Abstract

the purpose of this study was to improve student self-management through the guidance of student groups at SMP Negeri 243 Jakarta. The method used in this study uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in self-management in the posttest given group guidance services. The results of the pretest showed that students who were given services in the low category were 1 student and 39 students in the medium category. While the results of the posttest showed that there were 7 students in the medium category and 33 students in the high category. It can be seen that the experimental class that was given group guidance services could improve student self-management. The data normality test was carried out using the Kolmogrov-Smirnov one-sample test, it was found that the data was normally distributed with a sig value of 0.164 > 0.05. The results of testing the hypothesis through the paired sample t-test can be concluded that group guidance services are effective for improving student self-management.

Abstract

the aim of this study was to find out whether self-efficacy contributes to the performance of guidance and counseling teachers. This research was carried out with a survey-type quantitative approach. The target population of this study were 60 guidance and counseling teachers at SMA and SMK Negeri Kota Kendari. This research is a population study so that the entire population of 60 people becomes the research sample. Data was collected through teacher self-efficacy and performance scales. Data were analyzed descriptively and inferentially with the results: a) the self-efficacy of guidance and counseling teachers in SMA and SMK Negeri Kota Kendari was in the moderate category, b) the performance of guidance and counseling teachers in SMA and SMK Negeri Kota Kendari was in the medium category, and c) self-efficacy contributes significantly to the performance of guidance and counseling teachers in SMA and SMK Negeri Kota Kendari.

Abstract

the purpose of this research is to find out whether there is a positive and significant relationship between resilience and the learning motivation of broken home students. The school that became the subject of this research was SMP Negeri 12 Depok. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research, using a descriptive approach and interview, questionnaire and observation methods. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between resilience and learning motivation of broken home students at SMP Negeri 12 Depok. This is shown based on the results of hypothesis testing which shows a significant value (2-tailed) instrument 0.000 < 0.05, then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, so it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between resilience and learning motivation of broken home students at SMP Negeri 12 Depok.

Abstract

the research objective was to determine the effect of parents' socio-economic conditions on the learning motivation of class X students at SMA Negeri 96 Jakarta. The method used is a survey method, the approach used is quantitative, by collecting questionnaire data on a population of 208 students, a sample of 67 students. Through the analysis test carried out, the regression equation is Y = 46.705 + 0.516 X with the results of calculating the correlation r of 0.531, which means that there is a moderate relationship between the socio-economic conditions of parents and students' learning motivation. Parents' socio-economic conditions contributed 28.23% to learning motivation and the remaining 71.77% was influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained ????ℎ???????????????????? = 5.969 > ???????????????????????? = 1.669, meaning that there is influence of parents' socioeconomic conditions on students' learning motivation. Based on these results it can be concluded that there is an influence of parents' socioeconomic conditions on the learning motivation of class X students at SMA Negeri 96 Jakarta.

Abstract

the purpose of this research is to find out whether or not there is an effect of Emotional Intelligence on Communication Apprehension during the Learning Process. This research is quantitative research. The population of this study was 244 residents of MA Al-Khairiyah Jakarta and the research sample was 69 students who were divided into 2 groups, namely in the experimental group (class XI MIPA) which would be given treatment in the form of sociodrama group guidance services as many as 35 students and in the control group (class XI IPS) which did not give treatment using sociodrama group guidance services as many as 34 students. Sampling using purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed by paired sample t test. The results of the independent t-test of the two variables shows that the significance value (2-tailed) is 0.00 < 0.05 because the value of 0.00 < 0.05, it can be concluded that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. This shows an increase in emotional intelligence and a decrease in communication apprehension in class XI MIPA students after being given sociodrama group guidance services.

Abstract

gestalt psychology is a psychology that studies all scenes or phenomena that are oriented towards the whole and unity of each data. This psychology has a variety of objects for its application, both individuals from infancy to the elderly. Each age grouping of individuals has its own unique characteristics to be applied with gestalt psychology. For example, individuals in adolescence. Adolescence is a time when an individual experiences significant physical and mental growth. Therefore, this paper aims to discuss the definition, characteristics of adolescents, and its application as evidence of the effectiveness of gestalt psychology theory in adolescent learning.

Abstract

the purpose of this study was to see the effect of self-efficacy on social loafing in SMA Plus PGRI Cibinong students. The method used in this research is quantitative method with hypothesis testing using simple linear regression analysis. The population in this study amounted to 314 students, then the sample used was 176 students with simple random sampling technique. The research instruments used were a self-efficacy scale questionnaire and a social loafing scale questionnaire. The results showed that there was an effect of self-efficacy on social loafing in SMA Plus PGRI Cibinong students, where the R Square value was found to be 0.233, which means that the effect of the self-efficacy variable on the social loafing variable was 23.3%, the remaining 76.7% was influenced by other factors outside of the study.

Abstract

the background of this research is the decline in student morals. The aim of the research is to determine the efforts made by guidance and counseling teachers to foster student morals. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative research method with interview, observation and documentation research instruments. The informants in this research were one guidance counselor and one student. The data analysis technique in this research is using the Miles and Huberman data analysis technique, activities in data analysis after data collection, including data reduction, data display, and data verification. After the author analyzed the data, the author was finally able to draw the conclusion that the guidance and counseling teacher's efforts to foster student morale at the Persada Husada Indonesia Vocational School, Bekasi City, were the BK Teacher implementing Guidance and Counseling Services, LDKS (Latihan dasar kepemimpinan siswa), Keputrian, dan Rokris (Rohani kristen).

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran dukungan sosial orangtua dan perencanaan karir siswa di SMPN 6 Kota Bekasi, untuk mengetahui pengaruh dukungan sosial orangtua terhadap perencanaan karir siswa di SMPN 6 Kota Bekasi, serta program bimbingan dan konseling terkait perencanaan karir siswa di SMPN 6 Kota Bekasi. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Dalam penelitian ini jumlah sampel sebanyak 83 orang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa deskripsi variabel dukungan sosial orangtua mempunyai kategori cukup tinggi dengan tingkat pencapaian 63,6% dan untuk hasil deskripsi variabel perencanaan karir mempunyai kategori yang tidak baik dengan tingkat pencapaian 43,9%. Kemudian hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh sebesar 38,4% antara dukungan sosial orangtua terhadap perencanaan karir. Adapun implikasi dari hasil penelitiaan adalah dengan penyusunan program layanan bimbingan dan konseling terkait variabel dukungan sosial orangtua dan variabel perencanaan karir siswa.

Abstract

this study aims to determine the role of guidance and counseling teachers in fostering student learning independence. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method. The results of the study are that the role of guidance and counseling teachers for student learning independence at SMK Kesehatan Gapura Merah Putih Jagakarsa has been running well. BK teachers have also provided information or fostered learning independence related to the future journey of students who need education. The strategy was completely successful with the note that some students must be given extra guidance and counseling so that they have personal awareness to increase their learning independence by providing understanding, direction, and directions for independence so that they are active in studying to achieve their desired goals.
