Abstract

Supply chain management is the planning, design and control of the flow of information and goods along the supply chain with the aim of meeting customer requirements efficiently for the present and the future. CV. Miracle Kurnia Farm is a company operating in the horticultural agribusiness sector and there have been several problems related to supply chain management, including delivery delays, limited inventory, and problems in product quality control. The aim of this research is to describe supply chain management and analyze supply chain performance in horticultural farming at CV. Miracle Kurnia Farm. The research results showed that the value of supply chain performance at CV. Miracle Kurnia Farm showed a result of 85.4, supply chain performance is classified as good. Factors such as good planning, efficient resource management, orderly logistics distribution and efficient returns handling have contributed to the overall optimal performance. This value reflects success in managing the horticultural supply chain, supporting business sustainability, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of cyberloafing, locus of control and work discipline on employee performance. The population and sample of this research is research on educational staff at the University of 17 August 1945 Banyuwangi, totaling 63 respondents. The method used in this research uses quantitative methods, sampling techniques using non-probability sampling techniques, namely saturated samples (census). Data analysis takes the form of outlier test, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, determination test (R2), and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that the F count > F table test results are 4.224 > 2.811, and the sig value is 0.010 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that the influence of Cyberloafing, Locus of control and Work Discipline simultaneously influence the dependent variable, namely employee performance. The Adjusted R Square value is 0.168 or 1.68%, meaning that employee performance is influenced by cyberloafing, locus of control and work discipline, while the remaining 82.3% of employee performance is influenced by other variables that are not known in this research.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Recruitment, Selection, Job Placement and HR Quality on Employee Performance. The population and sample of this research are the researchof PT. Pelindo Multi Terminal Branch Tanjung Wangi. Data analysis in the form of validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, (R²) determination tests, and hypothesis tests. The results of this study that the results of the F test sig values of 0.000 < 0.05 and F count > Ftable, which is 12.457 > 2.56 can be interpreted as the influence of Recruitment, Selection, Job Placement and HR that simultaneously (simultaneously) affect the dependent variable, namely employee performance behavior. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.589 or 58.9% means that employee performance is influenced by recruitment, selection, job placement and HR quality while the remaining 41.1% of employee’s performance is influenced by other variables that were not studied in this study

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of high-performance work systems and servant leadership on organizational performance through the mediating role of employee engagement at Bank Indonesia Lhokseumawe Representative Office. The data in this research were 133 employees who responded to the questionnaire distributed via Google Forms. The data analysis tool uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is operated with Amos. The research results found that High-Performance Work Systems (HPWS) and Servant Leadership have a significant effect on employee engagement and employee performance. Employee engagement also significantly improves employee performance. In testing the mediating effect of employee engagement, it became a partial mediating variable between High-Performance Work Systems (HPWS) and Servant Leadership on the performance of Bank Indonesia Aceh Representative employees. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide an important contribution to stakeholders in developing employee development strategies as an important resource for every organization.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how service quality influences consumer satisfaction at the Ganda Bakery in Pematangsiantar. The consumer satisfaction indicators used consist of fulfilling consumer expectations, attitude or desire to use the product, recommending to other parties, service quality, loyalty, good reputation, location. then the indicators of reliability used consist of compliance with promises, responsibility, good impression, punctuality, appropriate information. The indicators of responsiveness used consist of fast service, helping consumers, responsive handling of responses. Indicators of assurance consist of communication, credibility, security, competence. Indicators of empathy consist of access, communication, ability to understand customers. Furthermore, indicators of physical evidence consist of the latest or newest equipment, attractive physical facilities, neat appearance and appropriate physical facilities. Where all these variables will be used using the Likert scale. The data used in this study is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 130 consumers who buy at Ganda Bakery in Pematangsiantar. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using the help of SPSS software version 25. The results showed that reliability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty and physical evidence partially had a positive and significant effect on the consumer satisfaction at the Ganda Bakery in Pematangsiantar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of system quality, information quality, and service quality on customer satisfaction in ordering food through the JuangJek Application in Bireuen Regency. The quality indicators of the system used consist of ease of use, accessibility, interactivity, and website innovativeness. Then information quality indicators consist of intrinsic information quality, contextual information quality, representation information quality, and accessibility information quality. Furthermore, service quality indicators consist of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and emphaty. While customer satisfaction indicators consist of overall satisfaction, confirmation of expectations, delivery speed, application satisfaction, and repurchase intention. The data used in this study was primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 110 JuangJek Application users in Bireuen Regency. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using the help of SPSS software version 26. The results showed that system quality, information quality, and service quality had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction in ordering food through the JuangJek Application in Bireuen Regency.

Abstract

This research aims to see the influence of hedonic shopping value on interest in buying discount products (Case Study of the Isano Collection Lhokseumawe Store). The sampling technique in this research is accidental sampling. The sample in this research was 120 consumers who purchased at the Toko Isano Collection Lhokseumawe store. The analytical tools used are multiple linear regression tests and hypothesis testing using the t test and F test. The results of the research show that partially the variables Novelty, Enjoyment, Social Interaction have a positive and significant influence on Purchase Interest at the Isano Collection Lhokseumawe Store. Meanwhile, the variables Praise from other people and escape have no effect on buying interest at the Isano Collection Lhokseumawe Shop. The variables Novelty, Enjoyment, Social Interaction, Praise from others and escape have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Interest at the Isano Collection Lhokseumawe Store.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Brand Awareness, Brand Loyalty, Perceived Quality on Purchase Intention for Realme Smartphone Products in Lhokseumawe City. The Brand Awareness indicators used in this research consist of being easy to remember, recognizing the type of product, having good quality and affordable prices, and good satisfaction. Then the Brand Loyalty indicators consist of trust, paying more, inviting people to buy, repeat purchases, following the news, and being able to become a spokesperson. Then the Perceived Quality Indicator consists of good quality, consistent quality, reliable products. And the Purchase Intention indicators used consist of transactional, referential and exploratory. This research uses a quantitative type with a sampling technique in the form of Accidental Sampling. The data used in this research is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 102 Lhokseumawe City residents who are interested in buying Realme Smartphone Products. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 23 software. The results of the research show that Brand Awareness, Brand Loyalty have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention for Realme Smartphone Products in Lhokseumawe City, while Perceived Quality has no significant effect on Purchase Intention for Realme Smartphone Products in Lhokseumawe City.

Abstract

Rice farming income is the difference between revenue and all costs of rice farming. This study aims to identify and analyze the factors that influence the income of lowland rice farming in Pangaribuan District, North Tapanuli Regency, North Sumatra Province. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The population used in this study were lowland rice farmers in Pangaribuan District, North Tapanuli Regency, North Sumatra Province with a total sample of 80 lowland rice farmers. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research show that the real income received by rice farmers in Pangaribuan District, North Tapanuli Regency tends to increase with an average income of around Rp. 35,230,000/year. The average income received is IDR 20,100,000 – IDR 30,000,000 per harvest, the average land area is 0.5-0.7 per hectare, the average selling price is IDR 10,000. – IDR 11,000 per harvest, average capital IDR 10,100,000 – IDR 15,000,000 per production, average labor 1-3 people, use of fertilizer using urea fertilizer and average production costs IDR 3,100,000. – Rp. 5,000,000 per production. Partially, land area, selling price, production results, capital, labor, fertilizer and production costs have a significant effect on the income of lowland rice farming in Pangaribuan District, North Tapanuli Regency, North Sumatra Province. Simultaneously, land area, selling price, production results, capital, labor, fertilizer and production costs have a significantly significant effect on the income of lowland rice farming in Pangaribuan District, North Tapanuli Regency, North Sumatra Province..

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of the psychological climate and change-oriented leadership on the performance of PT. Waskita Karya (Persero), Tbk. employees. The approach used in this research is an associative approach. The population in this research are 200 employees at PT. Waskita Karya, North Sumatra Province, and the sample used in this research were 119 people using Purposive Sampling. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study used Multiple Linear Regression, Classic Assumption Test, t-test, and F-test, and Coefficient of Determination. Data processing in this study used the SPSS software program (version 25.00). The results of this research are that there is an influence of psychological climate and change-oriented leadership on the performance of PT. Waskita Karya (Persero), Tbk. employees.
