Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of animated video interactive learning media on students' learning interest in the water cycle material for class V SD Negeri 32 Palembang. The research method used isquantitative experimentation with the design of the Posttest-Only Control Design research design. Thepopulation of this research was all fifth grade students at SD Negeri 32 Palembangwith a total of 46students. The sample for this research was class V.A as the experimental class and Class V.B as the control class, where class V.A was 22 students and class V.B was 25 students with the technique used was saturated sampling technique. The data collection techniques used are questionnaires, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used was the t-test (Independent Sample T-Test). From the results of processingresearch data using the SPSS 26 application, the value of tcount = 4.333 and the value of ttable = 1.680 with ? = 0.05 and df = 44, thus tcount = 4.333 > ttable = 1.680. Accordingto the hypothesis testing criteria, it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted or that there is an influence of interactive learningmedia, animated videos, on students' learning interest in the class V water cycle material at SD Negeri 32Palembang.Keywords: Animation Video Interactive Media, Interest in Learning

Consisting of introductory sentences, objectives, methods, results, and conclusions (Times New Roman 12) This research aims to develop digital learning tools in the form of wordwall-based e-booklets to increase students' self-confidence. This research uses the ASSURE development model which consists of the following main stages: Analyze learner characteristics, State objectives, Select methods, media, and materials, Utilize materials, Require learner participation, and Evaluation and revision. The tool used for evaluation is a questionnaire. Product validation tests involve media, material and language experts. The validity test carried out by these experts showed very valid results, with a score of 95% by media experts, 95% by material experts, and 92.5% by language experts. The feasibility test carried out by the class teacher resulted in a 100% assessment in the very feasible category. Apart from that, this research shows a significant increase in self-confidence, as evidenced by the N-Gain value of 0.87 which shows a high level of increase.

Abstract

The following research aims to develop a Project Based Learning (PjBL) model assisted by Padlet digital media to increase the scientific literacy of fourth grade students at SDN Satriyan 03. This research adapts the Research and Development (R&D) type of research using the Borg and Gall model. Data was collected in the form of qualitative and quantitative data, including data from expert validation, data from product trial results, as well as data from students' scientific literacy test results. Data collection was carried out in interviews, observations, questionnaires and tests. The results of the research show that the PBL model assisted by Padlet digital media is valid and feasible for increasing the scientific literacy of fourth grade students at SDN Satriyan 03. Using the PBL model assisted by Padlet can help students understand scientific concepts, apply them and relate them to life

Abstract

Reading is very important for students to have reading skills, if they have good reading skills, it will be very easy for them to master the material they are learning. This research aims to develop digital teaching materials based on the Structural Analytic Synthetic (SAS) method to help students in carrying out the initial reading learning process. The research method used is research and development (R&D) using the ADDIE model (analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation) adaptation of Dick and Carey. The data processing in this study uses qualitative and quantitative techniques using observation, interview, and validation techniques from experts. The results of the assessment of teaching materials based on the SAS method developed show that the validation score of material experts obtained a score of 97% and media experts 87% with a category that is very valid and suitable for use. The results of interviews and observations on the trial of this digital teaching material show that in terms of appearance, the color of the game throughout the material really attracts the attention of students so that it makes students very enthusiastic and interested in learning to read first. With this, it can be concluded that the use of digital teaching materials based on the SAS method can help students in learning to learn to read initially.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas penggunaan kuis edukatif Baamboozle dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa kelas IV pada mata pelajaran Matematika. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan dalam beberapa siklus, di mana setiap siklus terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, angket motivasi belajar, dan catatan lapangan, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Baamboozle secara signifikan meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Sebelum intervensi, sebagian besar siswa memiliki skor motivasi yang rendah hingga sedang. Namun, setelah penerapan Baamboozle, terjadi peningkatan yang signifikan pada motivasi siswa, yang terlihat dari peningkatan skor motivasi rata-rata. Faktor-faktor yang mendukung peningkatan ini antara lain interaktivitas, elemen gamifikasi, dan suasana kompetitif yang diciptakan oleh Baamboozle. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Baamboozle merupakan alat pembelajaran yang efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa, terutama dalam mata pelajaran Matematika yang sering dianggap sulit. Melalui pengintegrasikan Baamboozle ke dalam pembelajaran, diharapkan dapat tercipta lingkungan belajar yang lebih dinamis, interaktif, dan menyenangkan bagi siswa, yang pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar mereka secara keseluruhan. Abstract

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) subjects in elementary schools by using the problem based learning (PBL) learning model. The research method used by researchers is Classroom Action Research (PTK) which is carried out in two cycles. Each cycle includes the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The research subjects consisted of 30 students of class V.A at State Elementary School 34 Palembang. The results showed that the implementation of PBL improved students' learning outcomes, as seen from the gradual increase in students' average scores in each cycle: pre-cycle (61.3%), cycle I (64.4%), and cycle II (83.4%). This finding confirms that PBL is an effective learning model to improve learning outcomes in IPAS subjects at the primary school level.

Abstract

This research was conducted on the basis of a problem found at SD Inpres Pa'jokki in Gowa regency, namely the low skills of students in writing short stories. This study aims to (1) to find out the overview of the application of the round table learning model of students, (2) to find out the results of the formation of students' short story writing skills, (3) to find out the effect of the application of the round table learning model on students' short story writing skills. This study uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design. The research design used is a nonequivalent control group design. The free variability of this study is the Round Table learning model and the bound variable is the skill of writing short stories. This study uses two classes, namely the experimental class (VB) and the control class (VA), the sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling. Data collection techniques include observation sheets and writing tests. The data collection procedures, namely pretest, treatment, and posttest, were then analyzed by descriptive statistics and inferential statistics with the help of the IMB SPSS statistics version 22 program. The results of this study show that: (1) the application of the Round Table learning model is going well. (2) students' short story writing skills in learning after being treated using the Round Table model showed that there was a difference from the category of poor to very good. This is evidenced by the results of the pretest and posttest of students' short story writing skills. (3) there is an effect of the application of the Round Table learning model on the short story writing skills of grade V students of SD Inpres Pa'jokki, Gowa regency.

Abstract

Science plays a crucial role in the development of society and the formation of human civilization. This article discusses the urgency of understanding the basic concepts of science and the research process, as well as the side effects of various alternative sources of knowledge other than research. It uses the literature study method to explore current information on the scientific process, including the role of the scientific community, and discusses alternative sources of knowledge such as authority, tradition, common sense, media and personal experience. The findings show that while alternative sources can provide knowledge, they often have limitations that can affect the accuracy of knowledge. Therefore, it is important to emphasize the urgency of research and critical thinking for both academia and society in general. In addition, interdisciplinary collaboration and education on scientific validation are also important to reduce information distortion and strengthen the foundation of knowledge.

Abstract

This study aims to develop E-LKPD teaching materials based on project-based learning by utilizing Thunkable as a learning media for science material on metamorphosis, with a focus on improving critical thinking skills among third-grade elementary school students. This research is a type of development research (Research and Development). The research process includes data collection through validity sheets and practicality sheets in the form of questionnaires containing feedback from teachers and students. The validation team consists of three experts: a subject matter expert, a language expert, and a media expert. The validation results indicate that the feasibility of the E-LKPD is in the very good category, with scores of 96.0% from the media expert, 89.0% from the language expert, and 90.0% from the science subject expert. Student responses to the use of E-LKPD reached 91.5%, while teacher responses reached 96%, both of which fall into the very suitable category. The average effectiveness of using E-LKPD is 89.6%, indicating that the product meets the expected criteria. The results of this study prove that the project-based learning-based E-LKPD is feasible to use in learning and effective in enhancing the critical thinking skills of third-grade elementary school students.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of using Wordwall learning media in improving student engagement and understanding. Using a qualitative approach with Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, this research analyzes various recent research articles about Wordwall implementation in learning. The analysis results show that the use of Wordwall significantly improves student learning outcomes, as indicated by the increase in learning outcome percentages. This platform proves to be effective in enhancing learning motivation. Wordwall implementation also contributes to increasing student learning interest. This research concludes that Wordwall is an effective interactive learning media in creating an enjoyable learning atmosphere, increasing student engagement, and supporting the understanding of learning materials. However, its successful implementation depends on teachers' readiness in managing the classroom and designing appropriate learning activities. Recommendations for future research include exploring Wordwall's effectiveness in developing higher-order thinking skills and students' collaborative abilities.
