Abstract

Pembelajaran kimia sesuatu hal yang abstrak dan konseptual, sehingga banyak peserta didik, bahkan mahasiswa mengalami kesulitan dalam mempelajarinya. Jika kesulitan pembelajaran ini tidak diatasi, maka peserta didik akan terus melewati pembelajaran dengan ketidak pahaman. Sehingga jika suatu ketika peserta didik bertemu dengan pembelajaran kimia, maka konsep dasar akan terus menjadi pertanyaan dalam pikirannya, karena tidak tersimpan di long time memorinya Salah satu pendekatan media teknologi pembelajaran kimia sesuai dengan perkembangan pembelajaran saat ini, sangat mumpuni digunakan oleh guru dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep kimia peserta didik. Namun beberapa sekolah-sekolah di Indonesia media konvensional masih dianggap yang paling baik. Apa yang menyebabkan pandanngan tersebut? adalah kurangnya pemahaman guru terhadap pemanfaatan media teknologi tersebut. Media teknologi pembelajaran kimia harus dipahami untuk membantu peningkatan pemahaman konsep kimia yang bersifat penulisan, menggambar, maupun praktek virtual. Dengan demikian pengungkapan pemahaman terhadap keterampilan teknologi chemsketch acd-labs harus dimiliki oleh para peserta didik, mahasiswa, terlebih para guru kimia. Materi kimia banyak diberikan dalam gambar, lambang, ataupun desain. Namun setiap keadaan itu terkandung konsep kimia. Seperti menggambar hidrokarbon, garis satu penghubung mengartikan adanya dua elektron yang bergabung membentuk 1 ikatan tunggal. Dan perlu memberikan gambar yang benar. Bila peserta didik hanya tau memberikan gambar garis, tanpa mengerti maknanya. Maka gambar tersebut tidak ada maknanya dalam dirinya. Berdasarkan pelaksanaan PKM pada konteks desain kimia karbon, maka para guru kimia di Papua telah menerima peningkatan ilmu dalam memahami fungsi teknologi dalam pembelajaran kimia karbon yaitu desain kimia karbon melalu aplikasi Chemskets.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of mosaic activities with natural materials on the creativity of early childhood at Tunas Kasih Kindergarten, Makassar. The research approach used is a quantitative approach with a Quasi Experimental Design research type. Sampling in this research was purposive sampling. The population in this study was 39 children. The sample in this study consisted of 20 children, divided into 10 children as the experimental group and 10 children as the control group. Data collection techniques in this research include tests, observation and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis and non-parametric analysis. Based on the research results, it shows that it is -2.812 and the sig.(2tailed) value is 0.005 <0.05, so H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. So it can be concluded that mosaic activities with natural materials have a significant influence on the creativity of early childhood at Tunas Kasih Kindergarten Makassar.

Abstract

This research examines the application of sensory play media in stimulating the fine motor skills of children aged 5-6 years at Tunas Kasih Kindergarten, Makassar. The research focus in this study is how to apply sensory play media to stimulate the fine motor skills of children aged 5-6 years at Tunas kasih Kindergarten, Makassar. The aim of this research is to find out how the application of sensory play media can stimulate the fine motor skills of children aged 5-6 years at the Tunas Kasih Kindergarten, Makassar. The approach used in this research is a qualitative research approach. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The research subjects used in this research were class teachers and class B students at Tunas Kasih Kindergarten, Makassar. The object of this research was the application of sensory play media in stimulating children’s fine motor skills at Tuna Kasih Kindergarten, Makassar. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reducation, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that Tunas Kasih Kindergarten, Makassar uses sensory play media to stimulate children’s fine motor skills, namely by using kinetic sand media and plasticine media which is done twice a week.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini secara umum untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning Terhadap Motivasi dan Hasil Sains Multiple Inteligences siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran Agama Islam di SMP Nurul Hikmah Kokop. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan Quasi Eksperimental Design. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas VII yang terdiri dari 3 rombel (A,B,C) di SMP Nurul Hikmah Kokop, dengan sampel penelitian kelas VII-A dan VII-B masing-masing diambil hanya 22 siswa dengan total semua sebayak 75 siswa. Dalam membuktikan dan mengalisis hal tersebut menggunakan instrumen tes dan posttesh. Sedangkan uji analisisnya menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, homogenitas dan independent sample t-test. Hasilnya mengacu uji hipotesis memakai SPSS, hipotesis pertama menghasilkan besaran sig. 0,000 < 0,05 berarti model PBL memiliki pengaruh Motifasi pada mata pelajaran PAI. Hipotesis kedua memperoleh nilai sig. 0,000 < 0,05 berarti model PBL berpengaruh terhadap Hasil Sains Multipel Inteligences siwa pada Mapel PAI di SMP Nurul Hikmah Kokop. Abstract

The background to this research is because in an educational institution there are 3 main aspects that should be achieved by students in an educational institution, including affective, cognitive and psychomotor aspects. However, recently in educational institutions, especially those in remote areas, there has been a lot of focus on the cognitive aspect, without paying attention to other aspects, such as the affective aspect which is actually very important because it is related to student behavior as well as disciplinary attitudes. Based on this, there are four problems, namely: first, analysis of the value of students' discipline character through class IX social studies lessons at MTsN 3 Pamekasan; second, what is the condition of the disciplinary attitudes of class IX students. Third, how to instill discipline in students through social studies learning in class IXmekasan students, fourth, what are the obstacles for social studies teachers in instilling discipline in class IX students. The objectives of this research include: first, to analyze the value of students' discipline character through social studies lessons; second, to determine the condition of disciplinary attitudes of class IX students. Third, to determine the instillation of students' disciplinary attitudes through social studies learning, fourth, to identify the obstacles of social studies teachers in instilling disciplinary attitudes in class IX students at MTsN 3 Pamekasan. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. The data sources were obtained through interviews, observation and also documentation. The informants were the school principal, social studies teacher, and class IX students at MTsN 3 Pamekasan. Meanwhile, checking the validity of the data is carried out through extending participation, increasing persistence and triangulation. The research results obtained are: (1) Analysis of the value of students' disciplined character through class IX social studies lessons, namely social studies learning activities become a benchmark in assessing how disciplined the students are, social studies learning is also always relevant in cultivating discipline, social studies learning covers 4 dimensions, one of which is values ​​and attitudes, so that the student's discipline character score is 80% of each class IX at MTsN 3 Pamekasan (2) The condition of the discipline attitude of class IX students is classified as good as evidenced by the majority of students complying with existing regulations. There are also students who are not disciplined, triggered by internal and external factors, 80% of students have behaved in a disciplined manner. (3) Instilling a disciplinary attitude in students through social studies learning, namely contextualizing social studies learning, innovative learning, getting used to it and carrying out counseling activities and exercising control over students, so that 90% have behaved in a disciplined manner (4) The obstacle for social studies teachers in instilling a disciplinary attitude is the teacher's lack of understanding related to the root of student problems, unconducive classroom conditions and the diversity of student abilities or 10% of the number of each class IX at MTsN 3 Pamekasan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ialah menilai dampak penerapan media google sketch up terhadap motivasi belajar dan kompetensi siswa di SMKN 1 Sampang. Populasi penelitian ini yakni semua siswa kelas XII DPIB-1 dan XI DPIB-2 SMK Negeri 1 Sampang yang berjumlah 71 siswa, sedangkan sampel penelitian sebanyak 20 siswa. Penelitian ini termasuk kedalam jenis eksperimental. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode tes untuk mengetahui tingkat Kompetensi siswa, sedangkan angket digunakan untuk Penggunaan media Google Sketchup, motivasi belajar. Metode pengolahan data memakai teknik anova 2 Windows. Adapun hasil penelitian yakni 1) penggunaan media Google SketchUp berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar siswa sebesar 0.000, 2) Dari penelitian ini didapatkan fakta bahwa penggunaan media Google SketchUp berpengaruh terhadap Kompetensi siswa sebesar 0,003 di SMKN 1 Sampang

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the parenting patterns of household assistants influence the formation of children's character and what factors influence the parenting patterns of household assistants on the formation of children's character in Gampong Seuriget, Langsa City, Aceh. In this case, the researcher only limited the research to the parenting patterns of household assistants with the aim of knowing the formation of children's character. This research uses the format of a qualitative research design, namely a qualitative descriptive design and uses a phenomenological approach to understand the parenting patterns of household assistants on the formation of children's character. In this research, the researcher used 6 sources, 2 as research subjects, 2 as informants for the perpetrators of each subject and 2 others as informed informants. Based on the results of the analysis carried out by researchers, it can be concluded that there are broad similarities regarding the psychological dynamics carried out on the subjects of this research which give rise to several aspects of parenting patterns and factors that influence the parenting patterns of household assistants on the formation of children's character so that they form values. character values of honesty, creativity, religiousness, tolerance, discipline, independence, high curiosity, democracy, caring about the social environment and also responsibility.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana kepemimpinan visioner memiliki korelasi terhadap kinerja guru pada lembaga pendidikan. Menggunakan pendekatan Meta-Analisis dan tinjauan sistematik dengan menggunakan software JASP 0.18.1.0. Data yang ditemukan sebanyak 11 artikel melalui pencarian pada google scholar dan mendeley search serta sincedirect dengan kata kunci kepemimpinan visioner, kinerja guru. 11 artikel dipilih berdasarkan karakteristik dan kriteria peneliti yang telah ditentukan. Data diambil0dari artikel1terpilih adalah0jumlah sampel (N) dan nilai0r pada masing-masing artikel, lalu ukuran0efek dianalisis meliputi; lembaga pendidikan. Data-data hasil penelitian korelasi kepemimpinan visioner terhadap kinerja guru pada lembaga pendidikan, dianalisis secara mendalam untuk menemukan seberapa besar hubungan kepemimpinan visioner terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian0ini diawali dengan1merumuskan topik0penelitian, menelusuri1hasil penelitian yang0relevan untuk dianalisis. Hal tersebut0dapat di lihat dari hasil penelitian yang memperlihatkan bahwa Hasil analisis0dengan model random1effect menunjukan1terdapat korelasi positif0yang signifikan0antara kepemimpinan visioner terhadap kinerja guru Z ; 13,592 P; <0,001; 95% (0,253; 0,339).. Adapun korelasi kepemimpinan visioner terhadap kinerja guru termasuk0pada kategori signifikansi rendah1(re: 0,300). Katakunci: Meta0Analisis, Kepemimpinan Visioner, Kinerja Guru, Lembaga Pendidikan.

Abstract

Indonesia, as a multicultural country, faces a variety of differences that lead to conflicts such as violence, oppression, and identity crisis. Plurality, which is a source of national strength, can at any time turn into a trigger for conflict if there is no understanding, tolerance and mutual understanding in addressing differences. Even in one class there are various kinds of differences and the classroom teacher is an important control holder in managing gender diversity, social status, ethnicity, and even intelligence diversity in the classroom. This study aims to understand multicultural-based classroom management strategies at the early childhood education level. Using a descriptive qualitative approach as a method of research. The place where the research was conducted was in one of the PAUD foundations named Nur Miyazaki Islamic Character School Kindergarten. Researchers made observations and conducted interviews with the Principal and class B teachers as data sources. Through the results of the study, it can be seen that the teacher's strategy of managing gender diversity, social status diversity, ethnic diversity, and social status diversity in the classroom is effective in developing the character of caring, sharing, tolerance, responsibility, and willingness to cooperate with one child with another. Although sometimes children respond with resistance to the new habit, the teachers successfully manage the children's emotions well.

Abstract

This article discusses the importance of digital marketing training as a technology-based business development strategy for MSMEs. The purpose of this article is to introduce and describe digital marketing training methods that can help MSMEs utilise the potential of digital technology in their marketing and business development. The method that is used in this article is a literature review of reliable sources related to digital marketing training and MSMEs development. The results of the literature review showed that digital marketing training can provide significant benefits for MSMEs in improving their skills and knowledge in digital marketing. This article also outlines some practical steps that can be implemented in digital marketing training for MSMEs, such as identification of digital target markets, use of digital tools and platforms, and measurement and analysis of digital marketing results. The conclusion of this article is that digital marketing training can be an effective strategy in technology-based business development for MSMEs, helping them increase their visibility, market access, and overall profitability.
