Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan (JIWP) Diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan di bidang pendidikan . Jurnal ini terbit 4 bulanan, yaitu bulan April, Agustus dan Desember. *Ruang Lingkup* Memuat hal kajian, analisis, dan penelitian tentang perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi, dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan kinerja dan memfasilitasi belajar di lembaga pendidikan formal, non-formal dan informal serta lembaga-lembaga pelatihan. *Deskripsi* Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan merupakan media komunikasi ilmiah bagi dosen, guru, widyaiswara, mentor, mahasiswa, dan praktisi pendidikan lainnya serta pemerhati kependidikan. Jurnal ini dimaksudkan sebagai wadah untuk menyebarluaskan hasil kajian, pemikiran, penelitian, dan evaluasi yang relevan dengan kawasan pendidikan yakni perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan, pembelajaran dan evaluasi. Abstract

Increasingly competitive competition makes companies must be able to increase their competitiveness to maintain the company's survival. One of the efforts that can be made is to improve employee performance. The success and failure of improving employee performance are determined by leadership, namely an effective leadership style that will impact the progress of the company and work motivation, which supports efforts to improve the quality of employee work to boost employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership and work motivation on employee performance at the Regional Public Company (Perumda) Tirtauli drinking water in Pematang Siantar City. This form of research is quantitative research with an associative approach. The population in this study were all employees of Perumda Tirtauli of Pematang Siantar city. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with simple random sampling. The analysis techniques used are instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analyses, partial tests, simultaneous tests and coefficient of determination tests. The results of this study indicate that the transformational leadership variable has a positive and significant effect both partially and simultaneously on the performance of Perumda Tirtauli employees in the city of Pematang Siantar, with an effect of 76.6%. In comparison, other factors outside this research model influence the remaining 23.4%.

Abstract

Learning is basically an effort to build character for students and also teachers involved in the learning process. Most of the teaching staff in Indonesia tend to use conventional media which uses verbal delivery methods. According to Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System, it is stated that education is a conscious and planned effort to create a learning atmosphere and learning process so that students actively develop their potential to have religious spiritual strength, self-control, personality, intelligence. , noble morals, and skills needed by himself, society, nation and state. The era has developed, therefore the adaptation of students' habits automatically changes to become technology oriented, where they are more interested in things related to technology and things like that. Film is a flexible medium. Initially, film media was used as an audio-visual entertainment medium, where at that time the entertainment used was usually in the form of audio or sound only and also writing, be it magazines, newspapers, comics or the like. However, as the film industry develops in the world, this film has become more flexible, where it can be used simply as entertainment, as a source of motivation, as an outlet for feelings, until finally films can also be used as anti-mainstream learning media. Based on the results of data research from the Ministry of Communication and Information in 2021 in the 2021 BNN Drugs Report, it was explained that narcotics use among teenagers aged 15-35 years reached 82.4% with the status of users, 47.1% with the status of dealers and 31.4% with the role of couriers. . There is also the use of narcotics among pupils and students reaching 27%. The National Narcotics Agency said that there would be an increase in the use of these narcotics by 1.95% in 2022 compared to 2019.

Abstract

English in the hotel industry is considered crucial in order to provide service excellence in the term of communication with foreign tourists. Prioritizing the proficiency of staff in English indicates the importance of language choice in hotels to contribute to guest satisfaction, upgrade a positive brand image, and help build customer loyalty. To improve their English proficiency, an English speaking training program must be carried out. This study aims to investigate the perception of hotel staff towards English speaking training given to them. This study employed a descriptive quantitative method; data collected through questionnaires distributed to six staff of a hotel in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The result reveals positive perceptions to the English speaking training for all aspects. Participants gained positive perception. The scores reached 3.78 for both speaking improvement and teaching method, while 3.79 for English speaking training materials. It concluded that the English speaking training enhanced participants' confidence and application of English speaking skills in their daily work.

Abstract

Kejahatan dunia maya yang semakin marak terjadi berhasil menarik perhatian berbagai kalangan masyarakat. Hal ini terjadi seiring dengan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang mempengaruhi hampir setiap aspek kehidupan manusia atau biasa dikenal sebagai Era Disruptif. Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan akses mudah ke internet telah meningkatkan tindakan kriminal online seperti pencurian identitas, penipuan online, dan penyebaran malware. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengetahuan keamanan digital Siswa-siswi Sekolah Menengah Pertama di era disruptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur kepada 10 siswa-siswi Sekolah Menengah Pertama yang memiliki dan mengoperasikan gadget di Kabupaten Pacitan. Analisis data dilakukan sejak dilakukan penelitian sampai dengan pelaporan. Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa mayoritas siswa-siswi Sekolah Menengah Pertama memiliki pengetahuan yang memadai dalam hal keamanan digital walaupun terdapat perbedaan pemahaman. Beragam faktor, seperti latar belakang keluarga, peran guru di sekolah, dan lingkungan mereka menyebabkan perbedaan dalam tingkat pemahaman mengenai keamanan digital. Penelitian ini memiliki kontribusi dalam memberikan wawasan mendalam mengenai keamanan digital yang dapat digunakan sebagai dasar untuk mengembangkan strategi pendidikan yang lebih efektif dan melindungi mereka dalam lingkungan digital yang semakin kompleks.

Abstract

Background:Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) is an accumulation of various types of pain in nerves, tendons and muscles that are used uncontrollably, work is done repeatedly and static work positions for long periods of time. MSDs are disorders that are rarely life-threatening, but MSDs can reduce quality of life and work productivity. This study aims to determine the relationship between age, sex and work period with complaints of MSDs among doctors, midwives and nurses at the NTB Provincial Regional Hospital. Method:This research is an analytical observational study using a research design cross sectional. The sampling technique is proportionate stratified random sampling. The research sample was 86 samples according to the inclusion and exclusion criterias. The data obtained were analyzed using a correlation test chi-square. Results:The results of this study showed that 49 people aged >30 years complained of MSDs and 17 people aged ≤30 years complained of MSDs (19.8%). There were 42 female respondents with MSDs complaints (48.8%) and 24 male respondents with MSDs complaints (27.9%). Respondents with work experience >5 years with MSDs were 37 people (30.7%) and respondents with work experience ≤ 5 years with MSDs complaints were 29 people (35.3%). There is a significant relationship between age and complaints of MSDs (p-value of 0.000;p-value < 0.05). There is no significant relationship between gender and complaints of MSDs (p-value of 0.137;p-value > 0.05). There is a significant relationship between working hours and complaints of MSDs (p-value of 0.001;p-value > 0,05). Conclusion:There is a significant relationship between age and length of service with MSDs complaints and there is no significant relationship between gender and MSDs complaints among doctors, midwives and nurses at the NTB Provincial Regional Hospital.

Abstract

Social reality is a description of social problems in society that are expressed in a literary work. This social reality is related to the sociology of literature. Literary sociology is the analysis and evaluation of literary works by considering social reality. This research aims to describe the social reality that occurs in the short story Hikayat Asam Pedas by Azhari Aiyub. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The results of the study found that there are intrinsic elements and social realities that include culture, economy, and suffering in the short story Hikayat Asam Pedas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh pentingnya akan kesadaran keamanan digital bagi masyarakat desa. Berkembangnya digital di era disruptif ini membuat peneliti tertarik untuk meneliti terkait kesadaran keamanan digital pada masayarakat desa. Faktor-faktor yang berbeda dari setiap masyarakat seperti pendidikan dan akses yang kurang memadai, membuat perbedaan kesadaran keamanan digital. Sehingga keamanan digital ini harus di pahami bagi pengguna perangkat digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesadaran keamanan digital di masyarakat desa Jimbar Wonogiri di era disruptif ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan mengunakan metode wawancara dan observasi mendalam kepada masyarakat yang menggunakan perangkat digital di desa Jimbar Wonogiri, serta data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis mengunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar masyarakat desa Jimbar wonogiri memiliki perangkat digital dan internet, tetapi kurang paham akan keamanan, dan Faktor yang mempengaruhi kesadaran keamanan digital salah satunya kejadian penipuan yang langsung dialami masyarakat desa Jimbar Wonogiri.

Abstract

Online personal shopper businesses that are increasingly in demand by Indonesian consumers must be accompanied by optimal monitoring from the relevant agencies, namely the Directorate General of Customs and Excise, to minimize online personal shoppers who use import duty exemption facilities. This study aims to determine the role of Customs and Excise in monitoring passenger luggage at Juanda International Airport, what violations are committed by online entrepreneurs, and how the perspective is in criminal law. Empirical research type with socio legal approach and qualitative descriptive research method. The results of this study are Customs and Excise conduct monitoring by analyzing x-ray and passenger profiles. The method of violation is splitting and deliberately not declaring the quantity and types of the items correctly. Online personal shopper who avoid paying import duties and do not fill out customs declarations correctly may be subject to criminal sanctions in accordance with the applicable regulations.

Abstract

Prasasti merupakan salah satu tinggalan arkeologi dari masa atau periode klasik yang menempati porsi cukup penting dalam penelitian arkeologi. Prasasti pada umumnya memuat berbagai aspek kehidupan masyarakat Bali Kuno dan peristiwa-peristiwa yang terjadi pada masa lampau termasuk masalah sosial seperti gangguan keamanan (kriminalitas) yang terjadi di masyarakat. Prasasti Pada Masa Bali Kuno memuat tindak kriminalitas antara lain Prasasti Bebetin AI yang berangka tahun 818 Ś, Prasasti Bebetin AII yang berangka tahun 911 Ś, Prasasti Sading A yang berangka tahun 923 Ś, Prasasti Gobleg, Pura Desa III yang berangka tahun 1037 Ś, Prasasti Bwahan C yang berangka tahun 1068 Ś, Prasasti Udjung yang berangka tahun 962 Ś, serta Prasasti Gobleg Pura Batur B. Penelitian terkait tindak kriminalitas secara lebih seksama perlu dilakukan dan dikaji lebih mendalam untuk mengetahui mengenai tindak kriminalitas yang pernah terjadi pada masa lampau. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bentuk kriminalitas pada masyarakat di Masa Bali Kuno abad IX-XII. Teori yang penulis gunakan dalam penelitian ini anome untuk mengkaji tindakan kriminal yang terjadi pada Masa Bali Kuno, sedangkan dalam analisis penulis menggunakan analisis kualitatif dan analisis kontekstual hingga mendapatkan gambaran tindakan kriminalitas yang terjadi pada Masa Bali Kuno Abad IX-XII. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilaksanakan bentuk kriminalitas pada Masa Bali Kuno masuk dalam kelompok kejahatan sukhadhuka yang secara garis besar dibagi menjadi empat, yaitu : a) penganiayaan, b) pembunuhan, c) tindak kekerasan, d) kejahatan terhadap kesopanan, sedangkan bentuk-bentuk kejahatannya meliputi: a) anghapit (memukul), b) hastacapala, c)angabet, d)dandakodanda (memukul), e)pinurripurihan (dihalang-halangi/diintimidasi), f) padacapala (menendang), g) anibo, h) haracun, i)angracun (meracun), j) hanayab (menusuk), k) wangke kabunan (mayat terkena embun), l) matarahin, m) ryyampas, n) amungpang, o) anumpu (perampasan), p) amuk, q) hamuk (mengamuk), r) maling (mencuri), s) drohaka (menipu), t) kejahatan terhadap wanita.
