Abstract

Target program penanggulangan TB di Indonesia adalahi eliminasi tuberkulosis pada tahun 2030, serta mengakhiri epidemi tuberkulosis di tahun 2050. Untuk mencapai Target ini, pemerintah indonesia mengembangkan strategi penanggulangan TB dengan melibatkan pihak swasta berbasis kabupaten/ Kota (DPPM = distric Base Public Private MiX). Salah Satu Unsur dalam DPPM adalah organisasi profesi Kesehatan Indonesia (KOPI ). Koalisi organisasi profesi Kesehatan penanggulangan Tuberkulosis adalah gabungan dari beberapa organisasi profesi yang mempunyai komitmen terlibat dalam upaya penanggulangan TB . Tenaga Kesehatan merupakan eksekutor utama dalam penanggulangan TB. Namun Kesannya, dalam pelaksanaan program penanggulangan TB, setiap profesi kesehatan masih berjalan sendiri sendiri. Akibatnya mekanisme penemuan, pengobatan dan pelaporan TB belum tertata dengan Baik yang berefek pada meningkatnya kasus infeksi TB, Kasus TB Resisten Obat dan Kasus Pasien TB Putus Obat. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya koalisi yg menjadi wadah pemersatu semua tenaga kesehatan, sehingga terbentuklah jejaring yg memudahkan dalam intervensi penanganan TB yg lebih baik

Abstract

Health problems should be given special attention from an early age. The most common problem in Indonesia today is stunting. Stunting is a chronic malnutrition problem caused by a lack of nutrition for a long time, resulting in impaired growth in children, namely the child’s height is lower or shorter than the height of children of their age. This service is carried out with the aim of increasing understanding and participation of the community in efforts to prevent stunting based on online socialization and education. The targets in this service are mothers who have babies and toddlers. The method used is by providing online education to mothers who have babies and toddlers about stunting prevention. The results of the activity show that the participants were actively involved in the implementation of the activity, seen when the participants were active in the question and answer session during the activity. With this community involvement, it is hoped that it will be the first step in preventing stunting and reducing the percentage of stunting in Indonesia

Abstract

Wound healing process takes a long time, while time for hospitalization is short, so the surgical wound has a risk of infection. Family empowerment through education is one way for preventing surgical wound infections at home. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the patient's family empowerment through education on the ability of family members in the prevention of abdominal surgical wound infections at home. This was a pre-experimental research, using one group pre-post-test design on 30 family members of post-apedictomy, herniotomy, laparotomy, prostatectomy and varicocelectomy patients. Sampling method in this study was total sampling. Data were collected by measuring the level of knowledge, attitudes, and actions of family members using questionnaire and observation check-list before and after education regarding the prevention of abdominal surgical wound infection at home. Education was carried out prior to surgery, one day before the patient left the hospital, and one day after control patient returned to hospital. Patient care guidance was performed 4-7 times in the hospital and then the results were evaluated at home. Results showed that 28 people (93.30%) had good knowledge, 30 people (100%) had good attitude and actions after the education. The results of statistical tests using Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test p = 0.000, meaning that there were changes in the ability of family members in the prevention of abdominal surgical wound infections at home before and after education in the aspects of knowledge, attitudes, and actions. There were no patients experienced infection from surgical wound. These results illustrate that the empowerment of family members of patients in the prevention of surgical wound infection needs to be done by a nurse before surgery, during treatment, and before the patient leaving the hospital

Abstract

Saat ini AI telah digunakan pada semua sector salah satunya pendidikan. Namun masih banyak guru yang belum mampu memanfaatkan media dan implementasi AI dalam pembelajaran. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan tambahan wawasan bagi guru SD. Kegiatan diikuti oleh 45 orang guru SD di kecamatan Wajak dan Guru yayasan miftahul ulum Tumpang Malang. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan yakni melakukan sosialisasi, pelaksanaan kegiatan, dan evaluasi pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan pada dua sesi pada dua tempat mitra. Hasil pelaksaan pengabdian menunjukkan pelaksanaan telah berjalan dengan baik, materi yang disampaikan terdiri materi kurikulum merdeka, media pembelajaran, pembelajaran HOTS dan AI dalam pembelajaran. Beberapa evaluasi program adalah perlunya kegiatan pendampingan yang lebih intensif agar mitra mampu lebih percaya diri dan semangat dalam mengembangkan produk hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat.

Abstract

Anemia adalah kondisi yang terjadi ketika tubuh menghasilkan jumlah sel darah merah yang lebih rendah dari normal. Dampak jangka pendek anemia yaitu menurunnya daya tahan tubuh sehingga rentan terhadap penyakit infeksi, dan menyebabkan kurangnya oksigen ke sel otot dan otak yang mengakibatkan penurunan prestasi belajar dan produktivitas kerja. Sekitar 22,7% perempuan Indonesia yang berusia ≥15 tahun mengidap anemia. Hal tersebut mendorong pengendalian anemia nasional terus gencar dilakukan. Strategi pengendalian yang dapat dilakukan dengan memberikan penyuluhan tentang anemia kepada masyarakat luas. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di SMK Reformasi Jakarta Barat dengan tujuan memberikan edukasi kepada siswa terutama siswi tentang bahaya dan pencegahan anemia. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah metode edukasi langsung dengan memberikan penyuluhan kepada siswa-siswi melalui ceramah dan diskusi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah bertambahnya pemahaman siswa tentang bahaya dan pencegahan anemia dan menerapkannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari

Abstract

This article describes comprehensive training centered on applying the technique of steaming natural dyes sourced from local plants to silk in ecoprint batik, which was carried out at the Bawi DayakAssociation group located in Palangka Raya City. Natural dyes, derived from native flora, play an important role in preserving cultural heritage, encouraging sustainable practices, and promoting environmentally friendly alternatives to synthetic dyes. This training program aims to empower members of the Bawi DayakAssociation with the knowledge and skills needed to proficiently apply the technique of steaming natural dyes to silk fabric in ecoprint batik. This service aims to increase partners' knowledge and skills regarding making ecoprints using the steaming technique, 1) providing information to mothers about steaming techniques to make colors and motifs, and 2) training mothers in making ecoprints using the steaming technique. The socialization stage is carried out through socializing the eco-printing steaming technique as an environmentally friendly product and introducing materials for eco-printing production. Ecoprinting training using the steaming technique includes the following stages: wetting (wetting the silk fabric), attaching sheets of natural flora leaves to the silk fabric, steaming and fixing. This will improve the skills of our partners who make natural dyeing ecoprints with the steaming technique and provide them with better income

Abstract

CV. Prima Jaya 2 is a business founded by Mr. Eng Kiong which has been established since 2002 until now. CV. Prima Jaya 2 is a medium-sized business that operates in the field of building materials such as sand, cement, brick, wood, electrical equipment, and others. CV. Prima Jaya 2 is located at Ruko Griya Prima Block G1 12A&B, Batu Aji District, Batam City, Riau Islands. As a developing MSME, CV. Prima Jaya 2 continues to make developments to support the development of its business. The research method used was observation and conducting interviews with business owners. Based on the research results, one of the business elements that must be updated by CV. Prima Jaya 2 is the implementation of digital marketing and payment options via transfer between accounts. In this modern era, every activity always involves technology to make work easier because limited knowledge and low mastery of technology is a problem for which a solution must be found for strategies to strengthen MSMEs. By providing solutions for CV. Prima Jaya 2 regarding the implementation of digital marketing can make it easier for MSMEs to become widely known and increase turnover for MSMEs

Abstract

Sheep are small ruminants with quite high prospects, especially in providing a source of animal protein. CV. Sultan Farm is a company that operates in the field of breeding, fattening, and trading sheep. This company was established in 2019 until now and has supplied many meat sheep in the Jember area and surrounding areas. Increase in the number of CV sheep. Sultan Farm's breeding process is still less than optimal. Therefore, to increase livestock productivity, CV. Sultan Farm requires training on how to apply GFP to sheep properly. This training activity aims to increase partners' knowledge about Good Farming Practices (GFP) or good Livestock Cultivation Guidelines to increase livestock population, production, and productivity, and improve the quality of livestock products, in the form of quality meat, safe and suitable for consumption. The methods used were surveys, delivery of training materials, and direct practice of sheep cultivation. Conclusions from the results of this activity: 1) The sheep cultivation training activity by following Good Farming Practices (GFP) given to participants ran smoothly and successfully; 2) The final evaluation of the results of the activity shows that the partner breeders have a good understanding of the GFP procedure as demonstrated by the ability to describe and practice sheep cultivation procedures/techniques correctly and appropriately

Abstract

One of the problems faced by the UMKM Tas Anting in Putukrejo Village is the problem of marketing and skills in using technology. UMKM Tas Anting in Putukrejo Village require technology-based business development so that they can compete with new businesses that are online. Online marketing is suitable for businesses that are just starting out. Certainly cost-effective, because you don't have to hold a place or shop to display products, you can control yourself without having to recruit employees, unlimited working time or hours, and have a wide market reach, because online marketing is usually supported by a website or social media (Facebook, Instagram, WA, etc.) This strategy is to prove the influence of digital marketing on the sales performance of the UMKM Tas Anting product in Putukrejo Village which was developed by the KKN-T 06 Group at the Islamic University of Raden Rahmat Malang

Abstract

The Student Cooperative, commonly known as KOPMA, is one of the Student Activity Units at Jakarta State University which not only operates in the organizational field, but also entrepreneurship. KOPMA which functions as an Educational Laboratory and as a Business Laboratory is a place to channel students' interests and talents in organizing and a place to apply the knowledge gained in lectures. KOPMA hold Basic Level Cooperative Training activities for all members and administrators. This activity was held so that members and administrators of KOPMA have strong cooperative knowledge, have an entrepreneurial and a leadership spirit that will be useful for their future lives. This activity is carried out starting from the Introduction, Pre and Basic Level Cooperative Training period. Basic level cooperative training has the main aim of providing knowledge to members, administrators as well as other new students who have an interest in the field of entrepreneurship
