Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe digital literacy learning in Madrasah Tsanawiyah schools. Participants consisted of teachers and students (MTs) Muallimat Muhammadiyah Ypgyakarta Madrasah. Efforts to improve the quality of learning. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research or research that describes digital literacy in relation to the quality of learning at Madrasah Tsanawiyah to improve the quality of learning. Based on the results of the study, digital literacy applied in Madrasah Tsanawiyah can improve the quality of student learning in general.

Abstract

Many researchers, including academics and practitioners, have conducted studies on the topic of educational management. From the many research results on the theme of education management, there needs to be mapping to make it easier for other researchers to see the distribution of research results on education management. It is crucial to map the results of research on education management so that what has been researched can be known and duplication in research can be avoided. This study aims to see research trends related to education management in the Scopus database. The approach in this study uses quantitative (statistical) with the Bibliometric Analysis method. Bibliometric analysis is divided into four stages, namely first determining the purpose and scope of the study, second using science mapping analysis techniques related to education management, collecting data taken from the Scopus database by entering the keyword "education management" from the 2019-2023 time frame. In addition, the search is limited to using document types in the form of articles, source types in the form of journals and source languages used in English. The four data collection results were mapped based on the number of publications per year, then using the VOSviewer application to see collaboration trends and country networks, citations, research focus and research keywords as well as new themes in the field of education management from 2019-2023. The results showed that the trend of publications related to education management has increased in recent years, although in 2020, it decreased. China and Indonesia are two countries that have significant influence in this field. The research focuses on education management, including 1) human, humans, and education; 2) information management, big data, and colleges and universities; 3) decision-making, higher education, and management information; 4) data mining, management systems, and high educations, and 5) education management, students, and education computing. The new themes in this field are association rules, data technologies and student education. The five research focuses, and contemporary themes in this field can be a reference for future research that wants to explore education management in order to determine the specific area to be researched.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi praktik terbaik dalam implementasi pendidikan Adiwiyata di Sekolah Dasar dengan fokus pada pembangunan kecerdasan ekologis. Metode kualitatif digunakan untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang bagaimana pendidikan Adiwiyata diterapkan dalam konteks sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini melibatkan observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam dengan guru dan staf sekolah, serta analisis dokumen terkait kebijakan dan program pendidikan Adiwiyata di Sekolah Dasar. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan Adiwiyata dapat menjadi salah satu cara yang dapat diandalkan dalam mengembangkan kecerdasan ekologis siswa dengan cara melibatkan mereka dalam kegiatan praktis, seperti pengelolaan sampah dan konservasi lingkungan. Pendekatan ini tidak hanya meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang keberlanjutan lingkungan, tetapi juga membangun sikap dan perilaku pro-lingkungan yang berkelanjutan. Kesimpulannya, pendidikan Adiwiyata di sekolah dasar adalah model yang efektif untuk membangun kecerdasan ekologis siswa, dan praktik terbaik dalam implementasinya dapat memberikan panduan berharga bagi sekolah dan pendidik dalam upaya menjadikan pendidikan lebih berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Tulisan ini meneliti tentang kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa di SMPS Ma'arif NU 2 Blu'uran Karang Penang Sampang, dan kendala yang dihadapi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa di SMPS Ma'arif NU 2 Blu'uran karang Penang Sampang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam tulisan ini adalah kualitatif yang merupakan suatu metode penelitian naturalistik karena psenelitianya dilakukan pada kondisi yang alamiah (natural settlng). Objek yang alamiah adalah obyek yang berkembang apa adanya, tidak dimanipulasi oleh peneliti dan kehadiran peneliti tidak m empengaruhi dinamika pada objek tertentu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah sangat berperan dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa di sekolah. Kepala kebijakan-kebijakan antara lain dengan meningkatkan kualitas pendidik dan meningkatkan kualitas intelektual, emosional, dan spiritual siswa sehingga bisa memahami dan mengaplikasikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Dalam peningkatan minat belajar siswa di SMPS Ma’arif NU 2 Blu’uran Karang Penang Sampang, maka kepala sekolah mem buat strategi peningkatan profesionalisme pendidik, pengembangan ibadah dan pembinaan akhlak

Abstract

This research aims to obtain a description of strategic management that has the advantage of adapting school organizations in the context of changing globalization at SD Negeri 1 Rejosari. The focus of this research is: (1) how to plan the strategic management of SD Negeri 1 Rejosari so that it has excellence and high competitiveness?; (2) How does school quality assurance have implications for the provision of quality education services?; (3) Is the school development strategy management appropriate to the conditions and needs of the times? This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data was collected using interview, observation and documentation techniques. Data analysis is carried out by compressing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. Research results: (1) strategic management planning for SD Negeri 1 Rejosari using simulation, habituation and facilitation stages; (2) school quality assurance which has implications for the existence of quality education services developed through the Program Sekolah Generasi Kreatif (SENSITIF); (3) the learning flow that colors the learning process provides an overview of graduate profiles according to the conditions and needs of the times. It is necessary to use the services of educational consultants to improve the achievement of the school's vision and mission. The strategic management of SD Negeri 1 Rejosari which utilizes the use of computer informatics has succeeded in increasing student achievement. The strategic management of SD Negeri 1 Rejosari attracted the interest of parents of students to send them to SD Negeri 1 Rejosari. The strategic management of SD Negeri 1 Rejosari succeeded in increasing the number of students significantly from 2019 to 2023.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1) Untuk mengetahui fungsi manajemen kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan standar pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan UPTD SPF SMP Negeri 1 Danau Paris, 2). Fungsi manajemen kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan standar sarana dan prasarana UPTD SPF SMP Negeri 1 Danau Paris. 3) Untuk mengetahui dampak peningkatan standar pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan serta sarana dan prasarana dalam meningkatkan standar mutu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian deskriptif dan jenis penelitian berupa studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan menarik kesimpulan dan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1). Fungsi manajemen yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah di UPTD SPF SMP Negeri 1 Danau Paris menggunakan 4 (empat) fungsi manajemen menurut George R. Terry yakni POAC (planning, Organizing, Actuating and Controlling). 2). Fungsi manajemen yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah pada standar pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan sudah dilakukan dengan baik. 3) Peningkatan standar pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan serta standar sarana dan prasarana menjadi faktor yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan standar mutu di UPTD SPF SMPN 1 Danau Paris. Manajemen yang  didukung kolaborasi bersama dan dibangun dengan solid dalam mengupgrade kompetensi serta profesionalisme dengan mengedepankan kedisiplinan serta tanggungjawab dalam menjalankan tugas pokok dan fungsi masing-masing menjadi pondasi yang kokoh bagi peningkatan mutu pendidikan disekolah.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of social media in fostering interest in entrepreneurship in class XI and XII students of SMK Muhammadiyah 4 Yogyakarta. The method used is a qualitative descriptive study where 10 informants who already have social media are interviewed using appropriate sampling and triangulation techniques. The results of the interviews show that social media has a very important role in increasing student interest in entrepreneurship, namely as a means of promotion and online sales exit points, where you do not have to meet directly with consumers. By using social networks, students do not need to spend a lot of money to rent an apartment and make flyers. However, students' interest or interest in entrepreneurship still needs to be improved and retrained. Because students feel less confident, less creative, do not have capital and do not dare to take the risk of loss in a company. The way to overcome this is to maximize their use of social media. If students have a lot of followers, then the products to be sold are likely to have many buyers. So that social media can increase student interest in entrepreneurship, especially classes XI and XII at SMK Muhammadiyah 4 Yogyakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the strategic planning, strategy implementation, and strategy evaluation of school principals in improving the quality of education. This type of research is qualitative, uses a descriptive approach and is based on a case study. Data collection and using interview, observation and documentation techniques. The results of the study are linking the approach to: a) formulating the vision and mission, b) identifying goals that guide to the mission, c) determining goals in helping to achieve goals, and d) making work plans (Renstra) that encourage the achievement of goals. In addition, strategic planning can be done by using SWOT analysis in measuring or evaluating activities in organizational/school units by evaluating Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats. Planning begins with the principal's commitment to improving the quality of education, followed by revamping the organizational structure of the school and committee, improving the competence of educators and education personnel, fulfilling facilities and infrastructure, building networks and creating excellent service programs.

Abstract

The Head of the Madrasah has the responsibility of implementing education, managing administration, and developing other educational personnel. They are also responsible for improving the productivity of the madrasah's human resources. This study aims to examine the organizational learning system of departments at Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Jadid in order to enhance learning effectiveness. The research method used is qualitative and follows a case study approach. Data was collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings of this study indicate that there are three stages of development: human resource development, organizational system development, and the effectiveness of learning within the organization.

Abstract

The vision of the Merdeka Mengajar Platform is to create a collaborative learning environment by developing learning efficiencies and positive working environments. The purpose of this study is to find answers on how the learning community at Muhammadiyah Mlangi Elementary School can be optimized using the Merdeka educational platform. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach with observation, interviews with school principals and teachers participating in learning communities, as well as literature studies. The study concludes that using her PMM with the support of school leaders to optimize learning communities can help school members drive change. In addition, good cooperation between teachers is required for optimal PMM training. This improves self-efficacy and has a positive effect on good learning practices in the classroom.
