Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of government policy on waste management in Empagae Village, Watang Sidenreng District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The method used in this research is the regression correlation method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was the entire family card (KK) 934 Family Cards, while the sample taken was 82 people. The data collection technique used is distributing questionnaires and documentation. Data processing uses the Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS 21) application.Based on the results of policy implementation research, 70% of the results of the recapitulation of waste management indicators, the highest is Reduce (reducing) by 71%, and the lowest is Reuse (reuse) and Reduce (recycling) with the same results of 67% results or total frequency of answers the highest weight is 68%. And the results of the recapitulation of factors that influence variable ideal yield 65%. In the one sample test table it shows a statistical value of 2,851 with a regression coefficient table of 0.597 so that the calculated t table value of the government policy implementation variable is 469,289 or 469,298>1662, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning it is significant, so the implementation of government policy on waste management has a positive effect and significant.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan karismatik memainkan peran penting dalam menjaga soliditas partai politik, terutama pada partai dengan basis ideologis kuat seperti Partai Demokrasi Indonesia Perjuangan (PDI Perjuangan). Megawati Soekarnoputri, sebagai Ketua Umum PDI Perjuangan, dikenal mampu membangun loyalitas kader melalui karisma dan pesan-pesan ideologisnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, berfokus pada interaksi antara Megawati dan kader partai dalam melaksanakan strategi "door-to-door." Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi partisipatif di wilayah Jakarta Barat dan Jakarta Timur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karisma Megawati berperan dalam mengarahkan kader, memperkuat kesatuan partai, dan memotivasi keterlibatan aktif di lapangan. Meskipun terdapat tantangan seperti perbedaan pandangan antar kader, pengaruh Megawati mampu menjaga stabilitas internal partai. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan tentang bagaimana kepemimpinan karismatik dapat berfungsi sebagai faktor pengikat dalam situasi politik yang dinamis.

Abstract

BUMDes is institutionalized in regulations at the central level. Although its presence is not mandatory, BUMDes is expected to improve the welfare of village communities. Many villages already have BUMDes, including Plajan Village, Tuban Regency. Several obstacles that focus on participation and human resource capabilities have caused BUMDes in the village to not run. This service method is implemented in the form of a training workshop, by providing material on institutional arrangements or BUMDes management and strengthening the ability to capture business opportunities for BUMDes managers. The results of the evaluation before the workshop for participants showed that managers did not have sufficient understanding of BUMDes regulations and management, and were weak in capturing business opportunities. After the training, the participants improved in their understanding, but the results of the evaluation one month after the workshop showed that there was no follow-up by them in the village government. This means that the commitment of BUMDes managers is also weak

Abstract

This research is titled “The Application of Financial Statement Preparation for MSMEs Based on the Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small, and Medium Entities (SAK EMKM) in the 3 Bintang Chips Business.” The objectives of this research are (1) to analyze the financial information prepared by the 3 Bintang Chips MSMEs located on Jalan Yus Sudarso, and (2) to apply SAK EMKM in presenting the financial information for this MSMEs. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques including literature review, interviews, observations, and documentation. The data used consists of both primary and secondary data. The research results indicate that: (1) The 3 Bintang Chips MSMEs has not yet prepared financial statements according to SAK EMKM because the business owner lacks understanding of the standards, and (2) there are several obstacles in implementing SAK EMKM, including: a. The owner and employees of the 3 Bintang Chips MSMEs have only a primary school education and no accounting background. b. The business believes that presenting financial information based on SAK EMKM is not beneficial for their operations. c. There is a lack of knowledge about SAK EMKM. d. There is no staff member who understands how to prepare financial statements according to SAK EMKM. There has been no outreach from relevant institutions to explain the importance of implementing SAK EMKM, so the business owners do not yet understand this.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Titi Papan Village, Medan Deli District, and this study aims to determine the performance of the implementation of the Child Identity Card Program. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques sourced from observations, interviews, and documents. The research informants who will provide information in this study are the village head as the key informant, the village employee in the field of government administration as the main informant, and the community who take care of the Child Identity Card as additional informants. The results of the study conducted through in-depth interviews with the village head, government administration employees, and the community, found that the implementation of the policy in making the Child Identity Card (KIA) has been running in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia Number 2 of 2016 concerning the Child Identity Card (KIA)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the performance of BUMDes which was established in 2022 based on Village Regulation Number 6 of 2014 concerning BUMDes. This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive analysis approach. BUMDes is a village-owned economic body or institution established by the village government to advance the village economy and improve the welfare of the community in accordance with Permendes no. 6 of 2018. Performance evaluation criteria according to Laster and Stiwert (2020) 6 evaluation criteria according to Laster and Stiwert, namely, Relevance, efficiency, effectiveness, learning and impact. The results of the study indicate that the BUMDes Silalahi I program is relevant to be implemented in Silalahi I Village, but in its implementation there is still a lack of relevance between the program and the government, then the lack of effectiveness in the BUMDes program, causing obstacles in implementing the program in assessing BUMDes performance, lack of good cooperation between BUMDes and the community.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and describe the Role of the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) in Improving Accessibility of Public Services at the PMI Blood Donor Unit Office in Medan City. The type of research used is qualitative research with a descriptive nature, descriptions of interview results and documentation studies so that it is able to describe various things related to the Role of the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) in Improving Accessibility of Public Services at the PMI Blood Donor Unit Office in Medan City. The data obtained were analyzed qualitatively and described in descriptive form. The results of this study indicate that the supervision carried out by the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) in improving Accessibility of Public Services at the PMI Blood Donor Unit Office in Medan City has not been effective enough. This is caused by several obstacles for PMI in improving accessibility of public services at the blood donor unit office, usually including limited resources, such as the number of medical personnel, equipment, and budget. In addition, the lack of public awareness of the importance of blood donation as well as logistical constraints and locations that are difficult to reach are also challenges. These factors can hinder PMI's efforts to provide optimal and equitable services to the community.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the development strategy of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Humbang Hasundutan Regency and the role of the Industry and Trade Service in improving this sector in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 20 of 2008. MSMEs are considered the backbone of the regional economy because they are able to open up new business opportunities and survive during the economic crisis with direct connections to the community. This study identifies the advantages of MSMEs such as technological innovation, market flexibility, and roles in absorbing labor. However, various obstacles such as complicated licensing processes and limited market access are still major obstacles. Through qualitative research methods, data were collected through direct observation and interviews with MSME actors and related parties. In-depth analysis revealed that market service fees have the potential to be a significant instrument in increasing Local Revenue (PAD) and MSME development. This study concludes the importance of strategic support from the Industry and Trade Service to overcome existing obstacles, and recommends more effective development strategies to advance the local economy in Humbang Hasundutan Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and describe the efforts of the Torgamba Sub-district Head in improving employee performance and to find out the implementation of the Sub-district Head's supervision in encouraging employee performance achievement. The type of research used is qualitative descriptive research, descriptions of interview results and documentation studies so that it is able to describe various things related to the Effectiveness of Sub-district Head Supervision in Improving Employee Performance at the Torgamba Sub-district Office, South Labuhanbatu Regency. The data obtained were analyzed qualitatively and described in descriptive form. The results of this study indicate that the supervision carried out by the Sub-district Head in improving employee performance at the Torgamba Sub-district Office, South Labuhanbatu Regency is not yet effective enough. Supervision has been carried out, but its intensity still needs to be increased. Supervision carried out by the Sub-district Head such as supervision of attendance, if there are employees who commit violations, they will be given a verbal warning and if it is fatal, they will be given a written warning. However, even though the Sub-district Head has carried out supervision, there are still employees who leave the office without permission even though it is still working hours.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to find out how the Synergy of the Village Government with the Community Towards Drug Prevention (Case Study in Teteaji Village) and the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing the Synergy of the Village Government with the Community on Drug Prevention (Case Study in Teteaji Village). The data collection techniques used in this study are documentation, interviews, and literature studies. The data collected is then processed and analyzed using software analysis techniques such as Nvivo 12 plus. The use of this software allows the data that has been collected to be more structured, organized, and meaningful. Research Results This research focuses on the synergy between the village government and the community in drug prevention efforts in Teteaji Village. A qualitative approach is used to deeply understand how interaction and cooperation between the village government and the community can prevent drug abuse. The results of the study show that synergy built through effective communication, appropriate feedback, and trust, is very important in creating an environment that supports drug prevention. However, there are several obstacles, such as diverse levels of education and lack of information facilities, that hinder the effectiveness of this program. Therefore, a more personal and participatory approach is needed to increase public understanding and involvement in drug prevention programs. This research is expected to contribute to the development of more effective drug prevention strategies at the village level.
