Abstract

Penelitian ini berangkat dari kebutuhan akan prediksi jumlah sampah harian yang akurat guna meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan sampah perkotaan. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi adalah fluktuasi volume sampah yang dipengaruhi oleh hari libur dan kegiatan khusus, sehingga dibutuhkan model prediktif yang mampu menangkap variasi tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menilai kinerja model regresi linear sederhana dalam memprediksi jumlah sampah harian Kota Jakarta dengan mempertimbangkan dua faktor tersebut. Pendekatan penelitian bersifat kuantitatif menggunakan analisis regresi prediktif terhadap data sekunder yang diolah melalui RStudio. Proses analisis mencakup eksplorasi data, pembangunan model regresi, serta pengujian asumsi klasik yang meliputi heteroskedastisitas, autokorelasi, dan multikolinearitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel hari libur dan acara khusus tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap jumlah sampah harian (p-value > 0,05) dengan nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) yang sangat rendah, yaitu 0,00006245. Model ini memenuhi sebagian besar asumsi klasik, meskipun terdapat autokorelasi ringan pada data. Kesimpulannya, regresi linear sederhana belum cukup mampu merepresentasikan variasi timbulan sampah secara akurat, sehingga perlu dikembangkan model yang lebih kompleks dengan penambahan variabel relevan serta mempertimbangkan penggunaan pendekatan machine learning atau deret waktu untuk meningkatkan ketepatan prediksi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of academic and non-academic factors on student graduation rates. The academic factors studied included study hours, lecture attendance, and the number of Semester Credit Units (SKS), while non-academic factors included organizational involvement and a supportive learning environment. The quantitative approach used was multiple linear regression and logistic regression. The study was conducted with 35 respondents from several study programs at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, State University of Medan. The results showed that study hours, lecture attendance, and a supportive learning environment had a positive and significant influence on student academic achievement. Conversely, organizational involvement and the number of credits taken did not show a significant influence. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.761 indicates that 76.1% of the variation in student academic achievement can be explained by these five variables, while the remaining 23.9% is influenced by factors outside the model. Thus, it can be concluded that student academic success is significantly influenced by study discipline, lecture attendance, and social support from the surrounding environment.

Abstract

In line with the development of the Industrial Revolution 5.0, which emphasizes the integration of human-centered, adaptive, and interactive technologies, the field of education is required to undergo a fundamental transformation in learning paradigms. One technological innovation that aligns with these characteristics is Augmented Reality (AR) as a learning medium. Based on the results of a literature review of SINTA-accredited national journals and Scopus-indexed international articles published within the last five to ten years, AR has demonstrated significant potential to enhance the quality of learning, particularly in mathematics education. Numerous studies indicate that the implementation of AR has a positive impact on students’ learning motivation, learning interest, and learning outcomes. AR enables the visualization of abstract concepts into more concrete representations, thereby facilitating deeper conceptual understanding and providing a more immersive and meaningful learning experience. Nevertheless, the implementation of AR in educational settings continues to face several challenges, including limited technological infrastructure, insufficient teacher competencies in utilizing AR-based media, and unequal access to digital devices. Therefore, systemic support is required to ensure that the integration of Augmented Reality as a learning medium can be implemented optimally and sustainably in the era of Industrial Revolution 5.0.

Abstract

Perkembangan pesat industri E-commerce mendorong perubahan perilaku konsumen menuju pola belanja digital yang dinamis. Shopee menjadi salah satu platform yang paling bayak digunakan di Indonesia berkat kemudahan akses, promosi, serta integrasi fitur transaksinya yang efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun model perilaku pengguna Shopee dengan menggunakan pendekatan Generalized Linear Model (GLM) yang digabung dengan LASSO Regularization untuk mengidentifikasi variabel perilaku yang paling berpengaruh terhadap tingkat keaktifan pengguna. Data yang digunakan adalah data perilaku pengguna Shopee yang telah melalui tahap pembersihan dan standarisasi untuk memastikan kualitas analisis. Hasil seleksi variabel melalui LASSO menunjukkan lima faktor utama yaitu jumlah hari login, frekuensi login, aktivasi ShopeePay, jumlah pesanan, dan klaim voucher. Model GLM menghasilkan tiga variabel signifikan dengan nilai AUC sebesar 0.7325, menunjukkan kemampuan klasifikasi yang baik. Hasil evaluasi tambahan menunjukkan akurasi sebesar 65,4%, sensitivitas sebesar 85,5%, dan spesifisitas sebesar 48,5%. Nilai tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa model lebih baik dalam mengidentifikasi pengguna aktif dibandingkan pengguna tidak aktif, sesuai dengan karakteristik umum data perilaku pengguna. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa intensitas interaksi dan aktivitas transaksi memiliki pengaruh lebih besar terhadap keaktifan pengguna dibandingkan frekuensi akses semata. Pendekatan GLM–LASSO terbukti efektif dalam membangun model perilaku pengguna yang stabil dan relevan bagi pengembangan strategi retensi pelanggan.

Abstract

The preparation of teaching and learning schedules is often problematic, one of the reasons being the limited number of teachers, which means that one teacher has to teach several classes at the same time. This research is an applied study that aims to obtain a teaching and learning schedule without overlap by applying graph coloring using the Welch-Powell Improvement method. Graph coloring using the Welch-Powell Improvement method is a solution to solve scheduling problems at SMAN 7 Mataram. Based on the scheduling data, an adjacency matrix with a size of 898×898 and a chromatic number of 27 was obtained. The adjacency matrix was determined with the help of the Python programming language. The schedule was compiled by first creating a scheduling conflict graph based on the lesson schedule data, then coloring the graph using the Welch-Powell Improvement algorithm. Based on the coloring results obtained, the schedule was compiled by considering each node color. Subjects with the same color were scheduled at the same time and vice versa. The resulting class schedule was free of overlaps. This was because the chromatic number obtained in the graph coloring was smaller than the available time slots at SMAN 7 Mataram.

Abstract

Kemampuan komunikasi matematis merupakan aspek krusial dalam belajar mengajar matematika, karena berperan dalam membantu siswa menyampaikan ide, menjelaskan proses berpikir, serta menghubungkan konsep matematika dengan konteks kehidupan nyata. Studi ini bertujuan untuk merancang modul pembelajaran berbasis Problem Based Learning (PBL) guna membantu siswa mengembangkan keterampilan komunikasi matematis pada topik Sistem Persamaan Linear Tiga Variabel (SPLTV) dan memiliki tingkat kelayakan serta kepraktisan tinggi untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Metode yang diterapkan dalam studi ini adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan pendekatan model ADDIE. Subjek dalam penelitian ini terdiri atas 20 peserta didik kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Bone pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Studi ini memanfaatkan beberapa instrumen, yaitu lembar validasi, angket respons guru, dan angket respons siswa. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa modul ajar tergolong sangat valid, dengan persentase 89,23% dari ahli materi dan pembelajaran serta 85,45% dari ahli desain. Sementara itu, uji kepraktisan melalui respons guru dan siswa juga menunjukkan kategori sangat praktis, masing-masing sebesar 90% dari guru dan 84,53% dari siswa. Dengan demikian pengembangan modul ajar berbasis PBL menghasilkan produk yang layak dan praktis dipergunakan dalam aktivitas pembelajaran, serta berpotensi dijadikan acuan untuk studi lanjutan yang berfokus pada pengujian efektivitasnya terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar matematika.

Abstract

The ability to understand concepts is highly needed to master each topic in mathematics, which is systematic, rational, and structured through interrelated subtopics. The purpose of this study is to improve students’ knowledge of basic mathematical principles on the topics of squares and rectangles by applying a cooperative learning model based on TAI (Team Assisted Individualization) during learning activities in class VII-3 at SMP Negeri 1 Tilongkabila in the even semester of the 2024/2025 academic year, with a total of 26 students. Data collection procedures were carried out using measurement instruments in the form of observation sheets for teacher activities, observation sheets for student activities, and tests of students’ skills in understanding basic mathematical principles. The type of research used was Classroom Action Research (CAR) with four main stages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The findings indicate that implementing classroom action in two cycles using the TAI approach can improve students’ conceptual understanding in mathematics, as shown by increased teacher and student activities and improved completeness in students’ skill test results.

Abstract

The HIV/AIDS epidemic remains a major public health issue, particularly in regions such as West Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia, where the number of reported cases continues to rise. To better understand and predict the spread of the disease, mathematical modeling provides a valuable analytical tool. This study employs the SIA (Susceptible-Infected-AIDS) compartmental model to describe the dynamics of HIV/AIDS transmission within the population. The model incorporates a latent phase, distinguishing it from simpler models and making it more suitable for diseases with long incubation periods such as HIV/AIDS. Two numerical methods, that is Euler and the 4th Order Runge–Kutta (RK4), are applied to solve the system of nonlinear differential equations derived from the model. Using official epidemiological data from 2023 in West Nusa Tenggara, the simulation tracks the evolution of the population across the three compartments over a 12-month period. The results indicate a consistent decline in the number of susceptible individuals and an increase in both infected and AIDS-diagnosed individuals. The basic reproduction number, , suggesting that the disease is endemic in the region. Stability analysis further confirms that the disease-free equilibrium is unstable, while the endemic equilibrium is locally asymptotically stable. These findings highlight the urgency of targeted interventions and demonstrate the importance of mathematical models in guiding public health strategies for disease control.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the integration of Mathematical Literacy and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in mathematics education using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The emphasis is on how mathematics learning can support sustainable development by improving higher-order thinking skills. A total of 43 scientific articles published between 2020 and 2025 were collected from Scopus, ScienceDirect, SpringerLink, and Taylor & Francis Online, then analyzed thematically using content analysis. The SLR process followed the PRISMA protocol consisting of four steps: identification, screening, eligibility evaluation, and inclusion. Inclusion criteria included articles discussing the integration of SDGs or Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) in the context of mathematics education, indexed in Scopus, and in English. The results of the study show that there are five main themes: the role of teachers as key agents of transformation, mathematics curriculum: gaps and opportunities, the role of technology and digital innovation in the learning process, affective and well-being approaches to learning, and interdisciplinary collaboration for transformative learning. The integration of SDGs is currently still limited, but has great potential if supported by ESD-based teacher training, adaptive curriculum, and the use of innovative learning technology to build students' social and ecological awareness.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kemampuan literasi matematis siswa Sekolah Satu Atap dalam menyelesaikan soal transformasi geometri, khususnya pada materi pencerminan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan subjek siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri 3 Satu Atap Tamanan tahun ajaran 2025/2026. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes kemampuan literasi matematis yang mengukur tiga aspek utama, yaitu formulate, employ, dan interpret. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa hanya memahami konsep pencerminan secara visual dan intuitif tanpa mampu menerapkannya secara matematis. Total skor yang diperoleh siswa adalah 3 dari skor maksimum 8 dengan nilai kemampuan literasi matematis sebesar 37,5, sehingga tergolong kategori rendah. Kesalahan yang muncul mencakup ketidaktepatan dalam menentukan koordinat bayangan, kurangnya penerapan prosedur matematis, serta ketidakmampuan menginterpretasikan hasil dalam konteks simetri batik. Temuan ini menegaskan perlunya pembelajaran geometri yang lebih kontekstual dan berbasis literasi matematis agar siswa mampu mengaitkan konsep matematika dengan fenomena kehidupan nyata.
