Abstract

Abstract This research is motivated by the condition of the quality of public high school education in Rembang Regency which is still low. Factors that influence the low quality of public high school education in Rembang Regency are the transformational leadership of school principals, teacher professionalism, and the role of school committees. The research was carried out in Rembang Regency using a quantitative approach and ex post facto type of research. The total research sample was 199 teachers from all public high schools in Rembeng Regency. This research analysis includes simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of the research show that: (1) there is an influence of the principal's transformational leadership on the quality of public vocational school education in Rembang Regency by 34.9% and the remaining 65.1% is influenced by other variables. The simple regression equation formed is Ŷ = 37.905 + 0.598X1; (2) there is an influence of teacher professionalism on the quality of State Vocational School education in Rembang Regency of 35.4% and the remaining 64.6% is influenced by other variables. The simple regression equation formed is Ŷ = 39.929 + 0.582X2; (3) there is an influence of the role of the school committee on the quality of State Vocational School education in Rembang Regency of 17.3% and the remaining 82.7% is influenced by other variables. The simple regression equation formed is Ŷ = 55.674 + 0.453X3; and (4) there is an influence of the principal's transformational leadership, teacher professionalism, and the role of the school committee on the quality of State Vocational School education in Rembang Regency amounting to 47.9% and the remaining 52.1% is influenced by other variables. The multiple regression equation formed is Ŷ = 12.760 + 0.342X1 + 0.391X2 + 0.128X3. Abstract

Masih terdapat permasalahan dalam bidang pendidikan di Indonesia, khususnya di lembaga pendidikan SLB. Permasalahan ini meliputi pembelajaran yang belum sesuai, pelayanan dan fasilitas yang kurang memadai, keberlakuan pendidikan, dan masih banyak lagi. Maka perlu adanya suatu model pendidikan yang bisa memberikan contoh penyelesaian masalah seperti yang dijelaskan diatas. Adapun dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data primer dalam penelitian ini diambil dari guru dari SLB-B dan SLB-C Pertiwi, sedangkan data sekunder dari hasil dokumentasi kegiatan, Biro Pusat Statistik (BPS), buku, laporan, dan jurnal. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui hasil observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan sesuai dengan teori Miles dan Huberman, yang mana melalui langkah-langkah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Pengecekan keabsahan data melalui perpanjangan pengamatan dan triangulasi metode. Adapun hasil penelitian ini dapat dilihat dari nilai-nilai kesetaraan pendidikan yang termuat dalam penelitian di SLB-B dan SLB-C Pertiwi antara lain sebagai berikut, kesetaraan gender, pemerataan akses pendidikan, pemberian fasilitas yang memadai, pemberian jaminan kesehatan dan kesejahteraan peserta didik, dan kemitraan pihak sekolah dengan wali murid.

Abstract

The background to this research problem is related to the quality of learning at private vocational schools in Blora Regency, namely: (1) Curriculum development must be accompanied by development of teacher competency, as the main human resource in the learning process in education units, (2) the existence of several private vocational schools. with less than optimal Learning Quality related to the new curriculum management implemented, 2) the existence of some Private Vocational Schools with less than optimal Learning Quality related to low School Culture, (3) the existence of some Private Vocational Schools with less than optimal Learning Quality related to Pedagogical Competency lowly teacher. This research aims to analyze: (1) The influence of curriculum management on the quality of learning, 2) The influence of school culture on the quality of learning, 3) The influence of pedagogical competency on the quality of learning, and 4) The influence of curriculum management, school culture and pedagogical competency together. - the same for the Quality of Learning. This research uses a quantitative correlational research approach and an ex post facto research approach. The research population was 633 private vocational school teachers in Blora Regency and the research sample was 86 teachers. The analysis of this research includes analysis of validity, reliability, normality tests, linearity tests, multicollinearity tests, and heteroscedasticity tests. Hypothesis testing includes simple regression tests and multiple regression tests using SPSS 25 for Windows. The research results show that: 1) Curriculum Management has a positive and significant effect on the Quality of Learning. This is based on the results of the partial t test, it is proven that the results of tcount ≥ ttable, namely t1 count 3.712 > t table 1.66, and the Sig (2-tailed) value 0.000 < 0.05; (2) School culture has a positive and significant effect on the quality of learning. This is based on the results of the partial t test in the table above, the calculated t2 result is 4.075 > t table 1.66 and the calculated t2 significance level is 0.000 < 0.05; (3) Pedagogical Competency has a positive and significant effect on Learning Quality. This is based on the results of the partial t test in the table above, the calculated t3 result is 3.206 > t table 1.66 and the calculated t3 significance level is 0.002 < 0.05; (4) Curriculum Management, School Culture and Pedagogical Competence simultaneously influence the Learning Quality variable, obtained by lFcount of 10.570 with a significance level of 0.000.   lWith lα = l0.05l and degrees of freedom lv1 = 115l (n(lk-3)) then we get Ftable 2.72. The calculation results show that the value lFcount > lFtable (10.570 > l2.72) and the significance value is 0.000 < 0.005.

Abstract

Organizational commitment is a condition and a person's sense of trust in the values of the organization as well as loyalty to the organization to work and having a strong desire to stay in the organization in order to realize the organization's goals. The aims of this research are (1) to determine the influence of the role of the principal on organizational commitment (2) to determine the influence of organizational climate on organizational commitment (3) to determine the influence of the role of the principal and organizational climate together on the organizational commitment of teachers at the Private Madrasah Aliyah, Pekalongan Regency. The population of this study were teachers at 6 private Madrasah Aliyah in Pekalongan Regency, totaling 117 people. The research sample was 91 teachers selected using proportional random sampling at each school. Validity, reliability and regression requirements tests, single regression and multiple regression tests using the SPSS for Windows version 23 program. The findings of the research results (1) the role of the principal has a significant influence on teachers' organizational commitment, the remaining 19.6% is influenced by other variables, (2) organizational climate has a significant influence on teachers' organizational commitment, the remaining 28.2% is influenced by other variables, (3) the role the principal and organizational climate together have a significant effect on teacher organizational commitment by 28.7%, Suggestions and recommendations (1) Ministry of Religion service supervisors increase supervision training for heads of Aliyah Madrasah. (2) School principals are more intensive in hiring teacher performance assessors so that teacher responsibility increases.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to discuss 1) Character values ​​implemented in entrepreneurship education in the Arofah Playgroup, Siswodipuran District, Boyolali Regency, 2) Strategies in implementing entrepreneurship education in the Arofah Playgroup, Siswodipuran District, Boyolali Regency. Informants who were sources included school principals, teachers, student guardians and foundation administrators. The research method used is field research using qualitative methods. Interviews, observations, using data collection techniques. Checking the validity of the data is carried out through triangulation techniques. The data analysis technique was carried out by describing, analyzing and identifying the implementation of entrepreneurship education in the Arofah Playgroup, Siswodipuran District, Boyolali Regency. The description and analysis are based on findings, events, processes and results of implementing entrepreneurship education in the Arofah Playgroup, Siswodipuran District, Boyolali Regency. The results of the implementation of entrepreneurship education in the Arofah Playgroup, Siswodipuran District, Boyolali Regency include the character values ​​implemented in entrepreneurship education in the Arofah Playgroup, Siswodipuran District, Boyolali Regency in the quite good category. In terms of strategy in implementing entrepreneurship education in the Arofah Playgroup, Siswodipuran District, Boyolali Regency, it is in the quite good category. Based on these problems, it can be concluded that the implementation of entrepreneurship education in the Arofah Playgroup, Siswodipuran District, Boyolali Regency can be said to have implemented character values ​​in entrepreneurship education in the Arofah Playgroup, Siswodipuran District, Boyolali Regency, which include: 1) independent, 2) creative, 3) brave taking risks, 4) Action oriented, 5) leadership and 6) hard work. Abstract

The importance of internal and External quality assurance system in education to improve the quality, relevance, and efficiency of management, as well as emphasizing that the implementation of ISO 9001 certification in SMK demands intensive preparation and continuous mindset change. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation strategy of SPME in SMK Negeri Bansari and its impact. The research method used Descriptive method with qualitative approach aims to provide a systematic, factual, accurate description of the facts and characteristics of the object under investigation. This research was conducted for four months at SMK Negeri Bansari with three stages including the preparation stage, the implementation stage and the final stage of the research report. The results of this study are (1) the SPME implementation strategy by implementing three things, namely: forming a quality assurance team, carrying out the fulfillment of quality standards and carrying out evaluations. Through the implementation of the SPME implementation strategy starting in 2022, it has succeeded in maintaining accreditation and obtaining recognition from the community and ministries from programs and works; and (2) the impact of the SPME implementation strategy, namely positive impacts include improving the quality of education, improving the quality of process standards, recognition and high achievement, positive responses from the job market and commitment to renewal, negative impacts are challenges in maintaining quality, demands for continuous evaluation, difficulty in identifying deviations from renewal and continuous development, and pressure to continue to innovate.

Abstract

Low digital literacy and teacher activity when carrying out the teaching and learning process can result in low student learning outcomes. Therefore, the issue of digital literacy and teacher activity in the learning process in schools must be given more attention so that the hope is that schools can provide evidence that teachers' professional competence is running smoothly. The formulation of the research problem is: 1) is there an influence of school teachers' digital literacy on teacher professional competence, 2) is there an influence of learning community activity on teacher professional competence, 3) is there an influence of teacher digital literacy and learning community activity on teacher professional competence.This research approach is quantitative which emphasizes analysis of numerical data (numbers) processed using statistical methods. Place: This research was conducted at an elementary school in Singorojo District, Kendal Regency. This research was carried out from March to Aprli 2024. The research sample used was a population of 113. The data collection technique used in this research was a questionnaire. Data analysis includes descriptive analysis, normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and hypothesis test.The research results show that (1) there is an influence of digital literacy on teacher professional competence of 72.2%, (2) there is an influence of learning community activity on teacher professional competence of 44.8%, (3) there is an influence of teacher digital literacy and community activity learning together on teacher professional competence was 77.8%.The conclusion is that there is an influence of teacher digital literacy and learning community activity on the professional competence of teachers in elementary schools in Singorojo District, Kendal Regency. Research suggestions so that school principals can support learning community activities and teacher digital literacy.

Abstract

Rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah: (1) adakah pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kreativitas guru SD Negeri di Kecamatan Patean Kabupaten Kendal?, (2) adakah pengaruh komitmen guru terhadap kreativitas guru SD Negeri di Kecamatan Patean Kabupaten Kendal?, (3) adakah pengaruh budaya sekolah sekolah terhadap kreativitas guru SD Negeri di Kecamatan Patean Kabupaten Kendal?, (4) adakah pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, komitmen guru, dan budaya sekolah terhadap kreativitas guru SD Negeri di Kecamatan Patean Kabupaten Kendal? Populasi penelitian ini 258 guru SD Negeri di Kecamatan Patean Kabupaten Kendal. Sampel 106 guru diambil secara proporsionale random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Pengolahan data untuk uji validitas, uji reliebilitas, uji persyaratan dan uji hipotesis menggunakan program SPSS for Windows 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) ada pengaruh kepemimpnan kepala sekolah terhadap kreativitas guru sebesar 47,6% dengan kontribusi tertinggi dari dimensi memiliki kepribadian yang kuat dan kontribusinya paling rendah adalah pada dimensi memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi. (2) ada pengaruh komitmen guru terhadap kreativitas guru sebesar 47,8% dengan kontribusi tertinggi dari dimensi mengutamakan tugas dan tanggung jawab dan kontribusinya paling rendah adalah pada dimensi memunculkan inspirasi dalam meningkatkan prestasi sekolah. (3) ada pengaruh budaya sekolah terhadap kreativitas guru sebesar 38,4% dengan kontribusi tertinggi dari kontribusi adalah dimensi memelihara tradisi dan memberikan dukungan yang nyata dan kontribusinya paling rendah yaitu dimensi menjangkau pengetahuan, penghargaan dan pengakuan (4) ada pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, komitmen guru, dan budaya sekolah, secara bersama-sama terhadap kreativitas guru sebesar 57,3%, dengan kontribusi tertinggi dari variabel kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kontribusi terendah dari variabel budaya sekolah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disarankan agar: (1) guru mengikuti rapat dinas yang diadakan oleh sekolah. (2) kepala sekolah memberikan arahan-arahan kepada guru agar tumbuh kreatifitas untuk kemajuan sekolah. (3) koordinator wilayah kecamatan bidang pendidikan memberikan pembinaan dan arahan kepada kepala sekolah dan guru agar berbagi informasi atau kerjasama dalam berbagai bidang kegiatan sekolah. Abstract

The aims of this research are (1) to determine communication regarding the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum policy, (2) to determine the resources for implementing the Merdeka Curriculum, (3) to determine the disposition of the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum, and (4) to determine the bureaucratic structure of implementing the Merdeka Curriculum. The research approach used is a qualitative descriptive approach using Edward III's 1980 policy theory. Data collection techniques are through observation, interviews and documentation. The validity data of the test using source triangulation, technique and time triangulation. The data analysis techniques using data reduction and categorization, data presentation and conclusions. The research results show first, communication regarding the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum has been achieved. Second, supporting school resources have not been achieved because human resource and information resource indicators have not been met. Another reason there are still teachers who lack of the ability to compose teaching modules. Beside that, when carrying out the initial assessment, the teacher has not yet analyzed the results of the initial assessment. Third, the disposition in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum shows that the honesty indicators have not been met. The teacher did not conduct initial assessment analysis during the two school years.The last , Standard Operating Procedures are not made by the school, but they are only conveyed by the school principal through meetings. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, the Education Department should supervise and assist the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum programmatically in order to find out the obstacles faced in implementing of the Merdeka Curriculum at schools. The Department also needs to increase human resource competency regarding the Merdeka Curriculum. For schools, it is best to increase human resource competency. Mentoring and supervision at school also needs to be carried out by the school principal so that he can find out information resources and teacher honesty in implementing the Curriculum. A Standard Operating Procedure also needs to be created to serve as a guide for teachers in implementing the Curriculum at schools. For educators, teachers should increase competence regarding the implementation of the Curriculum and increase honesty in carrying out learning preparation and learning assessment.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate and analyze the Independent Curriculum in MI Taufiqiyah, especially related to P5PPRA, with a focus on planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising. The research questions include the process of planning, organizing, and implementing the integration of Pancasila and Rahmatan Lil Alamin values, as well as the supervision mechanism of the Independent Curriculum. The method used is qualitative with a phenomenological approach, including interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis includes collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show progress in the management of the Independent Curriculum for P5PPRA at MI Taufiqiyah. At the planning stage, intensive socialization is carried out to prepare teachers. At the organizing stage, infrastructure evaluation and improvement of teacher competence through collaboration with the Central Java Religious Education and Training Center were carried out, as well as the formation of a team of facilitators for daily activities and cooperation with the Agriculture Office for the urban farming program. The implementation of P5PPRA as planned involves practical activities, despite facing challenges in knowledge. Supervision shows obstacles in processing and reporting the results of student character assessments, with the need to increase the involvement of the Ministry of Religion of Semarang City. MI Taufiqiyah shows a strong commitment to developing students' character through continuous evaluation and active stakeholder engagement.
