Abstract

The Effect of Problem Based Introduction (PBI) Model on Social Studies Learning Achievement Competence in Knowing Types of Business and Economic Activities in Indonesia Class V Students at MI NW Peseng Academic Year 2021/2022 This study aims to: (1). Knowing student learning outcomes through the application of the PBI Model in social studies learning (2) knowing student activities through the application of the Problem Based Introduction Model in social studies learning. This research was conducted in the form of Classroom Action Research. The stages carried out are: Action Planning, Action Implementation, Evaluation/Observation and Reflection. The subjects of this study were 24 students of class V semester 2 of the 2021/2022 academic year. The research data are: (1). Student learning outcomes were collected through learning outcomes tests. (2). Student activities were collected through observation guidelines. Data were analyzed descriptively qualitatively.From the results of data analysis found that: (1). The average student learning outcomes 70.77 classical completeness 83.33 % (2). Student activity in participating in learning increased at each meeting. Based on the results of the data above, the application of the PBI model can be used as a strategy in the learning process.

Abstract

The development of tourist attractions in the central Lombok area must be accompanied by an increase in human resources, especially in the field of English, because of the increasing regional progress which is marked by developments in terms of better arrangement of tourist attractions, especially in the Lombok area. Central, so it has attracted local and foreign tourists to be able to visit these places, such as: Selong Belanak Beach, Kuta beach, An Beach, Sade Village, etc. The development of these human resources can be in the form of providing English courses or at least teaching English that focuses on the field of English for the second grade high school level. In addition to creating skills for students, students can also become responsible workers; this can also develop village potential, can also foster students to actively support government programs in the tourism sector. This research was carried out with the aim of improving English speaking skills in the hospitality sector for Al Ma'aruf Nu Sinah High School students in Pengembur Village, Central Lombok, and this study used a qualitative descriptive method to find out how much the improvement in English skills of second grade students of Al Ma'aruf Nu Sinah High School after this research was conducted. The results of research activities carried out by researchers in 3 months showed an increase in the ability to speak English in a simple form in the hospitality sector for students at Al Ma'aruf Nu sinah high school in Pengembur Village, Central Lombok.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the description of the mathematical reasoning ability of MA students in problem-based learning (PBM). This research uses a case study-based qualitative approach and was conducted in private madrasah aliyah in Central Lombok district. The number of participants in the study were 32 students of class X IPA even semester 2020/2021. Data was collected by means of tests (mathematical reasoning skills) and non-tests (interviews, observations, and documentation studies) to determine the mathematical reasoning abilities of MA students in problem-based learning. The result of this research is the mathematical reasoning ability of MA students in problem-based learning is included in the good category.

Abstract

This study was aimed at analyzing the difficulties of teachers in developing students' higher order thinking skills in learning biology. The populations of this study were all teachers at SMAS IT Dhiaul Fikri and MA Darul Aminin. The samples of this study were all biology subject teachers at SMAS IT Dhiaul Fikri and MA Darul Aminin. Data collection was carried out by in-depth interviews with Biology teachers. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics. Descriptive statistics function to describe or provide an overview of the object under study with the aim of summarizing the data so that it is easy to understand through data samples or populations. The difficulties faced by teachers in developing students' higher-order thinking skills are: teachers find it difficult to cope with the different abilities of students, teachers are less able to determine appropriate learning methods and models, lack of understanding about developing higher order thinking skills, less able to adjust the questions with operational verbs contained in the learning indicators, and have not been able to cope with students who have different ways of showing their ability to think.

Abstract

This study was aimed at finding out the effect of problem learning SAVI model of media assist environment to scientific attitudes and learning outcomes of science the fifth grade students of elementary school cluster 1 south Masbagik. This study used a quasi-experiment design with Single Factor Independent Groups Design. The population consisted of 201 students. The sample was 65 students determined by random sampling technique. The data on the students scientific attitude were collected with an questionnaire. The data on the students’ science learning outcomes were collected with a test. The data were analyzed using MANOVA aided with SPSS 16.00 for windows. The results showed that, First, the students’ scientific attitude of those who joined the problem Savi learning model of media assist environment was significantly better than that of those who joined conventional teaching model (F=15.847; p < 0.05); secondly, the students’ science learning outcomes of those who joined problem Savi learning model of media assist environment was significantly better than those who joined conventional teaching model (F=39.123; p < 0.05) and thirdly, simultaneously, scientific attitude and science learning outcomes of the students who joined problem Savi learning model of media assist environment was significantly better than that of those who joined conventional teaching model (F= 31.207; p < 0.05).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe strategies that can be used in early childhood education learning during a pandemic so that activities can run optimally. This study describes things that can be done in learning such as learning activities, collaboration with parents of children, learning methods and strategies applied, as well as media used in teaching and learning activities during a pandemic. This study uses a descriptive method by conducting a survey to 10 teachers in the village of Masbagik Utara Baru. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires via whatsapp, with the results of the study: teachers have packaged learning in various ways ranging from forms of learning according to needs, paying attention to children's needs, activities that train children's independence, using appropriate media, using various methods, and establishing cooperation with the child's parents.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of online learning in terms of students' motivation and creative thinking skills in mathematics. This type of research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. This research was conducted at SMK Qamarul Huda Bagu by useing online with the research subject being class XI. The instrument used is a motivational questionnaire and mathematical creative thinking skills in online learning. The questionnaire was conducted by making questions that were distributed to all respondents in the form of a google form. Based on the results of descriptive statistical analysis of student learning motivation data on mathematics presented in the table above, it shows that the average student learning motivation before online learning is 101.81. While the average student learning motivation after online learning is 119.43. This shows that there is an increase in students' learning motivation before and after online learning. While the effectiveness of learning with individual learning completeness is on average 85.65, the ability of teachers to manage learning is on average 89.81, and student responses are 80.28. From these data it can be concluded that online learning is effective in increasing students' motivation and creative thinking skills.

Abstract

Penilaian merupakan proses yang sangat penting dalam pembelajaran. Instrumen penilaian yang memenuhi standar, secara tepat akan mengukur hasil akhir dari suatu proses pembelajaran, sehingga hasil belajar siswa akan terdeteksi dengan baik dan dapat dijadikan bahan evaluasi untuk program pembelajaran selanjutnya. Mata pelajaran PJOK yang mengutamakan ranah keterampilan dalam pembelajarannya seringkali mengabaikan ranah pengetahuan. Instrumen penilaian untuk mengukur ranah pengetahuan siswa disusun harus memenuhi kriteria instrumen penilaian yang baik sehingga, hasil belajar siswa dapat terdeteksi dengan baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan instrumen penilaian permainan tradisional gasing yang valid, reliabel dan praktis untuk mengukur tingkat keberhasilan atau kejuaraan permainan tradisional gasing. Pada proses pengembangannya, instrumen ini melalui tiga tahap, yakni tahap perencanaan, perancangan dan pelaporan. Masalah yang dihadapi dewan juri saat melakukan penilaian dan penentuan juara dalam permainan tradisional gasing adalah belum adanya instrumen penilaian yang baku atau standar. Model penelitiam pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model pengembangan yang diajukan oleh Borg dan Gall (1983). Proses validasi terhadap instrumen penilaian permainan tradisional gasing dilakukan melalui dua tahap, yang pertama tahap validasi teoretik, dimana data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Instrumen uji coba yang digunakan adalah lembar validasi. Data yang didapat adalah data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data kualitatif dianalisis dengan mengumpulkan komentar-komentar yang didapat untuk dijadikan bahan pertimbangan dalam melakukan revisi terhadap produk. hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat keterbutuhan instrumen penilaian permainan gasing di Desa Danger Kecamatan Masbagik Kabupaten Lombok Timur adalah butuh, sedangkan tingkat kevalidan dari instrumen penilaian permainan gasing adalah sangat valid atau sangat layak untuk digunakan dalam penyelenggaraan permainan gasing.

Abstract

Peer teaching is a learning model that can develop affective aspects such as collaboration, communication and develop self-confidence so that the amount of active learning time of students can increase. This study aims to identify an increase in the amount of Active Learning Time in learning maturity by applying the Peel Teaching learning model. The method uses Classroom Action Research (CAR), in the SMP 3 Praya Kecamatan Praya High School, with a sample of 33 people and consisted of 14 male studens and 19 female students. The results of the study generally showed students were actively moving, thereby increasing the amount of Active Learning Time which was shown from high motivation when involved in learning the maturity game. Tutors and students can improve their ability to communicate and interact with others. The conclusion of the study is that the peer teaching model can be used in learning maturity, because it can gradually increase the value of collaboration, communication, convey information and develop confidence so that the Total Active Learning Time as an indicator that students are actively involved during learning also increases
