The purpose of this journal is to disseminate ideas and results of the dedication and research conducted by universities that can be applied in society. ABDIRA contains various activities carried out in handling and overcoming various problems that occur in society by applying science and technology which can then be useful for improving community welfare.

Abstract

Koperasi Arjana Subiksa yang terletak di Desa Pegadungan, merupakan salah satu dari kumpulan beberapa Koperasi yang terletak di Kecamatan Sukasada. Pelatihan dalam digital marketing sangat penting bagi koperasi Arjana Subiksa, terutama pada pengurus koperasi Arjana Subiksa, Desa Pegadungan. Pelatihan marketing ini sangat membantu koperasi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemasaran pengurus koperasi, Namun saat ini marketing yang dilakukan koperasi masih sangat konvensional yang mengakibatkan produk yang ditawarkan tidak banyak diketahui oleh Masyarakat umum. Pengabdian ini dilakukan melalui Pusat Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Satya Dharma yang bekerjasama dengan Koperasi Arjana Subiksa Desa Pegadungan, Kecamatan Sukasada. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, para pengurus Koperasi Arjana Subiksa diberikan materi mengenai digital marekting. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan dengan memberikan materi mengenai digital marketing. Hasil yang didapatkan dari adanya kegiatan ini dapat membantu para pengurus untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemasaran yang dilakukan di Koperasi Arjana Subiksa

Abstract

Elderly people in Indonesia have increased significantly each year so that Indonesia is included in the 5 countries that have the largest elderly population in the world. The aging process is a life cycle that is marked by a decline in the function of various organs of the body, which is characterized by the body's increasing vulnerability to disease attacks that can lead to death. This requires a special program to help prevent degenerative problems in the elderly. One effort that can be done is to change lifestyles by implementing a healthy living community movement for the elderly. The purpose of this Stimulus Community Partnership Program (PKMS) is to increase knowledge and change healthy lifestyle behaviors in an effort to increase healthy and productive older people through health education for healthy living community movements. The team conducted health education at the Posbindu Damai by coordinating with health workers at the Public Health Centre of Jalan Gedang and cadres of the Posbindu Damai, so that they could play an active role in assisting the participants' health.

Abstract

His dedication is motivated by the enactment of the 2013 Curriculum in Indonesia which includes students being required to be able to have critical thinking skills or HOTS. The 2013 curriculum prioritizes learning materials that are given to students up to the metacognitive stage which requires students to be able to predict, design, and predict. This has been explained in the Appendix to Permendikbud Number 21 of 2016, that the dimensions of knowledge based on Bloom's Taxonomy are classified into factual, conceptual, procedural, and metacognitive whose mastery needs to start from the elementary level to the secondary education level. The mechanism of the service method in carrying out activities in general is in the form of planning/preparation, implementation, observation and evaluation, and reflection.

Abstract

One element in student activities is secretarial work or popularly known as the duties of a secretary. This field is very synonymous with administrative matters. In practice, data administration by the management of the Student Activity Unit (UKM) at Amikom Purwokerto University still makes many mistakes, such as when making incomplete proposals, final reports that do not comply with existing guidelines. . This resulted in a long time because they had to submit 2 times, make data corrections so that it hindered the work of the UKM administrators themselves. The aim of UKM data administration training is to help UKM administrators to be more orderly in administration and in accordance with existing guidelines. The methods used in socialization and training are the preparation stage, implementation stage and evaluation stage. The result of the research is that the training participants' knowledge of the basic administration of UKM increases before the training is carried out, the errors in making proposals and other procedures are reduced.

Abstract

The Kamulyan Garbage Bank is located in the Brontokusuman Village RW 20-22, Mergangsan District, Yogyakarta City which is around the Code River. Not a few people throw away the water for washing clothes in the river, thereby disrupting the aquatic ecosystem. This is the reason and objective of this community service program, which is to reduce the impact of river pollution and empower the people around Kali Code. The implementation method is carried out through seminar and practice of using environmentally friendly detergent production equipment, seminar and practice of standard operating procedures (SOP) using production tools, seminar and practice of calculating the cost of production (HPP), as well as seminar and advanced digital marketing practices. This program is in accordance with the UAD Community Service Program roadmap for 2020-2045 which refers to the realization of accelerated marginal areas towards smart, healthy, environmentally friendly areas with socio-entrepreneurship characteristics, universal values and Islam in 2020-2045. Based on the results of the questionnaire, as many as 90% of participants experienced an increase in knowledge after seminar and practicing.

Abstract

The era of the industrial revolution 4.0 and society 5.0 brought many challenges for students, one of which was that students were required to have an independent, creative and innovative character so that after graduation they would not only act as job seekers but could create jobs. To form the character of students who are independent, creative and innovative, practical and practical workshops are needed so that the results of the workshops can be directly applied in the real world. The bouquet snack making workshop is an interesting and practical workshop to learn in a short time. In line with one of the independent learning campus independent programs (MBKM), namely the independent entrepreneur program, the workshop for making bouquet snacks can provide skills for students so that after graduation they have additional skills and expertise that can be used to create jobs because making bouquet snacks is relatively easy.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship training for budding entrepreneurs in Pekalongan City is an effort to develop MSMEs to be competitive with other existing and developed businesses. The Department of Trade, Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of Pekalongan City in collaboration with the Faculty of Economics and Business, Pekalongan University conducted training activities aimed at fostering an entrepreneurial spirit and increasing sales of goods and services produced by MSMEs. The method used is entrepreneurship and marketing mix training for 60 (sixty) budding entrepreneurs in Pekalongan City.  The types of activities that will be carried out in this series of PKM activities include: (1) Identification and determination of target participants; (2) Identification of needs; (3) Implementation of training, and (4) Evaluation of activities. The results of the PKM implementation are the implementation of activities at the Dafam Hotel with 60 participants from novice entrepreneurs in Pekalongan City. The first day was filled with exposure to Pekalongan City Government policies that support entrepreneurship. The second day was filled with entrepreneurial motivation material, and the third day was the presentation of marketing mix material.

Abstract

Women's participation in politics in Indonesia is a problem that is still being faced by the country and Indonesian community. Even though women have been involved in various problem solving-activities, when viewed from the 2019 election, the number of women’s representative has only reached around 20%, and failed to fulfil 30% quota as stipulated in the law. Various problems hindered the sufficient presence of women in politics including the electoral system in Indonesia, the policies and political will of political parties, and the patriarchal culture that still dominates. To increase awareness of the importance of women's participation in politics, it is necessary to conduct political education. One way is through discussions held at the Nurkhozin Al-Jaelani Ta'lim Assembly, South Tangerang, Banten Province which succeeded in sparking public awareness about the need for women to play a role in politics as evidenced by their responses during the discussion of the issue.

Abstract

The ability to read and count is needed by the next generation. Unfortunately, the importance of numeracy literacy to be implemented in schools has yet to be optimized by some schools. One of them is SDN Merjosari 4 Malang. There are not many activities that can be done to increase numeracy literacy in the school. After discussions with the headmaster, it was agreed that several activities would be carried out at school, namely (1) Forum Group Discussion (FGD) with teachers at SDN Merjosari 4 to strengthen Numerical Literacy, and (2) Carry out activities that could optimize Numerical Literacy at SDN Merjosari 4 Malang. The focus of Numeracy Literacy strengthening activities is given to grades 2, 3, and 4. The series of activities planned to be carried out in community service have all been carried out properly. Students feel interested and happy with the activities that have been carried out and hope that activities like this will be carried out in the future.

Abstract

This community service activity involves MSME Rumah Jamur Takalar as the partner. The partner's problem is the lack of knowledge and skills in marketing their products via online platforms and the business location/business name is not yet known by the people of Takalar. The purpose is to help the partner expand their market reach. The specific target to be achieved is the implementation of Location Based Advertising (LBA) as a means of partner’s promotion. The methods that used are mediation and training methods. The result of this activity is that Rumah Jamur Takalar has successfully registered and activated their business account on My Ads Telkomsel as a platform that provides LBA (Location Based Advertising). The results of LBA's performance as a promotional media show that LBA activities are 100% successful in delivering advertising content according to specific target locations (Takalar Regency and its surrounding areas).
