Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing financial literacy among Generation Z in Palembang. The research methodology employed is quantitative, assessing the strength of the relationship between dependent and independent variables within the population. A sample of 120 respondents was selected, and data were analyzed using Smart PLS 3.0 software. The analysis reveals that financial behavior and financial attitudes significantly influence financial literacy, whereas financial knowledge does not exhibit a significant influence. The overall regression model demonstrates that financial behavior, financial knowledge, and financial attitude collectively contribute significantly to explaining variations in financial literacy. However, the study is constrained by limitations in sample coverage and data collection methods. Nevertheless, the results of the simultaneous test indicate that the overall regression model is significant in elucidating the relationship between the variables under study and financial literacy. The implication of this research underscores the necessity for enhancing financial behavior and attitudes to bolster financial literacy among Generation Z in Palembang.

Abstract

The focus of this study is to explore how brand reputation affects brand performance using the Bango soy sauce brand as a case study. Methods of quantitative description are implemented in this study. The present study applied purposive sampling, whereby participants were selected based on their comprehension of and experience with Bango Soy Sauce products, with a buying window of July 2023 to March 2024. In all, one hundred respondents took part in this study. Version 3.3.9 of the Smart PLS analysis program is used to process partial least squares, which have been used in data analysis in research. Respondents were provided with a Google Form questionnaire with a scale from 1 to 4 that included the options for strongly disagree, disagree, agree, and highly agree. Despite the notable exception of the first section, every section of the study questionnaire is a closed statement form. It is clear from the research findings and the discussion above that brand performance is influenced by reputation. The performance of a company's brand is positively correlated with its reputation. The research's management consequence is that Indonesian society typically bases its purchasing decisions on the law of demand. When a product is priced highly, buyers are more likely to purchase it from a different brand. In order for its enthusiasts to continue enjoying Bango Soy Sauce, the brand must therefore pay attention to the stability of selling prices.

Abstract

This research addresses the complex problem of warehouse operations of freight forwarders, which often face challenges related to stock management, dispatch, and distribution of goods. This research proposes an Agile approach as a potential solution by looking at traditional warehouse management systems that must be more responsive to changing customer demands and dynamic market conditions. Literature analysis and case studies show that implementing an Agile-based warehouse management system can improve operational efficiency and flexibility. By applying Agile principles, companies can be more responsive to change, increase team collaboration, and improve the process of stock management, dispensing, and distribution of goods. This research provides a better understanding of the relevance of Agile principles in managing a freight forwarder's warehouse operations while highlighting the potential advantages that can be gained through implementing an Agile-based warehouse management system, as well as the challenges that need to be overcome in the process. As such, this research provides a strong foundation for recommending the use of Agile-based warehouse management systems to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness in the freight forwarding industry.
