Abstract

The aim of this study was to evaluate the influence of internal control and good corporate governance on the performance of PT PAL Indonesia. The research utilized a sample of 50 respondents for data collection, and the analysis involved statistical methods such as descriptive testing, data quality evaluation, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing. The results of the data analysis indicate that internal control has a partially positive and significant impact on company performance. Additionally, the study reveals that good corporate governance has a positive and significant effect on company performance. When both variables, internal control and corporate governance, are examined simultaneously, they exhibit a positive and significant impact on company performance. Consequently, these findings constitute a noteworthy contribution within the realm of corporate governance, underscoring the critical importance of implementing internal control and adopting good corporate governance as pivotal factors in enhancing the performance of PT PAL Indonesia. The practical implications derived from these study results can serve as a basis for companies to optimize their strategies related to internal control and corporate governance, thereby achieving their performance objectives more effectively.

Abstract

In Indonesia, forest and land burning is a major problem. In Samosir Regency, forest and land fires occur almost every year and the area of forest and land fires is increasing. Forest and land fires are thought to originate from clearing plantation or agricultural land by burning. The police are law enforcement officers at the forefront of law enforcement related to forest and land burning. Therefore, the purpose of this thesis research is first, to find out the implementation of law enforcement related to forest and land burning by the police in the Samosir Regency area. Second, to find out the obstacles faced by the police in handling the crime of forest and land burning in Samosir Regency. Third, to find out the police's efforts in overcoming obstacles to law enforcement related to the crime of forest and land burning in the Samosir Regency area. This type of research can be classified into sociological research. With the research location located at the Samosir Regency Police, while the population and sample are all parties related to the problem under study. This research uses data sources in the form of primary data and secondary data, and data collection techniques are carried out by means of interviews. From the results of the problem research there are three main things that can be concluded. First, that law enforcement is carried out preventively (prevention) and repressively (prosecution). Second, the obstacles faced by the police in handling criminal acts of forest and land burning consist of law enforcement factors.Third, the efforts made by the police in overcoming these obstacles are, related to the lack of apparatus by requesting assistance from the North Sumatra Regional Police, then for factors related to the community, making socialization and counseling to the community. deterrent effect on the community. Abstract

Diarrhea is a disease characterized by an increase in the frequency of defecation more than 3 times a day accompanied by liquid stool consistency and accompanied by the presence or absence of blood or mucus. In the management of diarrhea in toddlers who undergo treatment, it will have an impact on the emergence of problems in drug administration Drug Related Problems (DPRs). The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of hospitalized pediatric patients diagnosed with diarrhea, including age, gender and weight grouping, to determine the treatment of diarrhea in pediatric patients at Imanuel Hospital Bandar Lampung in the July- Desember 2022 period including drug classes, to evaluate the management of diarrhea treatment in pediatric patients related to DRPs at the Imanuel Hospital Inpatient Installation in Bandar Lampung in the July-December 2022 period including: Drugs without indication, indication without drug, under dose and over dose. A study wasconducted on diarrhea patients in the children’s room who were treated at the Imanuel Way Halim Hospital inpatients installation from July-December 2022. With retrospective data collection techniques and descriptive analysis, a sample of 46 patients with an age range of 0-12 years was obtained. The results of data collection and processing showed that at the Imanuel Way Halim House, the most common gender was 30 men and 16 women. The most drug therapy received by diarrhea patients is zinc supplement group (71,73%) while other drugs used together with diarrhea drugs for diarrhea therapy are antidiarrheal (56,52%). The evaluation results showed that potential DPRs were drugs without indications (0,00%), indications drugs (2,17%), excessive dose (0,00%), under dose (0,00%).

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of motivation on tourists' visiting decisions on Onrust Island, to determine the effect of perceptions on tourists' visiting decisions on Onrust Island, and to determine the effect of motivation and perceptions on tourists' visiting decisions on Onrust Island. The results of the study show that both simultaneously and partially, motivational variables (X1) and perceptions (X2) have a significant positive effect on the decision to visit (Y). And based on the results of the determination, the R2 value is 0.683, which means that motivation and perception influence the decision to visit by 68.3%

Abstract

Critical thinking skills in teenagers can be trained in learning Indonesian with anecdotal text material. In an anecdote text, there is an implied meaning that the author wants to convey. To be able to find out the implied meaning, an implicature analysis is needed. A statement that contains implicatures can be found anywhere, such as in the YouTube content Podkaesang Depan Pintu (PDP). The Podkaesang Depan Pintu (PDP) content attracts the public's attention because it contains a lot of discussion about politics, but also contains elements of comedy. Therefore, this research aims to (1) describe the types of implicatures in Podkaesang Depan Pintu (PDP) Youtube content (2) describe the function of implicatures used in Podkaesang Tepi Pintu (PDP) Youtube content (3) describe the preparation of research results for teaching materials (E-Module) anecdotal text material for class This research uses a qualitative approach with an analytical description method. The technique used in research is listening and taking notes. The results of the research show that in six episodes of Podkaesang Depan Pintu (PDP) content, 18 implicatures were found, consisting of 10 conventional implicatures and 8 conversational implicatures. The implicature functions found were 18 data consisting of the assertive functions 'state', 'express opinions' and 'complain'. As for the expressive function, there are 'to criticize', 'criticize', 'criticize' and 'praise'. The dominant function that appears is the assertive function of 'declaring'. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of social media marketing and brand image on purchase intention Mari Oppa products using quantitative methods and descriptive verification analysis. Sampling used a non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling, which resulted in a total sample of 391 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using the t test and f test using SPSS 25 tools. The research results show that there is a partial and simultaneous influence between social media marketing and brand image on purchase intention.

Abstract

Anak dengan Slow Learner adalah bagian dari salah satu jenis siswa yang tergolong anak berkebutuhan khusus (ABK). Anak dengan slow learner membutuhkan perhatian dan penanganan lebih ekstra untuk mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis lebih dalam tentang peran guru dalam menangani anak slow learner di sekolah. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SD Negeri Sukasari 5 Kota Tangerang pada tanggal 16 November 2023 menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan sumber data berupa informasi guru dan guru pendamping khusus di SD Negeri Sukasari 5 Kota Tangerang. Pada penelitian ini, digunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi sebagai teknik pengumpulan data dengan teknik analisis data secara deskriptif kualitatif.

Abstract

This research aims to find out about Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) at SDIT LAA TAHZAN CITRA, Tangerang City. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mendeskripsikan bentuk variasi bahasa yang terdapat pada kolom komentar akun instagram dalam postingan @Riaricis1795, 2) mendeskripsikan fungsi bahasa yang terdapat pada kolom komentar akun instagram dalam postingan @Riaricis1795, 3) mendeskripsikan pemanfaatannya terhadap pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di SMA kelas XII. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan merupakan metode deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah akun Instagram @Riaricis1795. Objek penelitian ini berfokus pada kolom komentar. Berdasarkan teori, variasi bahasa yang akan dideskripsikan terdapat 1) variasi dari segi penutur yang terbagi dalam idiolek, dialek, kronolek, dan sosiolek; 2) variasi dari segi pemakaian; 3) variasi dari segi keformalan yang terbagi dalam ragam beku, ragam resmi, ragam usaha, ragam santai, dan ragam akrab; 4) variasi dari segi sarana. Fungsi bahasa yang akan dideskripsikan terdapat tujuh yaitu fungsi instrumental, fungsi regulasi, fungsi representasional, fungsi interaksional, fungsi personal, fungsi heuristik, dan fungsi imajinatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut. Pertama, variasi bahasa yang terdapat dalam kolom komentar akun Instagram @Riaricis1795 cukup bervariasi, yaitu variasi bahasa dari segi penutur dalam dialek 2 data, variasi bahasa dari segi pemakaian 14 data, variasi bahasa dari segi keformalan dalam ragam santai 18 data dan ragam akrab 16 data. Perbedaan yang terlihat pada variasi bahasa yaitu isi komentar yang dituliskan oleh warganet memiliki penulisan bahasa yang berbeda. Kedua, fungsi bahasa yang ditemukan dalam kolom komentar akun Instagram @Riaricis1795 yaitu dengan rincian fungsi regulasi 2 data, fungsi representasional 10 data, fungsi interaksional 24 data, fungsi personal 7 data, fungsi heuristik 6 data, dan fungsi imajinatif 1 data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat dimanfaatkan pada pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia pada jenjang SMA kelas 12 yaitu pada materi artikel. Komentar yang disebut sebagai pendapat tersebut dijadikan contoh artikel yang dibuat oleh peniliti sebagai bahan ajar berupa handout bahasa Indonesia dengan judul “Menyajikan Gagasan Melalui Artikel”.

Abstract

This research discusses the application of the spiritual values ​​and profile of Pancasila students in the educational context by referring to the philosophical views of perennialism, especially those inspired by the thoughts of Thomas Aquinas. The research was carried out using a literature study method related to Thomas Aquinas' perennialist thinking and the Pancasila Student Profile established by the government. The main focus of this research is to explain the Pancasila Student Profile which includes values ​​such as: faith, devotion to God Almighty, and noble character, global diversity, mutual cooperation, independence, critical reasoning and creativity. This profile is relevant to the spiritual values ​​expressed by Thomas Aquinas in his perennialist educational philosophy. The application of these spiritual values ​​is implemented in the Project for Strengthening the Profile of Pancasila Students in schools in order to strengthen the spiritual values ​​that have existed since dozens of centuries ago. The spiritual values ​​that are explored are religious morals, personal morals, morals towards humans, morals towards nature and state morals. These five morals are in accordance with the philosophical view of perennialism from the perspective of Thomas Aquinas.
