Abstract

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of role playing in describing the chemistry subject of molecular form material to improve learning outcomes and critical reasoning skills, compared to conventional learning which is only done by lecture method. Most of the chemistry lessons are abstract in nature, requiring high imagination and critical reasoning skills. Likewise, the molecular form material has a complex structure with constituent atoms in various shapes and angles. To help students in this learning, the role playing method was chosen which can involve students directly, train them to work together, express ideas, solve problems, analyze, evaluate and conclude. This study uses a quantitative approach with a pretest and posttest design in the experimental and control groups. The subjects of the study were students of class X SMA Negeri 3 Pamekasan in the 2024-2025 Academic Year. The sample was selected using the cluster random sampling technique. The experimental class was taught using the role playing method while the control class used the conventional method in the form of lectures. Each control and experimental class had 36 students. The instrument used in this study was a descriptive test with 15 questions to measure learning outcomes and 10 questions to measure students' critical reasoning abilities. The data obtained were processed statistically using the SPSS statistic 21.0 application for windows in the Paired T test. The results of the study for the learning outcome variable obtained data values ​​of 0.000 (sig <0.05), Gain values ​​of 44.18 and N Gain of 0.7, including the high category. For the critical reasoning ability variable, a value of 0.000 (sig <0.05), Gain values ​​of 49.17 and N Gain of 0.7, included in the high category. The conclusion of this study is that the role playing method is effective in improving learning outcomes and critical reasoning abilities of class XI students of SMA Negeri 3 Pamekasan in describing the subject of chemistry on the material of molecular shapes.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the somatic auditory visual intellectual (SAVI) learning model on the interest and results in thematic learning of class III students at SDN Larangan Timur 2 Tanjungbumi Bangkalan. The design in this research used quantitative research. The research subjects were class III students at UPTD SDN Larangan Timur 2 Tanjungbumi, Bangkalan Regency, totaling 28 students. Class III students at SDN Larangan Timur 2 only consist of 1 class, so they are not in the experimental control class. In this research, a design was carried out before and after implementing the SAVI (Somatic Auditory Visual Intellectual) learning model. In this research, the observation method is used to determine students' interest in learning in implementing the SAVI learning model and the learning outcomes test method which refers to the indicators or learning objectives to be achieved. The data analysis technique used in this research is the T Paired Samples Test with SPSS 22. The results of the T Paired Samples Test with SPSS 22, the significance value is 0.000 < 0.05. The Gain value is 16 and the N-Gain is 0.721, which is in the high category and the learning outcome variable has a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 with the Gain value is 18.22 and the N-Gain is 0.713, which is in the high category. The conclusion of this research is that there are differences in students' interest in learning and learning outcomes before and after implementing learning using the Somatic Auditory Visual Intellectual (SAVI) model for class III students at SDN Larangan Timur 2 Tanjungbumi Bangkalan.

Abstract

The objectives of this research include: 1) To determine the effectiveness of using videos in increasing student learning motivation through guidance and counseling for class VIII students at SMPN 1 Tragah, and 2) To determine the effectiveness of using videos in increasing student achievement through guidance and counseling for class students. viii SMPN 1 Tragah. Researchers conducted trials on the use of videos in providing guidance and counseling services to increase student motivation and achievement. These researchers are included in the type of experimental research. Experimental research is research that uses a quantitative research approach where data is produced in the form of numbers and analyzed using statistical analysis techniques. Nonequivalent Control Group Design is the experimental research design chosen and is one of the quasi experimental design research designs. The research samples were 30 students from class VIII-C as the control class and 30 students from class VIII-D as the experimental class. Researchers developed an instrument in the form of a questionnaire on learning motivation and career planning. The data obtained were analyzed using the independent sample t test analysis technique. Research conclusions include: 1) The use of videos is effective in increasing student learning motivation through guidance and counseling for class VIII students at SMPN 1 Tragah., 2) The use of videos is effective in improving student achievement through guidance and counseling for class VIII students at SMPN 1 Tragah.

Abstract

Music is part of communication, through song lyrics the communicator tries to convey a message to the communicant. If you look at the lyrics, music is a form of verbal communication. BTS (Beyond The Scene) or also often known as Bangtan Sonyeondan, is a male singer group from South Korea. BTS is one of the singers who uses music as a medium for conveying messages to their listeners and packages them through song lyrics that hold special meaning. This research is entitled "Analysis of the Meaning of Quarter Life Crisis in the Lyrics of the BTS Song "Zero O'Clock" (Ferdinand De Saussure's Semiotic Study)". This research aims to find the meaning of Quarter Life Crisis contained in the lyrics of the BTS song "Zero O'Clock". Using Ferdinand De Saussure's semiotic theory, the author examines the signifiers and signifieds in each verse of the BTS song entitled "Zero O'Clock" using a qualitative descriptive method. The result of this research is the discovery of the meaning of quarter life crisis contained in the lyrics of the BTS song "Zero O'Clock. Apart from the meaning of the quarter life crisis, BTS also has a motivational message for its listeners in this song entitled "Zero O'Clock".

Abstract

Berdasarkan asas tanggung jawab negara, negara akan menjamin pemanfaatan sumber daya alam akan memberikan manfaat yang sebesar-besarnya bagi kesejahteraan dan mutu hidup rakyat, baik generasi masa kini maupun generasi masa depan sebagai tujuan dilaksanakannya pembangunan yang berkelanjutan. Masalah yang akan diteliti: Pertama, bagaimana tanggung jawab negara sebagai dasar pelaksanaan perlindungan dan pengelolaan lingkungan hidup? Kedua, bagaimana pelaksanaan tanggung jawab negara sebagai dasar pelaksanaan perlindungan dan pengelolaan lingkungan hidup? Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah yuridis normatif dengan disertai dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan. Metode dianalisis yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan, bahwa kedudukan asas tanggung jawab negara sebagai dasar pelaksanaan perlindungan dan pengelolaan lingkungan hidup mengandung arti: 1) Negara menjamin pemanfaatan sumber daya alam yang akan memberikan manfaat yang sebesar-besarnya bagi kesejahteraan dan mutu hidup rakyat, baik generasi masa kini maupun generasi masa depan. 2) Negara menjamin hak warga negara atas lingkungan hidup yang baik dan sehat. 3) Negara mencegah dilakukannya kegiatan pemanfaatan sumber daya alam yang menimbulkan pencemaran dan/atau kerusakan lingkungan hidup.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain the implementation of multicultural values in class X history learning at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Pontianak. The method used descriptive method with qualitative research type. The data sources were two history teachers, one deputy head of curriculum, one deputy head of student affairs and al-islam kemuhammadiyahan and sixteen grade X students. Data collection techniques and tools used observation with observation guides, interviews with interview guides and documentation. Data analysis techniques used data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed (1) The situation and conditions of diversity in SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Pontianak are well maintained so as to minimize the occurrence of cultural divisions or conflicts in the school environment. (2) The process of implementing multicultural values in class X history learning at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Pontianak is carried out by delivering learning materials by teachers using lecture, question and answer, discussion and evaluation learning methods. (3) The obstacles experienced by teachers in implementing multicultural values in class X history learning at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Pontianak are that there are some students who are still passive in participating in history learning and do not understand what is meant by multicultural and its values.

Abstract

The Village Consultative Body functions to establish village regulations together with the village head, accommodate and channel community aspirations. Based on these problems, the author is interested in knowing the existence of the Village Consultative Body (BPD) of Sukaramai Village, Kampar Regency and the inhibiting and supporting factors of the Village Consultative Body (BPD) of Sukaramai Village, Kampar Regency in carrying out its duties and authority. The research method in this thesis uses a type of sociological legal research, namely research on the effectiveness of law in society. The nature of this thesis research is researchdescriptivewhich systematically describes the facts and characteristics of the object being studied accurately. The data collection technique in this research is the interview method and literature review, then after the data is collected it is then analyzed to draw conclusions. Based on the research results, it can be understood that the existence of the Village Consultative Body (BPD) in Village government has existed since the enactment of the Regional Government Law under the Law on Villages which is in effect to date. Together with the Village Head, the BPD carries out government functions as a partner of the Village Government in supervising the running of the Village Government. In reality, the existence of many Village Consultative Bodies themselves have not carried out their roles and functions. Based on the research results, it shows that the Village Consultative Body (BPD) of Sukaramai Village in carrying out its functions of establishing village regulations, monitoring and accommodating community aspirations has not been optimal in its implementation due to a lack of understanding by BPD members of their duties and functions based on applicable regulations. The factors that influence the existence of the Sukaramai Village Deliberative Body are the first, the Inhibiting Factors, namely Facilities, Not understanding its function, the Community not understanding the function of the BPD and the Community, secondly the Supporting Factors, namely the Collaborative Relationship with the village government, the BPD member selection system and Income/Incentives. The efforts made by the Sukaramai BPD in carrying out its duties and functions include efforts from parties outside the BPD, namely those carried out by the Kampar Regency Government and efforts made by the Sukaramai Village BPD.

Abstract

Undang-Undang Dasar 1945 menyatakan bahwa anak adalah amanah Tuhan Yang Maha Esa yang didalam dirinya melekat harkat, martabat dan hak asasi manusia yang harus dijunjung tinggi. Hak asasi anak yang paling mendasar adalah hak untuk hidup, kelangsungan hidup dan tumbuh kembang anak. Salah satu yang menjadi persoalan adalah hak anak untuk mendapatkan pelayanan Kesehatan dan Pendidikan bagi anak angkat. Pada praktiknya pengangkatan anak yang di lakukan antara kedua belah pihak tidak memperhatikan pemenuhan hak anak angkat yang harusnya anak tersebut dapatkan. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktik pengangkatan anak di Kampung Sam Sam Kecamatan Kandis Kabupaten Siak tidak melalui proses penetapan pengadilan hanya melakukan melalui surat perjanjian diantara kedua belah pihak antara orang tua kandung dan orang tua angkat. Pemenuhan hak anak angkat dalam masalah yang peneliti teliti di Kampung Sam Sam Kecamatan Kandis terutama dalam hak mendapatkan pelayanan Kesehatan dan Pendidikan tidak terpenuhi dengan baik. Adapun yang menjadi faktor penyebab tidak terpenuhinya hak anak yaitu faktor ekonomi orang tua kandung, rendahnya pengetahuan orang tua terhadap hak-hak anak. Dimana upaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah dalam hal ini pemerintah dan masyarakat melakukan bimbingan dan pengawasan yang ketat terhadap standarisasi mengenai perekonomian bagi orang tua yang akan melakukan pengangkatan anak selnjutnya upaya berupa bimbingan terhadap pelaksanaan pengangkatan anak dilakukan oleh pemerintah dan masyarakat melalui kegiatan penyuluhan, konsultasi, konseling, pendampingan dan pelatihan.

Abstract

As a state of law, Indonesia upholds respect for human rights. In Indonesia, there are many people with mental disorders whose rights are not fulfilled, such as the right to be placed in health facilities, so that they end up being neglected and are vulnerable to becoming victims of criminal acts of rape due to the absence of supervision and when this happens the existing regulations have not provided maximum protection both from the perspective of material and formal criminal law. So that the formulation of the problem in this study is how the arrangement of legal protection for women with mental disorders who are victims of criminal acts of decency now, and how the arrangement of legal protection for women with mental disorders who are victims of criminal acts of decency in the future. The purpose of this research is to find out the current arrangements and formulate ideal regulations in the future. This type of research is classified into the type of research is normative legal research or can also be called doctrinal legal research. Normative legal research is library legal research. This research is included in normative juridical research, which is based on legal principles, especially those related to the principle of justice. From the results of the research, it can be concluded that related to legal protection for women with mental disorders who are victims of criminal acts of decency, there are regulations in Indonesian regulations, namely in the Criminal Code, the Sexual Violence Act, the Health Act, and the Mental Health Act. It is found that in the Criminal Code there are provisions that have the potential to hamper law enforcement on criminal acts of decency committed against women with mental disorders, in the TPKS Law the regulation regarding the rights of victims of criminal acts of decency is in accordance with the rights guaranteed in the United Nations Declaration Number 40/A/Res/34 of 1985. However, there are still problems and there needs to be criminal law reform in the future related to this matter. The author suggests that some substantial changes be made to the regulation of legal protection for women with mental disorders who are victims of criminal acts of decency as follows: reduction of the elements of the offence that must be proven in the article on the crime of rape against women with mental disorders, aggravation of the crime of rape committed against women with mental disorders, and renewal in terms of proof of criminal acts of decency committed against women with mental disorders.

Abstract

This research seeks to provide a picture of the livelihood conditions of farmer households or farming communities in Sampir Village. The problem that is of concern in this research is how the community or farming families implements adaptation patterns for their families by implementing various livelihood strategies, to in fulfill their daily living needs. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. With data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and dokumentation. While the processing research data is by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that the community or farming households in Sampir village, always fulfill their basic daily needs for everyday apart from agricultural products, they also always carry out various livelihood strategies. This research uses the subsistence ethnics theory explained by James C Scott regarding survival mechanisms among farmers. The comunity or farming families in Sampir Village prioritiez fulfilling basic needs rather than meeting other needs
