Abstract

Fixed Term Employment Agreement (PKWT) Compensation is one of the government's efforts to protect workers/laborers as regulated in Article 61A of Law Number 6 of 2023 concerning the Stipulation of Government Regulation in Lieu of Law Number 2 of 2022 concerning Job Creation into Law, the article requires employers to provide compensation to workers/laborers when the fixed term employment agreement ends. In its implementation in the field, of course, there are many violations committed by employers that are not in accordance with existing regulations. One of them is at PT. Fobamora Bravo Indonesia, where 106 PKWT workers/laborers did not receive PKWT compensation starting from the ratification and enactment of the regulations regarding PKWT compensation until now. The purpose of the research that will be discussed in this thesis is the implementation of Fixed Term Employment Agreement (PKWT) compensation at PT. Flobamora Bravo Indonesia which does not implement compensation and the obstacles that affect the implementation of Fixed Term Employment Agreement (PKWT) compensation at PT. Flobamora Bravo Indonesia. This type of research is sociology, because in this study the author conducted direct research at the location or place to be studied in order to provide a complete and clear picture of the problem being studied. This research was conducted at PT. Flobamora Bravo Indonesia, while the population and sample are all parties related to the problem studied in this study, namely the HRD Manager of PT. Flobamora Bravo Indonesia, Workers/Laborers at PT. Flobamora Bravo Indonesia. The sources in this study were Civil Servants of the Manpower Office in the Industrial Relations Division of Riau Province. The data sources used were primary data, secondary data and tertiary data, and data collection techniques in this study were interviews, questionnaires and literature studies. The results of this study can be concluded that the implementation of compensation for Fixed-Term Employment Agreements (PKWT) at PT. Flobamora Bravo Indonesia was not carried out as regulated in the laws and regulations. This is due to obstacles in its implementation, including the unavailability of funds owned by PT. Flobamora Bravo Indonesia, lack of knowledge of PKWT workers/laborers regarding their rights, lack of compliance of PT. Flobamora Bravo Indonesia to the law, lack of supervision from the Riau Province Manpower and Transmigration Office, to overcome this problem, the author suggests that PT. Flobamora Bravo Indonesia pay PKWT compensation, and it is expected that PKWT workers will seek information about PKWT compensation, and the Riau Province Manpower and Transmigration Office can conduct socialization about PKWT compensation to PKWT Workers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine, analyze, and describe the implementation of Transformative Christian Education for teenager in facing the digital era, as well as to identify the obstacles encountered and the efforts made to overcome them. This research employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach and was conducted at GMIM Sion Lobu. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and document studies. The results of data analysis and interpretation indicate that the implementation of Transformative Christian Education for teenager is necessary to prepare them to face the challenges of the digital era, particularly the various negative influences that arise. Based on these findings, it is recommended that special ministers, teenager ministry committees, and parents optimize the implementation of Transformative Christian Education. Through these efforts, the lives of teenager at GMIM Sion Lobu Congregations can experience tangible achievements in the form of transformation, in line with the vision of GMIM teenager, "Teenager for Christ".

Abstract

Komunikasi dalam keluarga, khususnya antara orang tua dan anak, merupakan fondasi penting bagi perkembangan kepribadian, emosi, dan sosial anak. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi jenis-jenis gaya komunikasi orang tua, menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya, mengkaji dampaknya terhadap perkembangan anak, serta memberikan rekomendasi praktis untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pola komunikasi dalam keluarga. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan makalah ini adalah studi literatur. Hasil pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tiga jenis utama gaya komunikasi orang tua, yaitu gaya permisif, otoriter, dan demokratis. Gaya permisif cenderung memberikan kebebasan tanpa batas kepada anak, gaya otoriter menekankan kontrol dan kepatuhan, sedangkan gaya demokratis mendorong keterbukaan dan saling menghormati. Pemilihan gaya komunikasi dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor seperti latar belakang pendidikan, budaya, pengalaman masa lalu, serta kondisi sosial ekonomi orang tua. Masing-masing gaya komunikasi memberikan dampak yang berbeda terhadap perkembangan emosional, sosial, dan kognitif anak. Gaya demokratis dianggap paling efektif dalam mendukung perkembangan anak secara optimal. Tulisan ini memberikan rekomendasi kepada orang tua untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang pengasuhan berbasis dialogis, melatih keterampilan komunikasi asertif, memberikan ruang bagi anak untuk berpendapat, serta membangun budaya keluarga yang terbuka dan saling menghargai.

Abstract

This thesis is the result of the author's research how teachers use infaq activities to implement the values ​​of Islamic education. Infaq activities are practices that can be carried out in everyday life and become a link in a learning process by leading, giving an example and supervising so as to produce a generation of morals that can be applied in wider society. Instilling Islamic beliefs in schools is very important because every individual can easily change. Instilling Islamic beliefs in schools is essential to complement non-family education and ensure its consistent implementation. Data for this paper were gathered utilizing a qualitative strategy, a literature review method, and a field research approach. Where data is gathered through observation, interviews, and documentation. The goal is to analyze, research, find, describe, and explain the properties or characteristics of unexplained social influences. The study found that including Islamic education values into infaq activities positively impacts children's character and social caring, particularly at SMPIT Al-Arabi Cikarang.

Abstract

Everyone has the right to work and to earn a decent living. Employment is obtained through a work agreement made in writing or unwritten. This research uses a normative juridical analysis method with a statutory approach and a case approach. Written work agreements and written work agreements still have legal force and to prove it in court requires two witnesses or one witness with other testimony. According to civil law and labour law, unwritten work agreements bind the parties as long as they fulfil the terms and elements of the agreement.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to examine the development of Pai's curriculum in Indonesia in relation to 21st century competency needs. The method used in this study is a library study in which authors seek, collate, and analyze a variety of information from a variety of relevant sources. The beginning of the 21st century marked the rapid development of information and communication technology and the beginning of free competition between nations in all fields. As a result, student life today is different and much more complicated than it used to be. Indications for the results of this study include: Development of a PAI-based curriculum. In the era of Industry 4.0 revolution, Islamic religious education faces the challenge of destruction. Advances in digital technology have enabled everyone to access and quickly connect to all kinds of information through the Internet and it's innovations (the Internet of Things). This study uses a library survey method to collect and analyze library data. The research results show the adjustment of the Islamic education curriculum in the 4.0 era. The purpose of Islamic education is to produce educated Islamic intellectuals. The traditional blending and technology defense method is blended learning, and the content of things must adapt to the state and needs of skills in the 4.0 era, comprehensive assessment and shared responsibility (educational ecosystem). Educators had to convince her 4.0. Century needed compatibility. And infrastructure tools that adapt as technology evolves.

Abstract

Sheep, as one type of small ruminant that has become a popular herbivorous animal among breeders. To encourage the development of livestock business, an analysis was carried out to find the business feasibility of farmers in Pulosari Village. The research method used is quantitative descriptive with the use of primary data. Primary data were collected through interviews using questionnaires. Business feasibility analysis techniques are carried out by calculating production costs, revenues, revenues, break even points (BEP), and R/C ratios. The results showed that the average cost incurred for 6 months was Rp. 43,040,609, while the average revenue was Rp. 57,688,148 and the average income was Rp. 14,647,539 during the same period. The break-even point (BEP) price is Rp. 2,198,657 per head with BEP production of 15.58 heads. The results of the feasibility analysis show that the sheep fattening business is feasible to be developed, with an R/C Ratio value of 1.28.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to improve the mutual cooperation attitude of class IV students at SD Negeri Dukuh 01 Salatiga through the application of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning model. Through the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning model, students can explore material information from the material presented, learning activities are carried out in groups based on competitions or matches so that they require good teamwork and mutual cooperation to achieve common goals. This research is classroom action research whose research subjects are fourth grade students at SD Negeri Dukuh 01 Salatiga. The research lasted for 2 cycles accompanied by pre-cycle activities. In the pre-cycle activities, the percentage score for the students' mutual cooperation character dimension was 49.66%. In cycle I or after being given action using the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning model, the percentage score on the mutual cooperation character dimension increased by 11.14% to 60.80%. In cycle II it increased again by 23.86% to reach a score of 84.66%. From the research results, it can be concluded that the TGT type cooperative learning model can improve students' mutual cooperation character because it can build fun learning activities and increase cooperation between students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh permasalah yang ditemukan di kelas IV SDN Dukuh 01 yaitu rendahnya hasil belajar peserta didik dalam mata pelajaran IPAS materi kerajaan yang ada di Indonesia. Dari hasil observasi dan pengambilan data awal ditemukan bahwa ada 1(4%) peserta didik yang tuntas dari 27 peserta didik karena kurangnya media pembelajaran yang digunakan. Target penilitian ini adalah meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran puzzle. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini menggunakan model Mc, Kemmis dan Mc Tanggrt yang memiliki empat tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan tes tertulis pilihan ganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan adanya peningkatan sebesar 29% dari pra siklus 4% meningkat menjadi 33% dan dari siklus I ke siklus II meningkat sebesar 56% dari 33% naik menjadi 85%. Maka dapat disimpulakan bahwa penggunaan media puzzle mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik.
