Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi yang obyektif dan empiris tentang implementasi supervisi akademik oleh kepala TK sebagai supervisor untuk meningkatkan kreativitas guru dalam pengelolaan pembelajaran di Taman kanak-kanak Negeri Pembina kecamatan Pontianak Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dengan bersifat deskriptif data yang terkumpul berbentuk kata-kata atau gambar, tidak menekankan pada angka. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan supervisi akademik dibuktikan dengan kelibatan wakil kepala TK dan guru-guru dalam menyusun perencanaan yang memuat tujuan supervisi untuk mengetahui secara jelas kemampuan guru dalam mengajar, sasaran supervisi untuk semua guru diutamakan pada guru-guru yang akan naik pangkat, pengorganisasian kegiatan dalam memperbaiki proses pembelajaran sesuai kebutuhan guru.  Kata Kunci: Supervisi Supervisor, Kreativitas, Pengelolaan ,Pembelajaran. Abstract: This research is motivated observations while interesting enough to be studied is the head of State of Trustees of the sub-district kindergarten South Pontianak able to plan, execute and follow up supervision of education programs, classroom supervision programs to enhance the creativity of the teacher in the management of learning. The method used in this study uses qualitative research. While the research setting is housed in kindergarten. Abstract: This research aims to determine the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the implementation model of problem-based learning in developing critical thinking skills in learning accounting class XI IPS MAN 1 Pontianak. The research method in this study is Experimental, Quasi-Experimental research shape and design of the study group post-test only design. The results of the research phase of implementation planning problem based learning model refers to the learning objectives that lead to critical thinking, stages of implementation of problem-based learning model is designed according to the lesson plan, and evaluation of the implementation phase of problem-based learning model, the average score of post-test results between the experimental class and control class differences. Average score of 73.89 experimental class, while the control class 62.78. The mean score of post-test results of the experimental class is higher than the post-test results of the control class. Keywords: Problem based learning, Critical thinking, Accounting Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah dalam mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir kritis pada pembelajaran akuntansi kelas XI IPS MAN 1 Pontianak. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah Eksperimen, bentuk penelitian Quasi Experimental dan rancangan penelitian Post-test only group design. Hasil penelitian tahap perencanaan penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah mengacu pada tujuan pembelajaran yang mengarah untuk berpikir kritis, tahap pelaksanaan penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah dirancang sesuai dengan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran, dan tahap evaluasi penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah, skor rata-rata hasil post-test antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol terdapat perbedaan. Skor rata-rata kelas eksperimen 73,89, sedangkan kelas kontrol 62,78. Skor rata-rata hasil post-test kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi daripada hasil post-test kelas kontrol. As for a Chinese language learners , central separable words is not only the key point in Chinese language teaching for foreigners, also one of the difficult subjects for learners to study on. For this reason, the research was conducted for Chinese language learners, especially the student of Chinese Language Departement at Tanjungpura University, Pedagogical Institute, to make students be more proficient with mastering the grammar of Chinese language. For achieving this objective, the Author surveyed third year students at Tanjungpura University for mistakes made while use of central separable words in Chinese, summerize commonly seen types of mistakes, investigate the causes of errors, and after that confront with them to raise countermeasures. Hopefully this work help Chinese language learners to make a step further for better understanding the use of separable words, thus reduce confusions and mistakes on separable words usage. Hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPA di Kelas 3 SDN 32 Kubu Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kemampuan hasil belajar siswa sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan strategi Modeling The Way. Oleh karenanya kegiatan penelitian ini diarahkan kepada upaya pembuktian dilapangan tentang sejauh mana peningkatan hasil belajar siswa sesudah penerapan strategi tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan awal hasil belajar siswa sebelum pelaksanaan strategi tersebut pada materi tentang ciri-ciri dan kebutuhan makhluk hidup di kelas 3 SDN 32 Seruat, diperoleh skor rata-rata hasil belajar siswa sebesar 68. Kemudian setelah dilakukan penelitian tindakan kelas pada siklus II hasil belajar siswa meningkat menjadi 82,83. Selisih dari interval hasil belajar siswa pada pra penelitian tindakan kelas dan penelitian tindakan kelas siklus II yakni sebesar 14,83. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa setelah dilakukan penerapan strategi Modeling The Way pada pembelajaran IPA materi ciri-ciri dan kebutuhan makhluk hidup di kelas III SDN 32 Kubu Kabupaten Kubu Raya hasil belajar siswa dapat ditingkatkan menjadi lebih optimal. Kata Kunci: Strategi, Modeling The Way, Hasil Belajar Abstract: The results of student learning in science subjects in Class 3 SDN 32 Kubu Kubu Raya district. This study aimed to determine the extent of the ability of student learning outcomes before and after using the strategy of Modeling the Way. Therefore this research activity directed towards efforts to prove the extent of the field enhancement of student learning outcomes after the implementation of these strategies. Based on the initial observations of student learning outcomes prior to implementation of the strategy on the material on the characteristics and needs of living things in class 3 SDN 32 Seruat, obtained an average score of student learning outcomes by 68. Then after done action research in the second cycle of student learning outcomes increased to 82.83. Difference of student learning outcomes in the interval pre action research and action research cycle II which amounted to 14.83. It can be concluded that after the implementation of the strategy Modeling The Way to science learning material characteristics and needs of living things in the class III SDN 32 Kubu Kubu Raya district student learning outcomes can be improved to be more optimal. Abstract : Applied the Picture and Picture in increase the student study result class VII B SMP YPN Pemangkat Sambas. Applied the Picture and Picture in increase the student study result class VII B SMP YPN. The purpose of this research to know the lesson type applied the picture and picture so what able to increase the student lesson result at IPS Economic class VII B SMP YPN Pemangkat. To solving the problem the research with fellow worker applies the lesson type picture and picture. At the first siclus the lesson activity from 65% increase tobe 90% and the increase of the second siclus is 35%. The study result at the first siclus is 70% while for the second siclus is 90% the increase of study result from first siclus to the second siclud is 20%. So that the increase of the lesson type picture and picture at IPS Economic able to increase the activity and the study reslut class VII B SMP YPN Pemangkat. Keyword : Applied, Picture and Picture. Abstrak : Penerapan Picture And Picture dalam meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa kelas VII B SMP Yayasan Pembangunan Nasional (YPN). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran Picture And Picture sehingga dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS Ekonomi kelas VII B SMP Yayasan Pembangunan Nasional (YPN) Pemangkat. Untuk mengatasi masalah permasalahan diatas, peneliti bersama teman sejawat menerapkan model pembelajaran Picture And Picture. Pada siklus 1 aktivitas belajar dari 65% meningkat 90% pada siklus 2 ada peningkatan 35%. Hasil belajar pada siklus 1 70% sedangkan pada siklus 2 hasil belajar 90% peningkatan hasil belajar dari siklus 1 ke siklus 2 sebanyak 20%. Dengan demikian penerapan model pembelajaran Picture And Picture, pada mata pelajaran IPS Ekonomi dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa kelas VII B SMP Yayasan Pembangunan Nasional (YPN) Pemangkat. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktivitas menulis matematis siswa kelas VIII SMP ditinjau dari gaya kognitif Field Dependent dan gaya kognitif Field Independent. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik tes tertulis. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa siswa yang memiliki gaya kognitif Field dependent pada indikator drawing, secara umum hanya bisa membuat gambar tetapi tidak bisa memberikan keterangan pada gambar yang dibuat; pada indikator mathematic expressions, secara umum  hanya bisa menuliskan rumusnya saja; pada indikator written test secara umum belum bisa menuliskan  pendapatnya. Sedangkan siswa yang memiliki gaya kognitif Field Independent  pada indikator drawing, secara umum  bisa membuat gambar dan memberikan keterangan yang sesuai pada gambar yang dibuat; pada indikator mathematic expressions, secara umum sudah bisa membuat model persamaan; pada indikator written test secara umum  bisa menuliskan pendapatnya. Kata kunci : Aktivitas menulis matematis, Gaya kognitif, Komunikasi Abstract: This research aims to know writing activity mathematics of eighth grade students in terms of field dependent and field independent cognitive styles. This research used descriptive method. The data collection technique is using the written test technique. The data analysis result shows that students with field dependent cognitive style for drawing indicator, generally students only can draw a picture but can`t give information based on the picture; for  mathematics expressions indicator, generally students just can writing the formula; for  written test indicator, generally students not yet writing their opinions. While students with field independent cognitive style for drawing indicator, generally students can draw a picture and add information based on the picture; for mathematics expressions indicator, generally students can make an equation model; for written test indicator generally students can writing their opinions. Keywords: Mathematics writing activity, Cognitive Style, Communication  Â

AbstractThis research is entitled "The Role of Managers in Increasing Reading Interest in Elementary School Students at Reading House in Taman Alun Kapuas Pontianak". The research objective is the role of managers in promoting books, the role of managers in improving facilities, the role of managers in reading interest programs. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method approach. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, and documentation. Data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data management and analysis techniques through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The role of managers in increasing children's reading interest is by organizing book promotion activities, promotion of reading house places, and organizing exhibitions. (2) The role of managers in improving facilities in the Kapuas Alun Park reading house is by processing and displaying bookshelves in order to more easily find the collection of books that children want. (3) The role of the manager in the activity program is to make visits from various schools, hold reading competition activities in various Reading Houses, hold outreach to children to introduce the existence of Reading Houses. Abstract This research aims to find out how the process of learning and the result of writing the text of negotiation using the method example non-example in the student of class X Marketing 1 SMK Immanuel 2 Sungai Raya. The research method used is descriptive method and form of class research. The data sources in this study are Indonesian language teachers, X Marketing 1 that consist of 39 student, as well as documents in the form of RPP and student learning outcomes. Data collection techniques and student learning outcomes. The results of this study indicate that students ability to write negotiation text before using example non-example method is 66,89 and after using example non-example method increase with average 70,76 in cycle I and the mean score of cycle II is 77,28. Based on the data of students writing from cycle I to cycle II has increased. The increase was an average of 6,52. Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemanfaatan sumber belajar oleh siswa dan mengetahui efektif atau tidaknya proses pembelajaran yang berlangsung di kelas X SMA Wisuda Pontianak. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 34 orang dengan bentuk penelitian populasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sumber belajar yang digunakan oleh siswa sudah cukup baik dan proses pembelajaran sudah berjalan dengan efektif. Hasil analisis regresi sederhana menggunakan program SPSS 21 menunjukkan pengaruh sumber belajar terhadap efektivitas proses pembelajaran dengan formulasi Y = 33,970 + 0,560X. Berdasarkan perhitungan program SPSS 21, t hitung sebesar 2,049, tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,049 dan t tabel sebesar 2,037. t hitung > t tabel maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Koefisien determinasi pada penelitian ini menunjukkan kontribusi pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat adalah 0,116 atau 11,6% sedangkan sisanya 88,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Kata Kunci : Sumber belajar dan efektivitas proses pembelajaran Abstract : This study aims to determine how the use of learning resources by students and determine the effectiveness of the learning process that takes place in class X High School Wisuda Pontianak. The method used is descriptive research method. These samples included 34 individuals with the study population. The results showed that the learning resources that are used by the students has been quite good and the learning process has been running effectively. Simple regression analysis using SPSS 21 shows the effect on the effectiveness of learning resources learning process with the formulation Y = 33.970 + 0,560X. Based on the calculation of SPSS 21, t count of 2,049, a significance level of 0.049 and t table of 2.037. t count> t table, then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. The coefficient of determination in this study shows the contribution of independent variables on the dependent variable is 0.116 or 11.6% while the remaining 88.4% is influenced by other variables. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan kemampuan sosial emosional  menggunakan metode bermain peran di PAUD Mutiara Hati Kabupaten Melawi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru 1 orang dan anak berjumlah 15 anak. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dan melalui hasil yang diperoleh setelah diadakan analisis data, secara umum kesimpulannya: 1) Perencanaan pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan kemampuan sosial emosional menggunakan metode bermain peran di PAUD Mutiara Hati Melawi dikategorikan “baikâ€. 2) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan kemampuan sosial emosional menggunakan metode bermain peran di PAUD Mutiara Hati Melawi dikategorikan “baikâ€. 3) Peningkatan kemampuan sosial emosional menggunakan metode bermain peran di PAUD Mutiara Hati Melawi dikategorikan berkembang sangat baik. Adapun kemampuan sosial emosional menggunakan metode peran antara lain: a) Anak dapat mengekspresikan emosi sesuai dengan perannya. b) Anak dapat mentaati aturan yang berlaku dalam suatu permainan. The method used in this research is descriptive and the type of the research is Classroom Action Research. The subject in this research are a teacher and 15 children.
