Abstract

AbstractThis research aimed to find out students?s activity and learning achievement in ecosystem. The research form is quasi experimental design with Non equivalent control group design design. The research sample is class X F (experimental class) and class X J (control class), intact group sampling technique. Instruments used in the form of activity observation sheets and multiple choice test amounted to 20 questions. The average percentage of students' activity in the experimental class is 97,5% include active category, while in control class is 58,35% category is quite active. The average post-test result of the students in the experimental class is 16.90, whereas in the control class is 14.50 and obtained -  (-2,87> 1,96), it means there are significant differences in student learning outcomes taught using model learning Example Non Example and taught by direct instruction model. Effect Size value obtained by 0.99 with high category and contributed 33.89%. Against student learning outcomes on the material ecosystem. Keywords : Students activity, learning achievement, model example non example, ecosystem lesson.

Abstract

 AbstractThe qualifications of PAUD educators in Kabupaten Sambas are mostly still in senior secondary education or under D-2. This data shows that PAUD educators are carrying out their duties beyond their authority. With multimedia can help PAUD educators who attend the training to more easily understand the material submitted by the Instructor or trainer to improve professional competence. This research is a multimedia development research with meggunakan development stage of Borg and Gall, with the subject of research is amounted to 30 participants. Stages of multimedia development that dilakkuan Research and information collecting, planing, Develop preliminary form of product, Preliminary field testing, Main product revision, Operational field testing and Final product revision. Data were obtained through expert validation questionnaires, observations, interviews, participant response questionnaires, and documentation. Further analysis is done. The test result of the description, about 83.34% of the participants can understand the material delivered well. While 16.67% of them still do not understand this material in full. Meanwhile, the measurement of micro teaching result from 5 groups were in the range of 61 - 80 as many as 4 groups (80%) with good criteria and range of 81 - 100 as many as 1 group (20%) with very good criteria. Based on these results can be concluded that this material can be practiced by educators well. This means the goal of delivering this material is achieved. Key words: development, multimedia, PAUD

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to obtain information about planning, implementation, learning outcomes, and barriers to learning text of class VIII drama students based on the curriculum of 2013 at SMPN 10 Pontianak. The method used in this research is descriptive method and qualitative form. Data collection techniques used are observation techniques, interviews and documentation. The tool used to collect data in the form of observation guidelines and documentation tool in the form of mobile phones. Data analysis techniques employed data analysis techniques on sites developed by Miles Huberman. The results showed that the planning made the teacher has been well designed seen from the achievement of the criteria determined. the implementation of learning is done well although there are some learning activities that have not been maximized. Teachers' learning outcomes are not in accordance with assessment criteria because teachers do not use assessment rubrics. Barriers to learning experienced by teachers such as class mastery, time allocation, cover of learning and learning media. Keywords: Learning Implementation, Drama Text, Curriculum 2013

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the increase of learning outcomes passing on the volley ball through the approach of playing by using balloon media in students class IV SD Negeri 08 Roba Sairi Landak District January 2018. The method used is descriptive method, with Class Action Research form. Research subjects were 28 students consisting of 12 female learners and 16 boys. Data collection techniques used are tests, documentation, and questionnaires. Data were analyzed by descriptive analysis and using the mean and percentage formulas. From the results of research conducted can be concluded that the approach to play by using balloon media can improve learning outcomes passing on the volleyball. This is indicated by the acquisition of data on student learning outcomes in the first cycle with the lowest score of 46, the highest score 91, the average value 69 with less category, and 54% of classical completeness. In the implementation of cycle II obtained the data with the lowest value 62, the highest score 97, the average value 80 with excellent category, and 89% classical completeness. The result of passing learning on the students has fulfilled the success indicator that is at least the classical completeness reaches 80% with the KKM penjasorkes in class IV Negeri 08 Roba Sairi Landak District 2017/2018 academic year is 70.Keywords : Learning Outcomes Passing Up Volley Ball, Play Approach, and Balloon Media.

Abstract

AbstractSaman and Larung are novels that tell about history and politics. There are a lot of moral values that can be learned. Thus, the writer wants to explore the values contain in the novels. The writer uses descriptive method, qualitative research, and sociological literature approach. The sources used in this research are novels by Ayu Utami Saman and Larung. The data obtained are words, sentences, and texts that have moral values. Reading and taking notes are used as data gathering method by presenting character and characterization of the main character. Data reliability is tested by checking references, peer reading and discussion, and triangulation. Based on the data analysis, there are three conclusions. They are (1) value of fear of God. (2) honesty, friendship, helpful, respect others, and respect government. (3) self-control, fear of sins, modesty, confession, self-esteem, just, and careful.                                                                                                                            Key word: moral values, Saman and Larung by Ayu Utami

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pembinaan kecerdasan interpersonal anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Islam Harapan Indah Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 22 orang siswa dan 2 orang guru kelas. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa guru telah membina sensitivitas sosial anak,  90,90% anak masuk kategori Berkembang Sesuai Harapan dan 9,10% anak masuk kategori Mulai Berkembang. Guru membina wawasan sosial anak, 81,81% anak masuk kategori Berkembang Sesuai Harapan dan 18,19% anak masuk kategori Mulai Berkembang. Guru membina komunikasi sosial anak, 54,54% anak masuk kategori Berkembang Sesuai Harapan dan 45,46% anak masuk kategori Mulai Berkembang.   Kata kunci: Pembinaan, Kecerdasan Interpersonal, Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun Abstract: The purpose of this research is to describe of the development of interpersonal intelligence of 5 to 6 years children ages. The method of this research is used descriptive qualitative approach. The samples of this research are 22 students and 2 teachers. The result of this analysis shows that the teachers have been fostering of child social sensitivity, 90,90% is developed children categorize and 9,10% is begin to develop children categorize. Teachers was developing the children social insight, 81,81% is developed children categorize and 18,19% is begin to develop children categorize. Abstract

AbstractThis research aimed to known influence of analogy learning toward students’ achievement. Pre-test-posttest control group design was used in this research. Sample of this research was choosen by intact group technique that consisted 18 students’ of IX A grade and 18 students’ of IX B grade. Objective test which consisted 20 Multiple choice test each pretest-posttest used to known student achievement scors. Based on the result of data analysis, found that the average of posttest experiment class was 67,22% and control class was 57,50%. The result of independent t-test analysis using SPSS for Windows 22.0 was 0.00 less than significant value (0.05), it is mean there was significant difference toward student achievement between experiment class and control class. Based on the findings above, it is expected that analogy learning can be used as an alternative remediation activities to increase sudents’ achievement.  Keyword : Analogy, Inluence, Student Achievement, Dynamic Electricity

Abstract

Abstrak: Kepemimpinan transformasional dapat diartikan sebagai proses untuk merubah dan mentransformasikan individu agar mau berubah dan meningkatkan dirinya, yang didalamnya melibatkan motif dan pemenuhan kebutuhan serta penghargaan terhadap para bawahan. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif jenis studi kasus, sumber data yaitu, kepala sekolah sebagai key informan yang didukung dengan sumber lainnya, Dari penelitian ini disimpulkan: (1) Implementasi unsur kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru pada SD Negeri 71 kecamatan Pontianak Barat dilaksanakan dengan  memberikan pengaruh, mendorong, membimbing terhadap guru, (2) Strategi kepala SD Negeri 71 kecamatan Pontianak Barat dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru, adalah dengan melakukan kegiatan yang mengarah pada pembinaan guru berkualitas. (3) Faktor-faktor yang mendukung kepala sekolah dalam peningkatan profesionalisme guru adalah dengan adanya peningkatan kesejahteraan guru. (4) Faktor-faktor yang menghambat kepala sekolah dalam peningkatan profesionalisme guru.   Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Profesionalisme Guru. Abstract: Transformational leadership can be defined as process for changing and transforming an individual in order to changing and self improving, it includes motive and the need of self fulfillment and also award to the staff. Study as research approach, the sources of data is school principal as key informant which support by the other sources. (1) the implementation elements of transformational leadership for Increasing Teacher Professionalism in SD Negeri 71 West Pontianak by giving influence to motivate, to guide. (2) Strategy Leadership for Increasing Teacher Professionalism in SD Negeri 71 West Pontianak. the principal as a leader should doing the activities that direct to the qualified teacher coaching, (3) The other factors for encouraging the principal to increase the teacher professionalism are improving the welfare of teacher. (4) The factors that inhibiting the principal in increasing the teacher professionalism are lack of awareness from the educators and educational staff for optimize the tasks and responsibilities.   Keywords: Transformational Leadership,Teacher Professionalism.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aimed to determine the difference in learning outcomes of students who were taught with number heads together cooperative learning model and students taught with model two stay two stray cooperative learning technique in learning geography in grade X High School 2 Pontianak. The method used was an experimental method and form of research was a quasi-experimental. Based on statistical calculations of the average post-test results of the control class in amount of 65,36 and the average post-test result of experimental class in amount  of 52,81 obtained Z???? was -4,51 and Ztabel  = Z (1 ?  ? ) = Z0,475 = 1,96 (? = 0,05 two tail test), it meant Z????  (-4,51) > Z?????  ( 1,96), thereby Ha was accepted. So, it could be concluded that there was not difference in learning outcome of students who were taught with number heads together cooperative learning model and students taught with two stay two stray cooperative learning model. Keyword: Comparison, Co-operative of Number Heads Together, Co-operative of Two Stay Two Stray

Abstract

AbstractThe research was conducted in order to know how the implementation of the Self-Monitoring Strategy (SMS) improved students’ ability in using simple past tense in recount text to the 10th-grade students of SMAN 1 Pontianak in academic year 2018/2019. This research had been done through Classroom Action Research (CAR) in three cycles. The subjects of this research were the tenth grade English teacher and 36 students of year-10 Science Program 9 of SMAN 1 Pontianak. In collecting the data, the researcher used field notes, observation checklist, and students’ individual assessments. The result showed that the implementation of the SMS step 1 (selecting target behavior), step 2 (knowing what is easy and difficult), and step 5 (evaluation) improve students’ motivation, activeness, and self-awareness of their own learning. Furthermore, the implementation of SMS step 3 (recognition about the mistake they make) and 4 (adjusting the work) improve students’ ability in using verbal-nominal sentences and active-passive voice in the simple past tense.Keywords:            Self-Monitoring Strategy, Simple Past Tense, Self-awareness
