FOCUS AND SCOPE Enggang adalah jurnal pendidikan, bahasa, sastra, seni, dan budaya. Enggang dipilih sebagai nama jurnal ini karena kehidupan masyarakat Kalimantan Tengah tidak jauh dari alam, termasuk kedekatannya pada burung yang bernama enggang. Burung enggang merupakan simbol kebesaran dan kemuliaan suku Dayak di Kalimantan Tengah. Burung enggang juga melambangkan perdamaian dan persatuan, sayapnya yang tebal melambangkan pemimpin yang selalu melindungi rakyatnya. Ekor panjangnya dianggap sebagai tanda kemakmuran rakyat suku Dayak. Kaitannya dengan jurnal ini, tidak lain adalah mengambil makna filosofis kebesaran burung enggang agar jurnal pendidikan, bahasa, sastra, seni, dan budaya ini, nantinya menjadi besar yang akan dikenal secara lokal, nasional, dan internasional. Jurnal Enggang sebagai jurnal pendidikan, bahasa, sastra, seni, dan budaya merupakan salah satu wadah untuk mengumpulkan dan melestarikan kekayaan kita yang tidak ternilai harganya. Tentunya kekayaan yang berhubungan dengan pendidikan bahasa, sastra, seni, dan budaya. Jurnal ini hadir untuk siapa saja yang mencintai dan ingin berkarya di bidang pendidikan, bahasa, sastra, seni, dan budaya. Selain itu, kami sebagai pengurus jurnal ini bersedia memberikan bimbingan dan pelatihan untuk siapa saja yang ingin maju dan berkompeten dalam hal menulis karya fiksi maupun nonfiksi. Melalui bimbingan dan pelatihan pasti gairah menulis para calon pendidik, para pendidik, dan para pecinta pendidikan, bahasa, sastra, seni, dan budaya bangkit dengan semangat membara. Mobile Training Units are training facilities that use mobile vehicles to visit places located in remote areas with the hope of being able to improve the competence of the workforce in various specific fields. This study aims to determine (1) the Management of the Mobile Training Unit (2) the results of community empowerment (3) the supporting and inhibiting factors of the MTU program. The method used by the authors in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach, where data is obtained from observations, interviews and documentation. The data source for this research consisted of 12 people, namely 1 training coordinator, 2 training instructors and 9 training participants. The results of this study indicate that (1) the management of the mobile training unit (MTU) program at PPKD West Jakarta has been going well from the planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring stages. (2) Empowerment results, namely participants can produce food products and can apply their cooking knowledge to open a business. (3) the supporting factors in the MTU program are the motivation of the training participants and fairly complete infrastructure. The inhibiting factors are the characteristics of the training participants and the training venues.

The development of writing skills in early childhood plays a significant role in preparing children for more structured writing abilities in the future. One of the initial stages in the development of writing skills in early childhood is the scribbling stage, where children make random marks and lines. The scribbling stage is often seen as a fundamental step in developing writing skills in early childhood. This literature review aims to explore the importance of the scribbling stage as a basic writing step in developing early childhood writing skills. In this study, we collected and analyzed various literature sources discussing the scribbling stage and its impact on the development of writing skills in early childhood. The findings indicate that the scribbling stage serves as a crucial foundation for developing writing skills in early childhood. During this stage, children begin to familiarize themselves with writing tools, develop creativity, gain initial understanding of writing concepts, and enhance fine motor skills. Scribbling activities also help children express their thoughts, ideas, and feelings while strengthening the coordination between the brain and hand. This research also highlights the significant implications of the scribbling stage in language development, visual perception, and problem-solving abilities in children. Support from parents and educators is crucial during the scribbling stage to establish a strong foundation for further writing development in children.

Writing has always been a vital skill in English language learning. However, many students struggle with writing. Students are unable to think of what to write despite the teacher providing a topic, spend too much time thinking and use the same vocabulary repeatedly. Furthermore, students were considered to have low motivation for writing and often copied existing paragraphs. The thought of writing is difficult for them, as well as laziness to develop their own ideas. To overcome the writing problem and provide an enjoyable classroom, the author applied an online collaborative writing method through Canva Application to enhance students’ motivation, writing ability, and help the teaching and learning process. This research used the cycle of Classroom Action Research; planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. By giving them pre-test and post-test, mean scores were compared to determine any improvement with writing skills, then a close-ended questionnaire was distributed to investigate their perception to the strategy implemented. This research implied that the strategy was effective to enhance students' writing ability and motivation. The results of students’ tests were improved by 1.31 along with result of the questionnaire about their perception towards online collaborative that almost students agreed that online collaborative writing was a method to enhance their writing motivation. Students writing ability was increased in content, organization, language use, vocabulary, and mechanic aspect.

Educational philosophy is an important idea in the development of learning, especially the educational curriculum. This is an important bridge so that the direction of education becomes clearer to make an achievement. One of the most important parts is the development of the concept of an arts education curriculum which refers to several understandings in an educational philosophy. The development of an arts education curriculum includes several important streams such as philosophical, juridical, empirical foundations, with perennialism, essentialism, progressiveism, and reconstructiveism. The development of the art education curriculum aims to respond to the journey of art education in Indonesia. This is related to the function of the curriculum, its objectives, meaningfulness, benefits, parameters, achievements, and further development of art learning in Indonesia. In this study using a qualitative description method, by collecting data including interviews, literature studies, and observations, important sources in this study include the thoughts of art education developers, schools and communities, which are then matched with understandings of the arts education curriculum. The results of this study reveal the school of educational philosophy in looking at the development of the arts curriculum, both in its development, application, evaluation and subsequent development processes. Another thing is that the aspect of art education is an important part when viewed from the approach and understanding of educational philosophy in Indonesia. This reveals the achievements of each era and period of educational curriculum development as a basis for shaping art learning in formal schools in Indonesia.

Tujuan pelaksanaan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan sebuah buku terpadu tentang cerita rakyat Kalimantan Tengah, ungkapan dan peribahasa Dayak Ngaju dalam bahasa Indonesia-Dayak Ngaju. Buku terpadu cerita rakyat Kalimantan Tengah, ungkapan dan peribahasa bahasa Dayak Ngaju ini dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu sumber belajar yang menunjang bahan materi pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Dayak Ngaju yang menggunakan pendekatan berbasis genre teks di kelas tinggi sekolah dasar, yaitu kelas IV, V dan VI. Pelaksanaan penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian library research dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik telaah dokumen melalui metode studi kepustakaan dan etnografi di Daerah Aliran Sungai (DAS) Kalimantan Tengah yang identik dengan tradisi lisan cerita rakyatnya. Hasil penelitian menemukan 15 cerita rakyat Kalimantan Tengah, 25 ungkapan dan peribahasa bahasa Dayak Ngaju yang dapat dijadikan bahan pendukung materi pembelajaran bahasa di kelas tinggi sekolah dasar. Dengan adanya buku terpadu ini, diharapkan siswa di kelas tinggi sekolah dasar dapat belajar Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Dayak Ngaju melalui pendekatan berbasis teks bermuatan pendidikan literasi kearifan lokal Kalimantan Tengah yang identik dengan lingkungan berlahan gambut, daerah aliran sungai, dan ragam budaya suku Dayak Ngaju.

The purpose of this study is to determine the values of life in the Best Gift Novel, written by J.S. Khairen and Its Relevance to Literature Learning in High Schools through the study of the sociology of literature. The object of this study is the Best Gift Novel by J.S. Second printing of Khairen, July 2022. The method used iis descriptive qualitative. The data in this study are taken from the text, contained in the Best Gift Novel by J.S. Khairen. Data are analyzed by reading and note-taking techniques. The results of this study show the values of life in the Best Gift Novel by J.S. Khairen includes social values which include helping each other, friendship, cooperation, caring for others. Moral values that include never giving up, honesty, responsibility, compassion. Religious values that include prayer, gratitude, gratitude, sincere. The study of these values can be integrated into everyday life which can shape the character of students, in case of that the Best Gift Novel by J.S. Khairen can be relevant to Literature Learning in High Schools.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan jenis nilai-nilai didaktis yang terdapat dalam novel Titik Potong karya Rio S. Pambudi. Peneliti juga ingin mengetahui nilai didaktis yang lebih dominan di dalam novel Titik Potong karya Rio S. Pambudi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik analisis kualitatif interpretatif. Dalam penelitian ini, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan oleh peneliti ditemukan 14 nilai didaktis yaitu nilai kesabaran, nilai kegigihan dan keuletan, nilai empati, nilai saling berbagi, nilai menolong sesama, nilai kejujuran, nilai kesetiaan, nilai kesejatian, nilai hikmah, nilai toleransi, nilai menghargai sesama, nilai membalas kejelekan dengan kebaikan, nilai mengedepankan kebaikan dari keburukan dan nilai kualitas amal kebaikan. Diantara ke-14 nilai tersebut terdapat beberapa nilai yang paling menonjol dan banyak dijumpai di dalam novel tersebut, yaitu nilai empati dan nilai saling berbagi.

Deixis is a word or phrase whose reference is not fixed. This research examines the various kinds of diexistence contained in each story conveyed by each character in the film "Losmen Bu Broto" by Ifa Isfansyah and Eddie Cahyono. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. The data in this study were collected using the listening method, namely by recording and noting techniques. Data analysis illustrates that the film directed by Ifa Isfansyah and Eddie Cahyono with the title "Losmen Bu Broto" has a deixis of persona, time, place, social, and discourse. The results of the study show that there is digression in the film "Bu Broto's Inn". In this study, 72 charm deixis were found, which were divided into the first charm deixis (I, I, we, and us), the second charm deixis (you, you, and you), and the third charm (he and they). Then, the researcher found 18 place deixis, 18 time deixis, 11 social deixis, and 15 discourse deixis. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that there are 134 deixis in the film "Losmen Bu Broto" by Ifa Isfansyah and Eddie Cahyono.

This research aims to find out the validity of e-modules using Culturally Responsive Learning approach on the material of two variable linear equation systems. The research method used is research and development. This research use the development model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) however the researcher only conducted the research until the stage of Development due to the time limit in the manufacture of products and their validation. E-modul using Culturally Responsive Learning is validated by material expert and media expert. The result of the research shows that, the average assessment of material expert validation was obtained 93%, while validation of media expert 96%. Thus e-modules with a culturally responsive learning approach are well worth using.

The issue of tourism governance in Bah Koh Samed is very important to find a solution, so that tourists can have a good experience and local communities can utilize tourism as a sustainable source of income. Good governance involves an online ticketing system and digitalization strategies to strengthen the image of tourism. This case study focuses on finding alternatives to Koh Samed as a creative tourism destination that not only attracts more tourists but also restores Koh Samed sustainably. A new tourism model can be created with the development of digitalization technology for Koh Samed Bah Island operations ranging from ticket validation, ticketing solutions, ticket point of sale, voucher codes, communication, and partnership to increase visitors as well as revenue. Through increasing the attraction of art activities, it can be directly listed on the Koh Samed Bah Island website and links. Offer and develop creative spaces for Bah Koh Samed Island that need to increase the art network through digitalization management. The main object of this research focuses on the role of tourists, local communities, and stakeholders through digitization management, and the networking of each destination location by utilizing the arts and cultural ecosystem. This research method uses descriptive qualitative methods, data collection, interviews, and documentation. Data collection is not only by interacting with each other, but written and in-depth. Then automatic verification from each stakeholder will help answer the obstacles that exist during or before. Then proceed with data analysis which is used to answer research problems by testing hypotheses through the data that has been obtained. Data analysis instruments use SWOT analysis as an initial basis for knowing weaknesses and strengths. Then in-depth analysis to increase visitors through increasing the attraction of art activities and developing digitalization technology.
