Abstract

This research aims to describe language politeness clearly and in detail in the novel Si Anak Kuat by Tere Liye: a pragmatic study. The method used in this research is descriptive in qualitative form. The data source in this research is Tere Liye. The data collection technique used is the documentary study technique, the documentary study technique is a data collection technique through document collection and analysis. The documents obtained are then analyzed, compared and integrated (synthesized) to form a systematic, comprehensive and complete study. including written documents, drawings, compositions and electronic documents. The documentary study technique is carried out by collecting data related to language politeness. Based on the results of research analysis, 71 maxims of language politeness were found, namely 16 maxims of wisdom, 12 maxims of generosity, 15 maxims of respect, 9 maxims of simplicity, 10 maxims of consensus, and 10 maxims of sympathy. Politeness analysis uses pragmatic studies according to Leech's theory.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan mengetahui perbedaan antara siswa yang menggunakan dan yang tidak menggunakan media Educaplay dengan siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran secara konvensional. Educaplay adalah aplikasi berbasis web yang memuat banyak permainan edukatif dan dirancang untuk membantu proses pembelajaran lebih interaktif dan menyenangkan. Penggunakan Educaplay diharapkan menjadi solusi untuk mengurangi kejenuhan dalam belajar. Ada 18 jenis permainan edukatif yang tersedia dalam aplikasi. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan pendekatan Quasi Eksperimen. Melalui pendekatan ini, peneliti melakukan survei untuk mengukur motivasi siswa untuk belajar baik sebelum maupun sesudah perlakuan pada dua kelas: kelas eksperimen dengan media Educaplay dan kelas kontrol dengan media buku pegangan siswa. Populasinya siswa kelas VIIA dan kelas VIIB di SMPN 1 Jongkat tahun pelajaran 2024/2025 berjumlah 64 orang. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket yang disebar melalui Google Formulir. Karena data tidak terdistribusi normal, uji normalitas dilakukan terlebih dahulu sebelum menerapkan uji Mann-Whitney U. Hasil uji statistik Mann-Whitney U, diperoleh Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) dengan nilai 0.000. Skor motivasi belajar antara dua kelompok yang diuji berbeda secara signifikan, karena nilainya kurang dari 0.05. Dapat juga dikatakan motivasi belajar antara kelompok yang dibandingkan menunjukkan perbedaan yang nyata dan bukan terjadi secara kebetulan. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan atau kondisi yang berbeda pada masing-masing kelompok memberikan dampak yang signifikan untuk motivasi belajar mereka.

Abstract

This research study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of the Cooperative Learning Integrated with SWiSH Max (CLIS) animation model in remedying misconceptions among seventh-grade students at MTs Muhammadiyah Sejangkung. The research followed a pre "“ experimental design with a one-group pre-test post-test design, and the pattern consisted of 28 students. The instrument used in the study was a multiple-choice test with three options. Before the intervention, the common percent of college students' misconceptions in the pre-test was 72.22%. However, after implementing the CLIS model, the average percentage decreased to 12.85% in the post-test. This indicated a significant improvement in students' understanding, as the percentage of misconceptions reduced to 59.37% after the treatment.The data collected from the pre-test and post-test were analyzed using the Mc Nemar test. The analysis showed that the calculated chi-square value (x2count) of 79.28 was greater than the tabled chi-square value (x2table) of 3.84. This significant result indicated that the use of CLIS with SWiSH Max animation effectively facilitated conceptual changes in the understanding of the heat transfer concept among students. Furthermore, the effectiveness of the remediation was determined to be 0.85, indicating a high level of effectiveness based on the average ratio value. As a result, the CLIS learning model is recommended to teachers as an alternative technique for addressing misconceptions among students when teaching heat transfer concepts

AbstractPardik (2021) The Effect of Plyometric Methods on Vertical Jump Women in Volleyball Extracurricular Students at SMKN 1 Kayong Utara (Supervisor I: Eka Supriatna M.Pd and Advisor II: Fitriana Puspa Hidasari M.Or). The problem in this study is the vertical jump ability of volleyball players at SMKN 1 Kayong Utara, who take volleyball extracurricular activities is still categorized as lacking and the plyometrix method has not been applied. The purpose of this study was "is there an effect of the plyometrix method on the vertcal jump ability of volleyball extracurricular students at SMKN 1 Kayong Utara. The purpose of this research is to increase the vertical jump ability. The population in this study were 20 students who took extracurricular activities at SMKN 1 Kayong Utara. Sampling in this study using a saturated sampling technique, namely the technique of determining the sample when all populations are used as samples. The form of research used in this research is Pre Experimental Design with the One-Group Pretest-Posttest Desingn model, which is a research design that is given a pretest before being given treatment, so the results of the treatment can be known to be more accurate. Based on the calculated chi square for pretest = 4.958 and posttest = 7.62 smaller than the chi squared table (9.488), the distribution of the 20 athletes' statistical data can be declared normal, F count is smaller than F table 2.28 4.38 for F table 5%, it can be concluded that the variant of the data to be analyzed is homogeneous. The calculation of the T test obtained the value of t count = 6.955 t table = 2.093. The percentage increase in vertical jump exercise using the plyometrix method is 19.5%. Thus, the vertical jump exercise using the plyometrix method is proven to have an effect on the jump height of students who take the Volleyball Extracurricular at SMKN 1 Kayong Utara.Keywords: plyometric, vertical jump

Abstract

Di tengah perkembangan pendidikan inklusif, literasi bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus muncul sebagai isu krusial yang membutuhkan perhatian mendalam dan inovasi. Pendidikan inklusif bertujuan untuk memberikan akses setara kepada setiap anak, termasuk mereka yang memiliki kebutuhan khusus, dalam bidang literasi yang tidak hanya mencakup kemampuan membaca dan menulis, tetapi juga kemampuan berkomunikasi dan berpartisipasi secara aktif dalam masyarakat. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pendekatan inklusif dalam pendidikan literasi, dengan fokus pada pemanfaatan teknologi bantu dan metode multisensorial yang dapat mengoptimalkan proses belajar. Melalui metode kajian literatur, data diperoleh dari berbagai sumber, seperti jurnal ilmiah, buku, dan hasil penelitian relevan mengenai pendidikan inklusif dan pendidikan literasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan multisensorial, yang melibatkan berbagai indera dalam pembelajaran, terbukti meningkatkan keterlibatan dan pemahaman anak-anak berkebutuhan khusus secara signifikan. Selain itu, teknologi bantu termasuk perangkat lunak pembaca layar, aplikasi berbasis bahasa isyarat, dan alat bantu visual memberikan kesempatan bagi mereka untuk mengakses materi pembelajaran secara mandiri. Namun, penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi tantangan penting yang perlu diatasi, seperti kurangnya akses terhadap teknologi bantu di sejumlah sekolah dan minimnya pelatihan bagi pendidik dalam menerapkan strategi pembelajaran inklusif. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini tidak hanya memberikan wawasan tentang efektivitas pendekatan yang diusulkan, tetapi juga merekomendasikan langkah-langkah strategis untuk mengatasi hambatan, sehingga setiap anak, tanpa terkecuali, dapat menikmati pendidikan literasi yang berkualitas dan inklusif.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify and describe hyperactive students in grade 5 at SD Negeri 52 Pontianak. Hyperactive children are an increase in children's motor activity to a certain level and cause behavioral disturbances that occur in two different places and situations. The subjects in this study were three students. Thisresearch is an intrinsic case study research. Data were colleced by in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. Data was analyzed by an interactive model consisting of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The research findings shaved that, the characteristics of hyperactive children are seen from their characteristics. namely hyperactivity, excessive activity, disturbed feeling of confusion, impulsivity and exitability. Factors causing students to become hyperactive are parenting styles and the environment. there factors impact students social interaction in school environment, friendship, problem solving and decreased academic grades. The teacher's role in guiding hyperactive children is to monitor student development by working closely with teachers in other fields of study, classroom teachers and parents.

Abstract

This"study aims to determine the effec"of the project "ethod on the" social behavior"of children aged 5-6 years"at PAUD Pandu Pertiwi, Teluk Keramat District."The research method used is"an experimental method"with a"quantitative"research from. The subject"in this study were children aged 5-6 years in class B1"PAUD Pandu Pertiwi Teluk Keramat District, which were determined using a purposive sampling technique."The data collection tool"uses observation sheets and documentation which is then analyzed."The results showed that there was an effect"after the project method was applied to"the social" behavior of chlidren"aged 5-6 years at"PAUD Pandu Pertiwi, Teluk Keramat District."This can be seen from the average"social behavior of"children before and after"the application of the project method is from 1,17 to 1,23. Which means that the social behavior of children has increased."This is also"proven"from the results of hypothesis testing"obtained t_(hitung ) t_(tabel ), namely 3.225 2.160 then H_0rejected and H_a accepted. So the results and conclusions show"that the"project method influences the social behavior"of children aged 5-6 years"in PAUD Pandu Pertiwi, Teluk Keramat District.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis bagaimana pendidikan karakter berperan sangat penting untuk membangun kecerdasan moral generasi Z. Ruang lingkup penelitian ini terkait konsep kecerdasan moral, pendidikan karakter, karakteristik dan masalah yang dihadapi Gen Z, model pendidikan karakter yang terkait, efektivitas pendidikan karakter berdasarkan pada temuan penelitian sebelumnya, berbagai publikasi ilmiah yang berkaitan dengan topik penelitian digunakan sebagai sampel penelitian. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif konten, hal ini digunakan untuk menemukan tema utama, pola, dan perbedaan dalam penelitian sebelumnya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa membentuk generasi muda yang memiliki kecerdasan moral sangat didukung dengan pentingnya peran dari pendidikan karakter itu sendiri, dengan pendidikan karakter membuat Generasi Z dapat mempertimbangkan ciri-ciri unik yang dimiliki mereka. empati, kejujuran, tanggung jawab, dan rasa keadilan, dapat digunakan untuk mengukur kecerdasan moral seseorang. Studi sebelumnya menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan karakter memiliki efek positif terhadap peningkatan kecerdasan moral. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendidikan karakter sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan moral Generasi Z, dengan upaya yang berkelanjutan dari semua pihak, kita dapat mencetak generasi muda yang akan menjadi aset bangsa.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain: (1) the entrepreneurial interest in fashion reviewed from intrinsic factors, (2) the interest in self- entrepreneurs in fashion reviewed from extrinsic factors, and (3) the most interest in self-entrepreneurship in fashion is from the most attractive fashion type of person. The method of this research used is descriptive method with qualitative research type, data collection method through interviews and documentation. The participant in this study are 27 trainess student of XII fashion class. The analysis of the validity of the data in this research uses triangulation with the data processing using Miles and Huberman models. The result of this research is the trainess XII fashion class are already showing a keen interest in entrepreneurship in fashion of intrinsic and extrinsic factors and the most attractive field of fashion is boutique compared to the other three areas of modiste, haute couture and convection

Abstract

Problems in science and science learning often occur when we do not use appropriate learning models and media in presenting subjects because students have difficulty understanding, being interested and paying attention to the material being taught. Low student learning outcomes will be caused by this. To overcome these problems, appropriate implementation techniques and educational resources are needed. This research aims to determine the effect of using the audiovisual source problem based learning (PBL) paradigm on the science learning outcomes of class IV students at SDN 17 Pontianak Kota. This type of research uses a quasi-experimental methodology with a non-equivalent control group design. The research population was forty-eight grade IV students at SDN 17 Pontianak City. Sampling was carried out using purposive sampling technique. The experimental group used a PBL model supported by audio-visual media, while the control group used a PBL model supported by print media. The instrument used is a test with measurement data collection techniques. Examples of data analysis techniques include normality test, homogeneity test, hypothesis test (t test), and N-gain test. Hypothesis testing produces tcount = 8.156054, which means tcount ttable, ttable = 2.059539 for dk (25 + 23- 2 = 26), and the significance threshold α = 5%. Therefore, Ha accepted. This shows that the science and science learning outcomes of class IV students at SDN 17 Pontianak City are influenced by the PBL model assisted by audio-visual media.
