Abstract

Bullying is one of the three cardinal sins in education that must be eradicated and prevented. The mission of education is to provide opportunities and happiness to students, a goal that can be achieved by preventing bullying. This research aims to understand and introduce the concept of the three cardinal sins in education with the aim of instilling character values in students. There are still many students in Indonesia who do not understand the essence of the concept of the three cardinal sins in education. The purpose of this activity is to evaluate and find prevention strategies against the three major sins in education at Arrasyadiyyah SMKS. The method used in this activity is a seminar or lecture (presentation) to raise students' awareness. It helps students understand the three major sins, their causes, negative impacts, prevention efforts, as well as broaden their personality horizons. The results of this activity show that students can learn about the impact of bullying, sexual violence, and intolerance, as well as how to prevent and eliminate these behaviours. The school and the teaching campus team made an effort by providing a special place and inviting presenters from the Guidance and Counselling study programme lecturers to provide material on the introduction and understanding of the three cardinal sins in education, with a focus on bullying. This socialisation involved 78 students from classes X OTKP, X TBSM, XI OTKP, XI TBSM, and the SMK teachers. This activity was carried out on Tuesday, 21 May 2024, in person and face-to-face

Abstract

Creative economy counseling in Sanca Village, Gombangan Block, was held as an initial step to strengthen the political economy. Creative economy counseling discusses the strategy of the community's role in optimizing the utilization of local assets in the form of secang trees (Caesalpinnia sappan) which can be a creative economic business opportunity. Community cooperation in managing their natural resources can lead to the goal of strengthening the political economy. In order to follow up, extension activities related to the partnership-based creative economy were held, which were carried out by socializing the processing of sappan trees into herbal drink products, along with appealing to the community to succeed in the social assistance program, namely holding a bazaar of used clothes worth wearing to be distributed free of charge as a form of social care for the community. The purpose of the socialization was intended to make the community willing to become business partners, namely the community was invited to become a distributor of raw materials in the form of sappan wood as well as a retailer of finished materials in the form of ready-to-use trademarked beverage products. The method of implementing activities is door to door, meaning that the extension workers who have been determined per group, educate and socialize product knowledge to the community they meet directly by visiting houses in the Gombangan Block area. Based on the results of the extension activities, factors that caused the partnership program to be considered promising and appropriate were found, among others: First, the community's experience in participating in training to process sappan wood into valuable beverage products. Second, the community is accustomed to planting sappan trees for fencing purposes. Third, the community's fighting spirit to improve their standard of living. However, the community has not shown interest in accepting the offer to become a business partner due to the community's busy schedule as farmers and lack of time management skills

Abstract

The potential for developing mocaf as an effort to diversify food is supported by other government programs, young entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurial skills can be instilled from high school students in the Wonogiri Regency. This program is carried out by looking at the potential for building entrepreneurship by high school students from local food ingredients that can be developed, in this case mocaf flour and its processed products. Building products and businesses requires several strategies so that products gain a position in the market through product branding. Through product branding, a business can give the best impression of its product to consumers. This activity was declared successful with an indicator of increasing participants' knowledge and skills of 31.88%, which included increasing knowledge in terms of making mocaf flour and processing products as well as product branding. The implementation of this program is expected to be able to provide value added to cassava products and motivate students to develop cassava as a superior local product thereby improving the economic level of the community in Pracimantoro District, Wonogiri Regency

Abstract

Many Indonesian people experience land disputes, not only in rural areas but also in urban areas. The land disputes experienced include various fights over land rights, falsification of land deeds, or the existence of duplicate certificates. These problems are often resolved through non-litigation efforts, especially negotiation and mediation. People rarely take the litigation route to resolve land disputes because of the high court fees charged by the courts, and court decisions are considered not to be executory. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out assistance activities in resolving land disputes prodeo (free of charge) by the legal aid post at the district court. The activity method is carried out by means of preliminary studies and document studies related to land disputes. Next, observe land disputes that occur in district courts. Then, interviews are carried out with parties experiencing land disputes so that they can be assisted in the land dispute judicial process. As a result, people who experience land disputes can get a resolution through a court decision with free court fees (prodeo)

Abstract

The realization of agribusiness actors is carried out through rolling agricultural strengthening facilities in the context of strengthening group institutional finances, increasing entrepreneurship and fostering productive economic businesses. The agribusiness community empowerment program through business strengthening groups is a follow-up to previous empowerment programs. In this way, it is hoped that there will be no more confusion in the interpretation of this empowerment program with direct community assistance. It is hoped that this kind of empowerment pattern can stimulate the growth of agribusiness business groups and accelerate the formation of agribusiness institutional networks in the West Halmahera region. So that agricultural development programs can be achieved and implemented carefully. The results of the service show that the strategy for empowering the agribusiness community in optimizing agribusiness potential is by using 4 strategies, namely: 1) providing support for empowering the agribusiness community in the form of procuring agricultural production facilities; 2) strive to create regional regulations that can support the empowerment of agribusiness communities; 3) empowering the agribusiness community as a whole through active participation from the local government; and 4) provide coaching or guidance to each individual/farmer group on how to properly empower the agribusiness community

Abstract

Stunting is still a problem in Banten Province In 2021, the Indonesian Nutrition Status Study stated that Banten Province experienced an increase in the prevalence of stunting to 24.5%. This value, exceeding the national stunting condition in the same year, actually decreased to 24.4%. The most cases of stunted toddlers are in Pandeglang Regency with a percentage reaching 37.8%. Stunting is a hot and urgent issue to be resolved because it affects the quality of Indonesia's human resources in the future. The purpose of this research is the socialization of stunting carried out by 19 students of Thematic KKN 09 Mathla'ul Anwar University Banten in Pasir Peuteuy village, Cadasari sub-district, Pandeglang. The research method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis. The data source is policy document analysis. Stunting is considered a failure of linear growth in children due to malnutrition over a long period of time. Thematic KKN Group 09 Mathla'ul Anwar University Banten through this activity took the initiative to carry out stunting socialization activities with the aim of increasing community knowledge and knowledge about stunting. Implementation of stunting socialization through 3 stages, namely preparation of facilities and infrastructure, socialization and evaluation stages. The results of the implementation of stunting socialization are the increase in knowledge of the Pasir Peuteuy community, Cadasari sub-district, Pandeglang after being given counseling in the form of socialization from BKKBN

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide assistance to women in the verification of sweet potatoes to improve the family economy by create new business opportunities because there is still a lack of innovation from the use of natural products by the community. There are several methods carried out in this activity, namely counseling, mentoring, and field surveys for the sale of finished products. This community service activity is important because it can provide insight to the community about diversifying natural products, can create business opportunities, and can benefit from sales, so as to improve economic welfare. Abstract

This PkM activity is carried out in the short, medium and long term. RSP management must be able to run operational administration properly. Although there are many types of shelters in Bandung, this PkM is specialized in the Bandung Branch of RSP, West Java. Administrative management for Rumah Singgah Peduli is introduced, discussed and applied how the proper techniques in this PkM. A MS. Excel helps in the process of running the administration until a simple financial report of RSP is expected to be able to classify receipts and expenses for each transaction that occurs. The intended object for this PkM is assumed to have less administrative knowledge. This service activity provides guidance and assistance for RSP in improving the information presented in the Non-Profit financial statements. This PkM program is focused on RSP and provides understanding so that it is able to make good records. It is hoped that the management and administration of RSP will have new knowledge related to administration in running their operations and be able to improve the quality of information presented and be professional

Abstract

Pending claims cases are a problem that often occurs in hospitals, especially in the JKN era because they are related to hospital finances. Based on a preliminary survey, it is known that there are still pending claims almost every month with an average number of cases of 3-5 cases per month. Coding problems in Obstetrics cases that occur are like PROM cases which are problematic if KPD can be coded if it lasts more than 6 hours and there is no opening in the mother about to give birth. Apart from that, in cases of PEB, attention must be paid to the patient's blood pressure, the presence of 40% Magnesium Sulfate, increased proteinuria and undiagnosed hypertension before pregnancy. Pending cases that occur include confirmation regarding coding accuracy, whether the requirements and procedures provided have been met and whether the attached documents are complete. The aim of this PKM is to provide training for medical record officers so that they can optimize their ability to provide accurate codes so that pending cases can be minimized. The PKM method is the lecture, socialization, discussion and case discussion method. The activity was held on Tuesday, May 28 2024 at RSIA Cicik Padang. The activity went smoothly, and it is known that the coders have begun to understand how coding regulations are based on ICD-10, the implementation of BPJS regulations and what pending cases often occur. This can be seen from the results of discussions between coders, medical records officers and the PKM chairman. In the future, it is recommended that RSIA Cicik provide coders per inpatient and outpatient department, implement coding SOPs properly, carry out performance evaluations and organize BPJS claims and pending cases. It is recommended that future PKM activities be able to discuss pending Obstetrics cases and the amount of financing that is pending due to these pending cases

Abstract

This article aims to discuss how to design a career strategy in the Company through job training for students who have just graduated at SMKN 16 Jakarta. Vocational students are included in the category of teenagers who in fact do not have good career maturity. Meanwhile, education in SMK is directed at the development of company/industry-based education, so efforts need to be made to improve, Improvement efforts are not enough only to be carried out by vocational teachers but also require other teachers including BK teachers. One of the things that can be done is job training and competency improvement by attending various job trainings and having competency certificates by related institutions. In addition, to support graduates who absorb work, the school must also prepare strategies so that graduates can be accepted for work by holding job fairs, education and entrepreneurship which are routinely carried out every year. Service strategies that can be provided include basic services in the form of career information media, then also need assessment of students' interest talents, consulting services and individual counseling services. Thus, it is expected that students can increase career maturity, both in identifying potential, analyzing career opportunities, and even in deciding the right career choice
