This research will be carried out in Siantan Hulu Village, North Pontianak District, considering that the majority of the population is Madurese who regularly communicate in Madurese with various dialects. This research aims to describe the phonological variety, namely variations of vocoids and contoids in Madurese as well as the application of Indonesian language learning according to the phonological variety of spoken Madurese in Siantan Hulu District, North Pontianak. Area A descriptive approach was used in this research, along with a qualitative form of research. Siantan Hulu Village District provided data for this research. The approach used in this research is interviews, namely taking notes, observing, taking notes and noting used to collect data in this research. Observational persistence is the approach used in this research to verify the credibility of the data. The phonological diversity of the Madurese language in Siantan Hulu Regency was studied and 25 variants were found, including 9 vocoid (vowel) variations and 16 contoid (consonant) variations. This research was carried out in the context of descriptive text so that it was presented at the vocational school level

In this study, the establishment of the institutional repository at the IAIN Pontianak Library Center is discussed in detail. In the area of information technology, an institutional repository is a type of library development that makes it easy to manage, gather, preserve, and share material that might support learning and research activities. The goal of this study was to identify the internal and external variables that influence the institutional repository's implementation at the Pontianak IAIN Library Center. Descriptive study using a qualitative approach is the research methodology used. Observations, documentation, and conducting interviews are all used in the data collection process. The head of the library and members of the IT staff made up the study's informants. Data reduction, data visualization, and summary diagrams are some of the data analysis approaches employed. The findings indicated that open access, document digitalization, and webometrics were the internal implementation aspects of the IAIN Pontianak institutional repository. The two cooperating factors are: 1) Open access; 2) Document digitization; 3.) webometrics. The external factors consist of: 1) online publication of works; and 2) cooperation The results of this study show that internal factors that affect the implementation of institutional repositories IAIN Pontianak are derived from open access, document digitization, and webometics. While the external consists of the publication of scientific papers online and cooperation.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of the Monopoly game as an intervention to enhance self-confidence in fourth-grade students at SD NU Nurul Ishlah. This research employs a pre-experimental design with a "one group pre-test-post-test" model, allowing a comparison of students"™ self-confidence levels before and after the intervention within the same group. Four students identified with low self-confidence were selected based on initial assessments, and data were gathered through self-confidence questionnaires and observational sheets during three sessions of guided Monopoly gameplay. The findings reveal a significant increase in selfconfidence, evidenced by a marked improvement in post-test scores compared to pre-test scores, with a calculated effect size of 4, indicating a high impact of the intervention. The Monopoly game thus fostered a dynamic learning environment, encouraging active engagement, communication, and strategic thinking, all of which contributed to boosting the students"™ self-assurance. This study underscores the importance of incorporating interactive and engaging teaching methods, such as educational games, to support both the academic and psychological growth of primary school students, demonstrating that such interventions can play a valuable role in fostering a positive classroom atmosphere and enhancing students' personal development.

This research was conducted to determine the impact of developing tourist destinations on the economy of the surrounding community. This research was conducted at the Equator Monument in the city of Pontianak. This research is a type of descriptive research with a qualitative research form. Data collection techniques used by this researcher include: observation, interviews, and documentation. The informants in this study are the managers of the Equator Monument and the community. The results of the study that: the impact of developing tourist destinations on the community's economy is very good, moreover this equator monument is an icon of the city of Pontianak with this tourist destination can open business opportunities for people around the equator monument. In addition, it can reduce unemployment and increase the income of the community around tourism. The impacts before and after Covid-19, namely: the impact before the occurrence of Covid-19 on income, there was no decrease in traders' income. The impact after the occurrence of Covid-19 was that income was reduced a lot during Covid, before Covid it was running smoothly. It can cover the capital but during Covid, because the Equator Monument was closed, the income decreased a lot.

Tujuan penelitian melihat penerapan pelaksanaan filial therapy yang dapat meregulasi emosi dan berempati anak korban KDRT dan perceraian orang tua dalam melakukkan pendampingan. Peneliti mnerapkan filial therapy dengan melakukan pendampingan kepada anak korban kekerasan untuk menghilangkan trauma yang dialaminya. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan design eksperimen satu grup pretest-posttest dan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive dengan kriteria; yakni anak adalah korban KDRT yang tinggal di Surabaya kemudian sanggup ikut terapi filial. Hasil studi membuktikan bahwa ada nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000. Maka membuktikan bahwa Terapi Filial ada peningkatan pada penguasaan dalam meregulasi emosi dan empati anak korban KDRT dan Perceraian Orangtua. Sehabis memperoleh Filial Therapy, setengah anak korban bisa meregulasi emosi mereka dan semakin santai saat menangani dan menghadapi permasalahan, yang membuktikan jika subjek dapat mengontrol emosi mereka dan berempati dengan orang lain saat menghadapi masalah setiap harinya.

This research discusses the issue of lexicon form, lexical meaning, and lexicon function in the marine environment of Sepempang Village, Natuna Regency. The aim of this research is to identifiy the form of the lexicon in the form of flora, fauna, and marine environmental facilities and infrastructure, then describe them based on lexical meaning and language function. The method used in this research is a descriptive method in qualitative form. The data source in this research is the community around Sepempang Village who are native speakers of Natuna Malay. Data collection techniques in this research use direct techniques, namely observation, interviews, notes, recording, and documentation. This research produced 80 forms of marine environmental lexicon, in the form of 8 flora lexicons, 62 fauna lexicons, and 10 marine activity facilities and infrastructure lexicons. The lexical meanings identified in this study based on word forms found 58 monomorphemic forms and 22 phrase forms. The lexicon functions found are based on 80 lexicons forms, there are four fauna lexicon functions, comsisting of 2 imaginative function lexicons, 1 personal function lexicon, and 1 combined imaginative and personal lexicon.

AbstractThe purpose of this research in general is to obtain accurate information about themanagement of widyaprada human resources in LPMP West Kalimantan. This study usesa descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques usinginterviews, observation and documentation. The results of the study are 1) that theWidyaprada human resource planning at LPMP West Kalimantan refers to and is guidedby central policies. 2) the implementation of Widyaprada human resource managementat LPMP West Kalimantan has been running smoothly following the applicableregulations. 3) evaluation of Widyaprada's human resource management is carried outand received at the beginning of each year (evaluation in 2020 is carried out in early2021) in the form of SKP. 4) The obstacle in managing Widyaprada's human resourcesat LPMP West Kalimantan is if there is a sudden change in policies and rules while workactivities are in progress. 5) Efforts to overcome obstacles in managing Widyaprada'shuman resources at LPMP West Kalimantan are by working solidly as a team, conductinginternal analysis, coordinating and communicating with the central party.Keyword: Management, Human Resources, Widyaprada.

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas model pembelajaran student facilitator and explaining dalam pemahaman sejarah dan kemampuan komunikasi siswa. Materi sejarah yang kompleks membuat siswa sulit untuk memahami materi secara menyeluruh. Model pembelajaran student facilitator and explaining digunakan oleh guru untuk memperkuat pemahaman materi sejarah dan meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi siswa dalam proses pembelajaran di dalam kelas. Subjek di dalam penelitian ini ialah siswa kelas XI IPS di MAN 1 Pontianak yang berjumlah 158 siswa yang terdiri dari kelas XI IPS 1, XI IPS2, XI IPS 3, dan XI IPS 4. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data di dalam penelitian ini dengan deskriptif kualitatif. Data pemahaman materi sejarah diperoleh dari studi dokumentasi hasil nilai belajar siswa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran student facilitator and explaining dalam bentuk daftar nilai siswa. Data kemampuan komunikasi siswa diperoleh dari hasil observasi yang dilakukan di dalam kelas pada saat penerapan model student facilitator and explaining dalam proses pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman materi sejarah siswa dengan model pembelajaran student facilitator and explaining memiliki persentase sebesar 91,86. Kemampuan komunikasi siswa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran student facilitator and explaining memiliki persentase 55,13%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, dapat simpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran student facilitator and explaining di MAN 1 Pontianak oleh guru mata pelajaran sejarah terkategori berhasil karena terjadi peningkatan pemahaman sejarah siswa dengan kategori tinggi dan keterampilan komunikasi siswa yang terkategori sedang.

This research aims to find out and solve the problem of students who have low learning achievement at SMP Negeri 4 Sungai Raya. The case subjects in this research were 2 class VII C students who had low learning achievement. This research uses a qualitative research approach with descriptive methods in the form of case study research. This research uses data collection tools such as interviews, observation, documentation and home visits. From the results of this research, it can be concluded that the internal factors that cause students to have low learning achievement are a lack of motivation and interest in learning and the external factors are a lack of attention from both parents, a lack of communication between parents and children, and the condition of a broken home. The results after providing assistance to case subjects I and II were that the case subjects had shown good changes, the most important thing was that their learning scores in mathematics had received higher marks than before and the case subjects seemed more enthusiastic and focused on following class lessons, and submitted assignments well

This study aims to determine the traditional Bakiak game for gross motoric development of children aged 5-6 years in kelurahan mariana kecamatan Pontianak kota. The method used is a qualitative method with descriptive approach. The data source of this research is children aged 5-6 years 6 people, 3 men, 3 women. Data collection tools through observation sheets, interview guidelines and documentation. Research result shows (1) this traditional Clog game has potential in develop aspects of child development including motor development namely strength, balance and agility. (2) the strength shown when the child is able to use his muscles to lift the Clogs then step one to the next, (3) the balance is shown in when a child walks using clogs by traveling the same distance determined without falling and walking in a straight line using sandals Clogs, (4) agility is shown when the child holds his feet to spin turn around without holding the Clogs and walk using the Clogs without holding his friend.
