Abstract

AbstractThis study was aimed to look at the characteristics of students who lack career maturity, the factors that cause students who lack career maturity and the efforts of Guidance and Counseling teachers in dealing with students who lack career maturity at SMP Negeri 03 Pontianak in 2020. Research methods used qualitative descriptive with a case study approach. The subjects in this study were three students who lack career maturity. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and interviews. Based on the results of research that has been done, there were characteristics of students who lack career maturity, namely in choosing career choices not based on interests, hesitating in making career choices, and unable to make their own decisions. The factors that cause students to lack career maturity were interested factors, peer factors, parental factors, and economic factors. Guidance and Counseling teachers' efforts in helping students who lack career maturity were providied information services, group counseling.Keywords:Analysis, Career Maturity, Students

Abstract

This study aims to modify the grip strength of heavy lifters to improve grip strength during deadlift training so that weight lifters can increase grip strength and make it easier for coaches to train. This research is a research development or Research and Development (R&D). This research was conducted in several steps, namely: potentials and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, product trials, product revisions, usage trials. Modification of the grip strength equipment in weight lifters was first validated by material experts, practice experts, 9 respondents as product trials and 12 respondents as product trials. The results of this study are suitable for use as a grip strength training tool in weight lifters. This is seen from material experts 92% and practice experts 90% as well as product trials on a scale of 58.78% and large-scale trials of 88.70%. Thus it can be said that the modification of the grip strength device in lifters is declared feasible to be used as an exercise aid.Keywords: Power Tool Modification, Grip, Weight Lifter

Abstract

AbstractThe study was to evaluate the availability of children's collections in the archive service library and the regional library. The method used was a qualitative research method. The thing to do in providing a collection of children was to make a selection, which in turn makes a collection. Selecting a collection of children was tailored to the library's environment in making a collection of children using two ways to make it possible without a time limit, depending on the user's need to do it by purchasing the book store. Studies sbeowed that the library's library's collection of 80 books with 309 copies that are still fairly low in the 2019 child collection, so library authorities are required to supplement the child's collection of information and address the needs of the neighborhood user to a high degree of 2019 child collections.Keywords: evaluation, availability of collection, child collection

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran guru sebagai pembimbing, motivator dan fasilitator dalam melatih kemandirian anak usia 5-6 tahun di Taman Kanak-kanak Kristen Immanuel II Sungai Raya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru dan anak usia 5-6 tahun di kelas B3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran guru sebagai pembimbing, membimbing anak-anak, mengawasi anak, menjelaskan dan memberi contoh terlebih dahulu kepada anak, dan memberi kesempatan kepada anak untuk mencoba melakukannya sendiri. Guru sebagai motivator, memotivasi anak-anak dengan memberikan pengertian, semangat dan pujian. Guru sebagai fasilitator, memberikan fasilitas seperti mainan-mainan, buku-buku pembelajaran dan memfasilitasi kegiatan anak.   Kata Kunci: Peran Guru, Kemandirian, Anak Usia Dini Abstract: This study aims to determine the role of the teacher as a mentor, motivator and facilitator in training independence of children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Immanuel Christian II Sungai Raya. The method used in this study is a qualitative method. The subjects were teachers and children aged 5-6 years in the class B3. The results showed that the role of teachers as mentors, guiding children, supervise children, explain and give examples of prior to the child, and provide opportunities for children to try to do it yourself. Teachers as a motivator, motivating children to give understanding, encouragement and praise. Abstract

AbstractThe focus of the research is the design and implementation of inculcating the character values ofresponsibility and independence in thematic learning during the pandemic in class V of Sungai RayaKepulauan Elementary School. The purpose of the study was to analyze the design andimplementation of the inculcation of the character values of responsibility and independence in fifthgrade students of Sungai Raya Kepulauan Elementary School. This research uses descriptivequalitative research method. The research subjects were teachers and students of class V ElementarySchool. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation.The data analysis used is qualitative analysis. The research data shows that the inculcation of thecharacter values of responsibility and independence in fifth grade elementary school students inSungai Raya Islands has been carried out through thematic learning, by observing student activitieswhen doing evaluations at the end of learning. This study recommends that to instill character valuescan be done at all grade levels and carried out since students come to school. The teacher's barriers toinstilling the character values of responsibility and independence are the impact of the pandemicwhich requires students to study from home and restrictions on the time and number of students in oneclass.Keywords: Character Value, Independence, Responsibility

Abstract

AbstractThis study aimed to describe the method of developing empathy for children aged 5-6 years in families at Bina Anak Muslim Kindergarten in Singkawang City. The research method used is descriptive method in the form of qualitative research. Subjects in this study were parents, totaling 10 people at Bina Anak Muslim Kindergarten in Singkawang City. The location of this research was at the parents' house, namely in Pasiran Village, West Singkawang District. This study used two data collection techniques were documentation and interviews. The results of this study showed that the storytelling method was carried out by parents by providing material according to the child's condition through story books and videos displayed via cellphones, the lecture method was carried out by parents through an approach to children accompanied by advice and examples of actions taken by parents so that children would imitate what parents say, while the habituation method is applied through daily activities accompanied by an approach with children, giving children the opportunity to do something related to empathy towards friends and the surrounding environment and getting children to share.Keywords: Development Method Empathy

Abstract

This research discusses the form of lingual units, lexical meanings and grammatical meanings found in traditional food made from taek lalak in Tri Kembang Village, Sambas Regency, then implemented in procedural text material for class VII of the Merdeka Curriculum. The aim of this research is to identify lexical forms related to tools, ingredients, how to make and how to serve traditional food made from taek lalak and then describe them using descriptive methods in qualitative form. The data source in this research is the people of Tri Kembang Village who speak the Sambas Dialect Malay Language (BMDS). Data collection techniques in this research used observation and interview techniques. This research produced 75 forms of lexicon, in the form of 16 tool lexicons, 23 material lexicons, 28 how to lexicons, and 8 how to lexicons. The lexical meanings identified in this study based on the form of lingual units found 42 monomorphemic forms, 19 polymorphemic forms, and 14 phrase forms. The grammatical meaning identified in this research has 1 data related to the tools used, 14 data related to the materials used, 14 data related to how to make it, and 4 data related to how to present it.

AbstractThe purpose of this research is to describe the form of lingual unit terminology Rantual Sabbath Rantual Nika Mpalakng Customary Marriage in Dayak Kualatn Community in Petebang Hamlet. Describe the meaning of the term Native Mpalakng Marriage Sabbath Ritual Marriage for the Qualified Dayak Society in Petebang Hamlet. Describe the cultural meaning in the ritual of the Sabbath Rantual Nika Mpalakng Traditional Wedding Ceremony in Kualatn Dayak Society in Petebang Hamlet. The method in this research is descriptive qualitative. The approach is sociolinguistic. Data collection techniques are competent see involved, free see involved, record, record. Data collection tools are recording paper, questionnaires, stationery, recording devices. The cultural term in the Sabbath Rantual Nika Mpalakng Traditional Marriage Ceremony in the Dayak Kualatn Community in Petebang Hamlet consists of 25 data. Of the 25 data, it is divided into 2 parts, 6 data from Bapama, 19 basalobar data. Data from further research and can be used as objects of cultural heritage that should be preserved and can be used as guidelines in daily communication, especially the user community through local wisdom hidden in this custom.Keywords: Culture, Gantung Nika Malaking, Traditional Marriage, Dayak Kualatn in Petebang Hamlet.

Abstract

This research aims to provide the impact of using the dakon number instrument on students' cognitive outcomes in mathematics learningl in lclass Vl of lSD Negeril 11l East lPontianak. The lmethod applied is an experiment withl la Quasi lExperimental ldesign, namely lNonequivalent Control Groupl Design. The total sample consisted of 48 students from two classes. The research population included 24 studentsl from lclass VAl and 24 lstudents lfrom classl VB. Data collection was carried out through measurement techniques, using written tests in presentation format as a data collection tool. From data analysis, the average final test result for the experimental class was 74.3, while for the control class it was 63.625. Hypothesis testing with the t test (separated variance) produces a t value of 1.908, while t table (α = 5% and dk = 24 + 24 "“ 2 = 46) is 1.6801. With tcount ttable, Ha is accepted. These results indicate that therel is la lsignificant differencel in lthe final ltest resultsl between the two classes of studentsl in thel experimental classl and thel control lclass, in other words, it proves thatl therel is an influencel of lthe usel of number dakon teachingl aids onl thel cognitive mathematics learning outcomes of class V students at SD lNegeri 11 East Pontianak. Basedl on lthe resultsl of lthe effect size calculation, the result was 1.119, which is included in the high criteria

Abstract

AbstractMotoric development is an essential factor in children's development. It develops along with the maturity of their nerves and muscles. Thus, every movement is the result of multiple interaction patterns of various parts of the body system that is controlled by the brain. Dancing is an engaging activity for children that can develop their gross motoric skills in a fun way. The poor gross motoric skills of children often occur because the activities provided by the teacher are less attractive; they do more fine motoric activities than gross motoric activities. This study aims to determine the development of gross motoric skills through dancing activities in children at Harapan Indah Islamic Kindergarten, Pontianak. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR), involving 23 children. The data collection methods used were observation, used to collect data on children's gross motoric development, and interviews, conducted with class B6 teachers to find out the strategy applied to develop children's gross motor skills. Based on the results of daily measurements, the children's gross motoric development has increased progressively by a percentage of 88%. Therefore, the attempt to develop children's gross motoric skills at the Harapan Indah Pontianak Islamic Kindergarten group B2 is successful.Keywords: Classroom Action Research, Dance, Gross Motoric Development,
