Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara dengan masyarakat yang beragam yang terbentang dari Sabang sampai Merauke, dimana terdapat banyak suku, agama, budaya dan adat istiadat yang berbeda-beda. Dengan demikian, masyarakat Indonesia harus mempunyai sikap toleransi yang tinggi. Data mining adalah proses mencari pola atau informasi dari data terpilih dengan menggunakan teknik atau metode tertentu. Metode dalam data mining sangat bervariasi, pemilihan algoritma yang tepat sangat bergantung pada hasil dan tujuan Knowledge Discovery in Databases (KDD) secara keseluruhan. Tahapan dalam proyek ini adalah: pengambilan dataset, dataset, pra-pemrosesan, TF-IDF, algoritma, kinerja. Algoritma yang digunakan dalam analisis ini adalah: Naïve Bayes Algoritma naïve Bayes merupakan metode klasifikasi yang berakar pada teorema Bayes. Ciri utamanya adalah mempunyai asumsi yang sangat kuat terhadap kondisi yang terjadi.

Abstract

Bananas are the fruit with the highest production in Indonesia, but quality disintegration often occurs during the distribution process. Therefore, it is necessary to maintain the quality and shelf life of bananas during the distribution process by using potassium permanganate as a ripening inhibitor. The purpose of this research was to study the effect of potassium permanganate concentration on the characteristics of ambon banana during storage. This research was conducted at the Chemistry Laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture, Ma'soem University from January to March 2023 The method used in this study used a Randomized Block Design (RAK) with various concentrations of potassium permanganate 0% as control, 2%, 4%, 6%, 8% and 10%. The parameters observed during storage were physico-chemical parameters consisting of peel color scale index, weight loss, moisture content, total acid, vitamin c, and total soluble solids, and sensory parameters, namely the level of liking for aroma, taste, and texture of ambon bananas. The results showed that different concentrations of potassium permanganate significantly affected the characteristics of ambon bananas during 7 days storage. The use of 6% potassium permanganate concentration was the most effective and economical in maintaining the characteristics and shelf life of ambon banana 4 days longer than the control.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan plasma nutfah padi di Sumatera Barat perlu dilakukan untuk meningkatkan ketersediaan sumber daya genetik padi yang mampu memenuhi kebutuhan dari segi kuantitas dan kualitas. Penelitian uji perkecambahan telah dilakukan terhadap 10 kultivar lokal asal Sumatera Barat pada bulan Juni sampai Agustus 2023 di Jorong Kandang Lamo Nagari Sarilamak Kecamatan Harau Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota. Parameter pengamatan adalah persentase kecambah normal, persentase perkecambaha, panjang radikula, dan panjang plumula. Penelitian ini disusun dalam Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan tiga ulangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan kultivar lokal padi asal Sumatera Barat menunjukkan pengaruh pada variabel pengamatan. Kultivar Damasraya (K8) menunjukkan nilai persentase kecambah, persentase kecambah normal, panjang radikula, dan indeks vigor yang paling tinggi dibandingkan kultivar lainnya. Kultivar Sibagondit (K3) menunjukkan nilai yang paling rendah pada karakter persentase kecambah normal yaitu 13,33 %.

Abstract

Rice is a strategic food commodity whose production and productivity need to be increased to maintain the nation's food security.Seeds are one of the production inputs that have a significant contribution to the level of productivity.Therefore, various problems related to rice seed production must be addressed immediately. Problems related to fertilization can be solved by the application of organic fertilizer technology KoHeA +MF (organic fertilizer technology of chicken manure with bioactivator MOL banana poultry),this technology is a cost-effective and environmentally friendly technology.The research was conducted on the experimental land of the Payakumbuh State Agricultural Polytechnic, in June - October 2023.The research design was factorial arranged in a Randomized Group Design (RAK) with 3 replications. The first factor is the level of artificial fertilizer, namely A1: 0% NPK, A2: 25% NPK, A3: 50% NPK, A4: 75% NPK, A5: 100% NPK. The second factor is the dose of KoHeA+MF, D1: 0 tons ha-1; D2: 5 tons ha-1; D3: 10 tons ha-1, D4: 15 tons ha-1, D5: 20 tons ha-1 and D6: 25 tons ha-1.The experimental unit consisted of 90 experimental units. Data analysis using STAT program and DNMRT further test at 5% level. The results showed that the overall application of KoHeA+MF organic fertilizer and NPK inorganic fertilizer had a good effect on the growth and production of rice seeds. At the time of generative growth, KoHeA+MF organic fertilizer support the highest increase in the number of tillers at a dose of 10 tons ha-1 KoHeA+MF and 100 kg ha-1NPK

Abstract

Melati air (A. palifolius) merupakan kelompok tumbuhan dari familia Alismataceae dengan habitus roset akar dan habitat pada media lumpur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pertumbuhan vegetatif dan generatif tanaman melati air (A. palifolius) yang meliputi pertambahan jumlah daun, panjang daun, lebar daun, pertambahan panjang perbungaan, cabang perbungaan dan panjang ruas. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di green house Politeknik Pertanian Negeri Payakumbuh Tanjung Pati, Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota Sumatera Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 30 tanaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan daun mengalami pertambahan rata-rata satu daun dalam waktu 2 hari. Panjang daun pada awal kemunculan rata-rata 5,5 – 8,7 cm dengan panjang dapat mencapai 61,5 cm. Lebar daun tidak dapat diamati dari awal muncul karena pada tanaman ini daun muda mengalami penggulungan, daun akan terbuka dan dapat diukur pada hari ke 7 munculnya daun dengan lebar daun 6,5 – 14 cm, maksimal lebar daun adalah 19,5 cm. Panjang perbungaan pada hari kedua pengamatan adalah 6 – 7 cm adalah 110,5 cm. Perbungaan terdiri dari 3 cabang yang terletak pada buku pertama dengan panjang 1,6 – 2,5 cm dan maksimal panjang cabang ini adalah 21,2 – 35,3 cm.

Abstract

Experimental research conducted at the sub-unit service unit office in Subang District, Subang Regency. The altitude of the experimental site is 76-100 meters above sea level and will be carried out from August 2022 to October 2022. This study aims to study the effect of the composition of vegetable insecticide powders (turmeric, pepper, Java chili) on the development of Sitophilus zeamais. and seed quality of corn (Zae mays L). The environmental design used a simple complete randomized design (CRD), consisting of A = no powder/control; B = Turmeric; C = Pepper, D = Javanese Chilli; E = Turmeric + Pepper; F = Turmeric + Javanese Chilli; G = Pepper + Javanese Chilli; H = Turmeric + Pepper + Javanese Chili ; I = Synthetic Insecticide. The results showed that the combination of vegetable insecticides had a significant effect on mortality at 7 HSA and the number of eggs at 7 HSA, 21 HSA, and 35 HSA, number of imago, number of larvae, number of pupae, percentage of damage. Seed quality and germination power. The use of vegetable insecticides in general provides an obstacle to the development of Sitophilus zeamais in the observation of mortality at 7 HSA and, the number of eggs at 7 HSA, 21 HSA, and 35 HSA, the number of imago, the number of larvae, the number of pupae and suppresses the level of damage to seed quality and germination.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan pendapatan kelapa sawit setelah meminjam Kredit Usaha Rakyat  (KUR). Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Desa Pagar Dewa sampel yang diambil menggunakan sensus yakni 20 orang. Metode yang digunakan menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif yakni menggunakan analisi pendapatan. Pendapatan petani kelapa sawit sebelum meminjam  Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) sebesar Rp 104.953.051 dengan rata – rata Rp 5.247.653. Sedangaka total Pendapatan yang diperoleh petani kelapa sawit setelah meminjam Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) sebesar Rp 206.052.366 dengan rata – rata Rp 10.302.618. dan  peningkatan yang diterima petani kelapa sawit setelah meminjam Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) sebesar Rp 101.099.315 dengan rata – rata Rp 5.054.966.

Abstract

Gift tilapia is a fish that is widely favoured by people in Bengkulu province and includes fish that has important economic value. Efforts to increase the growth rate of gift tilapia is one idea to increase production. As an important source of protein for the community. Gift tilapia has the advantage of being easy to breed, fast growth rate, and can be cultivated intensively and extensively with high density. The survival rate of tilapia seeds is highly influenced by several factors of the aquatic environment such as temperature, pH and feed. The growth of tilapia seeds also depends on the quality of the feed given every day, the higher the nutritional value of the feed given, the growth rate will increase, so therefore the provision of belimbing wuluh juice is expected to help improve the growth system and resilience of gifted tilapia seeds. This research was conducted in April to May located in the yard of the orange alley house, in Karang Anyar II Village, Argamakmur District, North Bengkulu. This study used a completely randomised design with 4 treatments and 3 replicates, namely Treatment A (no extract 0 ml/kg pellets), B (star fruit extract 55 ml/kg pellets), C (star fruit extract 75 ml/kg pellets) and Treatment D (star fruit extract 95 ml/kg pellets). The results showed that the provision of star fruit extract in artificial feed had a very significant effect on the length growth of gift tilapia, and the weight growth of gift tilapia. The best survival of gift tilapia in treatment C (star fruit extract 75 ml/kg pellets) with a survival value of 100% and produced the highest length growth in treatment D of 15.12 cm and the highest absolute weight growth was in treatment D with a value of 16.6 grams.

Abstract

Sheet jam is a modification of semi-solid jam products into sheets that are dense, practical and not too sticky. This research aims to characterize the effect of adding jelly or carrageenan on the physical, chemical and organoleptic properties of pedada fruit sheet jam. This research consisted of 2 treatments, namely the type of texturizer (jelly and carrageenan) and the concentration of the texturizer (1.5%, 2.25%, 3.0%). Analysis of yield, physical (texture), chemical (water content, fiber, protein, vitamin C, total dissolved solids), organoleptic tests (color, aroma, texture, taste, stickiness and overall), determining the best treatment as well as income and profit analysis are carried out on all sheet jam samples. Analysis of the best treatment using the De Garmo method states that the best sheet jam is found in the treatment with the addition of 1.5% carrageenan concentration, with a yield value of 56.31%, texture 2.32 mm, water content 26.08%, fiber content 0.82%, protein content 5.35%, vitamin C content 0.36% and total dissolved solids 29.70%. Organoleptic tests on color, aroma, texture, taste, stickiness and overall showed values of 4.20%, 3.85%, 3.85%, 3.85%, 3.70% and 4.25%. The results of the income and profit analysis of sheet jam for the best treatment show that with a total cost of Rp. 2,462,907 can generate income of Rp. 3,210,000 with a profit in one month of production of Rp. 747,093
