Abstract

The This study aims to determine product quality control at Meubel Warsito business in Jayakarta Village of Central Bengkulu. Based on the characteristics of the assessment obtained by the research sample, namely chair products from 1 to 15 September 2023 using the purposive sampling method. The type used in this research is quantitative analysis. The data collection method in this research is using interviews, observation, documentation and the analysis method is Statistical Quality Control (SQC) with calculations using Seven Tools. Based on the research results, it shows that the number of chair products examined was 200 production units with 47 production units producing defects and producing the highest proportion value, namely 50. The product defects obtained were still below the statistical control limit because the lower control limit (LCL) value was -2,435. The middle value (CL) is 0.235 with the upper control limit (UCL) value being 2.905. So that there is no increase in defective chair products, this research provides the implementation of product quality control so that the at Meubel Warsito business in Jayakarta Village of Central Bengkulu can improve the causes and effects of defective products.

Abstract

KSPPS BMT Dana Mentari Muhammadiyah Purwokerto is a financial institution that runs on a sharia system. The KSPPS BMT Dana Mentari Muhammadiyah company has many products, one of which is student savings. Every company, including financial companies, requires a marketing strategy, which is an important aspect to achieve targets. Marketing is a social and managerial process that involves individuals and groups getting what they need and want by creating, offering and exchanging valuable services with other parties. Marketing strategy is contained in four marketing mix positions, namely price strategy, promotion strategy, promotion strategy, place strategy and product strategy. To achieve marketing targets, you must consider the four marketing mixes. The method used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive analysis approach. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The aim of this research is to find out the marketing strategy for KSPPS BMT Dana Mentari Muhammadiyah Purwokerto student savings. The results of this research show that KSPPS BMT Dana Mentari Muhammadiyah Purwokerto has a good marketing strategy for student savings products seen from qualified products, affordable prices, targeted promotions and strategic office locations. This is a factor in students using and choosing savings products at KSPPS BMT Dana Mentari Muhammadiyah Purwokerto.

Abstract

One of the government agencies tasked with providing services to the community is Air Nipis Sub-District Office, South Bengkulu. Air Nipis Sub-District Office, South Bengkulu has the main task of carrying out services to the community and SubDistrict government affairs. The guidelines used to determine the quality of public services provided to the community by Air Nipis Sub-District Office, South Bengkulu refer to the preparation of the Community Satisfaction Index for public service delivery units which is guided by the Regulation of the Minister for Empowerment of State Apparatus and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia Number 14 of 2017. The aim of this research is to determine the Community Satisfaction Index with Public Services at Air Nipis Sub-District Office, South Bengkulu. The analytical method used is the Community Satisfaction Index of public service delivery units based on the Regulation of the Minister for Empowerment of State Apparatus and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia Number 14 of 2017 with 9 indicators in it, namely requirements, procedures, completion time, costs/tariffs, product specifications, types of services, implementing competence, implementing behavior, handling complaints, suggestions and input, facilities and infrastructure. From the analysis of Community Satisfaction Index on the quality of public services Air Nipis SubDistrict Office, South Bengkulu, a value of 76.05 was obtained B in service quality with good criteria because it was in the value interval, namely 62.51-81.25.

Abstract

Work Environment, Work Discipline and Work Motivation are factors that can improve employees’ performance. The implication is that the better the work environment, work discipline and work motivation provided, the higher the employee's performance. This study aims to describe and analyze the effect of the work environment, work discipline and work motivation on employees’ performance at PT. Bringin Gigantara Bengkulu. The type of research uses descriptive quantitative. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling technique with a total of 51 respondents. Research analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. Analysis results: There is a positive and significant effect between the work environment on employees’ performance at PT. Bringin Gigantara Bengkulu because tcount is greater than ttable (6.216>1.676). Therefore, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. There is a positive and significant influence between Work Discipline on employee performance at PT Bringin Gigantara Bengkulu because the ttable value is 1.717. Therefore, tcount is greater than ttable (4,224>1.676), then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, there is a positive and significant effect between work motivation on employees’ performance at PT. Bringin Gigantara Bengkulu because the ttable value is 1.717. Therefore, tcount is greater than ttable(5,082>1.676), then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. There is a positive and significant effect between work environment, work discipline and work motivation on employees’ performance at PT. Bringin Gigantara Bengkulu because Fcount> Ftable(60,353>3.19) with a significant value of 0.000. shows that together X1 (Work Environment), X2 (Work Discipline) and X3 (Work Motivation) have a significant influence on employees’ performance (Y) at PT. Bringin Gigantara Bengkulu. The results of the multiple regression have the equation Y=12,067+0.584(X1)+0.431(X2)+ 0.525(X3)+ e, because the direction of the regression is positive it can be interpreted that if the work environment, work discipline and work motivation increase then performance employees at PT Bringin Gigantara Bengkulu will also increase.

Abstract

Performance is a benchmark for employees in carrying out tasks that are targeted for completion. Efforts to carry out performance assessments become important by investigate the right performance measurements. To improve the performance, you must pay attention to leadership, motivation and work discipline. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of Leadership, Motivation and Work Discipline on employees’ performance at the Regional Government Office of Bengkulu Province. The type of research is quantitative, the sample in this research is 50 employees at the Regional Government Office of Bengkulu Province. Data collection uses a questionnaire and the analysis methods used are multiple linear regression, determination tests and hypothesis tests. The research results show that the Leadership variable (X1) shows t count 4.164 > t table 1.676 and it is significant 0.000 < 0.05, so the results of the hypothesis Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that Leadership (X1) has a positive and significant influence on Performance (Y). The Motivation variable (X2) shows t count 2.975 > t table 1.676 and it is significant 0.005 <0.05, so the results of the hypothesis Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that Motivation (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Performance (Y). The Work Discipline variable (X3) shows t count 5.580 > t table 1.676 and is significant 0.000 < 0.05, so the hypothesis results Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning Work Discipline has a positive and significant influence on Performance (Y). The results of simultaneous hypothesis calculations show that significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that together X1 (Leadership), X2 (Motivation), X3 (Work Discipline) have a positive and significant influence on Performance (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of performance allowances on work motivation and employee performance at the Ministry of Religion (Kemenag) of Bengkulu City. this uses quantitative method as an explanatory research approach, the data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The statistical test results show that there is a positive and significant influence between performance allowances and employee work motivation, as well as between performance allowances and employee performance. The analysis also identified several potential problems related to the provision of performance allowances, including unclear criteria, unequal distribution, and delays in payment. To address these issues, it is recommended that performance allowance policies be clear, transparent, and involve employees in program planning and evaluation. The importance of effective and open communication in managing performance benefits is also emphasized. The general benefits of performance allowances, such as high motivation, increased productivity, and improved psychological well-being of employees, were positively highlighted in this study. With the results of calculations using SPSS, it was found that work motivation and performance variables jointly significantly affect employee performance allowances. The test results state the rejection of the null hypothesis, indicating that the higher the value of performance allowance, the higher the work motivation and performance of employees of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Bengkulu City.

Abstract

This study aims to provide empirical evidence of the Effect of Total Quality Management (TQM) and Product Innovation on Competitive Advantage in the of SMEs food products and crafts typical city of Bengkulu.The data used in this study are primary data, obtained by distributing questionnaires. The sample in this study was 37 SMEs food products and crafts typical city of Bengkulu who had opened and had been operating for at least 5 years. The analysis technique uses the assistance of the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results showed that Total Quality Management (TQM) contributes to Competitive Advantage and Product Innovation does not conflict with Competitive Advantage.

Abstract

The level of village apparatus performance is still low because village apparatus lack high motivation in working, this can be seen from the lack of initiative from village apparatus to do something new or provide new ideas so that they can improve performance. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of work motivation, organizational commitment and work environment on village apparatus performance in South Seluma Sub-District. The sample in this study was 72 village apparatus in South Seluma Sub-District. Data were collected using a questionnaire and the analysis methods used were multiple linear regression, determination tests and hypothesis tests. The results of the multiple regression test show a positive direction with the regression equation Y = 1.330 + 0.253X1 + 0.315 X2 + 0.399X3. Variable X1 (Motivation) has a significant effect on Y (performance). This can be seen from the significance value of 0.001 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that hypothesis 1 is accepted. The variable X2 (organizational commitment) has a significant effect on Y (performance). This can be seen from the significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Then it can be concluded that hypothesis 2 is accepted. Variable X3 (work environment) has a significant effect on Y (performance). This can be seen from the significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that hypothesis 3 is accepted. Simultaneous test results show that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, the independent variables, namely X1 (motivation), X2 (organizational commitment), X3 (work environment), have a significant influence together on performance (Y) because the significant value is 0.000 is smaller than 0.05

Abstract

This study aims to find out whether the effect of promotions, service qualities and store display products on buyers' decisions at Hypermart Bengkulu Indah Mall. This research used a questionnaire method with a total of 100 respondents from Hypermart Bengkulu Indah Mall consumers. The research results show that Store Display product X3 has a greater effect on buyers’ decisions with a regression value of 0.506, while Promotion X1 has a value of 0.198 and Service Quality. The results of this research also show that multiple linear regression Y=-877 +0.198X1+0.328X2+0.506X3+1.117. The results of the Promotion Test The results of the Service Quality Test Store Display Product X3 test results with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The research results show that promotion, service quality and product store displays have an influence on buyers' decisions at Hypermart Bengkulu Indah Mall, especially on the product store display variable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of the strategy of the Riska Riski household industry in West Wetan Village, Kabawetan District, Kepahiang Regency. The number of research samples was 40 people consisting of internal parties (1 owner and 3 employees), 36 external parties (25 stall owners and 11 consumers who came directly). The data analysis method used in this study is SWOT analysis is a tool used to find out opportunities, threats as well as the strengths and weaknesses of the company itself. One way to illustrate SWOT analysis is by using ETOP and SAP diagrams.The results of SAP analysis in this study include the strengths and weaknesses possessed by the internal Kelanting Riska Riski Home Industry obtained results of 4.36 with competition position criteria of 3.50-4.00 by being in intervals with dominant criteria, namely the company's position able to control the activities of strong competitors and able to master a wide selection of strategic alternatives. The results of the ETOP analysis show that the position of the Riska Riski Home Industry in West Wetan Village, Kabawetan District, Kepahiang Regency with an EOE value of 4.87 and an ETE value of 2.38 is in an ideal business position, namely a business that has a large main opportunity and a small main threat. This business has a high chance of success, this position is very profitable for the company. Based on SWOT, it can be explained that the strategy that can be carried out by the Kelanting Riska Riski Home Industry at the dominant and ideal meeting point, meaning that the right strategy is the SO (Strenght-Opportunity) strategy is a very profitable situation. Companies in this quadrant have opportunities and strengths so that they can take advantage of existing opportunities.
