Abstract

Komitmen organisasi merupakan sikap seseorang untuk tetap loyal dalam melaksanakan tugasnya disuatu lembaga atau organisasi, seperti sikap loyalitas guru dalam menjalankan tugasnya di sekolah. Manajemen kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan komitmen guru ,yakni pembentukan karakteristik budaya sekolah yang mana pembentukannya juga mengikutsertakan pendapat guru disetujui bersama dan bersama-sama melakukan budaya sekolah yang telah dibentuk, kemudian melibatkan guru dalam pengambilan keputusan, dalam hal ini guru-guru telah menyebutkan bahwa kepala sekolah betul-betul merangkul semua guru untuk mengemukakan pendapatnya, dan yang terakhir mengembangkan potensi dan kinerja guru seperti melaksanakan workshop untuk semua guru di sekolah.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kompetensi pedagogik dan kepemimpinan guru penggerak dan menganalisis efektivitas program guru penggerak bagi peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik dan kepemimpinan   guru di SMK Negeri 7 Medan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang mengedepankan pendekatan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Analisis data menggunakan triangulasi antara sumber data untuk menguatkan simpulan yang diperoleh dalam penelitian. Penelitian diawali dengan mengumpulkan data kualitatif tentang kompetensi pedagogik dan  kepemimpinan guru SMK Negeri 7 Medan sebelum dan sesudah mengikuti Pendidikan guru penggerak melalui wawancara. Hasil temuan penelitian diperoleh bahwa program Guru Penggerak sudah efektif bagi peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik dan Kepemimpinan Guru di SMK Negeri 7 Medan, dan dari hasil observasi dan wawancara terlihat adanya peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik dan kepemimpinan guru  setelah mengikuti program ini yang berarti terdapat perbedaan yang nyata antara kompetensi pedagogik dan kepemimpinan guru sebelum mengikuti Pendidikan dan sesudah mengikuti Pendidikan guru penggerak. Setelah mengikuti program guru penggerak, guru penggerak mampu melakukan inovasi dalam pembelajaran, menjadi pemimpin pembelajaran yang berpusat pada murid dan pemimpin dalam komunitas praktisi di SMK Negeri 7 Medan.

Abstract

The rapid advancements in science and technology necessitate educational institutions to continually adapt to the challenges of globalization. In this era of increased global competition across various sectors, education is no exception. Thus, educational institutions must adopt a professional management approach, staying abreast of developments in science, technology, and the arts (IPTEKS), while also catering to consumer demands. To effectively compete, these institutions must focus on aspects like curriculum evolution, integration of information and communication technology, enhancement of educator and staff quality, and the improvement of educational facilities and infrastructure.In the face of heightened competition, leaders of educational institutions need to cultivate competitive advantages through strategies emphasizing efficiency, product quality, and innovation. The primary objective of this research is to assist educational institution leaders in formulating superior marketing strategies to navigate competition with other schools. This becomes particularly crucial in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic, where effective marketing strategies can contribute significantly to sustaining the quality and enrollment numbers of prospective students. The research was conducted in Jayapura, Papua, serving as a case study in Indonesia.The qualitative descriptive method (Sugiyono, 2016) was employed in this research. Researchers aimed to describe, explain, and address questions related to the phenomena and circumstances surrounding the importance of marketing strategies for educational services. The focus of the study was on YPPK Santo Paulus Middle School in Abepura. The research methodology outlined the approach, subjects, objects, location, population, and samples/informants, as well as operational definitions of variables/focus descriptions of main materials and tools. Data collection and analysis techniques were also detailed to address the research problem effectively.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out (1) school management in implementing the 2013 curriculum at the GUPPI Uswatun Hasanah Pematang Siantar school; (2) To find out the obstacles faced by school management in implementing the 2013 curriculum; (3) To find out efforts to overcome obstacles to implementing school management in implementing the 2013 Curriculum. The research method used was a qualitative approach using case study research. The findings of the research results were: (1) School Management in implementing the 2013 Curriculum includes: Implementation of 2013 Curriculum management includes: Planning by holding KKG teachers to prepare Prota, Prosem, RPP. Implementation of implementing learning activities according to the RPP, the learning method is scientific, the principal carries out class monitoring. Assessment is carried out with daily assessments, mid-semester assessments and final semester assessments where the head of the assessment is not much different from the Merdeka Curriculum assessment which is currently taking place where the daily assessment is changed to formative, summative material coverage, and final material summative. (2) Constraints in school management in Implementation of the 2013 Curriculum, firstly, the mindset of teachers who have not implemented authentic assessment optimally; second, teachers' lack of proficiency in using ICT (Information, Communication, technology); thirdly, the completeness of subject books is still lacking; fourth, the large number of students. (3) Efforts to overcome obstacles in implementing the 2013 curriculum management at the GUPPI Uswatun Hasanah Elementary School include: first, conducting a 2013 chronicle workshop, utilizing KKG in each theme, secondly, obstacles that arise, such as when creating lesson plans, can be overcome together or assessment problems that are currently still a problem. is a teacher's difficulty, and thirdly creating a special application to help teachers in assessment.

Abstract

This observation uses a saturated sample to prove the impact of Education and Training, Encouragement, and Workplace on Teacher Performance at Junior High School 1 Sulang. This observation used the survey method at the research object to collect data; questionnaires were distributed to 42 informants, consisting of all teachers at Junior High School 1 Sulang. Data analysis of respondents was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis. The conclusion of this observation suggests that education and training (DIKLAT) has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance; motivation has a negative and significant effect on teacher performance; and workplace has a positive and insignificant effect on teacher performance. The independent factors of education and training, motivation, and teacher performance account for 54.4% of the variation in the dependent variable, teacher performance, with an adjusted R square of 0.544.

Abstract

This research aims to determine "The Effectiveness of School Management in Improving Education Quality Standards at SMP Negeri 1 Singkohor Aceh Singkil. This type of qualitative research uses observation, interview and documentation data collection techniques. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of the research show School Management Planning in Improving Education Quality Standards at Singkohor State Middle School 1 Aceh Singkil Curriculum development for Singkohor State Middle School 1 includes serving the diversity of students, preparing a curriculum that applies nationally and locally in accordance with local interests, as well as professionally verifying the type of education, provision of adequate learning facilities and infrastructure. Implementation of the program to improve the quality of education through conducting seminars, training, forming a teaching team, participating in MGMP activities, comparative studies, searching for new information through reading and the internet, purchasing supporting books. Secondly, providing infrastructure, namely equipping laboratories and things that support school program activities. Third, student development through reading books and providing counseling guidance. Evaluation of school management in improving education quality standards at SMP Negri 1 Singkohor 1) visiting the library and carrying out reading activities 2) bringing reading materials they like to exchange with their classmates 3) holding discussion activities in retelling stories and pasted on the school wall. The two counseling guidance activities, namely self-monitoring, are one of the supporting strategies for providing information.

Abstract

This research aims to examine how the principal at SMA Negeri 4 Jambi City tries to increase teacher job satisfaction. This research was motivated by the low job satisfaction of teachers at the school, which can be seen from a lack of appreciation, low motivation and poor communication. This problem causes teachers to feel apathetic towards their responsibilities, often complain, and are dissatisfied with the support provided by the school. This study used qualitative research methods. To collect data for this research, the author conducted interviews, made observations, and collected documentation. The key informant for this research is the teacher at SMA Negeri 4 Jambi City, while the school principal acts as a supporting informant. Based on information gathered from several respondents, it appears that school principals play a very positive and influential role in school organizations. The principal has made significant efforts to improve school performance by providing exceptional services, thereby aiming to increase teacher satisfaction.

Abstract

Management in Media Development is very necessary because Management can function in building creativity and innovation of administrators in an organization. The data collection method and technique in this research is qualitative research with a case study approach. Management in Media Development at OIF UMSU is carried out by implementing four management functions (planning, organizing, mobilizing and supervising). In terms of planning, OIF UMSU as a research and service institution must have a roadmap in both the short and long term. In the event that OIF UMSU organizes groupings, the arrangement and distribution of members' duties is described and stated in the job description document. Then in terms of Mobilization, Leaders can provide breakthroughs and in terms of Supervision, the Supervision carried out is not only in the form of punishment for those who make mistakes but also in the form of appreciation for achievements.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine human capital management in improving school quality at SDIT Baiturrahim. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques from observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects in this research were school principals, administrative employees and teachers. The data analysis techniques in this research are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research indicate that human capital management in improving (planning, organizing, actuating dan controlling) the quality of schools at SDIT Baiturrahim has generally been implemented. It can be seen from the various achievements that have been achieved by students and educators in various competitions ranging from city to provincial level. So that by obtaining these achievements, the quality of education at SDIT Baiturrahim can be improved.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pengawasan akademik. Fokus penelitian mencakup efektivitas pengawasan terkait standar proses, kompetensi lulusan, tenaga pendidik, sarana-prasarana, dan standar pengelolaan di SMP N 2 Kutalimbaru. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Peneliti langsung sebagai pelaksana pendidikan dilingkungan sekolah, sedangkan objek penelitian ini adalah semua yang bergerak dalam fenomena pengawasan yaitu Pengawas, kepala sekolah, dan guru. Hasil penelitian dalam efektivitas pengawasan terkait standar proses SMP N 2 Kutalimbaru, Efektifitas pengawasan terkait kompetensi kelulusan sudah sesuai dengan ketentuan pusat dan dilihat dari sikap, watak, dan ketaqwaan. Efektivitas tenaga pendidikan dan kependidikan kurang efektif, karena masuknya penjaga sekolah menjadi bagian tata usaha yang seharusnya di kelola oleh tenaga khusus bidang tata usaha. Efektivitas pengawasan terkait standar proses dinilai baik dan sudah berdasarkan pada Perencanaan proses pembelajaran, pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran, penilaian dan pengawasan proses pembelajaran. Pengawasan proses pendidikan efektif, karena terlaksana sesuai seperti kelengkapan RPP, Silabus, Media Pembelajaran, dan lainya. Efektifitas Pengawasan terkait Standar pengelolaan SMP N 2 Kutalimbaru dinilai cukup baik dan dijalankan dengan mengikuti peraturan dinas pendidikan, akan tetapi terdapat keterbatasan pengaplikasian kurikulum baik dari segi pemenuhan unsur pendukung dan kemampuan siswa dalam menerima pembelajaran.
