Abstract

Pergerakan Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) ditandai oleh volatilitas tinggi dan respons dinamis terhadap informasi domestik maupun global. Seiring meningkatnya integrasi pasar keuangan, IHSG menjadi sangat sensitif terhadap sentimen global, yang dapat tercermin melalui indikator keuangan maupun perilaku publik. Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh VIX Index, harga emas dunia, indeks saham Amerika Serikat (DJIA dan S&P 500), serta Google Trends dengan kata kunci trade war terhadap IHSG pada periode Januari 2021 hingga Desember 2025 menggunakan pendekatan regresi time series. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa VIX dan harga emas dunia berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap IHSG, menandakan bahwa peningkatan volatilitas pasar global dan harga emas mendorong pergerakan IHSG ke arah positif. Sebaliknya, DJIA memiliki pengaruh negatif signifikan, sedangkan S&P 500 berpengaruh positif signifikan. Google Trends menunjukkan pengaruh negatif signifikan, mencerminkan bahwa meningkatnya perhatian publik terhadap isu trade war terkait dengan ketidakpastian pasar yang menekan IHSG. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa integrasi sentimen global, baik melalui indikator keuangan maupun perilaku publik, penting dalam memodelkan dinamika IHSG, sekaligus memperkuat pemahaman empiris dan metodologis terhadap pengaruh faktor global terhadap pasar saham domestik.

Abstract

This research is motivated by students’ difficulties in understanding data and diagram material and the lack of teaching materials at SMPN 2 Ambulu Jember that support students’ diverse learning needs. Differentiated learning is an approach that adapts the process, content, and product of learning to students’ needs, interests, and learning profiles, enabling each student to learn optimally according to their abilities. The aim of this study is to develop a differentiated learning e-module assisted by Canva and Simplebooklet that is valid, practical, and effective for grade VII. The research method uses is the R&D method with the Hannafin and peck model through three stages: needs assessment, design, and development and implementation.  The research subjects were 34 students of grade VII C. Data collection instruments included validation sheets, student response questionnaires, and posttest questions. The results show that the e-module is highly valid (average 94.5%), practical (student response 80.95%), and effective (posttest score 73%), making it feasible as an innovative teaching material for data and diagram topics.

Abstract

Distribution efficiency is a critical aspect of bakery product distribution systems, as delivery delays affect product freshness, operational costs, and service reliability to customers. This study aims to develop a mathematical model to analyze product distribution time at UD. Win Win Bakery by integrating Petri Nets and Max-Plus Algebra. Petri Nets are used to represent the sequential, event-based distribution process, including vehicle preparation, goods loading, distribution travel, goods unloading, and the return trip to the factory. The Petri Net structure is then transformed into a Max-Plus Algebra model and matrix to calculate the total distribution time for each team. Data were collected through observations and interviews regarding distribution schedules, routes, number of vehicles, loading time, unloading time, and travel duration. The results show significant variations in distribution times among the nine delivery teams. The longest durations were found on the Toboli–Parigi, Ampibabo, and Kotamobagu routes, indicating workload imbalance and potential bottlenecks in the distribution system. The main contribution of this study lies in the application of Max-Plus Algebra supported by Petri Nets as a structured framework to identify time inefficiencies in regional-scale distribution. The implications of this study suggest that Max-Plus Algebra can be effectively used in discrete event-based distribution systems and supports route evaluation, workload balancing, and operational decision-making in perishable product logistics.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the types of errors and the factors causing errors made by students in solving System of Linear Equations in Two Variables (SLETV) problems based on Newman’s Error Analysis. This research is a descriptive qualitative study with the subjects being students of class IX-10 at SMP Negeri 1 Percut Sei Tuan in the 2025/2026 academic year. The data were collected through diagnostic tests, questionnaires, and interviews. The data analysis technique was carried out by identifying students' errors based on the five stages of Newman, namely reading errors, comprehension errors, transformation errors, process skill errors, and encoding errors. The results showed that students made errors at all stages of Newman’s procedure, with the dominant errors occurring at the transformation and process skill stages. These errors include students’ inability to understand the meaning of the problems, transform word problems into mathematical models, and carry out calculation procedures accurately. The factors causing students’ errors include low conceptual understanding, lack of procedural skills, lack of accuracy in answering questions, ineffective study habits, and low student attitudes toward mathematics. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that error analysis using Newman’s procedure is able to systematically identify the location of students’ errors in solving SLETV problems. Therefore, it is expected that teachers can use the results of this analysis as a basis for designing more effective learning strategies to minimize students’ errors and improve learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study is based on the importance of accurate dry tea production planning to support the sustainability of production activities in the plantation sector. Uncertainty in production volume often poses an obstacle to production management, necessitating a method capable of predicting production based on available historical data. The purpose of this study is to apply the Lagrange polynomial interpolation method in predicting dry tea production at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional 4 based on land area and production yield data. The Lagrange polynomial interpolation method is used to form a polynomial function that passes through a number of known data points so that it can be used to estimate production values under certain conditions. The data used in this study are land area and dry tea production data for a specific period. The results of this study indicate that the Lagrange polynomial interpolation method can be used to predict dry tea production and provide an overview of the relationship between land area and production yield. The application of this method is expected to support production planning and decision making at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional 4.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pola kedatangan nasabah pada layanan Customer Service PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jambi Kantor Cabang Utama menggunakan distribusi Poisson. Ketidakseimbangan antara volume kedatangan dan kapasitas pelayanan sering menimbulkan antrian panjang serta waktu menganggur, sehingga diperlukan pemodelan statistik untuk optimasi penjadwalan petugas. Data kedatangan dikumpulkan secara langsung selama lima hari kerja pada bulan Agustus 2025 dengan interval pengamatan satu jam. Metode yang diterapkan meliputi estimasi parameter tingkat kedatangan (), perhitungan probabilitas Poisson, frekuensi harapan, serta uji kesesuaian Chi-Square pada taraf signifikansi . Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa nilai statistik untuk seluruh hari pengamatan lebih kecil daripada nilai kritis , sehingga hipotesis nol diterima. Temuan saintifik ini mengonfirmasi bahwa kedatangan nasabah bersifat acak, saling independen, dan laju rata-ratanya konstan dalam satu hari kerja, yang secara statistik sesuai dengan distribusi Poisson. Kesimpulan ini memberikan landasan empiris bagi manajemen bank dalam merancang alokasi sumber daya manusia secara dinamis, memprediksi beban kerja, serta mengoptimalkan sistem antrian guna meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan kepuasan nasabah secara berkelanjutan. Implikasi praktis dari model ini dapat diterapkan langsung pada sistem manajemen antrian digital.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of mathematics learning models in fourth-grade elementary school classrooms. The study was motivated by the continued use of the lecture method by teachers in the mathematics learning process. The use of the lecture method causes students to be less active, less confident, and less enthusiastic in participating in classroom learning activities. This research employed a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings revealed that teachers still predominantly use the lecture method because it is considered more practical and easier to implement. However, the use of this method makes the learning process monotonous, resulting in students becoming passive during lessons. In addition, the limited availability of learning media is one of the factors contributing to less engaging learning activities. Therefore, more innovative, creative, and interactive learning models are needed to encourage students to actively understand mathematical concepts. This study is expected to provide valuable input for teachers in improving the quality of mathematics learning in elementary schools.

Abstract

One consequence of the rising number of traffic accidents is the increase in the burden of insurance claims on insurance companies, especially social insurance for traffic accidents. Unexpected fluctuations in claim numbers create challenges for companies, so forecasting is needed to identify future trends in claim numbers. The number of claims submitted is recorded periodically, thereby forming time series data. This allows for the application of time series analysis, such as the Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) method. This study aims to to model and forecast the number of traffic accident social insurance claims using the ARIMA method. This study utilizes recapitulation data on traffic accident social insurance claim submissions spanning 120 weeks from July 2023 – December 2025. The ARIMA method is employed to identify the optimal ARIMA (p,d,q) model for the data. Analysis results indicate that ARIMA (3,1,0) is the optimal model, with a Mean Squared Error (MSE) of 150,054 and a Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) of 10,53%. Forecasting results for the next 20 weeks reveals a stable tren in claims. This suggest that there is no significant increase or decrease in insurance claims during the forecast period.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the portrait of students' emotions in mathematics learning at SMP Negeri 7 Muaro Jambi. This research employed a quantitative descriptive approach involving 29 eighth-grade students as respondents. The instrument used was a Likert scale questionnaire consisting of 25 statements covering five main indicators: enthusiasm and interest in learning mathematics, self-confidence, resilience in facing difficulties, fear and anxiety, and negative emotions in mathematics learning. The data processing results showed that the overall average score of students' emotions was 80.90 out of a maximum score of 125, or 64.72%, which falls into the Moderately Positive category. The indicator of enthusiasm and interest in learning mathematics obtained the highest average score of 23.17 (77.23%), while the indicators of self-confidence and fear and anxiety toward mathematics were still in the less positive category. As many as 48.28% of students were in the Positive to Very Positive category, while 13.79% of students were still in the Less Positive category. This study concludes that although students have fairly good enthusiasm, efforts are still needed to strengthen positive emotions and reduce students' anxiety in mathematics learning.

Abstract

This study proposes a steganography method based on the bicover concept by utilizing Max-Plus algebra through matrix multiplication operations without inverse. The proposed method uses two cover images to embed one secret image, namely the first cover image to store the MSB (Most Significant Bit) bit and the second cover image to store the LSB (Least Significant Bit) bit. The test results show that this method is able to reconstruct the secret image completely with good stego image quality. The PSNR value obtained is 31.18 dB in Stego 1 and 31.77 dB in Stego 2, while the MSE value is 49.5457 in Stego 1 and 43.2352 in Stego 2. These results indicate that the visual changes in the container image are relatively small so that the existence of the secret image is difficult to recognize. Thus, the proposed method can be an alternative in improving the security of digital data exchange.
