Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between Affective Commitment and LeadershipTrilogy on Organizational Citizenship Behavior through Intrinsic Motivation as an interveningvariable for members of the Ditreskrimun POLDA DIY. This research method uses quantitativedescriptive by using primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires. In this studyusing a simple random sampling technique, namely the sample is taken at random and eachmember of the sample has the same opportunity to be sampled. The number of samples taken in this study were 78 questionnaires. Data analysis using SPSS and Smart PLS. The results showed that affective commitment has a positive and significant effect on intrinsic motivation with a significance level of 0.003 <0.05, so my hypothesis is accepted. The trilogy leadership has a positive and significant effect on intrinsic motivation with a significance level of 0.003 <0.05, so hypothesis II is accepted. Affective commitment has no positive and significant effect on OCB with a significance level of 0.407 > 0.05, so hypothesis III is rejected. The trilogy leadership has a positive and significant effect on OCB with a significance level of 0.00 < 0.05, so hypothesis IV is accepted. Intrinsic motivation has a positive and significant effect on OCB with a significance level of 0.0014 <0.05 (p<0.05), so hypothesis V is accepted. Affective commitment to OCB with intrinsic motivation as an intervening variable with a significance level of 0.003 < 0.05 (p <0.05), then hypothesis VI is accepted. The trilogy of leadership towards OCB with intrinsic motivation as an intervening variable with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05 (p <0.05) means that hypothesis VII is accepted. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between organizational culture, affective commitment, work environment on employee performance with motivation as an intervening variable. This research method uses descriptive quantitative by using primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires. In this study, using the census technique, where all populations are taken, each population has the same opportunity to be sampled. The number of samples taken in this study were 90 questionnaires. Data were analyzed using SPSS and Smart PLS. The results showed that organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on motivation with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, so hypothesis I was accepted. Affective commitment has a positive and significant effect on motivation with a significance level of 0.030 <0.05, so hypothesis II is accepted. The work environment has no positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.093 > 0.05, so hypothesis III is rejected. Motivation has no positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.379 > 0.05, so hypothesis IV is rejected. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05 (p<0.05), so hypothesis V is accepted. affective commitment has no positive and significant effect with a significance level of 0.081 > 0.05, so the hypothesis in VI is rejected. The work environment has no positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.676 > 0.05, so hypothesis VII is rejected. Organizational culture on employee performance with motivation as an intervening variable with a significance level of Z score 0.83 < 1.96, then hypothesis VIII is rejected. Affective commitment to employee performance with motivation as an intervening variable with a significance level of Z score 0.57> 1.96 then hypothesis IX is rejected. Work environment on employee performance with motivation as an intervening variable with a significance level of Z score 0.69> 1.96 then hypothesis X is rejected.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the partial and simultaneous effect of perceived security, information quality and trust on purchasing decisions with primary data from questionnaires. The population in this study were all Shopee consumers in Yogyakarta and the research sample was determined by probability sampling method with nonprobability sampling techniques so that 100 samples were obtained. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the results of the study concluded that simultaneously perceptions of security, information quality and trust affect purchasing decisions and partially security perception variables have no effect on purchasing decisions while information quality affect purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Work productivity in the sense that companies or agencies can directly see their workforce toproduce a number of units of goods measured based on units of time, so the purpose of thisresearch is to determine the role of incentives in increasing employee productivity at theSukadana Class IIB State Detention Center. This type of research is quantitative. Thedescription of this research is partially that the variables studied with a population of 51employees and found a sample of 45 employees the sampling technique used is purposivesampling. The steps are carried out by distributing questionnaires and assisted by dataanalysis through validity, reliability, and simple regression tests. The conclusion of thisresearch is that incentives have a good role in increasing employee work productivity andachieving the goals expected by agencies/organizations at the Class IIB Sukadana StateDetention Center, East Lampung.

Abstract

The basic problem is the lack of human qualities that can hinder the growth anddevelopment of the national economy. Lack of humanity will also be a stumbling block in theera of globalization, because the era of globalization is a time of quality competition. If theIndonesian people want to participate in the global stage, then the first step is that whatneeds to be done is to organize their personality, both mentally, spiritually, creatively,morally and responsibly. the quality of human resources related to performance. This studyaims to determine 1) To find out whether the motivation variable has an effect on employeeperformance. 2) To find out whether the variable of Leadership on Employee Performance.3) To find out whether the work environment variable on employee performance. 4) Todetermine the effect of the variables of Motivation, Leadership, Work Environment, togetheron Employee Performance. The survey method was chosen as the primary data source. Thesurvey method focuses on collecting data from respondents who have certain information, thus enabling researchers to solve problems. Data collection was carried out using aquestionnaire or questionnaire instrument. In this study, the population is consumers whouse telkom products. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling. The population inthis study are all employees who work at the Gunung Agung sub-district office, namely 57employees and temporary employees. The results showed that 1) there was a positive andsignificant influence between motivation on employee performance 2) there was a positiveand significant influence between leadership on employee performance. 3) there is apositive and significant influence between the work environment on employee performance.4) there is a positive and significant influence between motivation, leadership and workenvironment on employee performance

Abstract

The factors that influence consumer satisfaction in the State Besar District, Way Kanan Regency which will be examined by the author include product quality, price, and service. This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, service quality, and pricing on user satisfaction of the convection industry in Negeri Besar District, Way Kanan Regency. This type of research uses case study research. The research method used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study was 65 respondents who were taken by accidental sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire sheet and analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that the quality of the product obtained a tcount value of 2,497> ttable 2. 000 and a significant value of 0.018 <0.05, meaning that product quality affects service user satisfaction. The service obtained a value of tcount 2,719 > ttable 2,000 and a significant value of 0.009 < 0.05, meaning that service has an effect on service user satisfaction. The price has a tcount value of 0.893 < ttable 2,000 and a significant value of 0.375 > 0.05, meaning that the price has no effect on service user satisfaction. While the results of the F test (simultaneous) obtained Fcount of 41.230 and Ftable value of 2.760, meaning that product quality (X1), service (X2), price (X3) simultaneously affect the dependent variable,namely service user satisfaction (Y). 65.3% of the role of the variable quality of product,service, price is able to explain the variable of service user satisfaction, while 34.7% isinfluenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is partially and simultaneously to determine the effect of price andpackaging perceptions on purchasing decisions. The research method uses quantitative. Whilethe sample used is 40 customer respondents who often make purchase transactions. Thesampling technique used purposive sampling. The analysis tool uses multiple multiple regressionwith partial t test decisions, simultaneous f and the coefficient of determination. The results ofthe study prove that purchasing decisions are an approach and problem solving in humanactivities to buy goods and services in fulfilling their wants and needs, including: 1) Attention, 2)Interest, 3) Desire, 4) buying action (action), 5) The stages of this that can lead to priceperceptions and good forms of measurement, so that they can provide purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of profitability on firm value withcorporate social responsibility as a moderating variable in food and beverage sub-sectormanufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2020. Thisresearch approach uses quantitative methods. The population in this study amounted to 30.The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, based on the purposive samplingtechnique, the sample obtained in this study amounted to 14 companies. The data analysismethod in this study was carried out using panel data testing, data processing was carriedout using the Eviews program. The results show that profitability has a significant effect onfirm value in food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the IndonesiaStock Exchange in 2017-2020 and Corporate Social Responsibility does not moderate theeffect of profitability on firm value in food and beverage sub-sector manufacturingcompanies. listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2020.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine 1) the partial effect of the product on purchasing decisions, 2) price on purchasing decisions, 3) promotion on purchasing decisions, 4) location on purchasing decisions, and 5) simultaneously on purchasing decisions. The design of this research is a quantitative method. With a total population of 14,155 respondents for 30 days, while the sample calculation found 100 respondents. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The data collection method uses a questionnaire by sharing it with consumers who often make transactions at Muhammadiyah Bisnis Center store in Metro City. And the analysis tool uses validity, reliability and multiple regression results with the decision to use a partial test (t), test together and the coefficient of determination. The analysis results conclude that purchasing decisions can be understood by consumer behaviour and how consumers make purchasing decisions. So the combination of the retail mix elements (Retailing mix) of products, prices, promotions, and the right location by retailers is expected to attract the target market through consumer purchases.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of self-efficacy on employee career planning withcareer motivation as a mediating variable. This type of research is a quantitative study with apopulation of 97 employees registered at Kalirejo Lestari, Central Lampung, only 78 samplesused in accordance with predetermined criteria. The data used is secondary data distributionof questionnaires in the form of a list of questions with several alternative answers forrespondents. The statistical test used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regressionanalysis and tested using the statistical packages for the social science (SPSS) version 26program. Based on the results of statistical tests indicate that self-efficacy, career planninghas a positive and significant influence on career motivation.
