Along with the times, human problems are also increasingly complex. In the era of society 5.0, human problems, especially clients in counseling services, are also increasingly complex and unique. These problems need to be studied to determine the focus of counseling services by counselors. This study aims to explore the focus of counseling services in the era of Society 5.0. We use the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method to explore the focus of counseling services in accordance with the current era. We examine various literature published since 1971 to the latest literature that discusses the focus of counseling services. We examine the literature to find out the development of focus in counseling services from time to time. The results of this study indicate that there are five counseling service focuses that need to be considered by counselors in the era of Society 5.0, namely insights and attitudes toward clients, counseling service objectives, counseling service settings, technical implementation of counseling services, and evaluation of counseling services. The focus of counseling services has remained the same from time to time, but only the context of the focus of counseling services continues to experience development.

This condition is identified by the small number of students who are interested in continuing their studies and are confused after graduating from high school, especially in choosing a career. One of the factors that influences career choice decisions is emotional support from both parents. This study aims to describe parental emotional support and students' career decision-making and to describe the relationship between the two variables. This type of research is quantitative research with a descriptive correlational approach. The research sample was 145 students selected using the stratified random sampling technique. The data collection instruments used were the parental emotional support questionnaire and the career decision-making questionnaire. The data were analyzed using percentage, mean, and Pearson product moment correlation statistical techniques. The results of the study showed that: (1) the average score of parental emotional support achievement was 114.45 (72.67%) most students received high parental emotional support, (2) the average score of student career decision-making achievement was 96.76 (62.24%) most students had sufficient career decision-making, (3) there was a significant positive relationship between parental emotional support and student career decision-making with a correlation of 0.468. The findings of the study showed that the results of parental emotional support and career decisions were not optimal, which were still relatively moderate. This study aims to develop a brief scale that can measure adaptation skills in learning among university students. Adaptation skills are essential for facing challenges in the dynamic educational environment. The developed scale consists of five items covering indicators such as the ability to cope with change, openness to new experiences, stress management, learning independence, and collaboration skills. The Adaptation Theory by Schunk and Zimmerman (2012) serves as the foundation for the development of this scale. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to students across various study programs, and analysis was conducted to test the scale’s validity and reliability. Validity was assessed using confirmatory factor analysis with factor loadings, while reliability was measured using Cronbach's Alpha. The results show that this scale has good validity and reliability, making it suitable for evaluating students' adaptation skills. These findings are expected to provide insights for the development of educational programs that support the enhancement of students’ adaptation skills in their learning process.

The understanding of the extent to which humans can express themselves can be one of the efforts in overcoming various problems that humans face that requires a well-standardized tool. The purpose of this study is to standardize the self-disclosure instrument through the Rasch model. Data collection for this study involved 53 research participants from a high school in Bandung City, West Java. The collected data was then processed and analyzed using the Rasch model with the Winstep application. It was found that out of the 24 initial statement items, 4 did not meet the Rasch model testing criteria. The remaining 20 items could be further utilized in the research. This instrument can then be further utilized in tracing and understanding individual self-disclosure that supports the intervention process to increase self-disclosure.
