The culinary business in Gresik Regency requires attention from at least local stakeholders, not only because of the high consumer interest in its culinary specialties but also because the market for these products is also becoming crowded and saturated. Meanwhile, the potential of this business is actually still vast, supported by the spirit of preserving local wisdom. Another problem that also arises is the level of business competition is also quite high. This study aims to determine how the BMC concept for MSEs practices in Gresik Regency. The focus of this study is to conduct observations on businesses in the culinary sector, specifically traditional beverages, such as sinom and temulawak "Eson". The results of this study revealed that the business model in this business is feasible with several recommendations regarding business management and networking, which require adaptation and alignment with current business developments. The empathy map as a business model tool shows a positive image of consumers or those who are satisfied with the product. However, in an effort to increase sales levels, marketing improvements are needed as a key to business success. Product quality is known to be good, but innovation in new flavors is possible, such as: adding different, contemporary ingredients, so that it can be an alternative to expand the market for traditional beverage products typical of Gresik Regency.

The Human Resources function is undergoing a profound transformation driven by the rapid integration of technologies like artificial intelligence, data analytics, and automation. This shift promises unprecedented efficiency but also raises critical questions about the role of human judgment and connection in people management. This article investigates the imperative to balance technological adoption with the preservation of essential human elements within HR practices. It aims to develop a framework for synergistic integration where technology augments, rather than replaces, human capabilities. The research employs a qualitative, analytical methodology, synthesizing existing literature on HR technology, organizational psychology, and ethics. It analyzes contemporary case studies and industry trends to evaluate the impacts of this technological integration. The analysis confirms that while technology excels in administrative efficiency and data-driven insights, critical areas like complex communication, ethical judgment, culture-building, and strategic creativity remain irreplaceably human. A successful balance is achieved when technology handles transactional tasks, freeing HR professionals to focus on transformational, human-centric work. The future of HR lies not in choosing between technology and humanity, but in strategically leveraging technology to enhance the human touch. The most effective organizations will be those that use digital tools to empower HR professionals to become more empathetic, strategic, and ethical, thereby fostering a more engaged and resilient workforce.

The integration of Bulukumba Regency area, especially in Laikang Village, Kajang District, is one of the vast corn farming areas because it is located in a mountainous area. Corn is one of the food crops as a substitute for rice, besides corn is also used as animal feed. In general, farmers thresh corn manually (human power) without using machine tools, so it requires a lot of energy, time and very low production results, so that the manual corn threshing method becomes inefficient. One alternative that must be done is to design a microcontroller-based corn threshing machine. This study aims to design a microcontroller-based Alternating Current (AC) Electric Motor as a corn threshing tool that functions to separate corn kernels from the cob so that it can accelerate production in corn threshing. This study uses an experimental method that explains systematic and planned experiments to prove the truth of a theory. Respondents in this study were farmer groups in Laikang Village, Kajang District, Bulukumba Regency. This study has 6 stages, namely: 1) implementation of research preparation; 2) research permit; 3) field observation; 4) data collection techniques; 5) data processing; and 6) research results. Based on the trial results, farmers stated that the design of a microcontroller-based alternating current (AC) electric motor as a corn threshing tool functioned well.

The purpose of this study is to improve the understanding and practical skills of PWD students. Learning at SLB Negeri 2 Bantul still focuses on direct presentation methods without the support of interactive modules that are easy to use and access by students. This condition creates a mismatch between the need of practical learning and the availability of media that suits the characteristics of PWD students. This study uses a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Data were collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The instrument used was a validated questionnaire by material experts and media experts. The results of the validity test for the feasibility of the material experts obtained a score of 89% with a very feasible category, while the media experts obtained a score of 98% with a very feasible category. The results of the effectiveness test on students obtained a t-test score of 21.0 which indicates that there is a significant difference in the use of the PEOU-based bakery practice module and the use of the actual system. Therefore, the developed module is proven to be effective in improving PWD students learning outcomes in the bakery practice material

The rapid rise of smart technologies in education has reshaped STEM and coding learning, promoting adaptive and data-driven learning for diverse K-12 students. This study integrates the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), Task Technology Fit (TTF), and System Usability Scale (SUS) to analyze students’ perceptions of usability, motivation, satisfaction, and learning outcomes. Data were collected from 450 students across elementary, middle, and high school levels to explore variations in digital learning experiences. Clustering analysis using K-Means and Fuzzy C-Means was applied to identify learner profiles based on perception and interaction patterns. The results show that Fuzzy C-Means produced more interpretable and coherent clusters than K-Means, capturing smoother boundaries and overlapping learner characteristics. Three profiles emerged: Young Explorers, Motivated Builders, and Independent Coders, reflecting developmental transitions across educational levels. These findings highlight how clustering approaches can enhance understanding of learner diversity and inform adaptive design in e-learning. The study contributes to personalized learning analytics by linking behavioral perspectives with computational modeling, offering insights for developing inclusive and user-centered digital education systems.

This research is motivated by the performance dynamics of Millennial and Generation Z employees in the paper production division of PT Pabrik Kertas Tjiwi Kimia Tbk. As younger employees tend to value supportive communication, organizational attention, and a comfortable work environment, it becomes important to understand how Leader–Member Exchange (LMX), managerial support, and the work environment influence their motivation and performance. This study examines the effects of these variables on employee performance, with work motivation positioned as a mediating factor. Leader–Member Exchange (LMX) reflects the quality of reciprocal interactions between supervisors and employees. Managerial support is viewed through the lens of Perceived Organizational Support (POS), which highlights employees' perceptions of how much the organization and supervisors value and support them. The work environment is analyzed based on ergonomic and industrial psychology perspectives, emphasizing physical comfort, safety, and psychological conditions. Work motivation is grounded in Self-Determination Theory (SDT), which explains how the fulfillment of autonomy, competence, and relatedness drives individuals to perform optimally. A quantitative approach using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was employed. The study involved a population of 466 Millennial and Gen Z employees in the production division, from which 218 respondents were selected through simple random sampling. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and tested for validity and reliability through convergent validity, discriminant validity, composite reliability, and Cronbach's Alpha. Hypotheses were evaluated through outer and inner model assessments and bootstrapping procedures. The findings reveal that LMX and managerial support do not have a significant direct effect on employee performance. However, both variables show a significant positive influence on work motivation. The work environment significantly influences both motivation and performance. Work motivation itself significantly contributes to performance and mediates the relationship between the independent variables and performance. These results indicate that for Millennial and Gen Z employees, motivation plays a crucial role in translating workplace relationships, managerial support, and environmental conditions into improved performance. Theoretically, this research reinforces the relevance of Leader–Member Exchange Theory, Perceived Organizational Support Theory, ergonomic and industrial psychology concepts, and Self-Determination Theory in understanding younger employees in manufacturing settings. Practically, the study suggests that companies should enhance employee performance by strengthening supervisor–employee relationships, improving organizational support, and optimizing ergonomically sound and psychologically supportive work environments.

This study aims to determine the application of Good Governance principles in village financial management, especially in Angkaes Village, Weliman District, Malaka Regency. The problem underlying this study is the obstacles still found in village financial management, such as limited transparency, community participation, and accountability of village officials in every stage of management. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. Research informants were determined purposively involving village officials, the Village Consultative Body (BPD), and the local community. The results of the study indicate that the application of Good Governance principles in village financial management in Angkaes Village is not yet fully optimal. Transparency has begun to be implemented through the APBDes information board and village deliberations, but has not been implemented consistently. Community participation in planning and supervision is still low due to a lack of socialization. The accountability of village officials also still faces obstacles related to accountability reports that are not fully in accordance with the provisions. Thus, this study concludes that although the principles of Good Governance have become a guideline in village financial management, the practice still needs to be improved through strengthening the capacity of village officials, increasing community involvement, and enforcing a more transparent and accountable monitoring system.

This study explores the integrated role of community health cadre empowerment, health post management, and hospital assistance in enhancing the quality and sustainability of primary healthcare services in Malang Regency. The research highlights how the empowerment of community health cadres (CHCs) serves as the foundation for effective grassroots health delivery by improving competence, motivation, and leadership in health promotion and disease prevention. Efficient health post management is identified as a critical mechanism for optimizing service organization, resource utilization, and community participation, ensuring accessibility and continuity of care. Furthermore, hospital assistance acts as a catalyst for quality improvement by providing mentorship, technical supervision, and systematic evaluation that bridge the gap between institutional and community-based healthcare. Using a literature-based analytical approach, the study synthesizes findings from recent research and policy reports to assess the interrelationship between these three components. Results indicate that integrating empowerment, management, and institutional support significantly enhances service performance, strengthens referral systems, and increases community trust in health facilities. The analysis underscores that sustained collaboration among hospitals, community health centers, and local cadres is vital for building an inclusive and resilient healthcare system.

A systematic review is therefore needed to consolidate existing evidence and identify the dominant factors This systematic review was conducted to consolidate evidence on how proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) and dynamic stretching affect hamstring flexibility. Literature searches were carried out using the Scopus database. Two empirical studies up to the year 2025 were analyzed from an initial pool of 113 findings, including interventions combining PNF and dynamic/ballistic stretching. Thematic analysis focused on two main dimensions: the effectiveness of stretching techniques in improving hamstring flexibility and the acute impact of stretching on explosive performance. The synthesis results indicate that both dynamic stretching (including ballistic stretching) and PNF can improve hamstring flexibility in structured interventions, making them effective for reducing muscle stiffness and expanding the range of motion. In pre-activity contexts, dynamic or ballistic stretching tends to enhance neuromuscular readiness and supports the ability to generate power immediately after warm-up, making it suitable before activities that require high power output. Conversely, certain PNF variations ending with passive static stretching were found to decrease acute explosive performance despite improving muscle looseness, making them less appropriate as part of competitive warm-ups. Overall, this review emphasizes that the selection of stretching techniques should consider two primary goals: whether the priority is to improve hamstring flexibility or to maintain and even optimize explosive performance immediately after warm-up

This study aims to analyze the influence of medical service quality and trust on patient loyalty with patient satisfaction as an intervening variable in the inpatient ward of Bhayangkara Hospital Banjarmasin. Hospitals are required to consistently provide comprehensive healthcare services, maintain patient trust, and enhance the quality of their services in order to improve patient satisfaction. This research employed a quantitative approach. The sample of this study consisted of 78 patients at Bhayangkara Hospital Banjarmasin. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive analysis and verification analysis with path analysis. The findings reveal that service quality and trust have a significant effect on improving patient satisfaction. Enhancements in service quality and trust can significantly contribute to higher levels of patient satisfaction. Service quality also has a significant effect on increasing patient loyalty, indicating that improved service quality can significantly foster greater patient loyalty. However, service quality and trust were found to have no direct significant effect on patient loyalty. Although improvements in service quality and trust may encourage higher patient loyalty, the effect was not statistically significant. Patient satisfaction demonstrated a significant influence on patient loyalty, suggesting that increased patient satisfaction can significantly enhance patient loyalty. Moreover, trust was shown to have a significant effect on patient loyalty when mediated by patient satisfaction. While improvements in trust may encourage greater loyalty through increased satisfaction, the effect was not statistically significant.
