Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan (JIWP) Diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan di bidang pendidikan . Jurnal ini terbit 4 bulanan, yaitu bulan April, Agustus dan Desember. *Ruang Lingkup* Memuat hal kajian, analisis, dan penelitian tentang perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi, dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan kinerja dan memfasilitasi belajar di lembaga pendidikan formal, non-formal dan informal serta lembaga-lembaga pelatihan. *Deskripsi* Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan merupakan media komunikasi ilmiah bagi dosen, guru, widyaiswara, mentor, mahasiswa, dan praktisi pendidikan lainnya serta pemerhati kependidikan. Jurnal ini dimaksudkan sebagai wadah untuk menyebarluaskan hasil kajian, pemikiran, penelitian, dan evaluasi yang relevan dengan kawasan pendidikan yakni perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan, pembelajaran dan evaluasi. Abstract

Industri pariwisata kini kembali dalam masa pemulihan dari pandemi COVID - 19. Dengan adanya pandemi memberikan dampak yang sangat besar pada bisnis pariwisata sehingga menjadi tantangan besar untuk pelaku usaha kembali bangkit. Saat ini di era digital mampu memudahkan para pelaku usaha untuk melakukan promosi dengan biaya yang lebih rendah namun mampu menjangkau banyak audiens. Kampung Selarai Indah salah satu destinasi wisata alam di Sekayu yang masih rendah pemanfaatan digital lantaran memiliki kendala dalam menyediakan kegiatan promosi. Hal tersebut membuat Kampung Selarai Indah masih rendah akan kesadaran merek bahkan mengalami penurunan jumlah pengunjung setelah pandemi COVID - 19. Akses menuju Kampung Selarai Indah cukup jauh dari Kota Palembang namun saat ini sedang dalam proses pembangunan jalan tol yang mampu mempersingkat jarak tempuh. Sehingga hal ini menjadi peluang untuk dilakukannya komunikasi pemasaran digital pada Kampung Selarai Indah.

Abstract

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the role of managerial competence and supervision of school principals at MTs Al-wasli'ah. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analysis model. In other words, the main sources in this research are books, articles and other reading sources related to school principals as managers and supervisors and also researchers conducting interviews for analysis related to leadership style. In this research, the resource person chosen was the principal of MTs Al-Wasliyah. This analysis analyzes the managerial and supervisory competencies of the head of MTs Al-Wasliyah. In this research, researchers found that the implementation of managerial and supervisory competencies was not optimal and evenly distributed, so more thorough evaluation and improvement was needed.

Abstract

This research investigates the influence of the leadership of the madrasa head on the effectiveness of Islamic education management at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 4 Karawang. The research method uses interview instruments to collect data from madrasa heads. The results of the analysis show that the participatory and inclusive leadership style applied by the madrasa head has contributed significantly to the development of innovative curricula, improving the quality of education, and efficient resource management. Programs such as "Clean and Green Madrasas" have also been shown to positively influence school culture and student academic achievement. The implications of this research support the importance of effective leadership in the context of Islamic education in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research focuses on the management of Islamic boarding schools as traditional Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia. Islamic boarding schools, which have a long history dating back to the 13th century, play an important role in education and developing national character. This study identifies the unique characteristics of Islamic boarding schools, such as the central role of the kyai, the independence of the students, and the integration between religious education and social life. Against the background of the challenges of modernization and globalization, this research emphasizes the importance of innovation and management transformation in Islamic boarding schools to maintain their relevance and improve the quality of education. This research describes various aspects of Islamic boarding school management, including planning, organizing and leadership. In planning, Islamic boarding schools face the challenge of setting long-term goals that are realistic and measurable, while in organizing, the role of Kyai and Islamic boarding school administrators is key in carrying out managerial functions. Leadership in Islamic boarding schools, especially the role of kyai, is very crucial in influencing and directing students and the Islamic boarding school community. The research results show that the effectiveness of Islamic boarding school management is very dependent on the ability of the kyai and administrators to adapt to changing times without losing the original identity of the Islamic boarding school. This research suggests the need to develop more systematic and data-based management practices to support sustainability and improve the quality of education in Islamic boarding schools. Apart from that, strengthening collaboration between Islamic boarding schools and various stakeholders has also been identified as an important factor in supporting the transformation of Islamic boarding school management in the modern era.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of brown rice flour substitution in making hot dog buns on physical properties and consumer acceptability. The method in this research is experimental method with brown rice flour substitution as much as 10%, 20%, and 30%. Tests include physical properties tests from the aspects of volume and height of bread and consumer acceptance tests in the aspects of volume, skin color, skin characteristics, pore crumb color, crumb texture, bread aroma, sour aroma, taste, chewing quality. The test was conducted on 30 semi trained panelists, namely Tata Boga students. The results of the physical properties test showed that the volume of 10% substitute hot dog buns was closest to the volume of control hot dog buns with an average of 165 cm3. The results of the height of hot dog buns with 10% brown rice flour substitution were closest to the height of the control hot dog buns with an average of 4.9 cm. The results of the Friedman test on the aspects of volume, skin color, crumb color, pores, crumb texture, and chewing quality show that there is an effect of brown rice flour substitution on consumer acceptance. While in the aspects of skin characteristics, bread aroma, sour aroma and taste, it shows that there is no effect of brown rice flour substitution on consumer acceptance. The results of the tuckey test in the aspects of volume, skin color, crumb color, pores, crumb texture and chewing quality show that hot dog bread with 10% substitution treatment is the most preferred by panelists, based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be recommended that hot dog bread products with 10% brown rice flour substitution be produced.

Abstract

This quantitative study investigated the influence of the problem-based learning (PBL) model on the enhancement of critical and creative thinking skills in mathematics. The population of this study comprised all students at SMK Negeri 3 Pamekasan, with a sample of 36 students from class XI PPLG 1 as the experimental group and 35 students from class XI PPLG 2 as the control group. Random sampling was employed as the sampling technique. Data was collected using pre-test and post-test instruments for critical thinking skills, consisting of 20 multiple-choice questions, and a creative thinking questionnaire with 20 statements. Data analysis involved validity testing, reliability testing, homogeneity testing, normality testing, and a T-test, all analyzed using SPSS. Based on the T-test results in Table 1) the average pre-test score for critical thinking skills in the control group was 53.71, and in the experimental group, it was 51.39. The significance value (2-tailed) was 0.521 > 0.05, indicating acceptance of the null hypothesis (H0) and rejection of the alternative hypothesis (H1). However, after the post-test, the average score for the control group was 66.00, and for the experimental group, it was 80.14. The significance value (2-tailed) was 0.000 < 0.05, indicating rejection of H0 and acceptance of H1. There is an influence of the use of problem based learning models on improving critical and creative thinking skills.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to measure student’s critical thinking abilities ini the learning of christian Religious Education and to identify how inquiry-based learning strategies enchance student’s critical thinking abilities in the subject of Christian Religious Education in Class X-7 of SMA Negeri 1 Manado. The method used in this study in Classroom Action Research following Sthepen Kemmis Svheme with 2 cycles consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection for each cycle. Data collection instruments include critical thinking skill test, classroom observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are quantitative data analysis and qualitative data analysis. From the pre-cycle data, it was found that student’s interpretative skills were at 66,8%, which increased to 73,9% in cycle I and futher increased to 88,9% in cycle II. For analitical skills, the pre-cyle precentage was 10,9%, which increased to 73,9% in cyle I, and the reached 88,9% in cycle II. The evaluation ability in the pre-cycle was found to 10,9%, while in cycle I it increased to 73,9% and then increased again in cycle II to 88,9%. Student’s inference abilities in the pre-cycle were at 10,9%, then increased to 73,9% in cycle I, and further increased to 88,9% in cycle II. For this research data, it can be concluded that 1) there is a significant improvement in term sif interpretative, analytical, evaluative, and inference abilities. 2) Inquiry-based learning strategies have proven to be effective in enhancing critical thinking skills in the subject of christian Religious Education in class X-7 of SMA Negeri 1 Manado.

Abstract

This research examines the changing functions and forms of Hawaiian music ensembles in the Tule Village community, particularly in the context of religious worship. Initially, it functioned as entertainment at weddings and traditional events. Today, however, Hawaiian music is an integral part of worship at Germita Bukit Moria Tule. The purpose of this study is to describe the changes in the function of Hawaiian music ensembles in the Tule village community and to describe the form of Hawaiian music ensembles. This research provides insight into the changing functions of music in different cultural and religious contexts. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, literature study, and documentation as data sources. Determination of informants was made using the snowball sampling method. The data analysis techniques used include data validity, data transcription, data categorization, content analysis, data interpretation, data testing, and conclusion drawing. The results analyzed significant transformations in the use of Hawaiian music in Tule Village, where this music has been adapted in the ecclesiastical context by GERMITA Bukit Moria Tule. Hawaiian music plays an important role in creating profound spiritual experiences and enriching the spiritual and social dimensions of worship. The integration of Hawaiian music elements in church worship shows that local culture can synergize with spirituality, resulting in a more meaningful and profound worship experience in a local context that enriches the culture.

Abstract

Di era globalisasi saat ini, persaingan usaha sangat tinggi dan ketat, terutama di bidang penjualan makanan, karena makanan merupakan kebutuhan manusia dimana menjual makanan akan menarik pembeli, oleh karena itu diperlukan strategi khusus agar pengusaha sate memiliki keunggulan kompetitif dan dapat bersaing dengan kompetitor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan total sampel 52 pengusaha sate di Cikarang. Penelitian ini diolah menggunakan perangkat lunak pengolah data SmartPLS 3.0 dan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan formulir Google. Penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan strategis terhadap keunggulan kompetitif, ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan strategis terhadap inovasi karyawan, ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara inovasi karyawan terhadap keunggulan kompetitif, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan strategis terhadap keunggulan kompetitif yang dimediasi oleh inovasi karyawan.
