Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of reward on the intrinsic motivation of students in the sociology subjects of class XI Matla'ul Anwar. The research method used is using quantitative research with a form of correlation study research. The study population was 60 students. The data source of this study was the students who were sampled using the XI class sampling technique as many as 53 students and the data was the student questionnaire answer sheet about the students' intrinsic reward and motivation. The results obtained showed that the reward for the intrinsic motivation of students was in the high category of 68.8 and 54.8%. The results of hypothesis testing show that there is a positive and significant effect between reward on intrinsic motivation and the price of r count (0.357)> r table (0.266). While the significance value (0.009) <significance level (0.05). The regression equation Y = 17.444 + 0.540 X shows that the reward increases by one, then intrinsic motivation increases by 0.128. The determinant value of adjusted R2 = 0.772, which means that the contribution of the influence of reward on the intrinsic motivation of students is very low 12.8% and 77.2 is determined by other factors that are not meticulous researchers  Keywords: Giving Reward, learning Sociology, Intrinsic Motivation of Students

Abstract

AbstractThis research was carried out as an effort to improve the creativity of early childhood. The research problem is "Can the project method improve creativity in children aged 5-6 years in Aisyiyah Busthanul PAUD Atfhal 3 Southeast Pontianak?". This study uses descriptive methods in the form of classroom action research. Specifically, it can be concluded as follows: (1). Learning planning to improve the creativity of children aged 5-6 years through the project method in Aisyiyah Busthanul PAUD Atfhal 3 Southeast Pontianak which the teacher has made has been categorized as "good" (2). The implementation of learning to improve the creativity of children aged 5-6 years through the project method at Aisyiyah Busthanul PAUD Atfhal 3 Southeast Pontianak that the teacher has made has been categorized as "good" (3). There are differences in children's creativity before and after learning is done using the project method. In accordance with the results of the study, the following suggestions can be given: (1) Teachers should be able to consider methods in the learning process (2) Teachers should provide more learning media so that children are more free and creative (3) Teachers can explore methods that can improve children's creativity.. Keywords: Enhancing Creativity, Through Project Methods

Abstract

Abstrak : Tujuan penelitian ini secara umum untuk mengetahui faktor ? faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan belajar kognitif peserta didik pada mata pelajaran ekonomi lintas minat kelas XI MIPA 4 SMAN 4 Pontianak. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif, dengan bentuk penelitian survey. Faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan prestasi belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi lintas minat pada siswa kelas XI MIPA 4 SMA Negeri 4 Pontianak, yaitu : Kesehatan, Intelegensi, Motivasi, Kesiapan atau Cara Belajar, Lingkungan Keluarga, Lingkungan Sekolah, Lingkungan Masyarakat. Faktor dominan dalam penelitian ini adalah faktor sekolah dan faktor kesiapan atau cara belajar, dengan persentase masing-masing 81,58%. Hasil penelitian ini tidak sejalan dengan hasil yang telah diteliti oleh Alim Muidah pada tahun 2011. Dimana dalam penelitian sebelumnya, faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi yaitu faktor lingkungan keluarga sebesar 17,21%. Hasil penelitian ini berbeda, dikarenakan objek penelitian yang berbeda pula. Kata Kunci : Keberhasilan, Belajar Kognitif, Lintas Minat   Abstract: This research generally aims to figure out factors which influence student?s cognitive learning achievement on cross vocational of economy subject in XI MIPA 4 Senior High School 4 Pontianak. Methods which used in this research is descriptive, and the form is survey. Factors which influence student?s achievement on cross vocational of economy subject in XI MIPA 4 Senior High School 4 Pontianak are: Health, intelligence, motivation, readiness or the way of study, family sphere, school sphere, society sphere. The main factors on this research are school sphere and readiness or the way of study, with each percentage 81, 58%. This research does not align with Alim Muidah?s research in 2011. On recent research, the main factor which influenced was family sphere 17, 21%. Abstract

Abstrak: Perkembangan mengungkapkan bahasa anak usia 4-5 tahun yaitu menjawab pertanyaan yang lebih kompleks, menyebutkan kelompok gambar yang  memiliki bunyi yang sama, berkomunikasi secara lisan, memiliki perbendaharaan kata, serta mengenal simbol-simbol untuk persiapan membaca, menulis dan berhitung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berkomunikasi melalui metode bercerita  pada anak usia 4-5 tahun di TK          Al-Izzah Kabupaten Bengkayang. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan metode deskriptif. Subjek penelitian yakni anak yang berjumlah 10 anak usia 4-5 tahun. Upaya meningkatkan kemampuan berkomunikasi melalui metode bercerita dapat diketegorikan berkembang sangat baik yakni: anak dapat mengulang kalimat sederhana, dan anak dapat mengutarakan pendapat kepada orang lain.   Kata Kunci: Berkomunikasi, Bercerita   Abstract: Language reveals development of children aged 4-5 years is to answer more complex questions, mentioning groups of images that have the same sound, communicate verbally, vocabulary, and recognize the symbols for the preparation of reading, writing and arithmetic. This study aims to improve the ability to communicate through storytelling in children aged 4-5 years in kindergarten       Al-Izzah Bengkayang. Forms of this research is classroom action research with descriptive methods. The subject of research that children who were 10 children aged 4-5 years. Efforts to improve communication skills through storytelling can be developed very well diketegorikan namely : children can repeat a simple sentence, and children can express their opinions to others .  Keyword: Communication, Storytelling

Abstract

AbstractThe aim of this research is to describe mathematical connection ability in materials of cube and cuboid based on junior high school's students' creativities. The aspects that was wanted to be clarified, namely: students' mathematical connection ability are creativity on fluency, flexibility, originality, and elaboration. studied from visual, auditory and kinesthetic learning styles This research measures creativity on four levels: fluency, flexibility, originality, and elaboration. The research method used is descriptive method in the form of case study. Data collection techniques  used are writing test of mathematical connection ability and interview. The subjects of this research are 37 nineth-grade students of SMPN 2 Pontianak. The result showed that students' mathematical connection ability based on creativity's fluency had a percentage of 88.50%, while based on creativity's flexibility had a percentage of 77.70%, creativity's originality had a percentage of 61.40% and creativity's elaboration had a percentage of 39.80%. In the end, it can be deduced that students' mathematical connection ability in materials of cube and cuboid based on junior high school's students' creativities was in the range of good category with percentage of 66.5%.Keywords: Creativity, Mathematical Connection Ability.

Abstract

Abstrak: Skripsi ini berjudul,? Pengaruh Motivasi Pengurus Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Koperasi Karyawan Tirta Dharma Kota Pontianak?. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Bagaimanakah Pengaruh Motivasi Pengurus Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Variabel dalam penelitian adalah terdiri dari 2 variabel.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah observasi non partisipan, wawancara terstruktur, angket, dan penelitian kepustakaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah validitas instrumen, reliabilitas instrumen, regresi linear sederhana, korelasi Rank Spearman dan koefisien determinasi.Hasil penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa bentuk persamaan regresi teruji adanya pengaruh motivasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Selain itu juga di dapat koefisien determinasi sebesar 62,88%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi memiliki pengaruh 62,88% terhadap kinerja karyawan dan sisanya sebesar 37,12% adalah variabel-variabel lain. Hambatan-hambatan yang dihadapi, terhadap pelaksanaan motivasi yaitu kurangnya dana untuk menambah tenaga kerja atau mengangkat karyawan dan pimpinan kurang mengevaluasi terhadap hasil kerja para karyawan, sehingga pelayanan terhadap konsumen kurang maksimal. Kata Kunci : Motivasi Pengurus, Kinerja Karyawan Abstract: his thesis entitled, "The Effect of Motivation on Employee Performance Management Employee Cooperative Tirta Dharma Pontianak City". This study aims to find out How Effect of Motivation on Employee Performance Management. Variables in the study is comprised of two variabel.Metode research is descriptive. Data collection technique is non-participant observation, structured interviews, questionnaires, and library research. Data analysis technique used is the validity of the instrument, instrument reliability, simple linear regression, Spearman rank correlation coefficient and determinasi.Hasil research, shows that this form of regression equation tested the influence of motivation on employee performance, in addition can also determination coefficient of 62.88 %. This suggests that the motivation to have influence on employee performance 62.88% and the remaining 37.12% is other variables. Obstacles encountered, the implementation of the motivation is the lack of funds to increase employment or less raised leaders and employees, evaluating the results of the employees, so that the service to the consumer less than the maximum. AbstractThe purpose of this research to determine the preparation design of interactive CD application to acquisition the  science learning on the sixth grade student of elementary school Torsina I south Singkawang.The research will be held in elementary school Torsina I south Singkawang, Singkawang city, using qualitative descriptive approach. the data collection techniques performed in this research were interview, observation and documentation. the data processing techniques used the examination of degree of confidence techniques.The results was found in research are 1. interactive media planning to acquisition the  science learning on the sixth grade student of elementary school Torsina I south Singkawang has been held according with the steps that have established by making the preparation of learning determining the purpose of use CD media, and the benefit of procedures. 2. The teacher have implemented use of CD media with the best of these steps.. 3. The obstacles was found by science teacher in elementary school Torsina I south Singkawang in the benefit of CD media is too low of teachers ability to use computer and media that will be used by teachers are not always available in school.                               Keywords: CD Media, To Improve The Achievement Of Science Learning

Abstract

Abstrak : Tujuan penelitian ini secara umum untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai pengaruh model kooperatif tipe Jigsaw terhadap hasil belajar IPS di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 11 Pontianak Kota. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen. Bentuk penelitian eksperimen yang digunakan adalah desain quasi eksperimen dengan jenis Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas IV Sekolah Dasar. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh hasil rata-rata post-test peserta didik 75,53. Dari hasil analisis uji-t diperoleh t hitung sebesar 4,38 dan t tabel =1,67. Ini berarti 4,38 > 1,67,  dengan kata lain t hitung > t tabel. Hal ini dapat menandakan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Kemudian, berdasarkan hasil perhitungan effect size (ES) diperoleh sebesar 1,096 dengan kriteria tergolong tinggi pada rentangan ES > 0,8. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Penggunaan Model Kooperatif tipe Jigsaw terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas IV Sekolah Dasar.Kata kunci : Model Kooperatif tipe Jigsaw dan Hasil BelajarAbstract : The aim of this study generally was to obtain information about the effect of jigsaw cooperative learning models toward learning achivement social studies (IPS) at Elementary School 11 Pontianak City. The method used in this research is the experimental method. The experimental research design in this study is quasy experiment. The type of it is Nonequivalent Contro Group Design. The sample in this study were all students of fourth grade elementary school. According data analyzed has been obtained the average of student post-test is 75.53. From data analyzed t-test has been yield tcount equal 4.38 and ttable = 1.67. It means that 4.38 >1.67. In other words tcount > ttable. The result indicated that Ho rejected and Ha accepted. Then, according the calculation of  the effect size (ES) has obtained 1.096 in the criteria is high to the part of the way ES > 0.8. It can be concluded that there is significant effect in using of jigsaw cooperative learning models toward learning achivement of the student elementary school fourth grade.Key Words : The Type Jigsaw Cooperative Models and Learning Achivement

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research is to analize the differerent of two stay two stray and probing prompting learning for spatial thinking skills in the XI grade studens of  SMA N 8 Pontianak. The research approach used a quantitative and an experiment method with quasi experiment form. The population in this research were students in the XI grade of SMA N 8 Pontianak 2019/2020 academic year. Data collection used multiple chioce test amounted to 30 questions and data analysis techniques used separated varians t-test. The results showed that spatial thinking skills of the first experimental class has an average value of 85,93, while the second experimental class has an average value of 76,32, gained Tarithmatic > Ttable, is 4,9>1,9934, which is means there are differences in the spatial thinking skills of students who apply two stay two stray and probing prompting learning in XI grade students of  SMA N 8 Pontianak.Keywords: Two Stay Two Stray, Probing Prompting, Spatial Thinking Skill

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dan menganalisis kemampuan penalaran adaptif siswa sebelum dan setelah diterapkannya  model Problem Based Learning (PBL) dengan pendekatan saintifik pada siswa di kelas VIII B Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) Negeri 3 Pontianak tahun pelajaran 2016-2017 dalam materi  lingkaran. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 33 siswa. Alat pengumpul data terdiri dari soal Pre-test, soal Post-Test dan pedoman wawancara yang berkaitan dengan penalaran adaptif siswa. Dari hasil analisis data Pre-Test dan Post-Test menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan penalaran adaptif yang signifikan setelah diterapkannya model Problem Based Learning dengan pendekatan saintifik, dan  peningkatannya berkatagori sedang. Kata Kunci: Penerapan model Problem Based Learning, Pendekatan Saintifik, dan Penalaran adaptif Abstract: This research is aimed to find out and analyze the students' adaptive reasoning abilities before and after the implementation of Problem Based Learning (PBL) model with scientific approach to students in grade VIII B SMP Negeri 3 Pontianak in Academic Year 2016-2017 on circle material. Research subjects were 33 students. The data collection tool consists of the Pre-test, Post-Test questions and interview guidelines relating to students' adaptive reasoning. From the analysis of Pre-Test and Post-Test data showed that there was a significant increase of adaptive reasoning after the application of Problem Based Learning model with scientific approach, and the improvement was medium level  catagory. .
