Abstract

Abstrak Sebagai salah satu sekolah yang menerapkan kurikulum 2013, SMAN 1 Sigli dituntut mampu menggunakan IT dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik. Hal ini merupakan hambatan dalam implementasi kurikulum 2013 di SMAN 1 Sigli, maka perlu menerapkan IT dalam model pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh model PBL berbantuan IT terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi fluida statis di SMAN 1 Sigli. Metode quasi experiment dengan pretest posttest, control group design yang dilaksanakan di SMAN 1 Sigli tahun pelajaran 2016/2017. Pemilihan sampel dengan teknik random sampling, memilih 2 (dua) dari 5 (lima) kelas yang terdapat di SMAN 1 Sigli. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan soal tes untuk melihat pengaruh model PBL berbantuan IT terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi fluida statis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar peserta didik mencapai 85% kategori tinggi pada kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol hanya 65%, hasil pengujian hipotesis didapat thitung > ttabel yaitu 2,61 > 1,68. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model PBL berbantuan IT dalam pembelajaran fisika terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi fluida statis di SMAN 1 Sigli. Model PBL berbantuan IT dapat diterapkan dalam pembelajaran untuk membuat peserta didik lebih aktif, namun terdapat kelemahan pada kegiatan merumuskan masalah dan berhipotesis. Kata Kunci: PBL berbantuan IT; fluida; hasil belajar. Abstract As one of the schools implementing the 2013 curriculum, SMAN 1 Sigli is required to use IT in improving learners' learning outcomes. This is an obstacle in the implementation of the 2013 curriculum in SMAN 1 Sigli, it is necessary to apply IT in the learning model. This study aims to determine the effect of IT assisted PBL model on student learning outcomes on static fluid material at SMAN 1 Sigli. Quasi experimental method with pretest posttest, control group design implemented in SMAN 1 Sigli in academic year 2016/2017. Selection of sample by random sampling technique, choose 2 (two) from 5 (five) class which is in SMAN 1 Sigli. The data was collected using test questions to see the effect of IT assisted PBL model on students' learning outcomes on static fluid materials. The result of the research shows that the students' learning achievement reaches 85% high category in the experimental class and the control class is only 65%, the result of hypothesis testing is tcount> ttable is 2.61> 1.68. Based on the result of this research, it can be concluded that there is influence of IT assisted PBL model in physics learning toward student learning outcomes on static fluid material at SMAN 1 Sigli. IT-assisted PBL models can be applied in learning to make learners more active, but there are weaknesses in problem-forming and hypothesizing activities. Keywords: IT assisted PBL; fluida; learning outcomes.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendekatan metakognitif model Reciprocal Teaching (RT) dan Problem Based Learning (PBL), kemandirian belajar dan kemampuan berpikir kritis serta interaksinya terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimental faktorial 2x2x2 dengan subjek penelitian seluruh mahasiswa P.MIPA yang mengambil mata kuliah Biologi Umum tahun ajaran 2011/2012. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) pembelajaran dengan pendekatan metakognitif model PBL secara signifikan lebih baik dibandingkan model RT; (2) kemandirian belajar tinggi secara signifikan lebih baik dibandingkan kemandirian belajar rendah; (3) kemampuan berpikir kritis tinggi secara signifikan lebih baik dibandingkan kemampuan berpikir kritis rendah; (4) terdapat interaksi antara model pembelajaran dengan kemandirian belajar; (5) terdapat interaksi antara model pembelajaran dengan kemampuan berpikir kritis; (6) tidak terdapat interaksi antara kemandirian belajar dan kemampuan berpikir kritis; (7) tidak terdapat interaksi antara model pembelajaran dengan kemandirian belajar dan kemampuan berpikir kritis. Abstract

This study aims to describe the quality of teaching materials developed in the form of ethnomatematic Student Worksheets (LKS) in building understanding of students' initial concepts that are valid, practical and effective. This research is a development research that refers to the simplified Thiagarajan 4-D model into three stages including defining, designing, developing. The product produced is a Student Activity Sheet based on ethnomatematics in building understanding of concepts, lesson plans and Tests of Learning Outcomes so that learning objectives are achieved. The results of the study show that the Student Activity Sheet is ethnomatemically based in developing the initial concept of student understanding that has been developed to meet the criteria of valid, practical and effective.

Abstract

The nutrition level of fermented palm sugar solution using snow lotus (Saussurea involucrata) has been analyzed. It is necessary to determine it before this product is consumed by public. Palm sugar solution had been fermented using snow lotus (Saussurea involucrata) for 72 hour. The palm sugar solution before and after fermentation was analyzed its nutrition level such as protein, carbohydrates, vitamin C and alcohol level (methanol and ethanol) based on MUI and BPOM. After fermentation the level of protein, carbohydrates, vitamin C with consecutive is 0.557%; 1.81 mg/kg and 5.71 mg/kg. The level of protein content increased by 55 % and 42 % for carbohydrates, but the level of vitamin C decreased 16% when it compared to palm sugar solution before fermentation. Methanol wasn’t detected in fermented product after 72 hour, while ethanol is still below the threshold set by the MUI and Badan POM is 0.8%, so it is safe for consumption. Abstract

This purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of inquiry model to improve the students` activity and comprehension of concept on the material about food digestion system to the eight year students (class VIII) of SMP Negeri 1 Sukadana in academic year 2008/2009. The sample of this research consists of one class that is class VIII A. The tool of data collecting forms essay test that consists 6 items. The essay test has been validated by 2 validators and it had reliability 0,47 or categorized sufficient. Based on the result of data analysis, the students` comprehension of concept on the material is 64,53% and includes good category. Meanwhile, the students` activity percentage is 85,15% and includes active category. Therefore, it can be concluded that the implementation of inquiry model can improve the students` activity and comprehension of concept on the material about food digestion system.

Abstract

Early age is generally the period of playing for children. The interaction among them when they are playing together actually shows social values. The values such as helping each other, togetherness are built up within them when they are playing. This social system consists of children activities where their interaction, contact, and togetherness are based on certain patterns. The children are directed toward psychological situation and condition to develop happiness, enjoying beauty, expressing feeling through words and rhythm which make learning more enjoyable. Abstract

The teacher is a component of education that plays an important role in teaching and learning activities and is able to master learning in schools with models and methods that can make students understand the lessons given by the teacher. Therefore the 3D model carried out by the teacher knows the increase in understanding of concepts and learning activities about food webs as well as looking at students' responses to the food web model. The method used in this study uses the R D method to produce the following research data: Increased understanding of concepts 88%, increasing student learning activities on the criteria of learning activities is very high (29%) and high (59%) and student responses show high enthusiasm namely Strongly Agree (47%), Agree (37%), Doubtful (11%), Disagree (4%) and Strongly Disagree (2%).

Abstract

Authentic assessment is assessment instrument that assess the learning process and learning outcomes of students. Authentic assessment instrument which developed in this research is project assessment instrument with storyboard product. This study aims to develop project assessment instruments which are valid, reliable and effective to be used for all of the students. The research method used is the modified 4-D model. This research implemented in grade class XI of SMA N 10 Semarang and subjects of research is students in class XI with IPA concentration. The results of research showed that project assessment instruments valid, reliable, and proper to used for assessing learning process and learning outcomes. Project assessment instrument effective used in learning, because the vmean of project assessment and learning outcomes all of students gained a value with the minimum criteria of good, also there is an ascendant of N-gain with high category for students visual, student auditory, and student kinesthetic. Abstract

In the first cycle  implementing cooperative learning TPS the students’ mastery is as high as 18% of 33 students, the second cycle there is an increase to 48.48%. Because they have not reached minimal passing grade, the cycle is continued to the third cycle with the achievement grade  93.93% which is more than expectation. Therefore, the application of cooperative to study aims to improve students' mastery of learning outcomes in circular motion. The study was conducted on the class XF MAN 2 in even semester, using cooperative learning methods TPS with the helping of peer tutors. The researching forms an action research with 3 cycles. The results showed that polling method with the help of peer tutors can improve student learning outcomes in the thoroughness of the material optical instruments.Keywords: Cooperative polling, peer tutoring assistance.

Abstract

The diversity of homegardens plants in the tropics region is very high. Therefore, homegarden can be a conservation site for local species. In addition, homegarden plays an important role in providing food resources for rural communities, especially for farmers. The community at Tanjungan Village is one of the communities in Lampung that almost entirely work as farmers. Ethnobotanical studies of the community are still rarely carried out, therefore this research was conducted. The purpose of this study is to explain the composition of homegarden plants in Tanjungan Village. Secondly to explain the diversity of homegarden plant species used as daily food. The third to describe a source of homegarden plants acquisition at Tanjungan Village. Research data were collected using participant observation interview methods and questionnaires, then the data were analyzed using qualitative approach. The results showed that as many as 155 species, 15 cultivars, and 5 variants belonging to 58 families compiled the diversity of homegarden plants at Tanjungan Village. Recorded as many as 13 use categories of homegarden plants which food is the highest category of species (66 species and 11 cultivars 34 families). Fabaceae is the family with the highest number of food species (6 sp.). The most commonly found food plants are gedang (Carica papaya) with the frequency of discovery 27 times. The source of the acquisition of the seeds of the garden plants in Pekon Tanjungan, namely the collection from neighbors, seeds from the garden, spontaneous growing seeds, sellers of plant seeds, and the distribution of seedlings from the local agricultural service.AbstrakKeanekaragaman tanaman pekarangan di wilayah tropis sangat tinggi sehingga pekarangan dapat menjadi situs konservasi bagi spesies lokal. Selain itu, pekarangan memainkan peran penting dalam menyediakan sumber makanan untuk masyarakat pedesaan, terutama bagi para petani. Masyarakat Pekon Tanjungan, di Kabupaten Tanggamus, Lampung hampir seluruhnya bekerja sebagai petani. Sejauh ini, studi etnobotani pada pekarangan masyarakat tersebut masih jarang ditemukan. Oleh karena itu dilakukan penelitian ini dengan tujuan, pertama menginventarisasi spesies dan komposisi tanaman pekarangan di Pekon Tanjungan. Kedua, menganalisis spesies tanaman pekarangan yang digunakan sebagai bahan pangan. Ketiga, mengetahui sumber perolehan tanaman pekarangan di Pekon Tanjungan. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode wawancara observasi partisipan dan kuesioner, kemudian data dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 155 spesies, 15 kultivar, dan 5 varian yang tergolong dalam 58 famili tumbuhan menyusun keanekaragaman tanaman pekarangan di Desa Tanjungan. Tercatat sebanyak 13 kategori penggunaan tanaman pekarangan. Bahan pangan merupakan kategori guna dengan jumlah spesies tertinggi (66 spesies dan 11 kultivar 34 famili). Sebagian besar spesies tersebut berasal dari suku Fabaceae yakni sebanyak 6 spesies. Tanaman pangan yang paling banyak ditemukan adalah gedang (Carica papaya) dengan frekuensi penemuan 27 kali. Sumber perolehan bibit tanaman pekaraga di Pekon Tanjungan, yaitu tetangga, kebun, benih tumbuh spontan, penjual bibit tanaman, dan dinas pertanian setempat.Kata Kunci: etnobotani pekarangan, sumber bahan pangan, komposisi tanaman pekarangan, pekon tanjungan
