Abstract

  Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi yang komperehensip mengenai kemampuan menejerial kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru bimbingan dan konseling di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Pontianak yang berkaitan dengan perencanaan, pengawasan, evaluasi, deskripsi, dankendala yang dihadapi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru bimbingan dan konseling.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber datanya terdiri dari kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, guru bimbingan dan konseling, .Prosedur pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara terstruktur mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Pengecekan keabsahan temuan dilakukan dengan melakukan member chek, kecukupan referensi, dan melakukan triangulasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif yaitu dengan mendeskripsikan dan memaknai data.Hasil kesimpulan sebagai berikut: 1) Perencanaan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi  guru bimbingan dan konseling di MAN 1 Pontianak telah disiapkan sesuai dengan prosedur yang ada, 2) Pengawasan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru bimbingan dan konseling di MAN 1 Pontianak telah dilaksanakan dengan cara pencegahan awal dan pencegahan tindakan, 3) Evaluasi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru bimbingan dan konseling di MAN 1 Pontianak telah dilakukan dengan cara melakukan supervisi kepada guru BK secara berkala, 4) Deskripsi kompetensi guru bimbingan dan konseling di MAN 1 Pontianak telah dilaksanakan dengan memahami kompetensi pedagogik dan membantu siswa terhadap kesulitan belajarnya, 5) Kendala yang dihadapi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan  kompetensi guru bimbingan dan konseling di MAN 1 Pontianak sudah dapat diminimalisir dengan memberikan kesempatan kepada guru BK untuk mengembangkan karir.   Kata Kunci :  Kemampuan managerial kepala sekolah, guru BK Abstract : This study aimed to obtain information komperehensip regarding the ability of managerial principals in improving the competence of teachers guidance and counseling in MAN 1 Pontianak related to planning, monitoring, evaluation, description, and the constraints faced by principals in improving the competence of teachers guidance and counseling. This research is a qualitative descriptive penelitain. Source data is comprised of principals, vice-principals, guidance and counseling teachers, and students. Data collection procedures performed through observation, interviews and in-depth terstrktur, and documentation. Checking the validity of the findings made by the member check, the adequacy of reference, and triangulate. Analysis of the data used is qualitative analysis is to describe and interpret the data. The results of the following conclusions: 1) Planning principals in improving the competence of teachers guidance and counseling in MAN 1 Pontianak has been prepared in accordance with existing procedures, 2) Supervision principals in improving the competence of teachers guidance and counseling in MAN 1 Pontianak has been implemented by way of prevention early and preventive action, 3) evaluation of principals in improving the competence of teachers guidance and counseling in MAN 1 Pontianak has been done by supervising teacher BK regularly, 4) Description of the competence of teachers guidance and counseling in MAN 1 Pontianak has been implemented by understanding competencies pedagogic and help students towards learning difficulties, 5) Constraints faced by principals in improving the competence of teachers in guidance and counseling MAN 1 Pontianak already can be minimized by providing opportunities for counseling teacher to develop a career.   Keywords:  Managerial Ability of School Principals, Teachers BK

Abstract

Abstrak: Permasalahan yang selalu dihadapi oleh guru pada saat pembelajaran adalah lompat jauh gaya jongkok pada siswa kelas V di sdn 24 sungai raya dan tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membantu siswa agar meningkat dengan bantuan dengan lompat rintangan agar siswa memiliki tantangan untuk melakukan lompat jauh sehingga meningkat hasilnya ,Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK).  Dalam penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) ini yang menjadi subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru berkolaborasi dengan siswa Sekolah Dasar Negeri 24 sungai raya kabupaten kuburaya  yang berjumlah 34 siswa , Terdiri dari siklus I dan siklus II berupa perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Pembelajaran siklus I siswa yang baru lulus berjumlah 30 siswa atau 88 % sedangkan siswa yang belum lulus berjumlah 4 siswa atau 28 % maka dilanjutkan ke siklus II agar siswa  memiliki kesempatan untuk perbaikan lompat jauh gaya jongkok dengan bantuan lompat rintangan berupa kardus, ban, cone dan alat lainya baru siswa bisa  lulus berjumlah 34 siswa dan belum lulus berjumlah 0 siswa.   Kata Kunci: Lompat jauh gaya jongkok , lompat rintangan Abstract: The problem often faced by teachers during the learning is long jump style squat in class V in sdn 24 river highway and the purpose of this study is to help students to increase assistance to jump the obstacles that students have a challenge to do the long jump so improved the results, forms of research is classroom action research (PTK). In a classroom action research (PTK) This is the subject of this study were teachers collaborate with students of State Elementary School 24 districts Kuburaya river highway totaling 34 students, consists of the first cycle and the second cycle of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Learning first cycle of students who have recently graduated numbered 30 students or 88%, while students who do not pass are 4 students, or 28%, then proceed to the second cycle so that students have the opportunity to repair long jump style squat with the help of jumping obstacles in the form of cardboard, tires, cones and new other tool students can graduate students numbered 34 and amounted to 0 students have not graduated Keywords: Long jump style squat , jump hurdles

Abstract

摘要:本文的研究目的是了解利用任务型教学法提高赤道佳育三年级学生使用名词谓语句的正确率。本文的研究对象是赤道教育初中三年级的学生。学生一共有44名。本文使用的研究方法是实验法。本文的研究时间从2015年11月21日至2015年12月5日。根据调查结果,利用任务型教学能有效地提高学生的积极性、小组任务模式培养了学生的时间观念、合作和沟通能力,还培学生独立学习的能力。学生的前测平均分为52分,通过利用任务型教学后,后测平均分为88分。证明了任务型教学法能有效地提高学生对名词谓语句语序的正确率。 关键词: 任务型教学法,名词谓语句,汉语语序 Abstract: The aim of this research was to investigate the improvement of 3rd grade students’ ability in constructing the right orders of nominal predicate sentence by implementing Task Based Learning Method. are students of the third grade of Bumi Khatulistiwa Junior High School with total students were 44 students.  The research methodology was used is experimental. The research started from 21st November 2015 until 5th December 2015.The research shows that by implementing task based learning can improve students’ activeness, time management, learning autonomy, cooperation, and communication in the students’ group. Based on analysis of the pretest and posttest, the students only got score 52 as the means in the pretest. After implementing task based language learning method, the mean score became 88 in the post test. It is proved that task based learning method can improve the level of students’ accuracy in ordering nominal predicate sentence. Abstract

AbstractThis research is motivated by the role of coherence in building the integrity of a discourse. The problem discussed in this research is the form of relationship of appointment, relationship of addition, relationship of contradiction, and cause-effect relationship. This research aims to find the forms of coherence used in editorial discourse. The method in this research is descriptive with qualitative research. Data source in this research is editorial Tribun Pontianak Edition June 2016. The data collection technique used is documentary study technique. Data collector the used [is] writer alone and note. The result of analysis of editorial data Tribun Pontianak June 2016 contains the form of coherence in the form of relationship of appointment, relationship addition, relationship of conflict and cause-effect relationship. The relationship of coherence forms is  1137 with details of 645 relations of appointment, 379 additions relationship, 63 contradictory relationships and 50 causal relationships. Abstract

AbstractThe study aims to determine the Receivables Internal Control System Members In the Business Unit Primary Savings and Loans Cooperative of West Kalimantan Regional Police. This study is a descriptive evaluative research .. Data analysis in this research using descriptive analysis. In this study, data were collected through the method of documentation and interviews. The results showed that the Internal Control Member Receivables In the Business Unit Primary Savings and Loans Cooperative of West Kalimantan Regional Police are in good enough category, it can be seen from the cooperative's ability to exercise control. From the analysis obtained through interviews with the chairman of the cooperative (board) cooperatives showed that: The procedures and requirements set by the cooperative in accordance with the provision of ART (Bylaws) as set out in the Annual Members Meeting (RAT). That every member who wants to borrow must meet predetermined requirements. This is to prevent unwanted things in the future.Keyword : Internal Control Systems, Accounts Receivable.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah: motivasi belajar siswa, kemampuan menyimak berita terkini, dan hubungan antara motivasi belajar dengan kemampuan menyimak berita. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan bentuk penelitian studi hubungan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik komunikasi tidak langsung dan teknik pengukuran. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket dan tes. Berdasarkan data penelitian menunjukkan: skor rata-rata motivasi belajar 69,31% dengan kategori cukup, rata-rata nilai kemampuan menyimak berita 74,27% dengan kategori cukup baik, dan penghitungan korelasi sebesar 0,634 dengan tingkat korelasi kuat. Pengujian hipotesis dengan ketetapan signifikan 5% dan N=32 didapatkan t hitung 4,485 lebih besar dari t tabel 2,042 sehingga Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak berarti ada hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi belajar dengan kemampuan menyimak berita pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Teluk Keramat tahun pelajaran 2015/2016. Kata kunci: hubungan, motivasi belajar, menyimak berita Abstract: This research aims to know how: the students learning motivation, ability in observing news, and relationship between learning motivation and observing news ability. The method used in this research is descriptive method and the form of this research is correlation study. Technique of collecting data used was indirect communication technique and measurement technique. Instrument used was questionnaire and test. Based on the data shows: the students learning motivation average score is 69.31% the category is enough, the average score of the observing news is 74.27%  the category is quite well, and the correlation calculation is 0.634 with a strong correlation level. The hypothesis tests with the provisions of significance 5% and N = 32 obtained t 4.485 is greater than t table 2,042 so that Ha is accepted and Ho rejected meaning there is a significant correlation between learning motivation and observing news ability at the eighth grade students at  SMP Negeri 2 Teluk Keramat in academic year 2015/2016. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran langsung terhadap hasil belajar lay up bola basket kelas VIII di SMPN 10 Pontianak. Bentuk penelitian adalah pre-experimental design. Populasi siswa kelas VIII di SMPN 10 Pontianak berjumlah 268 orang. Menggunakan teknik sampling purposive, sampel penelitian ini adalah kelas VIII D berjumlah 30 orang. Rata-rata tes awal 9,03, sedangkan rata-rata tes akhir 13,1 (meningkat sebesar 4,07). Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji t-test sebesar 23,59 dengan derajat kebebasan db=(N-1) adalah 30-1=29 dan taraf signifikan   α = 5% diperoleh nilai t-tabel sebesar 1,699. Nilai t-test = 23,59 > 1,699, artinya hipotesis diterima berarti terdapat pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar lay up bola basket dengan peningkatan sebesar 44,96%. Kata Kunci: Model Pembelajaran Langsung, Hasil Belajar Lay Up, Bola Basket Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of direct learning model for learning outcomes lay up basketball class VIII SMPN 10 Pontianak. Forms are pre-experimental research design. The population of eighth grade students at SMP 10 Pontianak amounted to 268 people. Using a purposive sampling techniques, sample of this research is class VIII D amounted to 30 people. The average initial test 9.03, while the average final test of 13.1 (an increase of 4.07). Based on the analysis of t-test of 23.59 with degrees of freedom db = (N-1) is 30-1 = 29 and the significant level α = 5% is obtained t-table value of 1.699. Value t-test = 23.59> 1.699, meaning that the hypothesis is accepted means there is an influence on learning outcomes lay up basketball with an increase of 44.96%. Abstract

  Abstract: The purpose of this research was to find out the effectiveness of the use of Word Mapping technique in teaching vocabulary. To achieve the objectives of the research, a pre experimental research was conducted at SMP Negeri 14 Pontianak with the subject of the research was the eighth grade students in class VIIIA in academic year 2015/2016 which was chosen by using cluster random sampling technique. The findings of the research obviously showed that there was a significant difference of the students’ achievement before and after Word Mapping technique was applied, and that the use of the technique had a highly significant effect on the students’ vocabulary mastery shown by the students’ improved scores on the posttest. To sum up, the present research findings proved that the use of Word Mapping technique is highly effective in teaching vocabulary to the eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 14 Pontianak academic year 2015/2016.   Keywords: Word     Mapping   Technique,   Vocabulary   Mastery,   Vocabulary Teaching   Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan teknik Word Mapping pada pengajaran kosa kata. Untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian, sebuah penelitian pre-experimental telah dilakukan di SMP Negeri 14 Pontianak dengan subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIII A pada tahun ajaran 2015/2016 yang telah dipilih menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling. Hasil penelitian dengan jelas menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan terhadap prestasi siswa sebelum dan sesudah teknik Word Mapping diterapkan, dan penggunaan teknik teresebut mempunyai efek yang signifikan terhadap penguasaan kosa kata siswa yang ditunjukkan dari peningkatan skor posttest siswa.  Dapat disimpulkan bahwa, penggunaan teknik Word Mapping efektif terhadap pengajaran kosa kata pada siswa kelas VIII A di SMP Negeri 14 Pontianak tahun ajaran 2015/2016.   Kata kunci: Teknik Word Mapping, Penguasaan Kosa Kata, Pengajaran Kosa Kata

Abstract

Abstract The influence of the Constructivist approach on the learning acquisition of PKN students class V. This study aims to find out how big the influence of the talking stick model on the acquisition of PKN learning. The method used in this research is experimental method, with nonequivalen control group design. Collecting technique is measurement technique. Based on acquisition of data analysis, the mean of learning acquisition of student of control class equal to 80,88 while experiment class equal to 85,37. The acquisition of hypothesis test (t-test) using t-test pollad variance was obtained t count of 3,11 and t table 2,000 (significance level (α) = 5% and dk = 61) showed that tcount is greater than ttable then Ha is accepted. From the calculation of Effect size, obtained 0.76 (medium criteria) This means Constructivist approach gives a high influence on the learning outcomes of five grade students of Elementary School 34 South of Pontianak.   Keywords : Influence, Constructivist approach, Learning Acquisition

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this research is to describe how Sambas Malay-speaking students pronounce the English consonant sounds and aspirated sounds. This study particularly focused on the consonant which are not found in Sambas Malay sound system. They consist of consonant fricative sounds [f], [v], [q], [ð], [ʃ], [ʒ], and aspirated sounds [ph], [th], and [kh]. In doing this research, the researcher used an error analysis. The data of this research was collected by asking the students to read sentences provided. In collecting the data, the researcher used a pronunciation test as the main data and interview as supporting data. The total items for pronunciation test are 35 sentences. The participants of this research are 7 Sambas Malay students in the 3rd semester of English language education study program in academic year 2015/2016. The findings of this research show that the pronunciation of Sambas Malay-speaking students is affected by the phonological gap between their L1 and L2, the influence of spelling on pronunciation, their previous learning language rather than their L1, and the role of previous English language teaching. Keywords : Sambas Malay, Error Analysis, Pronunciation Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana mahasiswa Melayu Sambas mengucapkan bunyi konsonan dan aspirated sounds yang terdapat pada system bunyi Bahasa Inggris. Penelitian ini berfokus pada konsonan Inggris yang tidak terdapat pada system bunyi Bahasa Melayu. Konsonan-konsonan tersebut terdiri dari bunyi konsonan geseran yaitu [f], [v], [q], [ð], [ʃ], [ʒ], dan aspirated  sounds [ph], [th], and [kh]. Dalam melakukan penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan metode error analysis. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan meminta mahasiswa untuk membaca kalimat-kalimat yang telah disediakan. Dalam mengumpulkan data, penulis menggunakan tes pengucapan sebagai data utama dan wawancara sebagai data pendukung. Terdapat 35 kalimat untuk tes pengucapan. Peserta penelitian ini adalah  7 mahasiswa Melayu Sambas yang berada di semester 3 jurusan Bahasa Inggris, Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan tahun akademik 2015/2016. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengucapan mahasiswa Melayu Sambas dipengaruhi oleh perbedaan fonologi antara bahasa ibu dan bahasa asing, ejaan pada pengucapan, bahasa yang telah mereka pelajari sebelumnya selain bahasa ibu, dan peran dari pengajaran bahasa Inggris sebelumnya.
