Abstract

This community service is aimed at the people of South Toapaya Village, bearing in mind that this village is the majority of the population's livelihood as entrepreneurs and gardening, this will provide an illustration so that an entrepreneurial spirit emerges from the community by starting businesses that are more productive and routine. Fostering an interest in entrepreneurship is the most important thing to do early on in order to build community courage and motivation to improve well-being by extracting abilities and skills inside to increase income, not only for individuals but also for society as an effort to overcome the problem of unemployment and reduce unemployment witch tyrannize. The research method used in the implementation of this Community Service Program is in the form of planning, implementation, evaluation. Increasing knowledge of entrepreneurship will increase public interest in establishing a business with motivation resulting from the benefits of entrepreneurship. Through a productive business which is a series of activities aimed at increasing the ability to access economic resources, increasing the ability of economic businesses, increasing work productivity, increasing savings income and creating mutually beneficial business partnerships, so that the purpose of this community service is to foster an entrepreneurial spirit by starting a business productive in the people of South Toapaya Village

Abstract

One of the most important business sectors for economic development is Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). However, MSME actors are still not aware of the development of the financial aspect. This is due to the lack of motivation and ability of MSME actors in managing their business finances. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide assistance to MSME actors regarding simple recording and bookkeeping so that in the future MSME actors master the basics and procedures for recording and simple bookkeeping so that they can make good financial reports. The method used is by way of mentoring. The results obtained from this activity are that MSME actors have new insights and abilities in carrying out this simple recording and bookkeeping

Abstract

Empowerment Activities Are A Form Of Community Service By Group 17 KKN Of The Tanjungpinang Development Economics College (STIE). Empowerment Activities Through Assistance For MSME Actors, Along With The Development Of Technology And The Need For Information, The Internet Is Also Experiencing Development. So Currently, A New Pattern Appears In Doing Business Processes That Is By Using The Internet. In Today's Business, Marketplace Or E- Commerce Is One Of The Places To Promote Products To Be More Efficient, Flexible, And Can Save Costs. The Non-Profit Partners In This Activity Are Micro, Small And Medium Enterprises (Msmes) That Produce Sweet Potato Rengginang In North Toapaya Village. This Business Has Been Established Since 2007 In North Toapaya Village, It Has Been About 15 Years That This Business Has Been Going On, But The Marketing Is Still Very Minimal, MSME Actors Still Need To Understand The Importance Of Using Digital Marketing To Improve The Marketing System So That They Can Expand Their Business Goals And Can Support Activities. Abstract

The community service activity (PPM) AT STIE Pembangunan Tanjungpinang refers to the starategie plan outlined in the reaserch ,aster plan (RIP) of the STIE Pembangunan Tanjungpijnang. Service strategie plan, the location of the activitywhich is located in Teluk Sebong sub=district which is in Bintan Regency which is geographically located on the island of Bintan. The total area of Teluk Sebong district is 337,65 km2. UMKM is a from of community small bucinnes whose founders are based on someone’s initiatifve. The emergence of many MSMEs does not mean that there are no problems that occur in this MSMEs, many factors are encountred when going out into the field, one of which is in the capital sectore, many parties frome these MSMEs are hindered by capital, and do not know how to solve this problem, this is due to the lack of knowladge possessed by the MSMEs parties, so here we are trying to find a way out by imparting our knowladge to these MSME parties by explaining how to borrow capital through third parties through banking agencies, from the result of the researchh show that the target MSMEs already understand and understand the education and application thathas been given regarding this party capital loans

Abstract

Tata kelola keuangan desa memainkan peran krusial dalam mendukung pembangunan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa. Pelatihan Tata Kelola Keuangan Desa melalui pendekatan Pembangunan Zona Integritas Desa (ZIDES) dilaksanakan di Desa Tapulaga, Kecamatan Soropia, untuk meningkatkan transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan efektivitas pengelolaan keuangan desa. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dalam tiga tahap: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Pada tahap perencanaan, dilakukan identifikasi pemahaman aparat desa dan masyarakat mengenai tata kelola keuangan, serta penyusunan materi dan jadwal pelatihan. Tahap pelaksanaan mencakup sosialisasi prinsip-prinsip ZIDES, penguatan sistem pengawasan, serta praktik melalui studi kasus dan simulasi. Dalam kegiatan ini juga melibatkan mahasiswa sehingga dapat menjadi media pembelajaran bagi mahasisiwa tersebut. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan aparatur desa dalam pengelolaan keuangan, dengan adanya perbaikan dalam sistem pengawasan internal dan integrasi antar sektor desa. Antusiasme dan partisipasi peserta sangat tinggi dalam mengikuti kegiatan. Pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat mendukung Desa Tapulaga untuk menjadi desa pesisir yang lebih maju, sejahtera untuk pembangunan desa mandiri berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Kualitas lingkungan belajar yang baik sangat penting untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran. Perawatan sarana dan prasarana sekolah dibutuhkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas lingkungan belajar, khususnya pada penanganan dan pencegahan kebocoran gedung. Kebocoran pada gedung sekolah dapat mengganggu aktivitas belajar mengajar dan merusak aset sekolah. Pengabdian pada masyarakat ini berfokus pada upaya penanganan dan pencegahan kebocoran gedung sekolah KB AL-Furqon, Kota Batu. Kegiatan ini meliputi inspeksi menyeluruh terhadap kondisi bangunan, identifikasi titik-titik kebocoran, serta pelaksanaan perbaikan menggunakan material yang tepat. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah kenyamanan dan keamanan pengguna gedung dapat terjamin, serta kondisi bangunan yang layak.

Abstract

UMKM memiliki peran vital dalam perekonomian lokal dan berpotensi besar dalam menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan. Namun, pelaku UMKM di Desa Pematang Panjang masih tergolong sedikit dikarenakan rendahnya ketertarikan dan minat masyarakat. Kurangnya pengetahuan dalam teknologi juga menjadi permasalahan dalam pengembangan UMKM setempat. Oleh karena itu, melalui kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata Program Studi Matematika, memberikan upaya dengan melaksanakan program digitalisasi UMKM di Desa Pematang Panjang yaitu UMKM Tapai dan Buket. Program yang dilakukan berupa pengenalan media sosial dan aplikasi editing seperti Instagram, dan Canva, memandu pelaku UMKM dalam membuat akun media sosial, penggunaan aplikasi editing untuk labelisasi produk, serta membantu menetapkan lokasi usaha pada Google Maps. Program ini diharapkan dapat mengembangkan UMKM di Desa Pematang Panjang agar memiliki jangkauan pemasaran yang lebih luas.

Abstract

Fermentation of rice bran for chicken feed at Bangko Campus IV, Bobaigo Madehutu Village is carried out with the aim of training chicken breeders, including free-range, broiler and Bangkok chicken breeders, in providing quality feed that meets nutritional standards for growth, so that they can produce optimal production.The methods used in implementing this activity to achieve the objectives and overcome the problems faced by farmers include training in the cultivation of free-range chickens and broilers and the implementation of vaccinations, training in making fermented bran feed, formulating feed according to the age and needs of the livestock as well as guidance to livestock groups which is carried out on an ongoing basis. , monitoring and evaluation carried out on assisted livestock groups.The results of implementing this service activity are (1) The assisted livestock group has the ability to improve the planning of free-range chicken cultivation business activities; (2) Have the ability to handle the initial arrival of native chicken DOC; (3) Have skills in processing feed through fermentation technology, (4) Have skills in formulating feed ingredients according to livestock needs, and (5) Have skills in carrying out vaccinations

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan ketrampilan ibu-ibu rumah tangga yang tergabung didalam kelompok Masyarakat Sakinah, Dusun Lumpang Bolong, Kabupaten Pasuruan, melalui pelatihan dengan memanfaatkan hasil pertanian. Upaya pemanfaatan barang hasil pertanian dan pemberian pelatihan dibidang lain akan dapat meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat dalam membuat kerajinan tangan serta dapat menumbuhkan dan meningkatkan kreatifitas serta potensi disana karena dengan adanya pelatihan untuk membuat kerajinan tangan ini akan meningkatkan serta menjadi nilai jual yang tinggi. Peningkatan kualitas masyarakat adalah salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan dengan kegiatan pengembangan potensi yang ada yaitu dengan pemanfaatan hasil pertanian. Potensi dan kemampuan yang dimiliki didalam diri seseorang haruslah dikembangkan dan ditinggkatkan agar kemampuan itu dapat menjadi manfaat bagi orang disekitar kita. Program ini memerlukan evaluasi lebih lanjut untuk menemukan dan mengembangkan potensi dan keterampilan individu, evaluasi juga perlu dilakukan agar memberikan keberhasilan terhadap program kerja lapangan

Abstract

PONV is nausea and vomiting that occurs after surgery and before the patient goes home from the hospital. Efforts to reduce the incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting can be done by using several strategies for preventing and treating nausea and vomiting, either with pharmacological or non-pharmacological therapy (aromatherapy, acupuncture, acupressure, relaxation therapy, hypnotic therapy, and music therapy). Objective: The PKM activity aims to implement peppermint aromatherapy to reduce the incidence of nausea and vomiting in post-operative patients under general anesthesia. Method: This PKM method is carried out by providing peppermint aromatherapy by using 3 drops of peppermint aromatherapy oil on a cotton ball and then asking the respondent to inhale it for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, respondents were asked to take another nausea scale measurement. After that, the patient is invited to take anti-nausea medication if the nausea does not decrease. Result: The results obtained from this activity are that peppermint aromatherapy can reduce the intensity of the patient's nausea and vomiting and reduce the use of pharmacological therapy by switching them to non-pharmacological therapy, namely peppermint aromatherapy. Conclusion: The output obtained from this PKM activity is that partners can develop non-pharmacological therapeutic health services using peppermint aromatherapy as an intervention in reducing the intensity of nausea and vomiting in post-operative patients under general anesthesia. It is hoped that this PKM activity can become a reference for the community in dealing with nausea and vomiting using non-pharmacological therapy
