Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of workload, work relationships, and work facilities on employee productivity at PT JNE Medan Main Branch. The population in this study includes all permanent employees totaling 50 people, who are also used as samples using the saturated sampling method. The study was conducted in 2025. Data were obtained through distributing questionnaires as primary-quantitative data collection instruments and analyzed using multiple linear regression through SPSS version 24. The findings show that the three independent variables, both individually and simultaneously, have a positive and significant effect on work productivity. The results of the t-test show that workload has a regression coefficient of 0.324 (tcount = 3.631; sig. = 0.001), work relationships of 0.238 (tcount = 2.373; sig. = 0.022), and work facilities of 0.492 (tcount = 3.715; sig. = 0.001). The F test obtained an F count of 210.961 (sig. = 0.000), exceeding the F table of 2.807. The R value of 0.966 indicates a very strong relationship between the three variables and work productivity. Work facilities are recorded as the most dominant variable with the highest beta value, which is 0.400. As much as 92.8% of the variation in work productivity is explained by these three variables, while the rest is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Posyandu service policy in Lawang Agung Village, South Bengkulu Regency, with a focus on evaluating the success and challenges in its implementation. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation from various informants, including health center officers, Posyandu cadres, and community service recipients. The policy evaluation was conducted based on the Wayne Parsons model, which includes formative and summative evaluations. The results of the study indicate that most Posyandu programs, such as maternal and child nutrition services, disease control, clean and healthy living behavior, and elderly health services, have been integrated and run effectively. However, several services such as Pos PAUD have not been optimally implemented due to lack of socialization and low public awareness. Summative evaluation indicates a significant increase in public health indicators, such as a decrease in maternal and infant mortality rates and increased awareness of healthy lifestyles. The success of this program is supported by the availability of human resources, additional food, facilities and infrastructure, and budget support from the village government. This study recommends increasing socialization and community participation to strengthen the effectiveness of Posyandu services in the future.

Abstract

Adi Soemarmo Airport serves domestic and international flights that generate waste from airport operations and aircraft operations. One waste storage site (TPS) is provided. The establishment of the TPS is specifically to manage waste from airport operations, this is based on the Letter of Coordination Agreement (LOCA) which states that the waste from aircraft operations is managed by the ground handling party. However, in its daily activities, there is still scattered and piled up waste in the airport airside area which is dominated by non-hazardous and toxic waste. Therefore, this study aims to find efforts to optimize the management of non-hazardous and toxic waste from aircraft operations at Adi Soemarmo Airport. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods and data collection techniques using observation for four months, interviews with three informants, and accompanied by documentation. The results of this study obtained four optimal efforts that can be done, namely evaluating the LOCA between ground handling and PT Angkasa Pura I, socializing the importance of airside area cleanliness, making written SOPs, and providing special facilities for aircraft waste. The results are expected to be used by other researchers to optimize the management of waste from aircraft operations in the airport airside area so as to realize an airside area that is free from everything that has the potential to cause events and accidents

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the solvency of local government budgets in the southern Sumatra region. The method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. Secondary data were obtained from the budget implementation reports of local governments in the Sumbagsel region for the 2020-2023 fiscal years. The population in this study consisted of 65 local governments in the Sumbagsel region. Sampling was conducted using a saturated sampling technique, where all members of the population were included as samples in the study. The results of the study indicate that in the Sumbagsel region from 2020 to 2023, the average budget solvency index (0.44) exceeded the financial health indicator, meaning that local governments in Sumbagsel were able to meet their budget obligations and cover expenditures from existing revenues. Budget solvency was classified as adequate and reflected sound financial management. At the district level, the average budget solvency index for Cluster 1 (0.43), Cluster 2 (0.46), and Cluster 3 (0.53) all indicate healthy financial conditions, signifying greater capacity for local governments to fund operational expenditures. Cluster 3 has the highest solvency and budget flexibility. At the city government level, there are two clusters with average budget solvency indices of 0.31 for Cluster 1 and 0.36 for Cluster 2. Both clusters have exceeded the minimum financial health threshold of 0.142, but Cluster 2 has better and more stable financial conditions than Cluster 1. A comparative analysis based on clusters in districts/cities shows good budget solvency. However, Cluster 1 in cities has the lowest budget solvency level.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the influence of work stress and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Pertamina (Persero) Pulau Baai Bengkulu. Occupational stress is a critical managerial concern, particularly in large-scale organizations within the national energy sector, where intense workloads and responsibilities can lead to psychological disturbances and decreased productivity. Using a quantitative survey method, data were collected from 70 employees and analyzed through multiple linear regression. Partial testing results reveal that work stress does not significantly affect employee performance, suggesting that the perceived stress level remains within manageable limits. In contrast, job satisfaction shows a significant and positive effect, indicating that factors such as peer relationships, company policies, and employee recognition substantially influence individual performance outcomes. Simultaneous testing confirms that both work stress and job satisfaction jointly impact performance, although their overall contribution is relatively modest. These findings offer theoretical insights for human resource management literature and practical implications for organizations seeking to improve performance through structured stress management and satisfaction enhancement strategies. The study also underscores the need for regular monitoring of employee well-being indicators to ensure a productive and sustainable work environment.
