Abstract

Supporting and inhibiting factors of pedagogic competence of Islamic Education teachers at SMA Swasta Muhammadiyah 02 Medan represent a crucial area of study for enhancing the quality of education within Islamic institutions. This abstract aims to summarize key findings and insights into the dynamics influencing the pedagogical capabilities of educators in this specific context. The research identifies various supporting factors that bolster the pedagogic competence of Islamic Education teachers, including continuous professional development programs, access to educational resources, supportive school administration, and a collaborative teaching environment. These elements are instrumental in fostering an atmosphere conducive to effective teaching and learning, enabling teachers to develop and refine their instructional strategies and methodologies. Conversely, the study also highlights several inhibiting factors that challenge the pedagogic competence of teachers. These include inadequate infrastructure, limited access to modern teaching aids and technology, insufficient training opportunities, and socio-cultural constraints. Additionally, bureaucratic hurdles and lack of motivation among teachers further exacerbate the challenges to pedagogic competence. The research underscores the importance of addressing these inhibiting factors while strengthening the supporting elements to enhance the pedagogic competence of Islamic Education teachers at SMA Swasta Muhammadiyah 02 Medan. It suggests that a holistic approach involving policy reforms, infrastructure development, and enhanced professional development opportunities is essential for empowering teachers and enriching the educational experience for students. By focusing on both the enablers and barriers to pedagogic competence, stakeholders can implement more effective strategies for teacher development and educational improvement in Islamic schools.

Abstract

This paper discusses efforts to fulfill substantive justice by setting aside the applicable marital property law. The focus of the research lies on the practice of resolving disputes over the division of marital property by related parties (spouses or ex-spouses, and judges) who set aside the applicable marital property law through a peace agreement (As-Sulhu). This research has important significance because it raises issues that are quite sensitive in society, especially couples or ex-husbands and wives who experience disputes related to marital property. Optimizing dispute resolution through As-Sulhu is a step by judges in realizing substantive justice when deciding marital property disputes. The socio-legal legal research method is applied by deeply analyzing legal materials and explaining the legal context. Empirical data needed for a holistic picture is obtained through observation, interviews, and other methods according to research needs. Qualitative analysis with theoretical and juridical interpretation techniques was used. The results showed that the applicable regulations related to the division of marital property have not met the criteria of substantive justice. Therefore, the practice involves related parties (spouses or ex-spouses and judges) resolving marital property disputes by overriding existing legal provisions, seeking alternatives through As-Sulhu, and strengthening them with court decisions.

Abstract

One of the main problems experienced by information technology-based co-funding services is the high amount of loan interest from the organizer. This resulted in a pile of interest that never finished and eventually became a default and was determined to be in default. The beneficiary fails to pay the funds along with interest. This is considered burdensome and it is necessary to find alternative funding services that do not charge high interest to users. This article aims to solve the problem of minimizing default through Islamic financial technology to provide access for business actors. The concept of financing through syariah fintech companies is a solution and answer for business actors, especially MSMEs, regarding the complexity of capital and without determining interest from the lender. All will be determined through an agreement that has been agreed between the funder and the recipient of funds. The agreed agreement is also not the same from one another, which is based on the allocation of funds from the loan applicant. The difference between Islamic and conventional fintech in reducing risk can be clearly seen. That is, if in conventional fintech is to raise interest as a form of prudence. So that the absence of interest will be the main attraction for syariah fintech. The method used in this paper is literature research. The result is the minimization of defaults by fund recipients through Islamic financial technology to provide financial access for business actors.
