This research will focus on testing theoretical models that state that there is a collaborative relationship to organizational performance after Covid-19 in the city of Palu. Researchers test theoretical models to understand the consistency of theories so that they can be used as new scientific findings. This study uses quantitative research techniques with regression analysis techniques. The results of the study reveal the gap between the planned and implemented outcomes, this study also shows what service aspects of the community's view are effective in servants so that it will help identify and improve potential problems. This is critical for improving organizational performance in crisis sectors such as the handling of the Covid-19 pandemic in developing countries in particular Palu City, given the challenges associated with care systems and handlers in prevention in public health.

Using historical data for the period 2014-2023, the study was conducted using a quantitative methodology through granger causality test analysis, One way ANOVA, Paired sample t-test. The results of the study show that gold has a higher effectiveness as a hedging instrument, as evidenced by a correlation of 0.72 (compared to sukuk 0.31), beta 1.25 (compared to sukuk 0.45), and Sharpe Ratio 1.85 (compared to sukuk 1.12). In periods of high inflation such as 2014 (8.36%) and 2022 (5.95%), gold showed a faster and more proportional response than sukuk. The population was 110 and the sample was 110 employees with a total sampling technique. Based on the results of the t-test, there was a significant effect of the work environment on performance, which was obtained by the regression coefficient value of the Work Environment variable (t count) of 12.987 with a t table of 1.658, meaning that the t count value ˃ t table and significance of 0.000 ˂ 0.050, so that the first hypothesis was accepted. Based on the results of the t-test, there was a significant effect of organizational culture on performance, which was obtained by the regression coefficient value of the Work Environment variable (t count) of 12.987 with a t table of 1.658, meaning that the t count value ˃ t table and significance of 0.000 ˂ 0.050, so that the second hypothesis was accepted. Simultaneously there is a significant influence between the Work Environment and Organizational Culture on performance as seen from the calculated F value of 61,667 and the F table value of 3,081 with a significance of 0.000 <0.050, then it can be said that the calculated F value> F Table and significance 0.000 <0.050. In addition, the coefficient of determination (R²) = 0.309, which means that the work environment and organizational culture have a 30.9% influence on employee performance.

Abstract

Violent theft is one of the crimes that disturbs society, not only causing material losses but also deep psychological impacts on the victims. In Indonesia, this crime is regulated in the Criminal Code (KUHP), while in Islamic criminal law, violent theft is included in the category of hirabah. The method used in this study is a comparative study with a normative approach, which examines the legal provisions in the Criminal Code and Islamic criminal law in depth. The results of the study show that in Indonesian criminal law, violent theft is regulated in Article 365 of the Criminal Code which provides punishment based on the severity of the crime, ranging from imprisonment to the death penalty. Meanwhile, Islamic criminal law regulates violent theft in the context of hirabah, which provides more severe punishments, including amputating hands, feet, or even the death penalty, depending on the impact of the crime on society. A comparison of these two legal systems shows differences in the approach to justice and protection of society. Indonesian criminal law focuses more on protecting individuals, while Islamic criminal law emphasizes moral and social protection in order to maintain public order. Both legal systems aim to provide a deterrent effect, but in different ways in terms of punishment and enforcement of justice.

Abstract

The ability of Generation Z employees to multitask and adjust to the newest technological advancements brings about improvements for firms that employ them. However, generation Z is perceived to be readily distracted by alternative work prospects and to seek rapid gratification, which makes them less likely to be committed to organizations. Perceived organizational support is one of the factors that predict organizational commitment. However, prior research has not explained how perceived organizational support influences organizational commitment. This correlational quantitative research aims to explain the role of job satisfaction in influencing perceived organizational support on organizational commitment among Generation Z employees. This study involved 366 participants characterized as permanent employees belonging to Generation Z working in the area of District X, Medan. The research instruments use the perceived organizational support scale, the organizational commitment scale, and the job satisfaction scale, all of which have been tested for validity and reliability. The results of the SEM test indicate that job satisfaction acts as a mediator in the relationship between perceived organizational support and organizational commitment.
