Abstract

Learning media is a means to convey the contents of the material, making it easier for teachers to convey the contents of the subject matter, making it easier for teachers to convey messages or to students. One model of learning media is a learning resource that contains material, as well as pictures related to the material that will be delivered by the teacher, with this media it can help students understand the material in an easy way and can attract students' interest. One of the learning media used is booklet media where a booklet is a book that has a minimum of 5 pages but no more than 48 pages on the cover count. This study aims to determine the feasibility of media booklets in the sub-matter of economic growth and development and to determine students' perceptions of media booklets in class XI SMA Negeri 1 Sengah Temila. The research method used is descriptive analysis method in qualitative research and the data collection technique used is interviews. The results showed that the booklet learning media made for the material on the concept of economic growth and development at SMA Negeri 1 Sengah Temila is appropriate for use in the learning process.

Abstract

AbstractThe focus in this study was to analyze: (1) Forms of implementing professional training; (2) Impact of professional training on improving employee service skills; (3) Factors constraining the implementation of professional training; & (4) Solutions to overcome factors that constrain the implementation of professional training. This study used a qualitative approach, this research was conducted at PT. Equity Bank Credit Bank Ukabima Pontianak. The research subjects were all 13 employees. The technique of collecting data was in-depth interviews with Focus Group Interview (FGI) and documentary studies. The results of the study indicate the following: (1) The form of implementation of banking professional training consists of credit training and operational training; (2) Training of banking professionals has an impact on: (a) increasing employee motivation; (b) the ability to find alternative solutions to problems; (c) Increased employee confidence in performing services to customers; & (d) calm in solving problems; (3) Factors constraining the implementation of professional training consist of: (a) short training time; (b) coach language which tends to be "high"; & (c) conducting training during working hours; (4) Solutions to overcome constraints were: (a) adequate (extended) scheduling of training time; (b) increase the frequency of training; (c) book training materials (pocket books); & (d) make digital guidebooks. Key words: Banking, Credit, Operation, Professional Training

Abstract

Abstract This study aimed to produce a professional 3D pageflip learning multimedia. This method used the research and development method with the ADDIE design. The development procedure was the pre-development stage, the development stage and the trial, revision and evaluation stage. The results of the media expert validation obtained an average value of 3.73. The results of the material expert validation obtained an average value of 3.81. The results of the design expert validation obtained an average value of 3.88 with very valid criteria (range of values 0-4). The average posttest learning outcomes of students was 86.07 ≥75 (KKM). The increase is also seen from the paired two-sample t test showing the t value (17.577) ≥ t table (2.05954) there was a difference before and after using professional 3D pageflip multimedia improves student learning outcomes. Abstract

This study aims to determine the process of online learning geography subjects during the Covid-19 pandemic at SMAN 2 Sungai Kakap, especially in Class XI IIS 3. The online learning carried out at SMAN 2 Sungai Kakap is the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. The Covid-19 pandemic effected the learning process to be done by online with the aim of preventing the transmission of Covid-19. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Qualitative descriptive approach was used to know and explain the facts about the online learning process of geography subjects during the Covid-19 pandemic at SMAN 2 Sungai Kakap, especially in Class XI IIS 3. The results of this study indicate the approriateness of the learning process undertaken, in particular during process of preparation, implementation and evaluation. In every completed process, it has fulfilled the online learning aspects in the form of hardware, software, and brainware. Apart from fulfilling the aspects of online learning, there are some technical problems related to network disturbances.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the social relantions between peneaple farmers and peneaple treders in Galang Village,Sungai Pinyuh District. The research method used in this study is qualitative research methods. The sample of data in this study are peneapple farmers and peneapple treders in Galang Village. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, interview, and documentation, while the tools used in data collection are observation guides, interview guides and notebooks. The analysis in this study is presented in a qualitative descriptive. The sample are 6 informants, consisf 3 pineapple farmers and 3 pineapple trades in Galang Village. The results of this study are between pineapple farmers and pineapple trades had social relantionship, that are cooperation, accomodation, assimilation, and acculturation. Besides that there are also had some factors to made good relations between farmers and traders, namely attitude of trust and sportsmanship. But in this social relantionship had many obstacles there are stereotype barriers and prejudice barriers. Keywords: Social Relations, farmers, Traders

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research is to improve students’ learning outcomes in the subject matter of Dayak musical by using audio visual media. This research used descriptive methods, with the qualitative approach. The research method applied is a classroom action research with the cycle of planning, acting, observing and reflecting. The subject of this research is class X especially class X IPS2 of SMAN 1 Sejangkung, Sambas district. Data collecting that are applied in this research are the observation sheet, test, and documentation. Based on the results, using audio visual media can improve students’ learning outcomes in the subject matter of Dayak musical. It can be seen from the results test obtained by the students in cycle 1 and cycle 2. After the action is done in cycle 1 there is an increase in the average value that was 69.8. after that, the next processed with action in cycle 2, the increase is obtained that was 94.2.       Keywords: Audio Visual Media, Dayak Musical Instrument.

Abstract

Abstrak: Masalah penelitian (1) Bagaimana pengaruh status sosial keluarga terhadap perilaku belajar siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Raya Kabupaten Kubu Raya? Sub masalah (a) Bagaimana status sosial keluarga siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Raya? (b) Bagaimana perilaku belajar siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Raya? (c) Apakah ada pengaruh status sosial keluarga terhadap perilaku belajar siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Raya? (d) Seberapa besar pengaruh status sosial keluarga terhadap perilaku belajar siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Raya? Variabel bebas (X) Status Sosial Keluarga dan variabel terikat (Y) Perilaku Belajar Siswa. Metode penelitian digunakan metode kuantitatif dengan bentuk penelitian studi korelasi. Populasi 280 siswa dan penarikan sampel dengan teknik Simpel Random Sampling sampel 165 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data komunikasi tidak langsung dan dokumenter. Instrumen pengumpul data angket dan dokumen. Hasil penelitian membuktikan Hipotesis Alternatif (Ha) diterima, Hipotesis Nol (Ho) ditolak. (1) Kategori rendah (24%). (a) Status sosial keluarga kategori tinggi (52%). (b) Perilaku belajar siswa kategori cukup (35,15%). (c) Ada pengaruh. (d) Sebesar 24% (“rendah”). Kata kunci : Status Sosial Keluarga, Perilaku Belajar Siswa Abstract: The research problem (1) How does the social status of the family on the behavior of students of class X SMA Negeri 1 Kubu Raya Sungai Raya? "Sub-problems (a) How does the social status of the family class X SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Raya? (B) How does the behavior of students of class X SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Raya? (C) Is there any influence of social status on the behavior of students of class X SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Raya? (D) How big is the influence of social status on the behavior of students of class X SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Raya? ". The independent variable (X) Social Status Family and the dependent variable (Y) Student Conduct. The research method used quantitative methods to study the form of correlation studies. The population of 280 students and a sampling technique Simple Random Sampling 165 samples of students. Data collection techniques and documentary indirect communication. Questionnaire data collection instruments and documents. The research proves Alternative Hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. (1) Category low (24%). (A) high social status of the family category (52%). (B) Conduct of student learning enough category (35.15%). (C) There is an effect. Abstract

AbstractMarriage is a form of sacred bond in unifying relationships,namely the relationshipbetween men and women and also a bond in uniting two different families.in Javanesetraditional it has a unique traditional, namely Temu Manten. This study aimed to describethe shift in the meaning of Temu Manten in Javanese traditional marriages in WonosariHamlest, Tebang Kacang Village, Sungai Raya District, Kubu Raya Regency. This studyused a qualitative method with a descriptive-ethnographic approach. Data collectiontechiques used were observation guidelines, interview guidelines, and documentationtools. The data analysis during collection, data presentation or data display, and drawingconclusions or verification. Validation data used were the source and techniquetriangulation. Based on research conducted by Temu Manten Tradition, starting from theprocession of the Bride and Groom, Balangan Gantal, Wiji Dadi, Sindur, Dulangan,Kacar-Kucur, and Sungkeman procession. There was a shift in meaning in bridalprocession, which originally used Kembar Mayang and now it does not use it. And in WijiDadi procession, which originally used Kembar Mayang and now it does not use it. Andin Wiji Dadi procession, where the groom"™s feet are washed by his family, now his wifewashes his feet. The conclusion in this study is that those who experience a shift inmeaning in the procession of the bride and groom which originally used KembarMayang, now does not use it. And in Wiji Dadi procession, the firsh one who washes thethe feed of the groom"™s family and now his feed are washed by his wife.Keywords: Tradition, Wedding, Java.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to describe the terminology of traditional medicine 'Barai' in the Bekambae Dayak community. This study mainly discussed the terminology, the word class, lexical meaning, grammatical meaning, cultural meaning, and implementation of traditional medicine 'Barai' on the Bekambe Dayak community towards teaching and learning instruction. The method used in this research is descriptive in the form of qualitative. Data collection techniques applied were observation, interview, note-taking, and recording. Overall, 152 data on the terminology of traditional medicine 'Barai' in the Bekambae Dayak community consist of 8 data in terms of tools, 25 data on materials, 23 data on cultural objects, 6 data on disease names, 5 data on perpetrators, 11 data on taboo terms, and 74 data on stages. The word class consists of 57 data on monomorphemic, 7 data on polymorphemic, 30 data on phrases, 18 data on compound words, and 2 data on reduplication. The meanings contained in the terminology of traditional medicine 'Barai' in the Bekambae Dayak community consist of 152 data on lexical, 40 data on grammatical, and 148 data on cultural meanings. The results of the research were implemented into the Indonesian language instruction in the form of a descriptive text.Keywords: Terminology, Traditional Medicine, Barai, Bekambae Dayak Community.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi efektivitas penggunaan lagu bahasa Inggris sebagai alat bantu dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa di kelas 6A SDS Amkur Pemangkat. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain pretest-posttest one-group, melibatkan 26 siswa. Lagu bahasa Inggris "We are a Family" oleh Jack Hartmann digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner Motivated Strategies for Learning Questionnaire (MSLQ) yang diadaptasi untuk mengukur motivasi intrinsik dan ekstrinsik siswa sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan dalam motivasi belajar siswa setelah penggunaan lagu. Rata-rata nilai pretest adalah 63.31 dengan standar deviasi 1.99, sementara nilai rata-rata posttest adalah 72.73 dengan simpangan baku 5.52. Uji Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test menghasilkan nilai p sebesar 2.98 x 10^-8, yang menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan antara hasil pretest dan posttest. Lagu tersebut mampu menciptakan suasana belajar yang lebih menyenangkan, meningkatkan partisipasi siswa dalam pembelajaran, serta membantu mereka mengingat kosakata dan struktur bahasa dengan lebih baik. Penelitian ini menyoroti bahwa lagu dapat berperan sebagai media yang efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar, terutama dalam pembelajaran bahasa Inggris di sekolah dasar. Meski demikian, penelitian ini memiliki keterbatasan dalam hal populasi yang terbatas, sehingga hasilnya tidak bisa digeneralisasi untuk seluruh sekolah dasar. Penelitian lebih lanjut dengan jumlah subjek yang lebih besar dan variasi lagu yang berbeda disarankan untuk melihat dampak yang lebih luas.
