Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan perbedaan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa yang diajar menggunakan model Starter Eksperimen dengan siswa yang diajar menggunakan metode konvensional serta menentukan besarnya pengaruh model Starter Eksperimen terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas XI SMA Kemala Bhayangkari 1 pada materi koloid. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu dengan rancangan penelitian Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Sampel ditentukan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dipilih kelas XI MIA 2 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas XI MIA 1 sebagai kelas kontrol. Instrumen penelitian adalah tes hasil belajar, lembar observasi aktivitas belajar siswa, dan wawancara. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan antara aktivitas dan hasil belajar antara siswa yang diajar menggunakan model Starter Eksperimen dengan siswa yang diajar menggunakan metode konvensional. Penggunaan model Starter Eksperimen pada materi koloid memberikan pengaruh sebesar 22,24% (ES = 0,59) terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa.   Kata kunci: Starter Eksperimen, aktivitas, hasil belajar Abstrak: The aims of this research was to determine difference in activity and  learning outcomes of students who are taught using a model of Starter Experiment with the students taught using the conventional methods and determine the influence of Starter Experiment model of the learning outcomes of students of class XI SMA Kemala Bhayangkari in the material colloid. The from of research was a quasi-experimental with nonequivalent control group design. The samples was determine on samping technique that selected class XI MIA 2 as an experiment class and Class XI MIA 1 as the control classes. Research instrument are a test of learning outcomes, observation sheet of student activity, and interview. The results of  data analysis showed that there was difference in activity and learning outcomes between students who were taught using Starter experiment model with students who were taught using conventional methods. The use of Starter Experiment model to the  material of colloid influence of 22.24% (ES = 0.59) toward the improving student learning outcomes. Abstract

Abstract This research purposes to find out about the influence of play approach to Tiger Sprong gymnastic learning outcomes in physical and health education lessons for 2nd-year students of Senior High School 4 Singkawang. The research methods are using experimental methods with pre-experimental design research forms. Source data of this research are 57 2nd year high school students 2016/2017 academic year. The result from data analysis is the T-test result in experimented class got p-value 0,000 < 0,05 then Ho was rejected (and Ha was received), it means that there was influence in play approach method to Tiger Sprong gymnastic learning outcomes for 2nd year students of Senior High School 4 Singkawang, with an average difference in value 18,24 or with percentage value 32%. Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to determine whether there is a difference between the motivation of students' learning grade X IPA MAN 1 Pontianak on the material of electrolyte and non electrolyte solution using contextual teaching and learning model and using conventional model, whether there is difference between student learning outcomes in electrolyte and Non electrolytes using contextual teaching and learning models and using conventional models, and determine how much effect the contextual teaching and learning model of student learning outcomes. The samples in this research are the students of class X IPA1 as control class and class X IPA3 as experiment class. The result of data analysis using U-Mann Whitney test showed Asymp value. Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.038 so that Ho is rejected (Ha accepted), it indicates the difference of learning motivation of control and experiment class students. Hypothesis test of learning result using U-Mann Whitney test yield Asymp value. Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.00, so Ho is rejected, this shows the difference of the students' learning outcomes of the control class and the experimental class. Learning using contextual teaching and learning model provides an increase in learning outcome of 65.3%.Keywords: Contextual teaching and learning, learning motivation, learning result, electrolyte and nonelectrolyte solution

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research was to determine the level of feasibility and response of students to the integrated instrument component media of chemical bonding. The research method used was research and development (R&D) which adopt Borg & Gall development model. The subjects of this research was integrated instrument component media of chemical bonding which tested on the students of SMA Negeri 1 Sajad, SMA Negeri 1 Sambas, and SMA Negeri 1 Tebas. It was conducted initial field trials and main field trials of product users. The instruments used in this research was questionnaire. Based on research result, it can be concluded that the integrated instrument component media of chemical bonding is very feasible. It could be used in classroom to teach chemical bonding. According to expert, the percentage average score of graph, linguistic, and material judgement was 88,33% while student response to used this media was 81,39%.Keywords: Integrated Instrument Component Media, Chemical Bonding, Borg & Gall

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research is to explain the improvement of conceptual understanding of students through the learning of manipulative material in the matter of integers at SMP Negeri 8 Pontianak academic year 2017/2018. The research method used is Single Subject Research (SSR) method with A-B-A-B design. The subjects of this research are students of class VII E Junior High School 8 Pontianak, amounting to 5 students. Data collection techniques used were measurement techniques. The data collection tools used test. The results of data analysis from this research indicate that there is an improvement of conceptual understanding of students through the learning of manipulative material in the material of addition operation and reduction of integer with each phase a conceptual understanding test of 1 session was obtained by baseline phase 1 with an average percentage of 24.54%, treatment phase 1 with an average percentage of 69.09%, baseline phase 2 with a percentage of 72.72% and phase treatment 2 with a percentage of 90%. Keywords:  Conceptual Understanding, Manipulative Material

Abstract

AbstractThis research was to develop model of students’ workbook for junior high school based on Dayak’s local wisdom. The research participants were 24 students of second grade of SMPN 4 Air Besar. Designed through the implementation of ADDIE (Branch and Gagne 2009), the collected data revealed that the students were more interested in learning English. They looked happy to use the products. In the contextual analysis result and its validation, the materials development experts also recomend strongly that these products are more relevant to the needs of rural area students especially the dayak ones. With some feedbacks from the implementation, it was found that the students were much more active and creative in the learning process. Thus, this product is deserved to use as an alternative material for English subject at junior high school of rural areas.Keywords: local wisdom, modelof student’s workbook,  materia         development,rural area

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to describe the implementation of salat duha children aged 4-5 years in kindergarten Al-Adabiy Pontianak. This research uses descriptive method with qualitative approach. The data sources of this research are teachers and class A students and data from observation guides, interview guides, documentation and field notes. The results of this study indicate the planning that teachers do in implementing salat duha in children have been categorized either because the teacher has set goals to be achieved, the media images or props, facilities and infrastructure, the child's assessment sheet and time, steps of prayer implementation duha children are also quite good because in accordance with the goals and strategies that teachers have made and children are also enthusiastic or enthusiastic in carrying out praying prayer duha, support factors in the implementation of prayers duha has become a role model in the implementation, inhibiting the implementation of salat duha also resolved well because of solutions contained in the implementation of prayer duha so as to make the child become happy carry out habituation prayer duha. Keywords: Duha Prayer, Habituation

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan nilai pendidikan karakter yang tercermin dalam Syair Sultan Syarif dan implementasinya di sekolah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan bentuk kualitatif. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan hermeneutika Ricoeur. Data dalam penelitian ini bersumber dari data skunder berupa naskah Syair Sultan Syarif. Teknik penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi dokumenter.Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa nilai pendidikan karakter yang tercermin dalam Syair Sultan Syarif yang terkait dengan olah hati adalah religius, tanggung jawab, peduli sosial, dan jujur. Nilai pendidikan karakter yang tercermin dalam Syair Sultan Syarif yang terkait dengan olah pikir adalah kreatif dan menghargai prestasi. Nilai pendidikan karakter yang tercermin dalam Syair Sultan Syarif yang terkait dengan olah raga adalah kerja keras dan bersahabat. Nilai pendidikan karakter yang tercermin dalam Syair Sultan Syarif yang terkait dengan olah rasa dan karsa adalah toleransi, demokrasi, cinta tanah air, semangat kebangsaan, dan cinta damai. Kata kunci: Pendidikan Karakter, Syair Sultan Syarif Abstrac: This research aimed to describe the value of character education that reflected in the poem Sultan Syarif and its implementation in schools. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The approach used in this research is the approach of hermeneutics Ricoeur. The data in this research comes from secondary data in the form of manuscript poem Sultan Syarif. Techniques of research is the study of documentary. Results of the analysis showed that the value of character education that reflected in the poem Sultan Syarif associated with heart though is religious, responsibility, social care, and honesty. The value of character education that reflected in the poem Sultan Syarif associated with the process to think is creative and appreciate the achievements. The value of character education that reflected in the poem Sultan Syarif associated with the sporting is hard work and friendly. The value of character education that reflected in the poem Sultan Syarif associated with feeling and intention though is tolerance, democracy, patriotism, national spirit, and love of peace. Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to determine the level of readiness of a school in implement Computer-based National Examination. This research  is locating in SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Ambawang. This research is qualitative research with descriptive approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by doing the interview, observation and documentation. The validity of the data was triangulated by techniques and sources. Analysis data techniques includes data collecting, reduction, data presentation, conclusions. The results of the research show 1) The readiness regarding facilities and infrastucture is good, seen from the facilities and the equipments such as network specification, computer server specification and participants computer specification, adequate room specifications then server and network has been tested 3 times as the beginning step to preparation. 2) the students’ confidence and optimistic to Computer-based National Examination because in SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Ambawang has done various ways in learning involve computer media and the simulation also must carry out. 3) to improve the learners’s motivation, The teachers give learning by computer media implementation. Keywords: Readiness of the school, Computer-based National Examination.

Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidak pengaruh minat membaca di perpustakaan terhadap hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran pemasaran kelas XI SMK Panca Bhakti Sungai Raya Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian studi hubungan. Populasinya berjumlah 40 siswa dengan semuanya dijadikan responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa minat membaca di perpustakaan memiliki pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran pemasaran kelas XI SMK Panca Bhakti Sungai Raya Kabupaten Kubu Raya ditunjukkan dengan formulasi Y = 2,315 + 0,006 x. Berdasarkan perhitungan menggunakan program SPSS 22, dihasilkan bahwa t hitung > t tabel yaitu 2,077 > 2,024. Oleh karena t hitung > t tabel maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak artinya terdapat pengaruh positif minat membaca di perpustakaan terhadap hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran pemasaran kelas XI SMK Panca Bhakti Sungai Raya Kabupaten Kubu Raya dengan persentase sebesar 10,2%.   Kata Kunci : Minat Membaca Perpustakaan Abstract : This study aims to determine whether or not the influence of interest in reading in the library on the results of a marketing study on the subjects of class XI Panca Bhakti SMK Sungai Raya Kubu Raya. The method used is descriptive method with the form of research studies the relationship. And a population of 40 students with everything as respondents. The results showed that interest in reading in the library has an influence on the results of a marketing study on the subjects of class XI SMK Sungai Raya Panca Bhakti Kubu Raya indicated by formulations Y = 2.315 + 0.006 x. Based on calculations using SPSS 22 is generated that t > t table is 2.077 > 2.024. Hence t > t table then Ha Ho accepted and rejected it means there is positive interest in reading in the library to the learning outcomes on the subjects of marketing Panca Bhakti class XI SMK Sungai Raya Kubu Raya with a percentage of 10.2%.
