Abstract

AbstractThe background of this research was Forms of Bakoncong Dance Presentation on Traditional Marriage Rituals in Dayak Badamea Tribe, Sanatab Village, Sajingan Besar District, Sambas Regency. This research used descriptive method with qualitative research as research design and used a choreographic approach because the choreographic approach could relate the researchers' discussion to research problems that lead to the arrangement of dance, and became a form of dance presentation.. Data collecting techniques used observation, interview, and documentation. The technique examined the validity of the data using extended observations and triangulation of sources. Data analysis techniques in the form of analysis during data collection and analysis after data collection. Based on the data analysis, concluded that Bakoncong Dance had elements found in other forms of presentation were, Circular floor design, Group composition using unison design, Bakoncong dance theme was about marriage rituals, Outdoor performances, Governance natural makeup, Women's clothing that was used the Kebaya clothes, Batik-patterned skirts, and small handkerchiefs, Musical accompaniment was used Gong, Tambourine, and Violin and chanting lyrics. Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) Pendeskripsian musik iringan tari Jepin Langkah Simpang Kota Pontianak, 2) Pendeskripsian melodi selodang pada musik iringan tari Jepin Langkah Simpang Kota Pontianak, 3) Pendeskripsian pola tabuhan beruas pada musik iringan tari Jepin Langkah Simpang Kota Pontianak, 4) Pendeskripsian syair yang digunakan pada musik iringan tari Jepin Langkah Simpang Kota Pontianak, 5) Pendeskripsian implementasi yang akan digunakan dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar di Sekolah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksploratif deskriptif  dan menggunakan pendekatan musikologi. Data yang terdapat dalam penelitian ini adalah hasil dari observasi langsung dan wawancara kepada informan berupa pola melodi selodang, pola tabuhan beruas, dan syair. Data dianalisis secara kualitatif, dengan narasumber data M. Yusuf Dahyani, Anwar Dja?far, Sy. Usman dan beberapa seniman dan pelaku seni lain yang berperan aktif serta mengetahui tentang musik iringan tari Jepin, khususnya tari Jepin Langkah Simpang. Data tersebut adalah hasil observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Kata kunci: Kajan Musikologi, Musik Iringan Tari, Jepin Langkah Simpang Abstract: The Purpose of this research is: 1)  Describe the Musical Inprocession of Jepin Langkah Simpang Kota Pontianak Dance, 2) Describe the Selodang melody in Musical Inprocession of Jepin Langkah Simpang Kota Pontianak Dance,  3) Describe the system of  beruas percussion in Musical Inprocession of Jepin Langkah Simpang Kota Pontianak Dance, 4) Describe the rhyme which using in musical inprocession of Jepin Langkah Simpang Kota Pontianak Dance, 5) Describe an implementation which used in teaching and learning activity in the school. The Methods which using in this research is the methods of description explorative and use the musicologue approach. The data in this research are the result of the direct observation and interview to the informant about the System of Selodang Melody, system of beruas percussion, and rhyme. The Data Analysis doing with the qualitive method, with the informant data, M. Yusuf Dahyani, Anwar Dja?far, Sy. Usman and some Artists and other Artistic agent who always active in artistic activity and knowing good about the musical inprocession of Jepin Dance, especially Jepin Langkah Simpang Dance. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk pendeskripsian pembelajaran menulis kembali cerpen di kelas IX SMP IT Al-Mumtaz Pontianak tahun ajaran 2014/2015. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan bentuk penelitian adalah kualitatif. Data dan sumber data dalam penelitian ini berupa dokumen perencanaan pembelajaran menulis kembali cerpen yang dibuat oleh guru. Jumlah siswa yang menjadi objek penelitian berjumlah 44 siswa dengan pembagian 24 siswa di kelas A dan 20 siswa di kelas B. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran menulis kembali cerpen yang dilakukan oleh guru belum maksimal jika KKM untuk pelajaran bahasa Indonesia adalah 75. Perencanaan pembelajaran yang dibuat oleh guru mendapat skor 3,13, sedangkan pelaksanaan pembelajaran menunjukkan skor 3,41. Hal ini disebabkan perolehan nilai rata-rata untuk hasil pembelajaran di kelas IX A adalah 66,25 dan nilai rata-rata di kelas IX B mencapai 70,50.   Kata kunci: Pembelajaran Menulis Kembali Cerpen Abstract: The purpose of this research is to describe the study of Re-write Short Stories in Class IX SMP IT Al-Mumtaz Pontianak in Academic Year 2014/2015. This research uses descriptive method and form of research is qualitative. Data and data sources in this study a plan document learning to write short stories created by the teacher. The number of students who become the object of the study amounted to 44 students with a division of 24 students in the class A and 20 students in the class B. Based on these result can conclude that learning to re-write short stories performed by the teacher has not been fully proven maximum if the minimum completeness criteria  (KKM) for learning Indonesian is 75,00. Whereas the lesson planning done by the teacher achieve a score 3,13 while the implementation of learning showed a score 3,41. These case caused the average value achievement for the learning outcomes in class IX A was 66,25 and the average value in class IX B reaches 70,50. Keywords: The Study of Re-write Short Stories

Abstract

Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas model Think Pair Share disertai Mind Mapping terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi gerak tumbuhan di kelas VIII SMP Negeri 8 Pontianak. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu (Quasi Eksperimental Design) dengan rancangan Nonequivalent control group design. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah dengan caraIntact grup.Rata-rata skor hasil belajar siswa yang diajar menggunakan model Think Pair Share disertai Mind Mapping sebesar 17,17 lebih tinggi bila dibandingkan dengan rata-rata skor hasil belajar siswa yang diajar menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional sebesar 14,82. Dari uji U Mann Whitney, diperoleh Zhitung< Ztabel yaitu -4.26 < -1,96,Nilai effect size yang diperoleh sebesar 1.18 termasuk dalam kategori tinggi dan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 38,10%,dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran dengan model Think Pair Share disertai Mind Mapping berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi gerak pada tumbuhan kelas VIII SMP Negeri 8 Pontianak. Kata Kunci: Model Think Pair Share, Mind Mapping, Materi Gerak Tumbuhan.   Abstrack: The aim of this research was to find out the effectiveness of the Think Pair Share model Mind Mapping on students learning outcome in the plant motion material in class VIII of SMP Negeri 8 Pontianak. This research was a Quasi Experimental Design with a non equivalent control group. The sampling technique was done through the intact group. The average score of student learning outcomes taught using the Think Pair Share model with Mind Mapping was 17,17 which was higher than the average score of student learning outcomes taught using conventional instruction at 14,82. From the U Mann Whitney test , it was obtained that Zcount < Ztabel namely -4,26 < 1,96, The effect size value obtained was 1,18 which was in the high category and contributed to 38,10%, so it can be concluded that learning througt the Think Pair Share model with Mind Mapping had  a positive effect on the student learning outcomes in the material of plant motion in class VIII of SMP Negeri 8 Pontianak. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan media pembelajaran buku saku sebagai implementasi dari penelitian inventarisasi keanekaragaman ikan dan mengetahui jenis-jenis ikan yang terdapat di Kecamatan Kendawangan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara triangulasi. Buku saku diuji kelayakannya oleh dua orang dosen Program Studi Pendidikan Biologi FKIP Untan dan tiga orang guru biologi kelas X SMA. Berdasarkan penilaian validator buku saku termasuk ke dalam kategori valid dengan nilai rata-rata total validasi 3,6 dan layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran pada submateri tingkat keanekaragaman hayati. Kata kunci: Buku saku, Inventarisasi, Ikan Abstract: This research purpose is to determine the feasibility of learning media pocket book as the implementation of an inventory study of fish diversity and determine the types of fish found in the subdistrict of Kendawangan. The method which was used in this descriptive method by using purposive sampling as sampling technique. Technique of data collecting was taken by using triangulasi. Media pocketbook tested for feasibility by two lecturers of Biology Education Studies Program FKIP Untan and three teachers of biology class X senior high school. In the judgment of the validator, pocketbook be included into the category valid with an average value of 3.5 and a decent total validation is used as a medium of learning in sub of biodiversity. Abstract

Abstract: This research is conducted to find out the type of grammatical interference and to describe the frequency of negative transfer made by Indonesian-speaking students in transferring Indonesian text into English text. The corpus was collected from Semester-2 students of English Study Program in Teacher Training and Education Faculty of Tanjungpura University in Academic Year 2016/2017. This was a descriptive study. The result shows that 265 grammatical errors were encountered from the corpus. They are categorized into 8 types of interlingual negative transfer, covering verb-tense forms, subject-verb agreements, word orders, prepositions, articles, pluralities, pronouns and auxiliaries. The percentage was found highest in verb-tense form by 38,5% or equals to 102 errors. Students’ grammatical errors in transferring Indonesian text into English text are highly influenced by their first or second language. Keywords: Analysis, Negative Transfer, Interlingual, Grammatical Error Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui jenis gramatikal interferensi dan menggambarkan frekuensi transfer negatif oleh mahasiswa yang berbahasa Indonesia dalam mentransfer teks Indonesia ke dalam teks bahasa Inggris. Kumpulan tulisan diambil dari 12 siswa semester 2 dari Program Studi Bahasa Inggris di Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan di Universitas Tanjungpura pada Tahun Akademik 2016/2017. Ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Hasil menunjukkan sebanyak 265 kesalahan tata bahasa ditemukan di dalam kumpulan tulisan tersebut. Kesalahan-kesalahan tata bahasa  itu dikategorikan menjadi 8 jenis transfer negatif interlingual, meliputi verb-tense forms, subject-verb agreements, word orders, prepositions, articles, pluralities, pronouns dan auxiliaries. Persentase kesalahan tertinggi adalah bentuk verb-tense dengan persentase error 38,5% atau setara dengan 102 kesalahan. Kesalahan tata bahasa siswa dalam mentransfer teks berbahasa Indonesia ke dalam Bahasa Inggris besar dipengaruhi oleh bahasa pertama atau kedua mereka. Kata kunci: Analisis, Transfer Negatif, Interlingual, Kesalahan Gramatikal

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi siswa terhadap mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas X IIS di SMA N 6 Pontianak. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Objek penelitiannya adalah siswa kelas X IIS SMA N 6 Pontianak yang berjumlah 48 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survey (survey studies) dengan alat pengumpulan data berupa angket, dan studi dokumenter berupa lembar catatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan guru sudah melakukannya secara optimal dan diperkuat dengan jawaban siswa yang menyatakan bahwa guru selalu menyampaikan tujuan pembelajaran, penjelasan guru sesuai dengan materi pelajaran, guru menggunakan metode yang bervariasi, guru menggunakan media pembelajaran yang menarik dan membuat siswa bersemangat dalam proses pembelajaran serta guru sering melakukan evaluasi untuk mengetahui hasil pembelajaran. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan guru ekonomi sudah baik. Kata Kunci: Proses Pembelajaran Ekonomi Abstract: This study aims to determine students' perception of economic subjects in class X SMA N IIS 6 Pontianak. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The object of research is the class X SMA N IIS 6 Pontianak totaling 48 students. Data collection techniques used in this study is a survey (survey studies) with data collection tools such as questionnaires, and documentary studies in the form of a record sheet. The results showed the teacher has to do it optimally and strengthened by the answers of students who stated that the teacher always tells the purpose of learning, the teacher's explanations in accordance with the subject matter, the teacher uses a variety of methods, teachers using instructional media that attract and create a vibrant student in the learning process and teachers often conduct an evaluation to determine learning outcomes. This indicates that the learning process that teachers already good economics. Keywords: Learning Process Economics

Abstract

AbstractThis research is a pre-experimental design on Teaching Reading Comprehension to Students of Junior High School. The aim of this research is to see the effectiveness of using Questioning the Author strategy in teaching reading comprehension of recount text. This research was conducted to the eighth grade students of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Swasta Darul Ulum Pontianak. The population of this research was 128 students, which consist of class A, B, C and D. The sample of this research was class B with 33 students. The selection of this sample used the purposive sampling technique. This research covers dependent variable (students’ reading comprehension achievement) and independent variable (the use of QtA strategy). There were three times of treatment (teaching process) conducted by the researcher based on the procedures of pre-experimental design. The use of QtA strategy indicated that the students’ achievement on reading comprehension of recount text was improved and it was found that the students had good enough enthusiasm and understanding in reading text through this strategy. It was also proved that the significant score of students’ achievement was 5.7. The size effect of the use of QtA strategy toward the students’ reading comprehension achievement of the recount text was 20.8. This result indicated that the use of QtA strategy strongly improved the students’ reading comprehension of the recount text. The interpretation of hypothesis of this research, the null hypothesis was rejected because the result of t-test score was higher than t - table. Therefore, the alternative hypothesis was accepted in this research.Keywords: Questioning the Author Strategy, Reading Comprehension, Recount Text.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research was to know the impact of multimedia based on adobe flash program toward the result of learning social sciences student fourth grade Elementary School in Pontianak. The experimental reseach method was used in this research. The form of the experimental research used was quasy experimental design. Population in this research is all students fourth grade which consisted of 45. Sample in this research weer students fourth grade which consisted of 23. Instrument gatherer data of student learning the test results obtained from pre-test and post-test. The result of data analysis showed that mean score of student?s post-test was 76,96. Based on t-test analysis, thitung of  (5,71) and ttabel (2,0178). Which means, thitung (5,71) > ttabel (2,0178), thus then Ha accepted. The result of effect size was 1,23 which mean high criteria on ES>0,8. So, it can be concluded there was a significant effect of using multimedia based on adobe flash program to the students learning outcomes on fourth grade Elementary School. Keywords: Multimedia Based on Adobe Flash Program, Study Result, Social Science

Abstract

AbstrackThis study aims to describe the life skill of students of XI Industrial Chemical Skill Program which includes self-knowing, rational, social, and vocational skills of the students of grade XI SMK-SMTI Pontianak Industrial Chemical Expertise Program and to describe life skill which includes teacher's knowledge about life skill and learning life skill of class XI teacher Chemical Industry Expertise Program SMK-SMTI Pontianak. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The subjects of this research are the students of XI Program of Chemical Industry Expertise of SMK-SMTI Pontianak and the teacher of industrial chemistry study. Data analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive analysis. Data were collected through questionnaires, observations, and interviews. The result of the research shows that students' self-knowing ability is 88,00% with very high category, rational thinking skill 73,08% with high category, 80,40% student's social skill with high category, student vocational skill is 75,50% high, knowledge of teacher to life skill equal to 81,90% with very high category, and life skill learning implementation equal to 81,70% with very high category. Thus the average life skill of students is 79.25% with very high category. Kata kunci: Life Skill, Self-Knowing, Thinking Rational, Social, Vocational
