling and training methods are used which include providing material, questions and answers, and practice using spreadsheets in data entry and processing accounting data.

Abstract

This community service aims to provide education on budgeting and order in the preparation of good MSME financial statements. Our partners in this charity activity are PKK mothers from Padukuhan Mertsanan Kulon, Banguntapan, Bantul. These PKK members are housewives with relatively low income and educational background, so their awareness of financial reporting and budgeting tends to be considered trivial and confusing. But actually these PKK members run various types of simple MSMEs such as laundry, bakery, and others, although the management has not been improved. The problem is that entrepreneurship is still unstable (can suddenly quit a job), and the budget (finance) and accounting systems do not yet exist. The strategies and techniques used in this community service include entrepreneurship presentations and budgeting and accounting training. The results achieved were entrepreneurship and understanding of budget (finance) and accounting systems to support various types of MSME business activities owned by PKK members from Padukuhan Mertsanan Kulon, Banguntapan, Bantul, Yogyakarta.

Abstract

The dedication of the process evaluation of graduates of the study program Animal Science Wijayakusuma University Purwokerto through the study tracer aims to find out how much waiting time and suitability of the graduate field of work. The alumni tracking method consists of conceptual formulation and instruments that include survey design, population, data collection techniques, and data analysis. The survey was conducted online by submitting a fill-in form with a question referring to the dictionary standard. This dedication is carried out to obtain data that is used to measure the quality of graduates and measures to improve graduate quality in the period to date. The analysis showed that the majority of graduates gained employment less than six months after graduation, and most of them were absorbed in the world of work according to their field of expertise. Factors influencing the suitability of graduates include competence, English language skills, work experience, and soft skills. Tracer studies are an effective method for evaluating the suitability of the graduate's field of work to the standards set by the accreditation agency. The analysis includes methods of conducting a tracer study, evaluation of results, and analysis of the graduate's waiting time for employment. Abstrak Pengabdian proses evaluasi lulusan program studi Peternakan Universitas Wijayakusuma Purwokerto melalui tracer studi bertujuan mengetahui berapa waktu tunggu dan kesesuaian bidang kerja lulusan. Metode pelacakan alumni terdiri dari penyusunan konsep dan instrumen yang memuat desain survei, populasi, teknik pengumpulan data, dan analisis data. Survei dilakukan secara online dengan mengirim form isian dengan pertanyaan yang mengacu pada standar dikti. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan untuk mendapatkan data yang digunakan untuk mengukur kualitas lulusan dan langkah-langkah untuk meningkatkan kualitas lulusan di perode yang akan dating. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas lulusan memperoleh pekerjaan dalam waktu kurang dari 6 bulan setelah lulus, dan sebagian besar dari mereka terserap di dunia kerja sesuai dengan bidang keahliannya. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesesuaian bidang kerja lulusan antara lain adalah kompetensi, kemampuan bahasa Inggris, pengalaman kerja, dan soft skill. Tracer studi merupakan metode yang efektif untuk mengevaluasi kesesuaian bidang kerja lulusan dengan standar yang ditetapkan oleh lembaga akreditasi. Analisis mencakup metode pelaksanaan penelitian tracer study, evaluasi hasil, dan analisis waktu tunggu lulusan untuk memperoleh pekerjaan.

Abstract

Voting rights are the right that residents have to vote. Residents who reach voting age are allowed to vote in general elections. Talking about the election, it was found that there was a lack of information and understanding of the community in Sanur Kauh Village. To maximize participation in elections for people who lack information, banners in elections have a very important role as a means of visual communication to convey messages to voters such as the importance of voting rights and the validity of ballot papers in the democratic process. This message aims to encourage public awareness of the importance of elections in their voting rights. This banner is installed at several points as a form of service to the people of Sanur Kauh Village. The existence of this program is to increase active participation in the democratic process in society which has been implemented well. Abstrak Hak suara adalah hak yang dimiliki oleh penduduk untuk memilih. Penduduk yang mencapai usia pemilihan diperbolehkan untuk ikut memilih dalam pemilihan umum. Berbicara tentang pemilu ditemukan minimnya informasi dan pemahaman masyarakat di Desa Sanur Kauh. Untuk memaksimalkan partisipasi dalam pemilu kepada masyarakat yang minimnya informasi, Spanduk dalam pemilu memiliki peran yang sangat penting sebagai sarana komunikasi visual untuk menyampaikan pesan kepada pemilih seperti pentingnya hak suara dan keabsahan surat suara dalam proses demokrasi. Pesan ini bertujuan untuk mendorong kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya pemilu dalam hak suara mereka. Spanduk ini terpasang di beberapa titik sebagai bentuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat Desa Sanur Kauh. Adanya progam ini untuk meningkatkan partisipasi aktif dalam proses Demokrasi di masyarakat yang sudah terlaksana dengan baik.

Abstract

Background: Teenagers are in the age range of 10-19 years. Teenage girls are a group that is vulnerable to problems related to nutrition, including anemia wich can be caused by diet and physical activity. The prevalence of anemia in Depok in 2019 being 16.42%. Based on 2018 Riskesdas data, out of 80.9% of iron supplement coverage in middle and high schools, 20,5% of young women felt there was no need to finish or consume iron supplement. Purpose: this activity aims to examine the factors that influence nutritional status and anemia in teenage girls aged 12-19 years in the UPTD Puskesmas Limo, Depok work area. Method: Education was carried out after completing the pre-test using leaflets for 30 female students at SMK Ekonomika, then continued with completing the post-test. Results: the results obtained from this activity were an increase in post-test scores ≥60 by 70%. The results obtained from the Wilcoxon test are Sig. values, 0.000 <0.05. Conclusion: the conclusion of the tests carried out is that there is a difference in knowledge regarding balanced nutrition guidelines and anemia before and after the education was carried out. Abstrak Latar belakang: remaja berada pada rentang usia 10-19 tahun. Remaja putri merupakan kelompok yang rentan terhadap permasalahan gizi, termasuk anemia yang dapat disebabkan oleh pola makan dan aktivitas fisik. Prevalensi anemia di Kota Depok pada tahun 2019 sebesar 16.42%. Berdasarkan data Riskesdas tahun 2018, dari 80.9% cakupan suplemen zat besi di SMP dan SMA, 20.5% remaja putri merasa tidak perlu menghabiskan atau mengkonsumsi tablet tambah darah. Tujuan: kegiatan ini bertujuan unutk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi status gizi dan anemia pada remaja putri usia 12-19 tahun di wilayah kerja UPTD Puskesmas Limo, Depok. Metode: Edukasi dilaksanakan setelah peserta menyelesaikan pra-tes menggunakan leaflet kepada 30 siswi SMK Ekonomika, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan menyelesaikan pasca-tes. Hasil: hasil yang diperoleh dari uji Wilcoxon adalah nilai Sig 0.000 <0.05. Kesimpulan: kesimpulan dari tes yang dilakukan adalah terdapat perbedaan pengetahuan tentang pedoman gizi seimbang dan anemia saat sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan edukasi.
